Convenient location for me for my business needs in Houston. Friendly staff. I have stayed here several times.

Well, breakfast is not that great! The pool is filthy. Don't thinks it's been cleaned since last summer. There is yellow slime floating around. The pools floor looks dirty and slimy the fountains are not working. You can pretty much see the bacteria all over the pool. The refrigerator in my suite room was not working. I was there for days. Just left today. Also ti make my. Stay worst my family and I were pretty much kick out of the suite room because they booked it to someone else after I told the lady last night I wanted the room again today. This was available last night when I asked for it. I spoke to the office lady today. She made it seem as if the room had already been booked prior. Lying to me in my face. The lady last night told me different. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! THE ONLY ONE WITH COMMON SENSE WAS THE CLEANING LADY! It was a huge mess up on their part and didn't take responsibility for it! Shame on you! *** I WISH I KNEW HOW TO LOAD PICTURES TO SHOW YOU!

Decent price for Houston area. Excellent check in staff. Spacious room, lots of pillows.

It was a nice stay. A little load, because the walls are thin, but overall it was a nice stay.

This place is way over priced for what you get. I have it booked on company credit card but made me use personal card and did nothing to help me resolve issue.

A very good place to stay if you go from that side of town, recently renovated. Breakfast gets boring because it's always the same.

Worst hotel ever you can’t have people over in your room. We had small get together of 10 or less people for my friends birthday party when she book the room she was told it was ok to have a small gathering there when she book the reservation for the room. I would not come to this holiday inn! Sheets and dirty towels apoint arrival.

Good place for business accommodation.

Quiet, confort hotel, good breakfast buffet. Gym no so well equipped and if you don't have a car may be complicated to go from the hotel to other places.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The downside is that the pool was closed and part of the hotel also, by works.

Rude rude RUDE! Couldn't get any help and the night desk man (Aaron) rolled his eyes at every request. We called the manager and he told Aaron what to do and Aaron ignored it point blank. He straight up told my friend to get his hand away because he wasn't going to shake it. And when my fiance called the desk, he also LITERALLY SAID "I don't have to put up with this s**t" and hung up. Worst. Hotel. Experience. Ever. Also, my room smelled like mildew and the toilet in the other room wouldn't flush.

It was my sisters and soon to be brother in laws combined Bachelorette and Bachelor Party. The best man was hurt and the groom took him to the hospital unknowingly taking the mens room key with them. The night clerk would not let anyone in the room to grab even their ids let alone their other posessions. Hung up 3 times (and laughed while doing it) on the groom thay booked the room while he was trying to explain the situation. Laughed about the bestman being taken to the hospital, and was all around a unhelpful, belligerent, douchecanoe. He looked at our group like we were trash, and I believe if he acted like this when someone was severely hurt then he doesn't need a job in the "hospitality" industry.

My friends and I were here the other night. The people that we thought had the 2 keycards had to make a trip to the hospital. The few of us that stayed got locked outside the room. Our ID's, car keys, clothes… all locked in the room. We were trying to discuss the situation with the night clerk. He had no sympathy for our friend that needed to go to the hospital and instead of helping, he called San Jacinto police on us, claiming we were "disturbing the other guests". Fortunately, one of the keycards were with one of the guys still at the hotel. If not for that, we would not have gotten our things as quickly as we did (after 2 hours of trying to get the clerk to cooperate with us AND explaining our situation to SJPD). I'm very disappointed in the night clerk for intentionally going out of his way to make things hard for us. I even spoke with the manager over the phone who gave clear instructions to allow us to get our ID's with anything attached to them. The clerk only let one person in to grab one item. All in all, we'll never go there again and we'll make sure our family and friends never go there, either.

Horrible policy! We had a room with two beds (obviously a room for multiple people). The guy that reserved the room under his name (evens his ID was left in the room) had an emergency and went to the hospital. Night auditor refused to let us in the room, even to get our stuff which included IDs. Our friend called after getting settled in the ER to explain the situation and confirm any information necessary to allow us to get a key to the room. Night auditor refused and hung up on him and even laughed as we're standing there in the lobby. Who the hell does that? We were stuck in the lobby for hours and worried about our friend.

Staff has been extremely helpful and I've seen visuals of patrol monitoring the exteriors, which helps to feel safer resting here.

Nice ans clean. Attended to issues brought to their attention. With the exception of the AC temperature in the hallway. Repair tech was off work. But other than that, it was a nice place and would patronize a again.

The beds were hard. The pool small. Location good. Breakfast great.

Super nice hotel, I have stayed in many of this brand hotel and this is the nicest! Beds are clean! Free breakfast! Fitness center is super useful! Overall would definitely stay here again!

From the minute we walked in, we noticed how clean everything was. The front desk people were friendly and efficient. We stayed in a double king room. Spacious, comfy bed with lots of pillows to choose from. Bathroom was large, good water pressure. Breakfast was very good, pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelets. Sausage links & patties, muffins, cereal, biscuits & gravy, coffee, tea, hot chocolate & several juice choices. My only complaint would be they advertised in the lobby & their guestbook that they have a 24 hr whirlpool. But it was removed to put in an exercise room. But that's minor. Great place to stay. Our next trip to Houston, this will be our place to stay.

A very nice hotel. I was told this was in a shady part of town, but it actually is pretty nice the few blocks around here. A movie theater, nice restaurants and marble slab, all new and within close proximity.

Receptionist and Manager were very welcoming and great customer service. If there were any problems they were quick to solve them. Great restaurants nearby. If you need to get any shopping done, plenty of shoppes right down the street. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Far best one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and modern. Located within walking distance of a movie theater and restaurants.
