It's a great hotel! I just love the woodlands and this place is very friendly and helpful.

Great place to be for romantic night.

Update bathrooms. Put vanity and sink separate from toilet and shower. Was really hard for 3 people to get ready.

The price is slightly higher than other good hotels around. We stayed in the 4th floor (i think one of their budget rooms around 120$ a night something) the bathroom is very small, the toilet paper holder is located in a somewhat inconvenient place and breakfast is not included in every room. Guests pay about 12.50$ for breakfast. I think for the same price I can get a better room with breakfast included elsewhere but not a bad place to stay tho. Convenient location, outdoor pool with bath tub and helpful staff.

The staff is friendly, and very helpful. The location is great for my work commute. And the food served at there eat inn restaurant is fairly good.

The staff, especially those at the front desk, were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The atmosphere and the grounds were amazing & peaceful.

Facilities on par with other Hilton Garden Inn's… but the staff here is phenomenal! I travel (and stay in Hilton's) frequently… let's just say that "Southern Hospitality" has occasionally been a myth. This Garden Inn is a welcome exception — excellent service and attention every time I've stayed. Gold Star.

Was supposed to be our honeymoon. Full of fun and relaxation. I've always heard how great Hilton hotels are. Well I am less than impressed. No complementary breakfast, no extras nothing. Very very disappointed. I cried because I wanted it to be perfect. I reserved a king bed and smoking. We got a double room the bed was not comfortable. But the pillows are great. Honeymoon bummer.

This hotel is excellent. Stayed here once for a night and been here for other work related stops. Offered convenience to surrounding amenities, great customer service & clean facilities. Parking can be difficult during major events and holidays, but still great.

I only visited here to attend a meeting, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice location away from heavy traffic, so atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Has good food choices too.

Hotel decent. Thin walls. Nice grounds… 2 stars because of breakfast! Save your $12. Simple, cold buffet, hair in fruit, had to ask for silverware! Just no. Gross.

The beds & pillows are absolute torture. One would think the comfort would match the price. To top it off, some irresponsible selfish woman left her rat dog unattended in the room next door to us. It started yelping & barking & crying at 645 a. M. Memorial Day. I was so furious our family was woken up this early that I tried calling the front desk for some resolution, but unfortunately no answer after 5 minutes of calling & calling. I ended up getting dressed & walked to the front desk to find someone just standing there on her cellphone. I asked her to contact the people staying nextdoor to us & she told me she would try to contact the guest. After witnessing this hideous customer service, I turned to the people in the lobby & dining area to ask who was staying in room 214. Some lady looked up from her bowl of irresponsible & asked, "my dog? " I assumed that was enough to get her to go pay attention to her pet. I was sadly mistaken. The dog barked & whined non-stop, so we checked out early due to this colossal annoyance & lack of action on the hotel staff's part. What a crock of bs! If only Lynn was at the desk to help us. She was the only positive experience we had during our miserable stay.

Great Stay The staff here is very friendly and extremely interested in being helpful. The rooms are not extra fancy but they are clean. Nice lobby and good breakfast. The staff working here is really what impressed me the most. I will be staying here again.

Great location to see a nearby concert. The staff was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. Special thanks for the complementary fruit tray for our anniversary. We will definitely be back.

It was very good, it is within walking distance to everything you could possibly want, it was awesome. Can't wait to book my next stay here.

I stayed the past weekend with my 2 daughters and I would like to say that the front desk agent that had the glasses as well as the breakfast lady with the glasses they both are lovely and helpful! Made my stay worthwhile!

Nice location, big room, parking lot, swimming pool… The fitness center is tiny, but for a more complete workout you can use the 24h Fitness Gym for free, walking distance next block, just present your hotel card and there you go.

It appeared to be clean. I heard a guest discussing how good the breakfast was. The conference room was a good size. The staff I had interactions with, were very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

I think it should be a crime charging people $11 for the breakfast bar that is available at any old 2 star hotel… seriously, all they're trying to do is justify that one random person who's at the bar who's pretending to be like a server, but people don't want to be bothered in the morning and he/she servers no purpose because you can literally get everything you need right there! Get rid of that, it ruins my experience, considering it's $170 for a night, on top of that paying $11 for a breakfast where the only cooked part is potatoes and everything else is bagels and breakfast bars… I hate manipulative businesses that justify creating "additional jobs" at the expense of the customer, because I bet if you booked online and the fee was included making it $181 for a night including breakfast you'd think twice and go to the nice hotel right next door that does not do that :)

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. It was great! Employees were so friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

I've spent a good time at this Garden Inn. The hotel is well located with a shopping center just across and The Woodlands Mall located at 13 minutes from a walking distance. I've also appreciated the quietness and cleanliness of the hotel and of the room in particular. Even the hot-cooked served breakfast was good, including the staff which was so caring. The only problem was the hot water supply which was not functioning as expected.

Clean hotel room. Super friendly staff, easy check in and check out. If you're going to anything at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion this is the place to stay!

Fantastic customer service all around. Good-sized, clean, and most importantly QUIET rooms. The facilities/amenities are adequate. Location is decent, close to shopping and dining. I'm not sure if there is a shuttle but Uber picks up here and Jimmy John's delivers here :) All around I had a good, one night stay.

