My favorite is Walmart Super 1 alot of restaurants and alot of shops right in New Iberia Louisiana I would never ever kill.

I cannot say enough about Caitlyn, and the rest of the staff at this hotel. Caitlyn went above and beyond helping me find a room for my 12 year old daughter and I to spend some much needed time together. Every single staff person at this hotel greeted us each time they saw us. From the valet guys who rushed to open the door for us EVERY time we came and went, and to the front desk clerks who greeted us with a masked smile EVERY time we came and went. The service guy, the housekeepers, the bar tenders, the hostesss…all made us feel like we were “regulars”. We had a couple of “hiccups”, but they responded immediately and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Caitlyn even put a sweet personal note and some goodies in our room while we were out shopping! We can’t wait to go back, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great getaway!

Wonderful 50th anniversary celebration. Staff was incredible! Deedra Sharman was so thorough and we were in good hands with her. The food was outstanding!

This hotel is perfectly located in the Market Square. You are steps away from excellent shopping and dining. The staff was EXTREMELY thoughtful and friendly! They even sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room for or our birthday/girl’s weekend. We will definitely stay there again.

This is my favorite staycation hotel. Perfect for a weekend getaway with excellent shopping and dining all around.

I had a whatever weekend get-away. The staff was professional and very pleasant. Rooms were clean and food selection was good. Would like some more to choose from for dinner but you’ve got so many restaurants to chose from it’s not a major issue.
One negative, I should not have valeted for the whole stay. Next time will unload and park in the free garage. 28.50 for overnight parking. Ouch!

Not at all what pictured online. Pool was nothing as explained nor pictured. I got the master suite w patio. U have to pay separately for valet. U have to pay for the drinks n mini fridge. It states that if u happen to notice a white thin strip on the fridge where it's taped on. The rooms were basic. The mini fridge was just for soads and like maybe 1 wine bottle be sure to ask for a regular fridge and they will bring. The water from the Jets n the hot tub dont spray out constantly. U will barely feel them then for 1 or 2 seconds they stop, not at once just simultaneously. The views are of the town circle. Boring. Its also in the middle of the town shopping center! so there is stores along each side and across the way! can't keep. The robes… These are all things I expect when I get the top suite room anywhere and I also get! Need to at least throw percs for the ones who get suites. A regular room would be just the same.

What a nice stay! The pool was an oasis. And the staff was so friendly. Thank you, Ruben, for making the morning with breakfast by Carlos (quite the chef) and cappuccinos by Pricilla (quite the barista). Delicious!

We had a really nice stay at this Hyatt. We were going to Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion for a show and it could not have been an easier walk from the hotel. We were there in less than 5 minutes. It is also convenient to shopping and lots of food, and the pool was great for a lazy afternoon in the sun.

This was a great place. Really good ambiance and the customer service was top notch. It is in a great location near shops and entertainment. I recommend it.

Enjoyed my stay during our work conference May 21 — May 25. The staff were excellent, rooms are very comfortable with lots of space. The food was also very good. Great location, very convenient.

We booked the presidential suite for my daughters 16th birthday and the staff and service were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure her celebration was extra special and the suite was amazing! I went to other hotels to get quotes but when I talked to Tyler Wolford, he was the only one who really spent time with me, to find out exactly what we wanted to for her, and made the whole thing possible. Everyone was great there, and they made it possible for my daughter to have a birthday she will never forget.

Best experience ever! Hansha (I hope I spell that right) is wonderful. She makes booking a room at Hayatt Market Street a absolute joy. We live in the woodlands and when we decide to spend a nigh away from home this is our go to hotel and the reason why is Hansha. She is a absolute gem and the reason we stay at Hyatt Market Street!

We had a blast celebrating a friends bday party. The two black men who perform were out of site awesome singers, the service was good disputes how busy it was.
The sandwiches red fish was good but it wasn’t a sandwich the top bread was missing for presentation nice but I had a hard time citing the toast bread I had rather you put a bread on top and cut in half so I could easily pick it up and eat it like a sandwich. For the most part I like the place it was fun.

