We stayed here for two nights and let me just say, we will be coming back! We have 3 kids and it’s very family friendly. The breakfast area was great with a variety of options. My kids loved the splash pad/pool area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve stayed here before and I will stay here again if I ever need to. I love Springhill Suites and the one in The Woodlands is always awesome! Love the huge rooms and all the amenities. Great breakfast and bar area!

Everything was awesome. Service at the bar was fantastic with Jackie as the bartender.

We just stayed 2 nights there and everything was wonderful. The room was very clean and peaceful and the staff was so pleasant. Always enjoy our stay at any of the Marriott's.

Such a great stay while visiting the Woodlands. Kaylyn is a great hostess and extremely helpful with anything you need. Housekeeping is super friendly and the rooms are absolutely clean.

Stayed here last night for work! Staff was always available and fixed a burnt out light unit so I could be comfortable reading a book by the bed. It was also quiet and I enjoyed the stayed very much so. I will be back when I’m that area again.

Aside from a broken fridge and highway noise. Its okay… shannon at the front desk is amazing!

We absolutely love Springhill Suites. We visit this location very often as does our friends and family. We used this location for our Wedding Room Block and we couldn't be happier. Very nice Hotel, great customer service, updated and modern with a nice pool, hot tub and splash pad. Nice workout room and a hot free breakfast. Very affordable with a bunch of amenities!

I was extremely happy to find this hotel. This was my 5th trip to Houston in the last 4 months… and I have not been happy at any of my other hotels. It was clean, bed was soft, room was super roomy and comfortable, the hot tub was in working order and was hot AND was open until 11pm,, free breakfast and late checkout. All of my criteria were met. Now if only that maid had not beat on my door at 10 am… it would have been absolutely perfect! Next time I will hang the thingy outside :-). Not many hotels can accommodate my late night … late morning habits. Almost none of the advertised jacuzzi’s at other hotels actually work when you get there, or they close at 9 so I have to rush. I do not book a hotel anywhere that does not have a hot tub because driving makes my hips ache. This will be my home in Houston from now on. Thanks, for a great stay!

I only stayed here for one night but my overall stay was great. The staff was very inviting. The place was very clean, no complaints. The pool and hot tub is nice. The free breakfast in the morning is more than enough. Waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy, oatmeal, cereal, the works. The best part of it is the convenience of where it's located. Restaurants everywhere the malls right down the street everything is just minutes away. I will stay here again.

Check in was easy and the front desk girl was super nice and very helpful! We loved staying here felt very welcomed and looked cleaned! The fragrance in our room when we first walked in was so good and also my family enjoyed the shampoo and conditioners smell too! Pool and splash pad was great also the breakfast was spot on! Washer and dryer were convenient & so was the computer room! Would definitely stay again if we ever came back this way in Texas!

Rooms are decent. Staff is nice. Beds are comfortable Floors are horrible (stains all over) I had an issue with my first room (bathroom was still a mess) but they moved me with no issues. 3 night stay and housekeeping made sure replacement towels were given. I will stay here again, when needed.

Don’t stay here if you have other options. The administration is not very helpful. Their facilities are limited considering it is a Marriott. There are hidden charges that they place in fine print. I would highly recommend staying at another hotel if that option is available to you. The only reason I stayed here is because this hotel was selected by my best friend for his wedding in this area.

Our suite was very bright! The sliding doors add a very luxury feel to the rooms and the lighting in the bathroom made for a great makeup experience. The pool was closed for treatment, but from what I could see, it was well sized with a little splash fountain. Front desk staff was helpful and kind! The doors slam kind of loudly when they close, so if you’re a light sleeper, that may be a problem for you, other than that, it was great!

Great stay. Wonderful Staff & Service. Modern decor. Impeccable room. We will be back.

Biggest complaint was the mattress and pillows. I had a really poor night's sleep both nights. But the facility is really nice and the breakfast was great. Service was good too, and I found it to be very clean.

From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you feel like everyone knows you. The front staff was wonderful, engaging in conversation, checking if we needed anything. Great breakfast area, alway stocked. Sure to return.

