I love the customer service and excellent service.

Room is old, needs updating. Our sofa bed had no mattress or sheets, had to call the front desk for them to bring one up and it had a big stain on it. Yuck. The sheets on the King bed were super soft but kept coming off of the bed. Housekeeping was super friendly. Breakfast had a variety of food to offer.

Clean rooms, hot breakfast, friendly staff, quiet, with a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Will be back again in the future.

1st when I get there the room stanked then I was there from Thursday to Monday they didn't clean our room until after noon even later than 3 PM. So I checked out Monday morning I ran everything to the car it was 10:15am I went back up to the room for a final walk through and get food and drinks I had left and found housekeeping in my room. Throwing away my food. When I seen her in there I was caught off guard and it through me off and grab the sodas that she didn't throw away yet. And left and a few hrs later u realized she threw away my quail I bought from pappasitos which I paid 25 for extra to bring back so I called up there and talked to Maggie Garcia and she pretty much told me I was lying and said she was going to check to verify it. So I called back 6 times and she refused to return my call. They service is very unprofessional but the evening staff came in at least said he was sorry and I will get Maggie for you. I left messages and number. Now that I have went over the reviews I see they don't respond or try to make things right the management there needs to be replace and they are bringing the standards of Marriott down! I do not recommend staying at this place at all.

The general manager Margarita Garcia should not have her position. She scolded me in the front as if I were a child when I went to the counter to ask for towels for the pool. There were no towels by the pool nor was a spa working. I had a very pleasant check-in experience with Diana. Hospitality isn't main part of hotel stays I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you have to ask for a towel or have any interaction with Margarita Garcia she's a very rude and unprofessional person who does not deserve to be a manager. Maybe she prefers a different clientele or she is biased based on appearances or color. No one deserves to be yelled at and told that they cannot do anything unless it's in the breakfast area of the hotel. The hotel is outdated but it's very clean.

I have always loved Marriott Hotels and this Fairfield location is the absolute best! There is a Walmart right beside it which is convenient for those who forget to pack what they needed… (me). The staff is always friendly and the cleaning staff have done a very good job maintaining the cleanliness of my room. I recommend this hotel for people with realistic expectations and not for the high maintenance folks.

The night time front desk agent was amazing. She was friendly and accommodating and always had a smile on her face. The rooms were nice and pretty spacious. The beds we're pretty comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool was nice and not too cold. Overall an excellent hotel.

Indoor pool, great variety for a hot breakfast, a gym, comfy beds, and everythings clean. We love it.

First room we received the bed was not made and dirty linens in the bathroom. Second room we received was an upgrade, but with dirty popcorn ceilings and peeling wallpaper. Our window wouldn’t even lock! Not to mention the Walmart security guard deflecting people from the hotel on the outside.

We booked 3 rooms online in advance at the Woodlands location. Upon arrival the check-in was easy, the rooms were clean, and everything was as expected. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast the next morning was good. We will definitely be back.

For the category, it is a good and excellent choice. Good and comfortable facilities, good breakfast and friendly staff.

It's very convenient but the rooms were a little smaller than some of the other locations have stayed but overall the staff was great breakfast was excellent and it was a good night's rest!

I have been a Marriott Rewards member for 31 years. Bad security issue last night caused by room booked to 2 different people at same time. I had key but someone else in my room! Tension at late night, not what I needed, not the person already in room forced to wake up and walk down to front desk. Luckily there was a security guard (Robert) on duty that took charge and resolved problems that were beyond training of night clerk. Worst experience with a Marriott property in many many years. They gave me 5000 points … laugh laugh.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by obsessive knocking from the other room and the worst smell you could imagine. Needless to say we notified the front desk and nothing was done about either issues… I have never stayed in hotel that smelled so bad!

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good complementary breakfast. The three stars is because of the high noise levels in the rooms from the nearby I-45 road.

My family held a birthday party for my twelve year old brother here for the indoor pool. The staff were very accomadating and welcoming.

This hotel is close to the highway, so the traffic noise including that of trains make it difficult to sleep well. The hotel is a little old and dirty as well. During my stay, smoke detector started loudly beeping at 3 am, waking me up, and needed a replacement battery. The clerk sent up the security guard, who removed the alarm. The front desk receptionist and manager apologized for the alarm but did nothing else to make amends. I understand that these situations can happen but I feel that being woken abruptly from slumber in the early morning deserves more than a verbal apology. I would not stay here as costumer services does not seem to be their first priority.