Very hospitable staff. Accomodated us by allowing us to stay when rooms were not available. Rooms are cleaned well daily and the place is well kept. Breakfast was very good as well.

Just one night for me. The hotel was full, but was still calm. Rooms in good condition. Came right after hurricane Harvey, so would expect more chaos, well done by staff.

The manager Ms. Lynn Shelley is amazing. I evacuated here from Hurricane Harvey and she and her staff was so friendly through our entire 5 day stay. She and her staff ran 5 days straight with having to sleep at the hotel every night and working 11 hour shifts to make sure the hotel guests were taken great care of. The food was excellent. Full Breakfast, Room Service, Full Restaurant, Microwaves and Fridge in the rooms, Full Bar and Happy Hour.

Beautiful place to stay. The Front desk manager was one of the nicest people I've ever met my whole town. I can't remember her name but she was wonderful. She help me get situated and answer some questions as it was my first time in town. The location of this property is amazing. Shopping and places to eat everywhere. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Visited the property in Pearland and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. The meeting room was spacious and coffee fresh and delicious. This location was quite the opposite. Walked in at 7:15am and asked the front desk staff where our meeting was. She didn't say "Good morning" or "Welcome". She just pointed and mumbled it was around the corner. The room was hot and the tables and chairs were so close we could hardly fit our chairs under the tables or walk between the tables. I told the front desk staff about the a/c and she said she'd tell someone. No, "I'm sorry" or "We'll take care of that right away". If I have a choice, I will not hold an event at this property.

This was one of the best hotels stays I've had in a long time. The service was amazing. Every concierge member was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were great about making it feel like home. When we asked about late check out, they extended our stay no questions asked. We are Hhonors members which did help. The breakfast staff were friendly and did a perfect job. Breakfast is not complimentary but it was delicious and worth the price. We will stay at this garden inn every time we come here. It is a great location, near market street and the waterway. We were able to walk there easily. Overall we loved it and had no complaints!

My room was a standard king bed. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pillows were a little flat but since they give you two per person that worked out okay. Room had a microwave and refrigerate which helps. Breakfast was a fee of $12 per person but you can order what you want plus you have access to a buffett. Overall I was happy with my room for the price I paid.

Hotel is overall pretty good. It has spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Service is decent, some staff are friendlier than others. Location is great, close to Market street and lots of shops and restaraunts. They could improve on towel cleanliness, some of ours had a few tiny hairs. Other cleanliness was very good in our room.

I've been booking events at the Hilton Garden Inn (Woodlands) for 11 years now. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone. The staff is awesome and can and will meet whatever needs you may have. Nicole Jeannette is the best.

It was short nice stay. Staff great, pool was wonderful, Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for concert and shopping.

Great price so close to everything. When ever we went back to the hotel the cars AC would not have time to cool off the car before we were back at the hotel. Great price, best I found for a Double $107 a night, price went up quickly to 126, then 152 so book ealy.

Location in the Woodlands is great in terms of dining in the area and proximity to my business meeting place. I like the Keurig in the room; it provides a good start to the day. The rooms are clean and affordable and have good TV service. My phone does get kicked off of the Wi-Fi intermittently, by my laptop does fine. Overall, not a bad choice.

Loved the hotel, was able to walk to cynthia Mitchell woods pavilion with ease, everyone who works at the hotel was so nice,, also I forgot my robe, when I got home I called to see if they could send it to me,, I got it with in a few days. Thank you, will stay there again for sure.

Room was acceptable, I prefer Marriott establishments. Chose this place mainly because of prox.

Everything was great but I wish there was an included (continental) breakfast of some pastries or something. Only coffee and tea is included, breakfast was additional $12.

The only good thing about this hotel was the ladies who served breakfast. My 15 year old was able to not only flirt but get the girl who checked us in (Erica's) phone number. I thought he was just talking so I called the front desk and the other person working said that she did give him her phone number. So yes a 25 year old woman with 2 children gave a 15yr old her phone number. I was woke up at 7am totally disrespected and insulted until I left. After I checked out I contacted Hiltons corporate office and I have still never been contacted by the manger. I am still upset with the way I was talked to and treated but I guess The manager didn't need my side of the story. There are plenty of brand new hotels near by here. Skip this one.

This review is not based on a stay at this hotel because the reservation department is an absolute joke, so I never actually stayed here. This hotel will tell, and advertise different rates and when you try to get them to honor those rates they say it isn't available. I originally called and got a $147 rate on a room for one night. I was driving at the time and told them I would call back as soon as I stopped to make the reservation. When I was stopped and safe to read them a card number I called them back. They told me that the rate I was given was no longer available… and they wouldn't honor it. By the way, the discount they are refusing to honor is military. So as a veteran I encourage all military and veterans to avoid staying at the Hilton because obviously they have no appreciation for everything that we all do for them!

The spacious rooms. The tranquility in the hotel's surroundings. The friendliness of its staff (many Spanish-speaking).

Located in a very convenient spot. Comfy beds with clean sheets. Great hotel to serve my girlfriend and I on our anniversary.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, hot coffee, and above all great service.

Room was nice. Bathroom clean. Pillows were soft and bed was very comfortable. Stayed on the 4th of July. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Breakfast was delicious, and not free. The chef can make you fresh omelettes and french toast. Staff were all excellent. Patio with fire pit a nice touch if you want to linger with buddies.