Our family stayed here recently for a few local club soccer games. The property was well maintained and modern. My son enjoyed the spacious workout room. Unfortunately, it was too cold to swim in the outdoor pool. The entire staff was very friendly. When my son misplaced a pair of shoes, the front desk was very helpful in locating the shoes. Our room was spacious and clean. The hot items at the free breakfast on Sunday were not outstanding, but at that price point it was hard to complain. We will definitely consider staying at this property again!

All the staff are friendly especially the check in staff. The are knowledgeable and very helpful with whatever questions you may have. Fresh cookies and lollipops are available at the front desk if you need a treat. I really like the layout of the suites as it is spacious and functional. The hot breakfast is great. Hotel furniture and decor are contemporary.

Great staff from the start. Never had a smoother experience which was great after a 7 hour drive. Room was perfect, breakfast beyond satisfying, and the location is very convenient. Had business in Houston but also an athletic event in The Woodlands and logistics were perfect.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had. My mother and I were very impressed. Walking in, we were greeted by the front desk guy. He was very professional and friendly. Made us feel very welcome and he was helpful about the area. The lobby area was decorated so unique and had a great vibe going on. The room was very nice and big. The main thing was the cleanliness and smell, the entire hotel had a very clean smell and everything was spotless. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be returning.

For a mid level hotel, this particular location (The Woodlands, TX) is excellent. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful without being intrusive or "too much". The hotel itself has been recently remodeled and has a very cool and contemporary vibe. The technology, while all basically standard, was also upgraded. The rooms decorations are simple, sophisticated and pleasant. The layout of the room is thoughtful and smart. The shower and toilet are separated, each with it's own sink, allowing multiple guests to get ready easier and faster. The closet is nicely sized. The couch, and other furniture, is basic, but the beds are very comfortable and cozy. This is not a 5* hotel, so I don't expect a 5* hotel, but I definitely think you get more than anticipted. I will be a repeat guest during future trips.

This hotel is awesome! The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and splash pad. The room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I've ever had. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was amazing! They helped us out in so many ways and even remembered our names as we left and returned. As an added bonus there was tasty water with oranges in it and suckers in the lobby that the kids looked forward to every time we passed through. Add to all that a very reasonable price and it was fantastic! I'm already planning our next return.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:00am and the hot water was just slightly warmer than the cold water. During the whole stay the hot water wasn’t hot enough. I mentioned that to the guy at the front desk, he waived our last night’s fee. I was surprised and impressed. Good service, highly recommended.

Friendly staff even though you can tell due to hurricane these people are professionals and go out of there way to help you. With the highest level of customer service. And the rooms are great quality for the price.

Nice little hotel close to food and shopping. Much of it walking distance. For the hotel prices in the area we will stay again. Staff is very friendly. There is a bar which didn't work for us this time, but is good to know. The single bedroom my wife and I stayed in has a couch and desk. It had a small refrigerator we needed to turn on. The bathroom is split. The toilet and a sink are directly in front of the bed through a sliding door. I didn't see a lock if you need one. The same wall as the toilet but through another door to the left is the shower and another sink. It's weird, but it worked well for us to get ready at the same time. There is a splash pad kids seemed to like a lot. This is next to a small pool and jacuzzi. Free breakfast has cereals, pancakes, scrambled eggs. They had a little trouble keeping up with with food and coffee for a bunch of young kids amd parents there for a soccer tournament. They might want to staff more for those situations but did well considering. The only big negative I have is the hotel is next to a major elevated freeway and feeder road. They left the natural trees and bushes up to separate the property, but it doesn't keep out the traffic noise from the pool area. So loud we had to yell to talk. Inside there is no sound of traffic.

