World class facility with Kitchen. Very clean and conducive environment.

This was me and my husband second time staying here, the customer service is good & the rooms are always nice & clean. And the hotel is in a decent area, so no car break in's or theft to worry about.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms. Reasonably priced to stay here. The area of town is not the best but the parking area feels secure and the location is actually off a side street rather than the main roads so you don’t have to worry about too much traffic in and out. Great fitness area, 2 huge grills on patio to utilize, complimentary washers and dryers are definitely a bonus, they also have a lot of items you can borrow for use at front desk (slow cooker, waffle maker, blenders, garment steamers, etc. ). I highly recommend this location if you are staying in Houston area. I am staying here while home is being renovated and the location and commutes are actually surprisingly very convenient, but highly suggest using Google Maps because there are multiple route options. In the morning I10 west bound can be bad going into downtown but depending on what side you need to be on, you can either exit Lathrop or Lockwood, take a left to Clifton then turn right and it will lead you all the way to DT. Or you can exit Waco St, take a right and then a left on Lyons and take that into DT. At the end of a workday the quick commute back is very pleasant. From med center, take San Jacinto all the way through Downtown until you get to Interstate 10 and your total commute can be anywhere from 20-30 minutes depending on the stop lights. The computer room was well kept and had enough privacy to conduct an interview.

This hotel was unwilling to work with my co-worker and I after there was an honest mistake in the reservations. They charged us for the stay and gave away our room so when we showed up the next day we had no where to stay. They did not notify us of that the reservation was cancelled so we were surprised when we got there and had to scramble to find a more expensive hotel that night. Neither hotel management or IHG customer relations was willing to give us any sort of consideration, only interested in taking more of my money. I'm very disappointed with the hotel chain and will not be staying with IHG hotels again.

We stay there all the time. It’s quiet and and clean and we never have any issues.

Great and friendly service. The rooms are spacious and amazingly comfortable. It's a little hidden from street level but incredibly well kept. A great deal.

Two days without hot water. No communication from management and staff seems to be terribly underinformed about progress on the fix. It's understood that things happen however there must be a contingency plan for a cold weather event such as this and communication with the guests.

Really was worth the money and it was very very comfortable and clean you will be happy that you paid a few extra dollars for the upscale hotel.

Don't expect to get the room you book. We were put in a smoking room after we booked a non-smoking. We were told they "aired the room out". When we brought this to the clerk's attention we were told they didn't have the room we booked and someone had called and booked it before we got there. Then we were put in a downgraded room and still charged the suit rate. The customer service is TERRIBLE.

Great location. 15 minutes from Houston, friendly staff… Great pricing. Clean. Great gym. Great amenities.

Small kitchen inside the room. You have a microwave and you have every thing to cook. In addition, you have a refrigerator. It has a small fitness center. I wish the service would be better.

Great place to ride out Huricane Harvey. And cleanest hotel I have been to lately.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Wish there was a pool but they accommodated us beautifully with a neighboring property. They have a great pantry selection and the kids loved our stay.

This place was ckean and had friendly, helpful staff. It would have been nice to know that this hotel was in the middle of a roughs neighborhood. Photos onkine were misleading.

I'm still here. Long term stay. Very nice place. The staff is top notch. A co worker had things stolen off his rig, broad daylight. Caught them in the act. They got away. Don't like how when you leave for work the air conditioning turns off. It doesn't take long to cool down. Left some chocolate bars on the counter, they melted.

Nice, clean hotel. No breakfast, but lots of places to eat nearby. Spacious suites and comfy beds.

If you want a clean room that is tip top, stay here. Breakfasts are great! The guest laundry facilities are clean and smell fresh. Parking is very easy and not crowded. The beds were comfortable and plush! The room was decorated well and the bath was clean and accessible.

Theres dirty everywhere, I been here a week and supper sick from my allergy.

Mouse in room and I was on third floor. Key wouldn't work in door repeatedly. Replaced batteries in lock, lasted less than a week, then even hotel staff couldnt get door open. Sign in room Says they will change out towels on Mondays and Thursdays, only had towels changed out one Thursday. Hotel didn't have any clean towels on a Monday. I've stayed at Candlewood in other cities and have never been displeased.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The nicest candlewoods I've been to.

The free breakfast is my biggest disappointment. Its my home for 13 weeks. I'll make the best of it. The staff at the front desk nice pretty friendly Erik is the best.

Not bad for being a residence certainly there is better a little far from the houston center!
