Nice hotel, wonderful staff, great food.

For the 2nd time, worst ever! And NO manager on duty for a 3 day weekend?

So you would think by staying at the Hilton it would come with a lot more class then your local motel 6. The pictures are of the shower and the Lougee in the sink. At 154.00 for the night and finding stuff like this in the room I think I could of got a cleaner room at the motel 6 or at least the same quality and a cheaper price. I’m sorry this is not worth the price and will never book with Hilton (this location anyway) with out checking the room first.

Had lived in Houston for a long time and then relocated. During a visit recently, stayed at this marvellous hotel. It was like a home away from home. Super friendly staff, very clean and homely. Will definitely stay here during my future visits.

I found it easy to park and, when I walked in, I was greeted by multiple employees. They directed me to the correct conference room with a smile and the room was clean & ready to go. They provided us with pens and paper for notes and the chairs were comfortable. Overall a good experience and I would definitely go there again.

Attended a conference for one day. Hotel is secluded, I would have passed by it if it weren't for maps. Amenities were nice as well as good service. We were served lunch by the hotel that wasn't well made. Other than that it was an overall good experience.

Good place to stay. Breakfast included was excellent. Room quiet, spacious, furnishings newer.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was quite good. Of course it's not a top luxury device, but enjoy a high-value holiday experience at a reasonable price.

This was one of the greatest hotels I've ever stayed in. When I come back to Houston, I'm definitely booking a room here. O'Niesha at the front desk was AMAZING! She's was very helpful and knowledgable! Carolina was great as well. Jess at the breakfast bar was a great waitress and kind. The room was clean, the pool and hot tub was nice, the breakfast was excellent, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

Staying as week long guest, 2 nights so far staff is great. Beds not so comfortable. Limited knowledge as of yet.

Attended a dinner there after rehearsal for a wedding. Very nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable. Complimentary coffee, tea and iced tea was highly appreciated. Didn't get a chance to grab a drink at the bar, but looked like a nice quiet place to lounge.

Great room very spacious. Bathroom also above average. Very comfortable. People also very friendly and helpful.

Well located with many restaurants nearby you have a mall access to the clean gym.

The Hilton Garden Inn is well situated with easy access to nearby freeways. Rooms are decently appointed, quiet, with comfortable bedding.

Very nice HGI. Modern decore, really good breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and staff is nice.

Stayed in a single king room. Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was courteous. Lobby dining and bar is pricy. Parking is a bit challenging. Overall nice place to stay.

Beautiful facilities and a staff with an amazing attitude, always willing to solve anything with a smile on their face. Rooms are comfy, hot water comes out instantly and this is a great location.

The location was good the room was okay the parking lot was good the service was good it wasn't hard to find it had good view out the window.

This hotel is great. The hotel is clean, in a convenient location and staff are friendly. I had guest stay here for my wedding which was about 15 minutes away. All my guest were pleased and had no complaints. A shuttle was arranged by the hotel for transportation to and from the venue. Only thing is when signing a wedding party group discount contract, make sure “sufficient” transportation provided by the hotel is specified in the contract. At the end, everything was great.

Well located, great infrastructure, very friendly staff, quiet but not boring and good breakfast spread are the hallmarks of this hotel. Wi-Fi speed is pretty good too. Ample parking space too with parking spaces laid out very well. Rooms are large and clean and the hotel per se is very clean. Bathrooms are spotless. Room service is fast. Not every plan has breakfast included, so check with the reception and get coupons.

Breakfast is lacking variety. The rooms were very good. It's close to HP. The gym is excellent.

Awesome hotel has a bar, swimming pool and gym. Hotel is neat n staff are friendly. Shopping centers, gas stations n bars are within walking distance.

It's a very beautiful Hotel! Late check out too! I came with 4 kids and was not overwhelmed with the walk to the room. The kids watched cartoons all night. The Hotel was a blessing in the midst of a storm for me. I was very happy with my stay.

Had problems didn't get any sleep, someone in the other room was fighting the manager never did anything it was going on all morning.

I arrived earlier than the check in time and yet the staff already had my key ready. You can imagine what this worth when you are traveling for business. I was able to get settled in my room and carry on with my day. Room was spacious, clean and what you can expect from Hilton.

Very nice looking hotel and convenient location. My room, specifically the shower and bathroom fixtures were not very clean it at least didn't look like it. Otherwise, very nice and I would stay again.

Great staff, location very convenient to my Houston store. Recommended for business travelers. The food is actually very serviceable for short stays, and there's a pf Chang practically in the sms parking lot.

Terrific wedding weekend! My husband and I chose this location for our wedding reception. Those of you who are looking for venues at a low budget, we recommend the Hilton Garden Inn! Madison will work with you in every detail possible! We booked two nights (night before wedding and night of wedding) and one night was complimentary with the reception package. The hotel offered free rides to the ceremony as it was minutes away. The driver was so patient with us throughout the entire time and so helpful. When I checked in the night before the wedding, they had left a very lovely note and complimentary snacks and water bottles. The reception was great! Don't be fooled by the convention-like setting and "low" ceilings. I was worried about how the decoration would turn out but with the right lighting from the DJ and decorations from my decorator, it turned out beautiful! It was nice and intimate, which was what we wanted. The rooms are wonderful. We stayed in the deluxe suite and was very roomy. The girls got all their make up done in the suite on the day of the wedding and we had plenty of space! The bed is very comfy as well.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. The rooms was spacious, clean and very nice. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay for 12.00 breakfast buffet after paying a high amount to already stay there.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn NW has been wonderful. The hotel is remarkably clean and the rooms are great — — your standard room but clean and nice. Extra care for safety is appreciated, front doors locked except with your room key after 11. Your room key also gets you access to the Lifetime gym down the street, which is such a cool touch (there is still a smaller gym inside the hotel. ) I did not get a chance to use these features or the pool on this trip, but think they are great features that would make a longer trip or a business trip much more pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

