I love the great service I received at the hotel and the other service given to me from the great staff the smiles from the front desk morning staff and a special thanks to the house keeper of the third floor she helped me get in my dress for the wedding I was in room 310. I only spoke of the day shift because they are who helped me. You all should be very proud of yourself for having such great staff. I will be back.

This is a fairly new hotel. The best thing about this place is the customer service and Johnny's Steakhouse located in the hotel. We are never disappointed with the food or service and the portions are always big. Check it out for yourself!

I stayed here for a 3-day wedding on memorial day weekend. I am 100% sure I left a bunch of formal dresses there, and they stated they didn't find anything. I checked out on a Tuesday and called them the following Friday. It is kind of my fault for leaving it there and not calling them right after (got busy and put it off), but for a bunch of dresses in a travel suit bag I would expect them to turn it into lost and found.

Stayed here on two different occasions. Neither occasion started out perfect but was promptly corrected. Notable incident on our second stay, as per instructions, my husband and I put out the room service tag the night of our stay so that we could have breakfast the next morning. The next morning after the delivery time scheduled when we check the door, the tag was still hung on the handle. Now already running late since room service did not arrive or picked up, we went to the front desk to inform of the situation during check out. Although the lady at the front desk was impatient, dismissive (as she was during our first stay as well), and over-talked us, when we finally caught her between breaths for her to listen, she apologetically and without hesitation, offered us complimentary breakfasts. Overall very lovely stay. Would definitely come back if we’re.

Nice hotel tucked away so NO freeway noise. Close to many places — restaurants etc. Breakfast has llimited offerings but, still very good. Unfortunately the fire alarms went off at 10:45pm and continued until 1:45 am. … 3 hours so made for a very short night! They need to work on a plan to improve that process for sure.

Rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. Off of the freeway in a wooded secluded area, nice and quiet. Service was excellent. Breakfast which was a nominal fee add on was delicious… while you wait omelets, also lots of other options. Close to woodlands mall and old town spring. Would definitely come back.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in Shenandoah was a truly unique hotel experience. I was very impressed as the luxurious quality of this hotel far surpasses any others of its class. There is great attention to detail as everything is brand new, very clean, comfortable and with a very courteous and professional staff. I would highly recommend booking a stay in this hotel for anyone visiting the area and looking for a place that strives to provide excellent customer satisfaction at a very reasonable rate. :)

Very comfortable. Definately one of the best Holiday Inns I've ever been in. Great for business travel and conventions. Team travel too!

Had an issue at check-in with our room door not able to be opened. The front desk took care of us and quickly moved us into another room. Other than that it was nice and clean, nice people, nice gym and easy interstate access. All things we enjoy when needing a place to stay.

Very friendly and efficient service. Clean and very nice rooms. Got a major ice storm while staying here, glad I was here so I didn't have to get on icy roads going back into Houston!

Great price and location! Pretty, updated, contemporary style and comfortable room with refrigerator and microwave. Lovely, large glass wall shower — no flimsy shower curtain!

We attended a party in a ballroom here. The room was spacious, comfortably appointed, and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Everything about this place is awesome. This is the by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The food is out of this world. Thank you to everyone at this hotel for the awesome experience.

They treat the workers badly with a lot of work and they don't give them all the schedules they deserve. Yes, I have a opportunities to stay for one night, I wouldn't.

Beautiful decor, excellent in house restaurant, staff is pleasant and professional, accommodations are wonderful. Want one of their beds for home! Loved everything about it, definitely recommend, plan to visit again.

Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable and many pillows to choose from. Hotel team was not overly friendly or engaging… fridge in room never cooled down… shower was cold and steaming intermittently without warning. Toilet seat was broken… breakfast was not included…

Wonderful Hotel, pricing is great the rooms were Immaculate the swimming pool is great, and there was always somebody willing to bring you anything you needed up to your room. The internet is a good reasonable speed and the televisions have a lot of great channels. The bedding was clean and the bathrooms are immaculate. We stayed for two days and had a great experience, we didn't want to leave.

Stayed here on a business trip and I can say that this hotel is first class. Lisa, the GM, is extremely professional, sincere, and helpful, and the rest of the staff is no different. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I’ll be sure to make a reservation here next time I’m in this area.

This hotel is spectacular. Beautifully kept and very comfortable rooms with all the toiletries we needed. Unfortunately the restaurant experience didnt meet our expectations. We had to constantly flag down servers and the food was not filled at the rate it was going out. Very disappointed about that, but otherwise good stay.

This property is by far the best ihg hotel in the area. Friendly staff. Accommodating your every need. And Johnny's Italian Steakhouse is a nice place to eat and have drinks.

We had a group of 3 families from Chicago here and we had a great time at the hotel and in the Woodlands area as a whole. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, professional and helpful. We celebrated my daughter's 22nd birthday and the Chef prepared a special dessert we all could share and chocolate covered strawberries for the Birthday girl! The rooms were like brand new, the lobby was sharp, modern and impeccably clean. The pool was beautifully designed with comfortable outdoor furniture. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel was as nice as any hotel we've stayed at for twice or three times the price. The rooms were immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't get to enjoy the pool area due to time constraints, but it was beautiful. Everything definitely far exceeded our expectations.

Omg. A nice quiet slice of heaven. Even my kids want to go back just to stay the night. Excellent service, Room service, great restaurant and bar in the lobby, beds are awesome, and everything else is within 5 minutes. I did mean everything, but without all the congestion of traffic, NICE! Last but not least, the pricing was unbelievably low…

This place was professional and well kept. Nice beds and friendly, prompt staff. We asked if the restaurant/bar was opened yet, we were in town for a wedding. Being in the wedding party, we witnessed them opening bar early for us an possibly number of other guests who might have asked the hours as well. They were a business I would recommend from the experience my family received from them.

Location is a bit hard to find without directions. Room was nice. Staff was very helpful, even with odd requests. Restaurant had good food.

Ups and downs. Fantastic structure, very comfortable and modern rooms, tastefully decorated. Staff at the inexperienced reception and noisy rooms due to the ventilation systems always used to ball. In the room you can turn off the air conditioning but in the corridor you risk cold paralysis.

The rooms were clean, very modern and nicely maintained. The restaurant inside the hotel is definitely gourmet. The jacuzzi and the pool were so relaxing. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again.

Beautiful new construction hotel. Room: Room was clean which is really the most important thing. Bed wasn't uncomfortable but didn't get the best sleep either. No real complaints. Breakfast: Breakfast is not free and the cost for breakfast is insane!

Brand new property at the time of my stay. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and well trained. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Located back off the main road so noise is minimal however there is an early morning (7 am or so) train that rolls by with the horn blowing.

It's new. Great rooms. The service leaves much to be desired. When I called for a blanket to tell me I had to come down to the front desk to get one. When I got down there the lady said that they didn't have any. Overall it's a great place.
