The room was perfect everytime I went in it smelled nice and cleaned. They also have a indoor pool which is perfect for cold and rainy days. Would definitely go again.

Not very happy that for two days now its been almost 5pm before someone came to clean our room. After being out all day and coming back and the room is still unclean is frustrating. We wanted to nap and relax after a long day without being interrupted by housekeeping needing 30-45 minutes to clean our room. When I called the front desk I was told that they were understaffed and that it takes time to clean rooms. The front desk manager was not very apologetic or understanding and “matter of fact” in her response. I have never stayed at a hotel when 1/2 the day has passed before housekeeping showed up. Not a quality service or stay. Very disappointing and probably won’t return to this location again.

Residence inns are very consistent, my only sticking point is the lack of the internet TV which TownePlace Suites have.

We booked this hotel a month ago but they told us to move to a different hotel (same owner) when we checked in．they even downgraded us from a Suit with kitchen, regular refrigerator and free continental breakfast to a small room without kitchen but only a tiny tiny portable refrig. They even charged us the same rate! The front desk staff told us the residence Inn was overbooked, so they have to move us to another hotel. I asked her if we did not show up, would you charge us for one night (yes, they will). Then what was your policy to move your customer to another hotel without early notice? The frozen seafood we brought to cook while staying at hotel got thawed and no freezer to store them in the room. (We appreciate that they offered us to store them in the hotel kitchen freezer, and they gave us free breakfast coupons while we stayed. ) This was a trip for a state swimming Championship meet, and we planned to cook healthy food for swimmer while staying at Residence Inn. But it turned out to be a mess with the relocation to a different hotel. We asked to talk to the manager or owner, but we were never offered the opportunity. So do sappointed and it was big lesson to learn!

I have stayed at most hotels in the area due to frequent work travel. This hotel isn't the fanciest or newest BUT they probably have the most helpful and friendly staff. They go beyond, for everyone and by everyone on their staff. Their Mon-Wed happy hour is quite nice, above what most offer, literally a meal for me one night. Much appreciated after the 12 hour day. The breakfast is more limited than others and the hotel is a little older but if those don't bother you, you will probably enjoy your stay especially for the reasonable rate. I can assure you the staff will do whatever they can to insure you do. -Please give my review a thumbs up if agree or this was helpful!

Great place for a family — so much room that we all had our own space The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. Kids loved the waffle maker.

A great stay! Thoroughly enjoyed my time here and Chelsea at the front desk was amazing! Great Customer Service set the foundation to a great stay and she made us feel at home.

They should provide a small washing machine in the room to wash undergarments. Should also provide toilet essentials like liquid soap for hand wash, shower gel for bath tub.

Place was ok beds were torture hard as bricks, so was the sofa bed. The breakfast tasteless with runny eggs, standard fare better off going to Mcdonalds. Save your money stay at the Marriott next door. Staff is nice but does not make up for lack of sleep because of the hard beds.

I didn't stay for long but my short visit was delightful. The bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast was delicious.

Huge rooms/suites that were very clean. I enjoyed my overnight stay there very much. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was exceptional accommodating and gracious. I would stay again for sure! Loved it!

So nice with a cutest little kitchen, sad to stay just for one night.

We were displaced due to our home being flooded by the hurricane. Today we had to leave the marriot due to them not accepting the FEMA voucher any longer. Although they have people there that are booked through December on the FEMA voucher they told us we had to leave. We are now in a small hotel 30 miles further North. A mini fridge and mini microwave are the amenities we have. I hope this company goes out of business due to their lack of human compassion. I also hope they can sleep well in their non flooded homes.

Very nice hotel and staff always have a nice time here when we're going to the Pavilion it's convenient location you just take a uber over.

Excellent location, close to i45 and the Woodlands mall. Good rooms with all the utilities you might need, including cups, silverware and dishes. The staff is helpful and courteous, with complimentary breakfast. Couldn't recommend more, 10/10!

Good location close to the shopping mall, Target and many places to eat. Rooms are nice. Somewhat noisy due to paper thin walls, floors and doors. Smells bad when guests are cooking in their rooms. Indoor swimming pool. Very small gym.

Great room and service overall. Localized in a pretty nice neighbourhood. The breakfast was amazing. Recommended.

One of the cleanest and friendliest hotels I have stayed at in quite sometime. The rooms were very, very clean and the bed was so comfortable and big. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub with my family. They have a large variety of complimentary breakfast choices. I would personally like to thank the staff for such a wonderful job in servicing my needs. Can't wait to return. Thank you.

Loved the way this place is setup. Very clean and spacious. Pillows could be a little stiffer but that's just me. Definitely will stay again.

After more than 24 HR flight / travel the last thing you would need is somebody to tell you sorry sir the elevator is out of order and guess what ur room is at the third floor!
Hoping to forget that very bad experience of taking my luggage across the stairs in the remainder of my stay … Good news room was clean and convenient as usual.

I come to this Inn every year the same time for business. I love how clean it is and the breakfast is awesome.

Really comfortable rooms and friendly people. They were late in having our rooms ready but made up for it with their kindness and overall facilities.
