I probably just expect too much in 2021. Competency and rooms not in need of repair seems to be an unreasonable expectation.

Our room on the 3rd floor was so noisy neither me nor my husband got any sleep. There was something causing vibrating or making a noise from the refrigerator and we could hear noises from other rooms ALL NIGHT LONG. Then had to get up and attend a funeral and afterwards drive back to Dallas.

Secluded and quiet, but so close to restaurants and the mall.

We were in town for a swim meet. The venue was just a few minutes away from the hotel. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area surrounded by a forest, but with plenty of access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. We typically stay with Hyatt and this one was a winner.

Nice location. Very family friendly. Also, noticed they are dog friendly too.

I was checked in by a very friendly and courteous front desk rep. When I informed her that the sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain she promptly changed my room and apologized. I had a great impression of this hotel because of her generosity however this morning as I was working on some forms my credit union required from me I was approached by an individual who seemed a bit anxious and asked me if I had been "helped". I thought that to be an odd question and told him I was fine and he walked away. A few minutes afterward I went to the computer area to print out some forms required by my bank and noticed this person (I'm assuming the manager on duty) was on the phone. As I was logging onto the computer he showed up again and asked me if I was staying at the hotel, that he wanted to make sure I was a guest. I told him that I was a guest and provided him with my room number. He seemed anxious and a bit fidgety but I didn't pay him much attention as I needed to get the completed forms to the bank. If he had simply asked the first time around if I was a guest instead of asking if I had been helped then that may have given me a better impression of him and his true intentions. I had my bags with me and this hotel is not located in an area where someone could simply walk in from the street that easily. Nevertheless as a travel consultant I'll make sure to inform my clients of this odd encounter and recommend other accommodation options close by.

Worst hotel EVER! $10 just to park in their parking lot? Mudd covering window so bad can’t see out? Charged two of my CC’s for 3 nights when only there for one night? Says pet friendly but charges $75 to have a pet one night? This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! TV didn’t work when checked in? I SWEAR TO GOD ILL NEVER STAY AT A HYATT AGAIN! And I’m a very patient person! Y’all need to retrain and do more customer reviews! This was a NIGHTMARE!

Fantastic hotel. Great location, although I wish there were sidewalks to get from the hotel to other places — you have to walk on the road or muddy grass. Definitely geared toward the business traveler; each room has a couch and desk area. Rooms are roomy (lol). Bathroom is nice. Breakfast is nice. There is a convenience store and bar in the lobby. Beautiful location.

I stayed on the third floor, the room is nice, breakfast is included, great location very close to woodland mall and nice scenery. The reason for 4 stars is because no trash bag liner placed in the trash can, no paper cup in the bathroom for guests to brush teeth, the shower is too uncomfortably powerful.

Good accommodations. Has a Kitchen, but no restaurant. The whole idea of having the front desk staff work the front desk AND serve alcohol/food is a major fail. Personal hygiene of certain front desk staff can be majorly improved. Overall, not a bad experience and I’d recommend.

We were in a large meeting room, there was about a hundred and sixty people. I was helping with the audio/visuals. The food was good, the staff was courteous and efficient; everything was set up when we got there and worked perfectly.

This hotel is in a great location near lots of restaurants and shopping. Also the AC works really well.

It was a very nice visit. They had a delicious breakfast set out in the morning and kept it well stocked through the breakfast time. They also loaned us a phone charger.

It was nice for 1 night but not much longer, you cant turn on tje bathroom light without lightning up the whole room,, no blackout curtains, does not supply toothbrush or toothpaste or shampoo/ conditioner.

Really great staff and the rooms are amazing. The star was definitely breakfast.

One of the nicer hotels in the area with plenty to do and eat nearby. The rooms are spacious and breakfast is included.

Hotel was nice. Banquet rooms were a good size. Food was just ok.

Very clean and excellent customer service! The only reason I did not give 5 Stars is for the extremely over priced cafe. I know you pay for convenience, but $3.50 for a bottle of soda and $11 for a personal size pizza? That’s a pretty hefty mark-up. They do however, make up for it with the free breakfast buffet with hot food. More then just cereal and fruit. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel but they need vending machines. You can buy drinks and stuff at the front desk but $3.50 for a 16oz soda is insane. I bought a “pizza” from the gallery for $11, when I opened the normal sized box in my room it was barely the size of a personal pan pizza.

