Great place to stay! Friendly staff.

Donna Strzodka is the group sales manager at this location. She has been EXCEPTIONAL in her help while we blocked, reserved, changed, updated, and added rooms for a wedding group. She has been prompt in ALL of her communications and there is nothing she hasn't been able/willing to do to make this stay exactly what we need. She has made this the most stress free and easy part of the entire event. I've been a loyal Hilton Honors member with regular stays annually for over 10 years. I've come to expect great service, but this is more than I could have hoped for.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean and had amenities such as refrigerator, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and food disposal. There are nightly social dinners (Monday-Thursday) and breakfast every morning. The pool area is beautiful and there are even grills for guest use on the patio. You can tell the staff take pride in their work here.

Got a really nice room. Pool was really nice and had handicap access. Breakfast was really impressive, better than most hotels.

The room was amazing! We got a two bed room for my family & I & it was so spacious. We had a living room area with a pull-out couch, a full kitchen with microwave, stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, sink, toaster, cabinets, coffee machine, & plateware. Also with a little breakfast table. The restroom had a tub & the sink was placed outside of the restroom which is always convenient. There was also a spacious closet with a full mirror in front, including the ironing board & iron. The breakfast is free & amazing, theres also a saltwater pool. & the best part? THEY ALLOW PETS. 10/10 would go again whenever I'm visiting Houston. Also, staff was very friendly, welcoming, & polite.

The personnel are so great! They always greet you coming and going from their facility. Very accommodating! They have a very fresh and delicious breakfast buffet as well!

This is a great place to stay in The Woodlands. Clean, well-kept hotel with excellent internet. Friendly and professional staff.

So disgusting and run down. Our room was paid for and we ended up leaving. I couldn't have my newborn and 6 year old stay in a place that I was afraid to walk in barefoot. The staff was also screwing around and kept calling everything "gay… "

We would like to thank all the staff for making our family feel right at home from the time we arrive until the time we left. The new look is Beautiful Can we see a lot of improvements. The management team Patricia, Lisa and Donna Do a very good job on making us feel comfortable and letting us know that they are there If we need them. The front desk staff are very currency friendly and helpful what a wonderful job. We can not forget the housekeeper's maintenance crew and shuttle drivers they help make our vacation and our stay great.

I went for a continuing education class. There was coffee available to whole time and the temperature was nice and cool to keep you awake. Actually had to wear a jacket but that was fine because I was trying to stay awake anyways. The place is kind of hidden but it's super nice inside.

Room smelled of MOLD. Mold in vents and on bathroom walls. Asked for another room, contacting corporate when able. Room already had the renovation completed and they clearly forgot to place vents in the bathrooms to remove moisture. Room is 220. DO NOT STAY IN IT! Report them to the health department ASAP. It was a good hotel very fancy and clean the only thing I didn't like was how the shower was designed because every time you showered there would be literally a pool of water so yea it's good otherwise.

They were remodeling, which I understand, can be disruptive. The closet doors needed to be fixed and there was a huge cockroach in the closet. There was no late nighr dinner option and no bar.

Very nice stay. Staff was incredibly polite. Comfortable rooms. Across interstate from great shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Decent suites hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Price is fair for what it offers. Breakfast is included and it's average in terms of quality and diversity. Location is good. Only a mile or two away from Woodlands shopping mall and Pinecroft shopping center.

The people were kind and accommodating when needed. The hotel is a bit older and run down but in the process of getting a face lift. The breakfast was okay but dinner wasn’t great. The people who worked breakfast and dinner each time I was there didn’t replace items that needed replacement like plates and silverware and some food like ketchup or just refilling the coffee in time. It was a common thing. Not bad for staying a couple of nights but not for many more. The air in AC has made me sick and another friend as well somehow. This is what made me leave.

I wasn't expecting much, honestly. I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and the kindness of the staff. I came here for Christmas Eve/ Christmas day. I also proposed to my girlfriend at this establishment and the honey, double rooms were perfect for setting up a Christmas tree while she was sleeping. I ALWAYS prefer the homewood suites to any other Hilton hotel because of the "homey" feel that they have. I would stay here again.

The whole lobby is under construction. Okay fine, but every other Hilton property that has construction or whatever lists this on their website and emails people who book so they know. The address in the Hilton app is wrong. This place is on I-45 S but the app says I-45 N. This isn’t trivial and makes most GPS apps choke. The staff thinks the whole thing is funny because they get confused with another location. Not funny when I’ve been traveling 12 hours. The evening meal i…s supposed to be 6-8. Apparently there are regulars (that some even have “reserved” tables) that consume everything immediately. Come down at 7:15? You see empty bowls and blank stares. Speaking of blank stares, they all sit there watching Fox News as if it were actual news programming. Please go back to your trailer parks and leave society to reality. Seriously, this location can just F off. The only worse hotel in the area is the Hampton, which is basically a crack motel. Save your money and stay down the road in Houston.

I visited Homewood suites for a work-related conference. It is a nice place. Would have been nice if they had warned our group that the hotel is under renovations.