4.5 stars. We were just at different hotel last week and this one is hands down better. Looks good and smells good. All the staff has been super friendly. Breakfast options are very good. I have nothing bad to say.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around… The hotel and staff are amazing, the food is outstanding and everyone is so cordial and helpful. The rooms are amazing, the pool was relaxing and the gazebos are marvelous. I wish I could have stayed longer, my sister's and I will be back. Thank you Hilton Garden for the wonderful experience.

Place looks great after remodel! Staff is terrific as usual. Had a great night doing an event for some awesome high schoolers! I recommend this place if you need a small/medium event venue.

The staff was very courteous and amenable. Plus the facilities are new and top notch. As far as Hilton garden inn this is a better one.

Although I only stayed for one night, the staff were very courteous and professional. A broken closet door was fixed quickly, while a request for room cleaning was done without hesitation despite it being close to the end of the cleaning staff shifts. Enjoyed my stay, would definitely recommend!

Nice rooms and the restaurant is really nice too, but it is expensive to eat there. It was around $20 per person just for breakfast. Its high quality food, but the price is high to match. Nice staff and very accommodating.

Better than other options around the area if you're on business travel. Better beds, bar, places to chill, etc.

Staff was very accommodating for early check-in. Room was quite clean and the the bed was very comfortable. Being on the first floor, we had some noise coming from the kitchens around 10:30 pm, but they were gracious in handling our request to quiet down. All in all, a pleasant stay.

It was a great experience. The Houseman Andre Howard was so helpful and great at his attitude was so friendly and energetic.

Great stay. It's a modern hotel unlike a lot of other ones. Room had a Keurig machine, USB port for charging, a cordless phone. Breakfast had options for ready to eat buffet and made to order, which made things convenient. Overall, not bad at all for the price.

Amazingly frustrating experience. "Guest Laundry" is one washing machine and one dryer for a 6-floor hotel. Yeah, that's convenient. And "high-speed Internet access" doesn't work. Unless you use the business center, which is just a computer sitting in the lobby. Not worth the money, not by a long shot.

Just wanted to follow up on my previous review (Matt Stiles). The GM Never managed to contact me. He made two half-hearted attempts, leaving 2 messages on my phone. All effort to contact him was done on my part. I called two times a day for 2 weeks trying to reach him and still never managed to get in touch with him (I work in an office where I can't receive calls until I step outside, but irregardless I DO receive voice messages — this much he knew). I left a message every time (either to his staff, or on his voicemail) I asked he call me at 4:30, when I'd be available, several times, and he never did. Yeah, you can be busy, but since he'd left his appropriately concerned comment on "tripadvisor" (a rating system for Hilton Hotels) I guess he determined he'd "done his job. ".

Made my reservation for a jacuzzi room, king suite at the hotel on willowchase and 249 based on good reviews and that they had a jacuzzi suite. When I arrived, the reservation was made for the king suite without this amenity, even though I had been assured I was given the jacuzzi room. The receptionist, Rafael, said that he could reserve it for a different hotel. He said that the hilton/hampton off of 1960 and 290 with a jacuzzi, king suite, he'd reserve for me. There was only one hampton inn near that location, but it was on the corner of hwy 6 and 290 (Hwy 6 is the south side, of the same road, 1960). They didn't have me booked there, and I asked if they could call the two other hotels in that area. The woman said the hotel address where I was booked, was at tidwell and 290. I drove there but found no hilton or hampton at tidwell and 290. I visited the Hilton hotel a few blocks before tidwell on 290, they didn't have my reservation either. I drove a few miles passed tidwell and finally found the hampton in where the king suite with the jacuzzi was reserved. I wouldn't call the "Jacuzzi" (as it had been described to me by the person who booked my hotel, and the only reason why I booked a hilton and paid the premium in the first place) a jacuzzi. It was a large bathtub, they referred to it is a "whirlpool". We could barely fit in it. I was very disappointed by my stay.

Hilton Garden Inn Houston Northwest For your records, I was a speaker at a local conference on Saturday. I live in Austin and it was a 2.5 drive to your hotel, I wanted get a good rest Friday night so I was ready and awake for my talk. The other guess on the fifth floor open and closed the room doors well past 4 AM. They were going from room to room and talking along the way keeping me awake all night. I will not ever stay in this hotel again, it was a waste of my time and money. There are no noise installation between the walls or door silencers. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties, never again at this one. W. Tully.

The hotel gives free access to a 24-Fitness Center within 2 blocks away. Awesome GYM. Just show your Room Key and you can enjoy all their ammenities. I stayed for work over a weekend and found the staff not adequately prepared for the volume of people. Breakfast was great, it was made to order, NOT buffet. Roads around the hotel are kinda confusing, but good resturants close by.
