Very unprofessional and when I checked in they asked for I’d and credit card. The front desk didn’t even look at my I’d or credit card they just used what was on file. I keep a debit card on file with IGH Incase it’s compromised. I always pay with my business credit card. This is how I know they didn’t even bother to look at my information. I will never stay at this hotel again. They cost me several bank charges cause they refused to take the time and verify the credit card I handed them. When brought to day managers attention she was ugly and rude.

Yes it was nice also free washer and dryer for the guest. Full fridge and a stove no oven. They did have plates and silverware and cups and pans for us to use.

I booked a room there for my brother and nieces and nephew. They had bullets flying through their walls. When I called the hotel. They said they couldn’t help accommodate me or my brother because the people in the next room was shooting their gun nearly missing my nephews. I have pictures and will be talking to cooperate and possibly a lawyer if this doesn’t get resolved.

Checked in, was so easy people friendly, pet friendly, handicapped facilities, overall great, my husband stays here alot Lucas and Dana make it feel like home definitely will stay again.

It's a nice place to stay for long-term visits. My preferred residence for business trips in the Woodlands/Spring area. Good balance of amenities and cost.

The location was close to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion which worked for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel, friendly people. Rooms were much better than I expected. 5 Star, without question. Edit-I reviewed the hotel about an hour after arriving. Now it’s the next day. Let me tell you… 5 stars does don’t come close to how nice this place was. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The water pressure in that shower was a dream. Room was huge for a double queen. We chose to stay here because it was close to my mothers chemo therapy appointment. I could not be more pleased with our decision to stay there. It was honestly so nice that if I had any business within 50 miles of that hotel, then that where I would use to stay. And as far as the front desk employee on the evening of August 1, 2018. The price is right for this hotel and for an extended stay, I am much happier paying a bit more for a suite. The pool is a disapointment. The web site photos of the pool appear to have been photo shopped to make it look three times its actual size. This is important for swimmers looking forward to lap swimming in the morning.

Great stay! Comfortable and very clean. Check in and check out were easy and quick and the prices were affordable. The only thing was the water pressure in the shower was too fast and they don’t have breakfast in the lobby. Other than that we definitely would recommend this place and look forward to staying again!

Great place in a busy town. The staff are friendly, Wi-Fis good and the beds are comfortable. I see people with pets here too if you want to bring yours. I haven't had any problems with noises or smells because of them even.

Top notch. Great looking hotel and super clesn room. Fantastic customer service for our long stay. Pet friendly really means it. You won't find better staff either. So glad we found a Candlewood.

Clean and well kept, good price, and I always like having the kitchenette as an option when we're traveling instead of eating out all of the time. No continental breakfast because they're an extended stay hotel, but they did have fruit, coffee and snacks available for purchase. Laundry is free too which is helpful if you're staying a while. Our king studio only had one bedside table and no charger on the side of the bed without the nightstand, which was inconvenient since we use our phones as alarm clocks and my husband had to plug his in across the room. The first floor had a bit of a musty smell in the hallways, but on the 3rd floor where our room was it smelled fine.

Nice rooms with a lot of amenities but the fragrance used in our room is extremely overwhelming and has triggered my allergies to the point I did not rest at all overnight. If you have allergies you might avoid this one. Probably a good place for dog lovers though.

The room is clean and the lady who checked us in waa nice, but no morning breakfast and the parking is so limited.

Room was nice with full size fridge, stove and sink. Had a separate bedroom from living area and spacious. Only thing I critique are the two TV's: they were small and somewhat outdated for flat screens. I expected better for a hotel of this stature.

This is not the easiest place to find or see until you are on on top of it! And turning around to get back to the turn off of the service road takes miles. A disappointment is that Candlewood Corp has made this location stop providing breakfast! Yes, Candlewood is geared for extended stays but the breakfast was a convience when there on business. And we had issues w/ the TV remote controls in all five rooms. Otherwise, good service, comfortable rooms, nice kitchenette, (and good coffee)! Ok for personal but, for me, not for business.

Not the same experience we had in the past. The bed is super hard and squeaks. I complained after the first night and the only solution offered was to pack up all our stuff and the kitchen and switch rooms. After three sleepless nights and a sore back and hip, I finally bought a mattress topper. We will research other hotels for our next stay in The Woodlands.

Our one bedroom king suite and the neighboring king room were both larger than rooms I have stayed at with the same amenities elsewhere! Fast, free Wi-Fi. Everything was clean. The table was huge and provided a lot of practical space. We slept two adults and three small kids and an infant in the king bedroom suite comfortably (with one toddler cot). The only thing I missed was on-site breakfast. Walmart was only a two minute drive so if we had stayed longer we could have cooked on the stove top, but did not for just one night. Full size fridge and freezer plus a high powered microwave were nice.

Nice place, room was great, guest laundry and gym are together, no breakfast or restaurant, but they sell everything you need.

Everything was in tip top shape, rooms were clean, service was perfect! But man those prices for the snacks is like you're paying for a another night for some Doritos.

Our family stayed here for over a month and my kids were sad to "move" out. The entire staff was so accommodating and friendly! They went out of their way without us even asking and were always pleasant! We will definitely recommend to friends and family to stay here!

Located right off the highway and close to some great restaurants and bars (although Ubers had hard time locating it). Room was small, but clean. Only there for 1 night, but was comfortable.