Good breakfast, hot and fresh fruit all you can eat. Clean rooms, quite nites, pool clean I'll be back.

It was so beautiful, outside and inside. Clean. The staff was really polite. Plenty of parking. Their sunroom was perfect for our event.

Great location to the Woodlands pavilion. Very nice staff. Breakfast buffet was great.

Customer service is great. Parking is free. Free Breakfast is amazing with lots of options! I loved the restaurant feel. The restaurant after hours and availability seemed a bit confusing. Great experience overall.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff and their customer service was beyond words❤️ My husband and I were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary, the staff assisted me in preparations that I needed to make to surprise him. They were so helpful and informative. The rooms were so clean and so nice a comfortable. Even the ladies in housekeeping were so hospitable. Breakfast was good. My husband and I laid in bed wishing we could stay for the rest of the week. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We’ve even referred a few friends ❤️ If the staff gets to read this, thank you so much for providing the best customer service and making us feel at home.

Hotel room was great, customer service that could have stepped it up. Room service options are limited. They give you a list of places that deliver.

Best free breakfast options i've had at a hotel. Service was very polite, and the room was comfortable.

Would have given it five stars but we told the front desk it was our 10th Anniversary and that kids in the connecting room were disturbing our time away to ourselves and all they did was call the other room and when it continued they didn’t even offer to move us they just said don’t worry they are only here for the night and you won’t have to worry anymore. To me that wasn’t good enough that was our anniversary not the next night! Hotel room was great, breakfast was wonderful it was just customer service that could have stepped it up…

One of the best Hyatt Place properties anywhere. Nice rooms, secluded location yet near everything. You can find cheaper places to stay, but this hotel does offer solid value if your travels take you to The Woodlands.

Great rooms, very clean with ample space. Good location, near a restaurant district but not right in the middle of everything. Had a perfect stay.

Beautiful and new in a great location in The Woodlands. More expensive than other comparable hotels nearby. Save your $$$.

Excellent hotel. Comfy rooms, nice bathrooms, good pillows. Breakfast buffet is def better than average. Very close to the Woodlands Mall (but not so close as to be annoying) and a ton of other restaurants — several in walking distance.

We were able to bring our two small dogs for a $75 dollar fee. They were super nice to us and to them.

Clean hotel, free breakfast and helpful/ friendly staff. Room and bathroom size are good. All rooms have a sofa fun bed, opens to be a queen size. They provide free cribs upon request. Overall a good hotel. We went during the thanksgiving weekend, they were super busy yet the staff was relaxed and warm to us.

This location is excellent. Be careful coming in from the street. There are multiple entrances for the hotel.

Location is nice rooms are big and they have a couch. However, the decor is basic and my room had a door to the adjacent room which I could hear the neighbors conversations. Come on. Go to the woodlands resort down there road for the same price instead.

I booked a room here for 2 nights for Houston Open Air via hotels dot com. That concert was cancelled because of Hurricane Harvey. I called hotels dot com to see if they would refund my money. They told me they had to leave a message with the manager to call them back about it and told me to try calling as well. Which I did immediately. I called and left several more voicemails with no response. I contacted hotels dot com again today and they said they contacted the hotel and they would not refund my money. It is not my fault a hurricane hit and cancelled the event I was coming into town for. You would have thought after leaving several voicemails someone (as in Chad the manager) would have at least returned my phone call. Looks like a nice place though. Enjoy your free money!

Very friendly, informative employee checked us in and told us about the shuttle to the concert venue. My only complaint is that we asked for some non feather pillows and after an hour and a half, still didn't get them before we out for the night. When we returned after midnight and asked again, my husband was told he had to come get them.

The rooms are nice, clean, and we'll appointed. The rates seem very reasonable, but that may be due to our corporate discount. Breakfast has been unusually good each morning, and the staff is very friendly.

