Very nice hotel. Super friendly front desk workers!

Was only in the room two hours with a 2 year old and found poop on the toilet burn marks on the bathtubFront desk staff did not care and refused to give us another room hotel is still not apologized or issued refund.

Bed was horrible! You could feel the springs digging in your back and one side of the bed the springs were so bent I thought I would roll out. The AC did not work so combined with the bed and AC I slept in the chair all night!

We stay here every time we come by on route 81. Clean, good value and nice staff and it is a convenient location enroute to and from Florida.

Decent rooms. Prices are a little high, but it's a lot better then it used to be.

Old and Dated, best describes this place. Room has a musky odor and the bed was rock hard. I didnt feel safe walking outside after dark, either. Out of 3 ice machines on the property, only 1 worked. Would not stay here again.

Have been stopping at this location for several years beginning when it was under a different brand name. Love that it is easy access on and off I-81. An additional bonus is the Perkins restaurant and bakery on the same property. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful. For my commute between Upstate SC and Northern NY State when visiting family, this location is very near the halfway point, so it is the perfect location to stay overnight. Rates are very reasonable so as an individual on a fixed income, this is another important selling point. I give the Clarion Inn & Conference Center in Winchester, VA 5* without a moment of hesitation and am looking forward to my next visit!

Very clean! Comfy bed! I would stay there again. Only downside is no Continental breakfast. But Perkins restaurant on site with a 10% discount. Beautiful pool area.

Great hotel. They have truck parking. Perkins restaurant located at the hotel. It's a mall right behind the hotel. My room was very clean and nice bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was convenient, right off I 81 South. Staff was friendly, room was great and plenty of parking for the motor home. Plus the Perkins restaurant was great.

Poor service! The 2 young College weren't very helpful and seemed like they would rather be out having fun than helping weary travelers! They gave extremely poor directions to my room, (and it was pouring rain) they didn't advise what labeled Section it was it which is why there are section labels as the hotel is in 2 buildings — with rooms on all sides of the buildings.
Also, I had asked them where the Guest Laundry was and the directions were even poorer! So in the heavy, pouring, cold March rain, my daughter and I went round and round the buildings for 30 mins trying to find the Guest Laundry. Finally I had to call the front desk and ask for directions again, which weren't any better. Then one of the young lads said he will come and show me, and I told him the room number I was in front of. He then came to the end of the floor below, spent 5 mins chatting with another guest (I had already advised that I had been searching for 30 mins), then yelled at me to come downstairs. He led us to an UNMarked door, that had the Guest Laundry, ice and a vending machine.
If all that wasn't enough, there were my husband daughter and I in the room and not enough towels for us to shower and have a hair towel.
Also our bed was real hard, and felt and creaked like it had a piece of plywood on top of the box spring! I won't stay here again, ever!

Having stayed at many motels between Delaware and Tennessee, this is definitely my favorite place in this price range. Its always clean, affordable, friendly, well stocked, nice workout room, and the Perkins attached to it makes great breakfast. If I could reserve a permanent room here I would.