Nice staycation weekend with family! Clean and wonderful staff. We enjoyed the pool and there is a nice splash pad for little ones. Ample room in the lobby for family card games and a friendly bartender serving beverages. A couple of tips — avoid east facing rooms that have lots of freeway noise all night long, and be forewarned the guest room doors are HEAVY and LOUD opening and closing! So if sleeping in is your goal, forget it… as soon as the first door opens in the morning (maybe even on the floor below and above you in addition to your own floor — seriously! ) and bangs shut you'll be lasted out of sleep. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and thank Conner for his great service at the Front Desk.

We got a room for a couple night for a mini vaca before school starts. The room is nice and beds are really comfy. The pillows are awesome! The staff is so nice. We had a couple issue and they were so great about fixing any problems. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

WOW! This place is amazing! Connor at front desk was awesome, very friendly and professional while he got us checked in. When we got to our room we were very pleased with everything. Very comfortable and inviting room with everything you could need for a stay away from home. Bed is very comfortable, room smells clean (and is clean) & shower is amazing. We are impressed with SpringHill Suites and will DEFINITELY be staying here again.

Great hotel choice for anyone staying in the woodlands. Close to nearby shopping and eating plus access to the 45 fwy. The hotel itself is very clean and new. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast bar each morning was perfect.

Stayed for a baseball tournament nearby. Rooms nice and staff were friendly. They could've been a bit nicer to the players considering they were the reason we were all there. The kids let someone at the front desk know another hotel guest had been rude to them and used profane language while they were walking down the hall and they were told they shouldn't have been in the halls. I suppose next time we will work on their teleportation skills before we visit! Overall it's a conformable place to stay.

We were being quite and respectful, not making noise, just celebrating a wedding of our good friends. Mitchell, the guy in a sweater, and amanda, decided to call the cops on us. Half of the hotel were wedding guests.

One of the best Springhill suites I have stayed at. Nice and clean. Grear staff.

The bathrooms have frosted doors and no locks. Kinda weird if you have guests over. Other then that really modern and clean!

The hotel itself was nice, I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast but it looked like there was plenty. This hotel uses the "guess your bill" method of charging you. I was quoted 122 total, and when I presented them with the money they said I needed "um hold on… 150? " after she figured out what "incidentals" were in her head. She assured me they'd credit me back the $28, but nope, she changed the price. Lying, dishonest, and deceptive. I will be fighting the charge with my bank and I plan to pay $0. You should fire the two big women who work at the front, they just cost your company at least $150 for that night.

Rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large — with the toilet and a pedestal sink in one room and a shower and large vanity in another room. The bar area and breakfast area are large and cozy. The bar selection is a little limited, and the bartender has a bit of a "heavy" hand, but it is a nice place to grab a quick drink. The elevators can be a bit warm, and were out of order during my stay. The pool area has a splashpad. A very nice hotel.

Great hotel and awesome room consistent with top tier SpringHill Suites. The staff was nice and very good with any questions or requests along with the female bartender who was great at her job and awesome in conversing with all of her customers. I will seek the place out again should work bring me back to the area.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom situation was interesting. Breakfast was subpar.

Nice place. Convenient area. The only complaints are when ac was on, there was a vibration noise coming out, made it difficult to get to sleep and my pillow was very flat. Courteous staff!

I traveled from Austin TX and needed a place to stay near a grand opening event. I was told that I would not be able to find a place under $250. When I found SpringHill for under $200!, I had preconceived notions because of similar hotels. I read the reviews and from there decided to book my stay. I am so glad that I did. It's all in the details and SpringHill delivered. I enjoyed the bar, the many choices for late night snacks, the clean room, work-out facility and hearty free breakfast. I will be back. Awesome room, service was great, and the continental breakfast was THE best I've ever had. We didn't have time to check out the pool or fitness center, but it seemed to be pretty cool, especially the splash pad for the kids. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and I can say this is the best I've ever seen. Will definitely come again.

Great place. Clean and new. We had 4 people in our room. Don't bank on the fold out sofa as being a useful bed. Its not comfortable. Just spend the extra $10 to get the room with 2 beds.

Very modern environment. The shower overhead has awesome pressure along with the two extra nozzles to spray your body! The comforter is very soft and comfy. I recommend this place, and will definitely consider staying here again! Very clean.
