This hotel was much better than expected. The room was enormous. The staff was courteous and friendly. You get much more than you pay for at this hotel. I rate it easily 5 stars. Hands down! I would recommend this hotel to anyone having to stay in the Houston Hobby area.

I booked one room stating as follows on my confirmation email : Deluxe Queen Room — disability access/non smoking 1 extra large double bed (71-82 inch's wide), and 2 large double beds (60-70 inch's wide) for 4 adults for one night. The room we checked in was two beds. I told the front desk the room I reserved should have 3 beds, but I didn't have my confirmation print out with me. The front desk told me there were no room with 3 beds in the entire hotel property then I tried to locate my confirmation email from my smart phone. To my big shock, I found the bed size were changed to "1 king bed "? I took some screen shots and wanted to check with my confirmation print out after I returned back from my vacation. Now, my confirmation email print out dated 4/6/2018 is in front of me. I repeat what Super 8 Hobby North confirmed as following Deluxe Queen Room Disability Access/Non-Smoking 1 extra large double bed (71-82 inch's wide), and 2 large double beds (60-70 inch's wide) I was very disappointed that Super 8 Hobby North did not honor what I booked and paid for.

This is a horrible motel, linen was dirty when we checked in, room had a foul odor of cigarettes and dirty carpet. The staff changed our room to another room with clean linen however the shower was full of mold and I think blood on the shower walls and door. Elevator was out due to flood. No remodeling done so I assume they had the same carpets and just tried to shampoo them but the smell is still there. Ghetto as ghetto comes… it is over priced for the atmosphere of the motel. We will never stay here again! People just have lost their integrity and value in this lifetime.

The room seemed clean and very spacious. The whole place could use some upgrading. It is conveniently located across from Hobby airport. The elevator is not functioning. The place doesn’t have an extra cot to sleep in.

Dirty hotel at a decent price. Rooms are spacious and prices reasonable. That's where the good times end. Our sheets had "stains" and hair on them. If you want stereotypical ghetto staff to look at your like your crazy, bring those concerns up to them. If you have kids be advised they seem to allow "street girls" to stay here too.

If I could give negative stars I would, and the bad part is I have never even been to this place. But I did book a room here, well my wife did, for me. But just a few days later plans got changed, she called and cancelled my reservation, and was told there would ne no charge. But almost a week later, the morning that my original stay was planned our bank showed us being charged for a room that not only did we ever stay in, but we were assured we wouldn't be charged for because we cancelled way in advance. So a simple phone called was made, and we were then told that we were mistaken, they didn’t charge us it must have been Wyndham Rewards. No problem thanks, but we have there number as well, in fact we use it all the time, but according to your staff originally, we couldn't use them to book our room, we had to do it through you directly? After a call to Wyndham Rewards we are informed they had nothing to do with it, in fact they didn't even know we had a reservation at this location? So now after several phone calls to this facility, that I might add is owned by foreigners, from the Middle East, we still have yet to receive our money back, but we have been told on several occasions that the manager was unavailable but would call us back. That still has not happened. I'm quite sure they are so busy trying to solve World Peace problems or something so they have no time for us Americans that they steal from. That is what we have allowed our country to become people.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES! They stole my money and refuse to even call me back about it. I made a reservation directly with them and when my work plans changed I called to cancel the reservation. I canceled a full week in advance of my planned stay. I even called back to confirm my cancellation, not once but TWICE. I called again when a pending charge popped up on my bank account. I was reassured again that my debit card would not be charged and that my reservation was indeed canceled. I called again the very next day when $93.55 was removed from my account. I have called every single day since then (March 6th) and have been told it will be handled, or they will call me back, or it has been forwarded to the owners. I can't believe they can do this to someone! I was even told by one of the clerks that this fee was a "No Show" fee because I didn't cancel my reservation! Unbelievable! And I still can't get anyone of authority to call me back. They are just in the business of stealing people's money and they should be stopped! Do not do business with them!

Excellent service very nice room, will definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!

Room was very clean and spacious. My baby loved crawling around the floors. Overall 5 stars.

Great night stay. Clean rooms and right across the street from Hobby Airport. I loved the firm beds (better for my back). The room was quiet and quite large. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Houston.
