Friendly staff clean remolded nice rooms.

People at front desk were very nice and rooms are clean and spacious, right around corner from a bunch of restaurants.

Decent location, parking lot is a bit weird though. Very small hotel, but the staff is nice. They were undergoing rennovations during our stay, so it was quite noisy and dusty. 2 lights in our room didn't work, but they didn't have any other available rooms, so we made do. I assume all of this will be addressed once the renno is done… We stayed because they are pet friendly, so that's a plus. The beds were comfy, and that's what counts!

I enjoy staying at Candlewood suites. This one in Winchester was under construction and being rehabbed. They take pets which is awesome. I wish there was a bigger grass area to walk my small dog. The room was wonderful with living room area and seperate sleeping area. Over all great experience. Front desk personal were very accommodating.

Everything was clean, and we got upgraded to a nicer suite because of my spire elite status. Great stay!

Very loud noises from people talking outside our room to a very uncomfortable bed. I've stay at many Candlewood Suites in the past and I was disappointed with this one. Staff very friendly.

I stayed at the Candlewood for an extended period of time due to work. The staff was always courteous and helpful. The gym was small but well kept and had the essentials. All in all it was a positive experience.

A place perhaps ideal for people traveling with pets, there are acceptable.

We stayed here for seven weeks. The amenities are fantastic. The staff is extremely helpful, except the front desk manager who lies, and has no business in a management position!

Always like Candlewood. Clean, spacious room. Welcoming to people and dogs. Miss them not serving breakfast.

Rooms were very clean, staff were professional, internet was fast, shower was nice. I wish the water pressure in the shower was better, but it wasn't any worse than most of the hotels now. Just something I need to deal with.

Very nice suites, including dishwasher, microwave, cook top, full size refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, pet friendly, very clean and well maintained. Laundry is free. Wyndham needs to get with the program! We are platinum membersI I would definitely recommend this hotel! We had a house fire, so we'll be staying a while. Thank y'all!

Great pet-friendly place with very helpful staff. Love that 24-hour snack shop (reasonable prices too).

Convenient to I-81 and all of Winchester.

Nice clean rooms with good build quality. No breakfast but the kitchens are well stocked and the fridges are large. Very close to lots of food options. My only complaint is that the water tastes off.

Polite service, clean rooms with lots of nice features. It's also close to a lot of good places to eat, so location is a plus. Free Wi-Fi too, and not unreliable like some inns have.

I have stayed here for multiple weeks at a time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Great hotel and friendly staff. Fast internet, as well.

Solid hotel. Kitchenette, big refrigerator, nice bathroom. The ice maker is rather loud so make sure that you can sleep through it. Also magnets for door hangers is a brilliant idea that should be copied!

Despite the spacious, clean room, I can't give a higher rating because our non-smoking room smelled very strongly like cigarette smoke. We informed the front desk. The employee was very nice, but informed us that the only open rooms were smoking rooms. The smoking rooms obviously make the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. So unfortunate.

Since I was only aver the precious and I iso Expensive and also they did not have rooms available just for smoking.

Employees are friendly. Great location as just a short drive to shopping downtown.

What a surprise! They should have an Open House and invite hotel owners over to see what a Great Hotel should look like. Traveling would be so pleasant if other hotels met the Standards of Candlewood Suites. Loved our clean spacious room!

These rooms were cleanest rooms that I've had the pleasure of staying in for the longest time. It's about time a company takes pride in what they sell. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast. What more could you ask for? During my travel I will be sure to make Candlewood Suites my number one option to spend the night.

Love this place! Always clean, pleasant staff, pet friendly, perks are great! Laundry, gym, family games and movies at the front desk if you don't feel like aching cable. First time we stayed was for almost 2 months while buying a home 8 years ago. This time 4 days while moving again.

Always nice rooms and great for my dog. Very comfortable.

The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with basic kitchen supplies for longer stays. The service was good. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi password provided to me was incorrect.

I am never sure if the reviews I read are genuine, and if so, what are people thinking. We recently stayed at the Winchester Candlewood, and everyone from Jason who took our booking, to Jamil and Michael at the front desk were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and clean, and I am not sure what other guests are expecting, but we were delighted with the size of our suite, the amenities like the work area, kitchenette, and pull out couch. The hotel is centrally located, and pet friendly, and for 100 dollars a night, was extremely reasonable. I do not often post a review, but my exceptional stay prompted this long review.

Great clean and comfortable room. Just a rude front desk staff. We had the same man check us in and out and just wasn't friendly at all. Also about a hour and a half before check out time we had someone (im guessing housekeeping) try to walk in our room good thing we had that extra lock on the door. Anywho an alright stay probably wont stay here again though.

I was told by the Mgmt that this hotel policy it to have you belongings removed by the police if you extend your stay! YES; if your business requires you to extend your stay this hotel's policy is to have your belongings removed by the POLICE while you are away from the hotel. I was in disbelief and asked again a day later and was informed by another member of management that they have no problem removing guests from their PAID rooms to accommodate new guests. The local police dept and Sheriff's dept had no comment when I called them. do not stay here! beware.

Very Helpful, pleasant staff. Room was well equipped, and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel, beautiful room with everything, highly recommended.

The place is very clean the staff is very accommodating. The rooms are well designed if not spacious. The kitchenette is equipped but could use a few more silverware, etc. The bed is exceedingly comfortable and the linens and towels are extra soft. All in all a great find.
