This is the poorest excuse of a hotel I have ever been to. Called at 2pm to make sure my reservation was still good. Got the okay. Show up that night and they say they have overbooked and gave all my rooms away but "tried to call me". Crackheads outside screaming, naked women running around the lobby, and nobody in management could care less, or even be bothered to dress or act professionally. Ridiculous that Wyndham allows this hotel to remain in business.

Rude night auditor. No hot water for several days. Security lock broke on doors. Unable to get any assistance with any issues. First room had no phone or fire alarm. Linens stained. Website needs updating. Hotel smells horrible. All areas including rooms smells like a cigarette even though they say non smoking. Handicap shower bar not attached. I can go on about this place. The only positive was Skye the lady that helped Thursday morning.

The hotel experience I had last night with this hotel was HORRIBLE! the room we had was the nastiest place ever. Smells like cigarette and when we got there the TV was already on. We found a dirty face towel in the bath tub with pubic hair on it with a used soap. I asked the receptionist if I can transfer to a different room, the guy said they dont have any available room, I was like okay, but at 6am, the fire alarm went off and of course, me my son and my mom got out of our room, ran downstairs using the fire exit barefoot, no bra and panicking! found out someone pulledthe fire alarm on in one of the rooms. It took them an hour to kicked the lady out of the hotel they had to call the cops on her. If I can give a negative star for thia hotel, I would. Dont go here. Horrible place.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at by Wyndham. The first night I get there, my sheets was dirty. It took the young man at the front desk to go to five different room to finally bring me a full set of clean bedding. The microwave, shower curtains, and walls was dirty. I had no hot water, which means the hot tub I paid extra for couldn't be used. I was given another room to shower in and when I went to turn on the shower, the water come out of every where beside the shower head. I was soaking wet standing outside the shower. I call customer service, they was not empathetic with my situation and had no solution or Immediate resolution. I just left. I was on my mental health vacation and it took my anxiety to an all time. I just cried.

Nasty rooms they full of mold air conditioning leaks in room on carpet smells like mold and mildew never again will I stay here stains on the walls closet is busted in safes been busted open just a all around bad experience coffee was opened empty trash.

I don't know where to start except the room we stayed in was nasty. Bed had toe nails and other things in it and when I asked for new sheets I was told by front desk they didn't have the key to the storage room. Bathroom sink leaks real bad! Fire detector will not stop beeping. Elevator doesn't work and when we lost power there were no back up lights in stairways and the banister going down broke. No coffee pot in the room and when we asked the lady she just said it must be broken and getting fixed. Night stands had crumbs on them and lots of dust. Can't turn light on by bed cause it keeps blinking real fast. Had to borrow blanket from 403 to have something to sleep on. The bible looks like it's been thrown in a tub of water and has dead bugs in it. Stains on the couch and walls everywhere. Will never stay here again or tell anyone else.

Been on the road for a few days so we stopped here. Everything was perfect, & the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean & we slept comfortably during our stay💚

The web site isn't updated. I booked here for the pool/Jacuzzi no mention it's under construction. Also no breakfast avlb, another reason I booked here.

This is the WORST PLACE EVER! There is BLACK MOLD through out the entire room that I have pictures to prove. I was double charged for the room, and when I went to speak with them about it, Alex was very helpful and assured me that the payment would get put back into my account. I also have that in writing, he said he needed a managers approval to come back on Monday. Well surprise surprise when I went back the Manager was NOT helpful, she was extremely rude and only wanted to talk over us. She was more interested in everything else that was going on around her and refused to even acknowledge the severe amount of black mold in the room. DO NOT STAY HERE! Along with the black mold the rooms are filthy there were dirty towels left in the bathroom hanging on the shower curtain. The entire facility STINKS, and has an insect problem.

Staff at check in did not inform us of pool closure and no breakfast… there were several outlets in our room that did not work and stuff that was left in the fridge from previous guest as well an no room number on the room.