I've had some recent bad experiences with Hyatt… Dayana at Hyatt Centric ended that! We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was upgraded simply because I mentioned we were there celebrating our wedding anniversary! The master patio suite is the one to get, if you can! We spent most of our time on the porch watching the people in Market Square… The entire staff went way overboard the whole stay! Would have been five stars, but there was an issue with miscommunication between management and staff, which caused us to miss a portion of our plans, Easter brunch, but this was truly a fantastic stay!

Excellent service, the night staff made my day after having to travel and work on a holiday. Only gripe was a very slow elevator and only one cider available at the bar.

High end hotel but maintenance is lacking. Have doormen but toilet seat is broken, workmen had fan in hallway and no water in gym and computer printer did not work when I really needed it. Too many problems for an expensive hotel. Average expensive breakfast. Good location with walkable shopping and grocery store. Nice bedding and soaps. Free Newspapers available. Starbucks across street and free parking. Fairly quiet rooms. Central Woodlands location. In room coffee and drinks and free Wi-Fi. Cool lobby, outdoor pool, scrappy elevators.

Had a great stay. Pleasnity surprised with the modern decor. The room was very clean. Had a nice heated pool. Enjoyed the bar for a few drinks during happy hour and breakfast the next morning. I would stay again.

Had our company Christmas party here, great food and they let us bring in a casino night.

Great hotel the staff was top class the rooms are nice I like the area markets street had alot if great places to shop and eat over all my visit was very enjoyable.

Great hotel, all the staff was exceptionally nice and professional. We were in the newly renovated section, but even the areas that hadn't been recently renovated were nice. I don't think I've seen a larger breakfast buffet selection at a hotel. Being in Market street and steps from a grocery store was a huge convenience as just about anything we could want to do was just feet away.

Great location, very kind and helpful staff, very pretty facilities. A bit overpriced however, and our room on the 5th floor was just done with some recent renovations. Adjacent rooms were under renovation, so the smell of chemicals, paint, drywall was all in the air.

Great service! Amazing staff. From the valet guys, to the front desk and even the gal at the bar, everyone there was very friendly. Their pool on the second floor is awesome! Definitely a great place to stay. Down side… a glass in my room was broken! I hope They don't bill me for it! I didn't break it! But great place over all!

My father was displaced due to Hurricane Harvey last week and went to stay at the Hyatt Centric. He is elderly and disabled and was pretty scared due to all he had been through without us being able to get to him. Sebastian & Sarah at the front desk promptly took care of booking our room and welcoming my father upon his arrival. We feel they went above & beyond in the compassion they showed in assisting our father until we arrived for him. Cannot thank them and Hyatt enough for the empathy they showed our father during such a delicate time. Will definitely be using this hotel again in the future and would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Great customer service on Sebastian's part, he helped greatly. It was a last minute thing since my house got flooded and he helped me and gave me a great deal never gave me any problems.

This area is absolutely gorgeous. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was very comfortable and newly renovated. There is a very nice pool and bar area and there is a ton of shopping and restaurant options all within walking distance. Great place to stay!

The front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. They greeted me each time I came and went as if we were really friends. Room was small but nice. Bed super comfy (and that's the most important thing)! Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also, make sure to check out the jogging trail along the waterfront. Simply beautiful and relaxing.

Im a Hyatt person: If its an option, 9/10 times, I'll stay at Hyatt. Up until this particular trip, I had never heard of the Centric brand but gave it a shot because… Well, see "Hyatt person". I do not regret that choice one bit! I actually drove right past the hotel the first go-around, all I saw were restaurants and little shops littered about. It took driving through this adorable little pseudo-town square for me to realize that the towering building was actually the hotel. Check in was a breeze: the ladies working the night shift were the perfect combination of professionally personable and genuinely friendly; its just a shame the morning staff didn't make it even close to their level. The lobby decorations (and the throughout the hotel) were precious and quirky without being pretentious or kitschy. The rooms were comfortably furnished and the views were nice from the room. Market Street was so very pretty with all the holiday lights strewn about, and having all that right outside my hotel was pretty great.