Room was clean. Bathroom had an exhaust fan that sounded like it was seconds from an explosive escape. The room A/C did not work well; had to set it at 60F and the fan on constant to get it to cool the room. The hotel shut the heat off for the hot tub at approximately 8 PM (the hot tub is supposed to be open until 11 PM). My daughter went to the lobby to have them fix it, but where she stood for 20 minutes (wet from the disappointing hot tub no less — — and where the A/C worked GREAT) only to be told there was ONE guy on shift and he couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it. We probably won't stay there again.

Service was great and rooms were great.

Overall is wasn't the best hotel I've been to, but it wasn't the worst. Our was pretty good. It was clean and about average room size. The "spa" (hot tub) was broken when I tried to use it, but it seemed to be working when I passed it the next morning? Service was okay considered there was only one guy doing everything at night. I had to wait 20 minutes to tell someone that the spa was broken, and come to find out there was nothing to that could be done.

Very comfortable stay. The beds are nice, there's a lot of places to eat nearby, and the staff is very courteous. No complaints.

Where to start on what went wrong? First, our rooms weren't ready by the 3 pm check-in. Then our rooms weren't grouped together as requested. I requested a pack and play for my toddler and what was delivered included a full comforter (not safe for a baby to sleep on) on top of a soaking wet pack and play mattress (yuck). Others in my group got rooms that smelled of dead animals and had cockroaches. The staff was not overly helpful but eventually corrected the pack and play issue. Would not recommend this location.

Conveniently located near a Walmart and by a highway. The rooms has a peculiar smell but also had hot showers and controllable a. C. Free breakfast was offered in the mornings.

I was at a hotel that was BED BUG INFESTED! I had to leave my hotel in the middle of the night! July14, 2016. This hotel treated us so kindly and had rooms to accommodate our entire party!

Great food, relaxed, nice air conditioning, especially in this heat. Man it feels like I'm gonna melt like that witch fom the Wizard of Oz. So this air conditioning really did me good with a nice Dr. Pepper with plenty of ice. Can't get any better with the tennis matches going on with all these tennis players between 30 and death and there still playing. Wow.

Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly service. Top notch breakfast. Perfect location, 2 minutes from any restaurant we wanted to eat at. Look forward to staying again.

Great location right off of I-45. Tons of food options takeout, fast food, sit down and all within a short walk. Rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. Staff is super nice and all seem genuinely interested in helping you to have a nice stay!

We were woken up at 5 am and 7 am from a faulty fire alarm system. Hotel staff was nice to thank us for evacuating our rooms but would not comp our room or give us a discount for the inconvenience until we hung around the lobby long enough. We were here for a leisurely staycation and wanted to enjoy a good night's sleep while our kids spent time with grandparents. The complete opposite happened but it was an adventure to say the leaat.

Great staff! Indoor pool and jacuzzi! Decent breakfast buffet! Great location with Walmart in walking distance and a Willies next door in walking distance!
And, it is a much safer invironment since the room doors are inside.

Very nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast and pool. Easy access to interstate 45.

Breakfast was good. Room had a bit of a damp musk to it. Otherwise clean. Front desk was was nice on check in and check out. The pool is small but functional and the work out room was adequate for some quick cardio.

Denise the mgr on duty was so kind and helpful. We stayed because of flooding at our house. We were distraught and emotional. She was so gracious and found us a perfect room. Would and will be glad to stay in this lovely hotel again. Loved the bedding. So comfortable!

I loved staying at this hotel the room service was greate, the girl that came to. My room did so well I had to leave her a tip, front destination was awesome also, I'll be staying here again very soon, thank you!

Stayed there for 3 nights and it was really good. Front desk very kind and helpful whenever needed, and excellent location near malls and activity places.

Great location, friendly service, good breakfast. The pool was out of service when we were there, but it isn't incredibly appealing regardless. Overall, I'd say my experience was positive.

This hotel was a life saver. We chose the wrong weekend to try to go camping and walk around the Ren Faire. Our whole campsite ended up under water. A big thank you to the staff for making it quick and easy to get into our rooms and into nice warm shower. The bed were super comfortable and the breakfast, and coffee, were all the yum.