This is the worst hotel ever. Cockroaches throughout the hotel, moldy, nasty breakfast, consisting of liquid eggs, 2-3 day left over sausage or bacon. There cook sausage one day, bacon there next rotate it and if any was left over they warm it up and serve it two days later same with eggs and potatoes. Cockroaches was in the cooking area, mold throughout there hotel, shady management and musty rooms. Lots of riff Raff, prostitution, not very safe, doors on the side never say locked, well sometimes. The cameras rarely work so if your vehicle gets broken into good luck. Front desk has been robbed at least twice that I know at gun point. The guest was also robbed at the front desk and security is non-existent. Not a safe or clean place to stay. The rooms are not serviced everyday.

I will say that this is not an easy place to get to due to the location and the way the road is built. However it is set well back from the road so you don't have any traffic noise. Large grassy areas to let kids run and play, or as in my case, to walk your dog. My first requisite, if you haven't already guessed is pet friendly. The staff were all friendly and personable. My room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was awesome but as is so often the case, the pillows left something to desired. But still a five star from me, and I can get picky.

Rooms were clean, nice man working the front desk, but the air conditioning unit was so loud and noisy it was difficult to get a good night's rest. First room was extremely noisy so I changed rooms and the second one was just as noisy. I would recommend that the management or owner of this hotel have the air conditioning units serviced or replaced. I would not recommend staying here if you want a good nights sleep.

It's okay. Showing its age. There's a tree outside my window that keeps rubbing against it when the wind blows I find very annoying. Rooms are nice and queen and the showers are rather novel.

Great facility and location for food and shopping. The only thing I can think could be improved is breakfast. A decent fruit selection would have been nice.

Brand new and very nice. The shower was fancy but confusing. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

We use LQ for a space for the kids to enjoy a nice indoor pool that isn't crowded. There is free breakfast and great customer service. It's always clean too.

I like this location. Nicest La Quinta I've ever been to. Only one I've ever seen with a bar in the lobby. I guess I've only been to older ones I suppose. Friendly staff and convenient location for my needs.

Good and spacious hotel and ideal location near the Freeway. Breakfast is boring. Staff is good. Spacious parking as well.

We stayed here last year and had a very good experience. This time, we have a few complaints. After being told there were no more do not disturb signs, we told the front desk and the housekeeper, personally, that we didn't require maid service on day 2 of our 3 day stay. They came in anyway while we were out. Last night (night 2), when we got back after dinner, our keys had been deactivated. The front desk apologized and promised it wouldn't happened again. Today, on check out day, the housekeeper knocked on our door just after 8. Never in all our many hotel experiences has housekeeping tried to clean right BEFORE you check out! Weird. My husband was down getting coffee (while housekeeping was knocking) and when he returned, his key had been deactivated again. After breakfast, mine was deactivated. Then, after we got back to the room around 11 after running some errands, his key was deactivated for the 3rd time. FRUSTRATING! The front desk really wasn't too concerned about all this inconvenience. Between us, we made 5 trips back to the front desk to get our keys working. Other things of note, breakfast wasn't nearly as good as in the past. Hot stuff was kind of cold. No toaster appeared until we were leaving the first day. Coffee was not even close to hot. Had to ask for milk for cereal. Only fruit was apples. The microwave was on its last leg at breakfast. There was a blood stain on one of our pillows (not the case, the actual pillow).

Very quiet and wonderful staff. Very helpful. Will stay here again.

Love this hotel and the staff that work here. If you have an issue they will make it right. Everyone is helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel appears clean when you walk in. My first room that I was in had a broken shower head and a pile of dog food on the floor next to the bed. I was moved to a different room and the heater didn't work in that room. Staff was nice but the hotel wasn't too clean. You get what you pay for.

Staff was Great, they left us some crackers and a hand written note! WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE? No complaints from us!

Had a wonderful time at a birthday sleepover. The girls loved the rooms, the pool and the amazing continental breakfast… what a spread! Staff was incredibly helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The manager Omar was fantastic! Clean room, great area & friendly staff! When I go back to Houston I will definitely stay here again.

Was greeted upon entrance. Friendly and professional staff. Information about hotel and surrounding area was quick and useful. Room was clean and had nothing negative to review on. The rooms are great! Very spacious! Great for a couple or the whole clan… that much room! Very close to many many different types of restaurants… literly down the street. I mean good restaurants. The whole place is fenced in with a fence (wood and stone) so I felt extremely safe with leaving my car there iver night! I have never given 5 stars prior to this.