Awful bed, the sofa in the room has stains. Pillows were uncomfortable. I couldn't watch TV for more than 10 minutes because it will lose signal. They are very cheap with their shower gel and shampoo. They just give you one tiny little shower get bottle per day. We were two in our room. We always have to call to get more and they bring you just ONE more. I wouldn't stay here again.

OK location was great lots of nice shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was amazing through out the whole hotel. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable.

Great place to stay. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Can't say enough great things about the staff. Don't forget to check out the really awesome jazz band on the second floor during happy hour.

I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful my stay at Hyatt Centric The Woodlands was. The hotel was pure luxury from the moment we walked in. Everything from the room to the pool to the food to the service was amazing. I have no complaints!

Excellent hotel, with a great location for business travelers working in the area, or anybody that wants to catch a show at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Very upscale, with extremely attentive staff. Rooms are modern and well-appointed.

Spent ca 12 nights here. It's a nice normal hotel, but the pool area is constantly in the shade from the building behind it. And there's so many weddings here on weekends you will feel out of place. It has a real fake Woodlands feel. I much prefer the Houstonian.

Overall nice place. Would be great if they installed USB chargers/outlets in their rooms.

I attended a private event at the Hyatt, but had previously never been inside. I was really amazed at the beautiful lobby and lounge area. It was decorated very classy with a contemporary style. They have a gorgeous infinity pool with very comfortable seating. Decided to try out their happy hour and everything was delicious! Drinks that are normally $13 were only $6 and most of the appetizers were just $5. The best part was that even though they were happy hour priced they were full strength drinks! Tried the margarita and cosmo and both were great. Also had the pork tostadas and avocado mash. The tostadas were three crispy corn tortillas with shredded pork. A little messy, but yummy. The avocado mash was just an average guacamole, but it's served with regular chips and some fantastic seasoned homemade chips. This would be the perfect place to stay if you are attending a concert at the Pavilion. I can't wait to come back for a weekend getaway.

For the prices that this hotel gets, I expected more, a lot more. Staff was, for the most part, unseasoned rookies. I wanted to be amazed, but wasn't.

2 separate visits Another excellent stay. This hotel used to be Avia and was bought out by Hyatt a couple of years ago. We stayed here recently because we were attending a concert right across the street at Cynthia Woods Pavilion. The hotel is set right in the heart of Market street in the Woodlands, with easy access to many, many shops, restaurants and the Woodlands Mall. Both times we've stayed here we've felt like we were out of town on vacation. The pool is really cool, kind of like an infinity pool with a large hot tub at the center of it. The inside bar is a nice place to hang out and have a drink in the evening. The breakfast brunch is wonderful. We purchased the room with the breakfast included and it was wonderful. Big huge omelet station and lots of other delicious items to choose from. One of the best hotel breakfasts you can hope to find. The service at this hotel is excellent. They really set the bar high for other hotels. Everything about this hotel is modern, chic and elegant. We love staying here. It's a bit more expensive than your average brand but it's more than worth it. 9/22/2011 Excellence. Should be the top rated hotel in the Woodlands I booked a 'Romance Package' last year at Avia Hotel in the Woodlands. I had booked a couple of weeks in advance, for a Saturday stay. The guest relations person called me a few days before and informed me that they could not fulfill the romance package as it was stated on the website.

We loved this hotel! I took my wife to this hotel for her birthday and the hotel is located in the center of the square where we found just about everything. The 2nd floor outside lounge is great. We even got to go up there around 11pm to relax our legs in the hot tub they have up there. Great place.