Very friendly staff always willing to make sure you are happy, great breakfast, beautiful rooms, great location, food is a little high at the restaurant/market, but good. Very pleased with our stay here! This is our second time and definitely will be coming again!

Bar liquor selection wasn't great. No irish cream for coffee. Employee pretty much stopped talking to us after we said we weren't staying at the hotel. Rooms look great as well as the rest of the hotel. Food was ok.

I always have a great experience with Hyatt employees (no exception here). Hotel was nice for a Hyatt place and in a good location. We went to a concert at the pavilion and they shuttled us there (but it was for $5 per person, which I wasn't pumped about). All in all good stay.

We had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel for a wedding. We reserved a few rooms which were spacious and clean. We requested a "rock n play" to be placed in one room and it was ready upon arrival. I really appreciate that they use a clean sheet liner over the entire "pack n play"! Breakfast was as expected and we really enjoyed the different types of water served each day in the lobby. The pool and workout room were clean and well maintained. This hotel is near numerous shops and restaurants. Numerous family members stayed here and no one had any complaints.

Spent the weekend visiting our grandkids. The room & hotel was nice, but both mornings we were eating breakfast, which was also very good, my 9 & 10 year old grandsons noticed CNN News was on. They were very aware of what was being reported to be false. I can't believe a top notch hotel chain like Hilton would still be airing news caught continuously making up stories. And in just the last couple days 3 reporters were fired for false stories & another admitted the owner encouraged reporters not to spend time on actual news, even the climate accord, but to stay on the Russia story even though they admit has no evidence.

Good quality hotel with a decent bar and breakfast. Breakfast is a warm breakfast which is always a plus. HBO was free which was pretty cool. Located close to Hughes landing which is where I work when I travel to Houston so great location. Beds are much more comfortable then the new holiday inn.

The beds were so hard I felt like we were laying on a brick. The down comforter on the beds were so loud that every time any one moved it woke everyone up. Last night we ordered dinner. It said mouth watering bacon cheeseburger. It was bone dry, tasted like they microwaved it, and was horrible. This is our first and last stay here. We usually stay elsewhere for much cheaper, and much better accommodations.

Comfortable beds and couch. TV and Wi-Fi better than most. Breakfast options were very good. Pool really hits the spot in the heat.

Excellent place for a professional event small (attended by some 20 to 25 people). The event rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers coffee, water and soft drinks. I found interesting the presentation of safety that you had before the start of the event.

The interior design and all was of good quality. The breakfast provided was convenient and easily accessible and replenished continuously. The dining area was up to scale indoor and out. The outdoor patio area contained a warm fire. The customer service was on key. The receptionist Andrew was in a positive attitude and a delight converse with. There was a nice pool area and available room service but we never made it that way or used these services to give a rating on them.

We were in Houston for a wedding and we chose this particular hotel because I had stayed at another of their hotels in Denver CO. The Denver CO location was great and this location did not disappoint. Located in the Woodlands area is close to a major shopping area and restaurants galore. The breakfast served was good and made for a good start to our day.

I booked this hotel to be closer to a 5K run. The run got cancelled due to the flooding and bad weather we've had in Houston lately. I tried to cancel the reservation with more than 24 hour notice; wouldn't refund or even give me a credit to use at the hotel in the future. Great customer service and operational policies you have there.

Very modern and clean. Personable staff. Many amenities, like 24 hr. Room service menu. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This hotel makes you feel like a VIP. So fresh, looks like it was built yesterday! Highly recommend. Glad I stumbled upon it. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in The Woodlands now, and I have stayed at a few nice hotels over the years here. This one is close to the events typically offered in The Woodlands.

This is a decently priced hotel that looks new and very modern. You have access to a lot of different restaurants and shopping outlets that are just 5 min away. The staff here is also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good breakfast. Only complaint would be water saving shower heads. Takes long time to shower.

Nice hotel. It isn't directly in the middle of the shops and restaurants like market Street or the waterway areas but it isnt very far away which is nice if you don't want to stay right in the middle of everything but would like to get there quickly and easily.

The hotel is pretty new and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had previously did some work for them installing a fire pit at their outside lounge area, they were very nice to work with. They also have a heated pool. I would recommend staying at the this hotel.