By far the best pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed at! This was my first time ever taking a trip with my dog and when they say there pet friendly they mean it! They would even watch Maxx (my 8 month old boxer) in the lobby while we stepped out. It did not feel like a hotel stay to me, I felt at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE PETS! Breakfast was great and evening dinner was very nice.

Overall the stay was good. The building sustained a little water damage during the storm that cause a mold oder and the refrigerator went out. The manager was nice enough to replace some of our groceries.

Beautiful property, great staff. Very hospitable and aervice oriented. Large room with full kitchen amenities, a basketball court, kids play area, full breakfast buffet and a nice meal at nice with alcohol! The go to hotel when in the Woodlands area.

After spending my first night in town to be with my hospitalized brother in a hotel 2 doors away. And not being satisfied, I stopped by this beautiful, friendly place. All of the front desk team was so helpful and friendly. The room was 5 notches up from the other place. So much cleaner, more eye appealing, we'll maintained plus a full kitchen! I needed am extra night, no problem, comparable in price but willing to pay 10.00 more. If I return this way again, I will stay here.

The hotel experience was nice as always, but the front desk staff member was less than helpful when it came time for us to check in to our room. We asked for early check in because we had come in from out of town and had a family event to attend right at 3pm, so we asked if we could check in early. She said the hotel was full and that there was no rooms a available until 3pm. She didn't offer any suggestions or help, but only said we could try other hotels down the street! Very rude and inconsiderate I thought, so I contacted the manager, Patricia and she was very helpful in finding us a room quickly. Front desk person is the face of the hotel and should be willing to go above and beyond to assist the customer if needed. In this instance, I do not think I should have had to contact the manager to resolve my problem.

The actions by this establishment just show how poor their customer service is. How dare they lie about a customer. Then, when caught in the lie, kick them out. They were staying there because of damage to their home. You kick a whole family out on the street because you got caught in a lie. Will definitely never stay here.

The room was fine. However, in my conformation email I received when I booked the room, there was GPS directions to the hotel that aren't accurate. After driving 12 hours, I drove nearly an hour out of the way trying to find the hotel. I called for directions and the person working the desk spit out directions like I'd lived here for years. After I FINALLY found the hotel, I left the room to go visit friends and no one could give me a GPS address to get me back. I spent the evening lost in Houston instead of in my room. Front desk spoke like they KNOW the GPS coordinates are not correct. I'm wondering why that hasn't been fixed?! I even wound up at the sister hotel and those desk clerks were not helpful at all either. Ruined the whole trip. Just a warning! If you book here, make sure you call and get written directions because it is not right on GPS. I won't stay again simply because I've never had this issue ANYWHERE else. Everyone acted like it was no big deal and I should know my way around. Expensive room to be lost most of the night.

The staff there are great, they made my stay like I was at home instead of hundreds of miles from it.
From the young lady that served the breakfast to those that setup the meet and greet meal.
To. The hose keeping folks. The service desk seemed to work multiple shifts back to back, but they kept it together best stay ever with staying at the Homewood Suites.
The rain storms really sucked though.

Service is lackluster. Staff seem caught off guard when you ask for anything. They are currently under construction so if you get a new room it's great but the old ones are quite dated. Construction also make parking limited.

Great stairway going up to the second floor. Plenty of food for breakfast. Waffles, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, oatmeal and more. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I will be returning soon.

I attended a small conference there I the Warwick Room. It appeared they are going to start a remodel in the lobby area. It was a nice place to hold a conference and I look forward to other conferences there.

This is the best hotel in the woodlands! The staff here is top notch! All the staff is great! We love it and will never stay anywhere else. Everyone of the staff will go above and beyond for you.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this wonderful hotel when our home had fire and and smoke damage. I can not even begin to say all the good things about this hotel. It was very clean, served breakfast and a happy hour at dinner time. There was so much food! Now to the staff… Since we were there for almost 6 weeks, the staff became my family. They were very attentive to every thing that I needed. It was very hard to say good-bye but since they are only 15 minutes away from where I live, I am sure that they would not mind if I came over for a visit. The best part is that they have a covered patio with lights and ceiling fans by the pool. I met so many people there and I am sure that we will friends from here on out. This hotel/home is the best kept secret in The Woodlands. Thank you Lisa, Patricia, Lenore and every staff member for the great hospitality and kindness that you all showed not only my family but every guest there.

Hotel was clean and the service was good. Had a decent selection for breakfast and all in all a good stay. Hallway had a oder to it. Some of the people I spoke to said it smelled like mold but I wouldn't say that I smelled that personally. There is definitely a smell though.

A really nice hotel located near many good spots. The rooms are all suites with kitchen. There is free breakfast and evening social which is a nice perk to have after a long day at work. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Homewood suites was such a wonderful place to stay everything about the hotel made it feel like home, the rooms are beautiful very clean the beds are so comfy and the pool is super cool! Service is nice. Loved staying here.

Quick and convenient for the woodlands area. The hotel was clean and reasonably priced. The location offered quick access to I-45 and convenient access to the Woodlands mall. I would stay here again if business brought me back to the area.
