For the rate charged, I would work on providing better coffee. The breakfast with fake sh, t eggs. Give 10 bucks off I will find a real breakfast.

As fate would have it, I am headed back to this establishment today. Stayed here last week. Great people, awesome room. My number one choice in Houston.

Would definitely stay here again! Our room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff was very knowledgeable about the area. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Easy access to the freeway from this hotel. Was surprised and thankful for how quiet this hotel was. Nothing bad to say about this place!

The room was very nice, I don't like how their breakfast hours are from 6am to 9am, I also don't like how their website says check out time is at 12pm and they tell you check time is 11am.

My sister and I traveled all day and got into town late and started looking around for a room. We first tried a Marriott and were treated poorly then they told us to go to Holiday inn express just behind them and we did. They were sold out so we took a chance a drove across the busy street to get to the comfort inn and found the BEST front desk clerk in the world who went above and beyond to help us out. Her name is Crystal in case you need someone to give you the best service that has ever been she is the one to see. She is the night auditor so you will have to do like us and come in exhausted/tired and weary to meet her. The rooms are wonderful and we didn't want to leave the next morning because the beds were too comfortable and we had a hard time getting going lol. So if you are anywhere near Houston and looking for a nice quiet friendly place to lay your head down you can't go wrong with this one!

Its a decent place to stay, decent pool, plenty of resturants close by, for most part they had a nice staff when I was there. Rates were reasonable.

Easy location to get to. Right next to a restaurant. The showers are awesome. Rooms always clean and the staff very friendly. Stay here every time I am in town.

It was quiet… It was clean… It was cheap. My wife and slept pretty good considering the pillows felt like cement blocks… Just one tiny issue. We got a 6AM wake-up call, except we never requested one.

The room was clean, and tastefully decorated. The bedside lamps had electrical outlets; it was very convenient to charge our phones. There was plenty of pillows and towels. The only negative opinion I have is that the bed wasn't very comfortable.

Working nights I came in at 5:30 in the morning, Jessie was very Polite and friendly and told me I could either check in at a discounted rate or pay the full price and stay until the following day, which is very rare a hotel actually ever tells you and I gladly accepted it and very much appreciated it, he also wrote down the Wi-Fi code and made another key for my girlfriend that was on her way. I don't know your hiring process but I wouldn't change a thing.

This was absolutely am awesome night. The room is nice and large. The bed was so comfortable. We slept wonderfully all night. Wish we were staying longer.

This was my first stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located close to the Houston Ship Channel facility I was working at. The hotel is OK and found the room to be spacious and clean. While the elevator was not functional and part of the hotel was under construction, given the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and the limited availability of accommodations around, this didn't factor into my review. The only impact on construction for my stay was inability to utilize side entrance to Maxey Road for ingress (note that staircase was still open and exit door functional in case of emergency). The rooms are large and while maybe not truly setup for extended stay (ie no kitchen), with the size of the room and layout it would be better than most other options. The sink is located outside of the bathroom, which makes things more convenient when say someone is using the bathroom another person can be brushing their teeth and getting ready. The larger mini fridge worked well, as did the microwave. There is a decent size couch with foldout bed, while I didn't utilize the foldout bed, the couch was comfortable and in very good condition. There is also a large armoire type closet for additional storage. There were signs that some better maintenance is needed, such as crack in the drywall from door opening into it (no doorstop), stain on the wall in the bathroom, trim piece for the shower door that were loose and places where small touch ups were needed for drywall or paint.

I believe I had wrongfully created a bad rating and comment about this location. My apologies for the bad taste review, I thought I was writing a review for another hotel. I actually checked out of the previous hotel to come to this one. This is what staying out of town should be like. Very clean rooms and super great staff. Thank you for making me feel at home.

I booked a three night stay. I found roaches in my room and asked to be moved. I was moved to a double. I asked to be placed back into a king and was assured I could be moved after check out and housekeeping cleaned. The following day I tried to be moved and somehow they were out of rooms. I asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager wasn't available and that she would be in the next day. When it was time to checkout the manager wasn't there. My information was taken and I was supposed to contacted by the Manager the following morning. I wasn't contacted so I called them, I called four times an kept getting the run around. I finally had someone go up there. The manager stood from the balcony and asked how could she help. Then asked for the conformation number while still on the balcony. The manager had to be asked if she wanted to handle the situation in the open before she came off the balcony to the front desk. The manager said the only thing she could offer was 20% of one night. Instead of doing that they charged my account again. Not once did I receive and apology. If you stay here, make sure you have no issues because it is like pulling teeth for them to even help you after they are at fault. They do not seem to care! If you call the choice customer relations department make sure you ask what the amount of points they are offering adds up to because they will try get over on you also.

Always enjoy staying here. Front desk clerks are always super friendly and the shower heads are just what the doctor ordered at the end of a long day. Highly recommend.

Clean very nice hotel. Pamela and lillana was so nice at the front desk. Comfortable beds. Clean is important. Great place to stay. Free breakfast and a pool. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The showerhead was way too low for my tall self, but everything else was damn-near perfect. An associate worked tirelessly at 5 AM to get our robotics team breakfast before we left for the competition. The toiletries were of excellent quality, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. No complaints except for the weird shower placement.

Low prices very nice rooms even breakfast and pool would satay there all of my nights next time.