The staff made the visit. They were the best. The hotel also had games and movies you could check out. That was fun. The rooms were nice. However the outside places were filthy and sticky and we are outside people. Rain or shine. Yuck!

The room felt like home. AC actually worked properly. There is nothing I would change, other than add a mini bar!

I called and was quoted a price of 99 dollars. 20 minutes later the only room available was nearly $50 more, this was on a Tuesday nonholiday. The room was clean and had a living area and kitchen. However, the blinds could not be closed and right outside the window was the parking area light. One of the lights was out and when we called to get a new bulb the front desk said if they could find one then they would bring it up. 30 minutes later there is a knock and a lightbulb. After making the switch we learn that it wasn't the bulb but the lamp itself was bad. Finally the ice machine that they said would take around a hour before it started producing ice took closer to 2 and when untouched it produced 10 cubes in 14 hours.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are fantastic. (The shower has three wonderful pressure systems, and there is an actual bath. Water is warm enough for a relaxing bath. ) There are two burners, a dishwasher, and cooking supplies. Most supplies needed for cleaning are supplied as well. Beds are super comfy, and the AC works very well. (We have it freezing in here. ) The TV has many channels. The lights all work. I have not checked the laundry room, pool, or gym yet, but their existence is impressive for me. The staff is also very polite and helpful. I love it here; I probably ought to move in.

Clean, great location, the general manager Richard is great. The crew he has put together is very accommodating. It's a great hotel.

Rooms are good size they even let you have pets, they have light breakfast every morning till a decent time for you to sleep in, great location, good channels, clean rooms, gym, pool, rooms have a small kitchen to cook in and thry lend out kitchen equipment plus other stuff like movies and board games, laudry is free which makes it easier to travel light. Definitely recommend this place.

This place is wonderful. Monday — Wednesday guest reception meant that I was greeted with a complementary glass of wine and a bite to eat after my drive from Fort Worth and before I went to meet my new granddaughter at St. Luke's across the street. Full kitchen with ice maker in the room, coffee and popcorn waiting. 24 hour convenience store for the things I forgot to pack in my hurry when my daughter decided to go into labor a few days early. Very clean facilities. Wonderful staff who took the time to tell me over the phone that GPS would lead me astray and that if I called them, they would talk me in. This place is awesome.

The room is very spacious. Not having to go out and eat is a plus. Able to cook in the room is great. They have everything you may need. Great place to stay!

Only one thing I can think of that would be helpful to us and others! We need a Weighing Scale! My Nephew is here for the Naga Championship Tournament! And we need to weight him in to check his weight! With that it would make it perfect! Beautiful, clean and friendly people! They have a kitchenette they have everything u need! Pots and pans, coffee maker. Small Electric stove, fridge. The had coffee, sugar to make in the morning! Hair Blow dryer, Weight room, Laundry Room! Couldn't of asked for more! Truly blessed! Thank u Lord!

The room was nice, the towels were fluffy, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk was very polite and very nice. I have no complaints!

Rooms, staff, and everything was great. No breakfast was a bummer.

It was very good except that the room was missing some essential furniture such as a dresser with a mirror and extra small table for dining in at least.

The place was nice a clean. I would take one star away as it is not easy to get to and somewhat remote (which meant if you missed the street you had to go all the way around the freeway, another 10 min added to your trip), at the same time add the star back again because it allows for more security for your vehicles as there are no local residences near by which probably adds to increased security. Staff was friendly, the pool was clean and the little lobby store was very convenient.

My husband and I stayed here in February 2014 and had a 5 star experience. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the separate bedroom since my husband likes to watch TV late at night and I like to go to sleep earlier. The best thing that happened was that I left behind my cell phone charger and an expensive blazer. When I called, the hotel cleaning staff had my charger and jacket saved to turn in. I have left phone chargers at other hotels in the past, and they were long gone when I called to check! I appreciate the honesty of the Candlewood Suites cleaning staff so much. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff and Management are extremely friendly, and the rooms are Clean and well kept.

I was in town on business for the weekend and stayed at the Candlewood. It wasn't hard to find, and the location is nice and peaceful for being so close to the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a shopping center with a wal-mart not 2 miles down the road, so picking up everyday items or finding a place to eat is really convenient. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Overall we had a great time and will definitely stay here in the future.

My husband and I recently had to travel to the Woodlands for a buisness meeting. We decided to stay at the Candlewood even though there were no reviews. I'm so glad that we did. This location is a fairly new one, and everything was great. The only problem we had was actually finding the hotel for the first time. Part of that is due to the fact that we weren't familiar with the area, and our GPS is a little out of date. And the fact that in the Woodlands everything is a surrounded by trees and is hard to see. Every employee of the hotel we incountered were pleasent and friendly. We got the 1 bedroom suite, since I would be there most of the day while my husband was attending meetings. The room was exactly what it look liked in the pictures. Everything was very clean, and they even provided dish liquid for you to wash the dishes, an extra roll of paper towels, plenty of cookware, they even had rubbermaid dishes to store the leftovers. The bedroom has a table and mirror with a hanging light for the women to use a vanity. One disapointment for me was the matteress on the bed, which I know is more of a personal preference. The matteress was very firm and made for not some peaceful sleep for myself. All in all this was a great place for us to stay and the cost was great for us.
