Beautiful Ocean Views next to all the shops on Atlantic Avenue.

Beautiful luxurious suite room and amenities, we’re very happy with our stay here.

Parking in VA. Beach is rough. Residence Inn has valet parking. Very nice and on task staff as well. Great view of sunrise from your balcony.

This is my favorite hotel In all of VA Beach. I "lived" here for 120 days and they bent over backwards to make it my home away from home. Now 3 years later when I stop In for a short trip they still treat me and every other guest with the same attention and care. If by any chance you do have an issue they will go out of their way to fix it and make everything right. I can not recommend them enough. The newly remodeled aspects are great and the colors are wonderful.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, Best of all it’s dog friendly and it’s on the beach. Tom from room Engineering was the best, great recommendations on where to eat, even called a friend to help us find restaurants that we could take are dog too! What a great property, I will be back for sure!

Cancelling reservations because they choose to overbook their rooms is ridiculous and poor customer service especially without notifying people.

We were lied to. They said that the place is under construction and it wouldn't affect our stay. It was freezing in there because the workers had the doors open. There were ladders and tools in the common areas so you couldn't relax and enjoy anything. They said the work would stop by 4pm, but they were still going strong at 8pm. Our biggest concern was the indoor pool. It was the whole reason we picked that hotel. I was told it should be up and running by Friday when we got there, but she couldn't guarantee it. Imagine our surprise when it didn't even have tile in it let alone water. It would be weeks before it was even able to be used. The parking lot is a tiny joke. Very frustrating when you have someone with a disability. Thankfully they offer vallet service, but that would have been nice to know when I booked it.

Its a solid three star family and furry friendly place. Its not the ritz thank goodness … its a suite on the ocean for a calm eady going stay. I regularly skip the hilton to bring my pets here, enjoy the oceanfront from the 800 sq foot casually furnished with free easy breakfast, indoor hot tub and amazingly nice staff!

We really enjoyed our week stay here and will definitely be back! I would highly recommend this hotel for those traveling and staying with their pet. The suites are very clean and well maintained. The suite had a private oceanfront balcony plus a full size bedroom window overlooking the ocean! Amazing view and great location on the boardwalk! The breakfast buffet was well maintained and had a nice selection. The only inconvenience was with our room keys in that they automatically deactivated 3 or 4 times but the staff was prompt to fix. Also, the air conditioning system is located right outside the balcony and that could be hot and noisy. We has to turn off the a/c to hear the ocean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