This place was so clean and we loved our stay. They're brand new and you can tell. I hope that their customer service keeps up the good job. The place was clean, smelled nice, they had plenty of entrances and exits, and a nice indoor pool. The lady at the front desk, I didn't catch her name, was so so nice. I wanted to go back and stay just to talk to her again. The breakfast was decent. Egg substitute and potatoes as well as sausage. We didn't care to much for the potatoes because they were kind of starchy. But the eggs were done nicely, especially because it's not easy to make egg substitute palatable so your cook is doing a good job. We loves the pool which was so warm and saltwater treated instead of chlorinated. They also had these cute little fountains. The room was great as well. Very cozy. We loved the additional sink. They have this little area with a microwave and sink and fridge and it's like a little mini kitchen. It was so great because we could cook and do dishes there. It was a very very nice stay and we'd love to go back again some time. Just watching the prices and waiting for the right time but it was such an incredible hotel. Good job. And again, the lady at the front desk is doing a great job. She had worked a double already and it was late at night when we checked in but she was still smiling and so kind. You're hiring the right people.

Whether you're coming into town for a week or just a weekend staycation, this is a nice place to be. They have lots of amenities such as microwaves and refrigerators in each room which is very roomy and comfortable. But they also have other wonderful amenities such as a exercise room, swimming pool, hot tub and more but I really appreciate the delicious free breakfast that's served every morning with lots of good options including cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice and much more.

Beautiful place with nearly brand-new rooms. The service was impeccable as well. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the north Houston area.

The location is a little bit of a pain to get to, but there are plenty of places around the hotel that make up for his — — plenty of options to eat or to be entertained, I mean. The service was friendly, not too invasive, and helpful. They had what I think was a happy hour in the evening with either discounted or free beer, which I thought was really room. The conference room my event was held in was well kept and well air-conditioned.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel! Wallet was stolen (while inside a drawer in the room) no sense of urgency from the hotel manager. They wouldn't give us the name of the franchisee to address the situation because this is a "franchise location" — — but is run by Willowbrook Lodging Group LLC. Under-staffed, the "manager" was also the fill-in bartender (because theirs did not show up on a Saturday night). Had a homeless person eating breakfast in the breakfast sitting area. Also had 4 other families staying at this location get their credit cards used fraudulently from a Pizza Hut location (ironically the same cards that were used to hold the reservation at this hotel) and never ordered anything from Pizza Hut. Would highly recommend this place if you want your things stolen.

I have traveled for awhile for business. My company deals with La Quinta only. This location out if all of them has been by far the best location. The manager Omar is awesome and go above and beyond to make sure your well taking care. His staff is friendly and courteous. I don't have to worry about anything and feel safe at this location. There is do much positive things to say about this property but not enough space. I will say you will love this location!

We really enjoyed our stay here for our first time first off I would like to say how nice friendly an courteous Omar at the front desk was he was so attentive we had one room with my two little nieces he made them each up a little gift bag of goodies then me an my mom one also he is lovely well mannered our room was exceptional quiet an very clean stacked with plenty extra towels an rags it was really comfy the indoor heated salt pool was the funniest lots of room an lovely colored lights also very clean as we kept it clean while we were swimming as we did with our room before checkout the next day it was quiet clean nice an comfortable with a yummy breakfast an really good orange juice we will for sure be back thank you LaQuinta Inn we enjoyed! :)

Awful… disgusting room, they changed us twice, horrible customer service people (Jesse. ) And the worst help line ever. Save yourself $120 and just got to a Motel 6. They'll probably be cleaner/nice/and just a better experience.

Do NOT stay at this Franchise location unless you want to listen to the nighttime activities being conducted in the rooms. This location is in a high crime area so check out the Harris County crime rate for this area before you book a room. The owner is unresponsive to complaints and La Quinta has no jurisdiction over him. Travelers Beware!

The rooms were very clean and the service was exceptional. Make sure to stop by the pool and enjoy your stay. Semper Fidelis ad Mortem.
