I came here to attend a training course for the company that I work for. Excellent service from the staff and nice, well lit rooms. The furnishings were modern and comfortable and the food was great!

I have been a diamond Hilton honors member for many years and have never had to complain about my check in experience at a brand hotel. My co-worker and I arrived at the Houston Intercontinental airport Hilton Gardens. The receptionist Alex was probably the most inpatient, rude and surly person I have come across in this role. As I was trying to check us in she continually interrupted me whilst I was trying to explain my circumstances. I asked her to please not do that and she suggested I did not understand the check in routine. So after 7 years of being a diamond member I was obviously pretty dumb. This lady was the only one that I could see working here that did not have a name badge on her blazer so I had to ask for it. Alex obviously realized that I would lodge a complaint and after settling in my room I was then disturbed by a maintenance guy who told me the front desk had sent him up at my request to fix the room AC that I had reported. I told him I did not report the AC and he left looking confused. Obviously given the range of Hilton brand hotels in the north Houston area I will give this one a miss in future.

Just an overnight stay so unable to review most of the amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Cannot put a value on cost versus accommodation as it was a comp from the airline due to trouble with a flight leaving Houston.

The front desk person was awful when answering the phone. I only called to ask a simple question but he quickly responded with “I have other calls on the phone your not the only one” I wasn’t able to ask my question or get the help needed. The call was disconnected so I called back and continued to ask my question the he responds with a nasty attitude while inturrupting me not letting me finish. I work in customer service and that is not the attitude the staff should have towards the guest because there is better ways to approach multiple callers. The man who answered needs to be retrained and learn to listen to the guest before interrupting. Not planning to stay at this location horrible experience.

What a great hotel! We had to stay in Houston overnight because of flight nightmares. The ladies at the front desk we're very patient and accommodating. Everything from Starbucks to a gym is located right inside the hotel!

The bed is a bit firm but everything else has been good. Cold A. C. Hot shower, friendly staff. I'll be back.

Ethel at the front desk is the best customer service person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I showed up early expecting to have to wait hours before getting into my room. Ethel made it happen within a half hour. She told me she would take care of me and she did. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and happy.

Pls don’t park here. They have absolutely no cameras or surveillance I had paid to park here b by the time I got back some parts of my car was stolen Yes I understand I’m responsible for everything and the hotel has no liability. But no cameras? Really I’ve learned the hard way. Will definitely park where my car is safe Manager didn’t say anything Just we aren’t liable. Great.

Was provided a voucher for overnight stay by airline due to delayed flight. Though the stay was short, it was all the way pleasant: room was clean in all respects, very comfortable bed. Reception staff was absolutely friendly — helped me with anything from refilling my water bottle to solving the issue with my final destination hotel due to late arrival. So if you ever come to Houston — I strongly recommend that place for your stay!

I stay here because it is very convenient to the airport. The rooms are nice and I have never had any service problems.

It is a hotel with excellent attention. I arrived very late at night and was provided with all the amenities for someone tired. The room was very clean and comfortable.

In the lobby it stinks very much for fries etc. Rooms are OK for one night but there is no fresh air: 》

I love the place. Cozy, friendly, go the extra mile, clean, delicious food… the shuttle to airport is a blessing. This is my new favorite airport area regular favorite!

Was expecting a better quality bed. The bed had a rather deep hole on one side that made it impossible to get any sleep on that side. While the room was clean, it certainly was not up to hilton standards. When booking a king size bed, there should be room for two on the bed, not two on the floor like we were.

This review is strictly for the park n' fly feature of the hotel. The gentleman that dropped us off was funny, professional, and kind. I could not expect more from this courteous driver. However, the reason for the two star review was the guy that picked us up from the airport was the exact opposite. He was rude, unfriendly, and maybe a little dangerous. This guy was aggressive with our luggage, flashed his brights at other drivers, rode the ass of others, and he hovered around us with a look that said he expected a tip. I will choose a different place next time we fly our of Houston.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious and with many options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I stay in that hotel regularly because of its quality. Very well located, close to the airport. Overall, great hotel at a very accessible price.

The digital key feature is really good. The bed and pillows are comfortable and they have free cookies and water in the lobby.

Magnificent Long-stay parking service. Great ease and Price. Transfer to the airport was fast and efficient. Looking to use and recommend to my friends.

Spent the night here courtesy of UAL missed connection. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable bed. The only suugested improvement would be to have bath towels in the bathroom in addition to hand towels and wash cloths. Service was prompt and courteous. Did not try dining facilities due to lateness of check in (almost midnight) and early departure. There is a 24 hour diner literally across the parking lot which has a good menu selection and good food for reasonable prices.

Older Hotel but nicely renovated. Good choice for an airport hotel with free shuttle. Carpet shows sign of wear but otherwise we liked it very much. Staff was friendly and professional.

Clean, new, cookies in the lobby, small but adequate fitness room. Took a star off a star because of the occasional jet noise from the airport but it pretty much stops by 10pm. I always bring a pair of ear plugs when I travel because you never know what kind noise you will have in a hotel.

Close to the airport and offers shuttle service. The hotel has a restaurant and bar but there are a few places within walking distance. There is also a place for smokers. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable.

I loved it. We had a blast I recommend it for anyone… The staff was extra friendly… Highly recommended.

At first it looks great. The people at the front desk were very nice. Once I got to my room, the air conditioner would not respond to the thermostat and I had to call to get it fixed. Which they did. Also in the Room was a battered lampshade (see pic) and water stained ceiling. Not sure if I’ll come back.

Me and a team of others were stranded in Houston becuase of Hurricane Harvey, and we ended up at this hotel. The staff took excellent care of us considering the circumstances, and we're always very professional. We got to know some of them and they were always happy, upbeat and professional. The rooms were well maintained, the food was good and the place was clean. Only place I'll stay in Houston.

Clean and sleek hotel. However the rooms seem dated. Old lcd TV and the Wi-Fi is fairly slow.

I paid to park here and shuttle to the airport. The staff that I did deal with were nice and friendly. The shuttle runs about every 30 minutes. The parking lot is large with plenty of parking. The lobby area is really nice too.

Not a hotel, this is an airport parking lot with a building in the middle. If you are looking for parking they have a good deal, stay one night and leave your car for up to 10 days for free. However, if you actually want to stay in the hotel, don't expect to actually get to park. They have over sold their lot and in my stay last week, I never got to park in a parking space. The actual hotel guests and I had to park in the aisles and next to dumpsters. When I stayed here in February, it wasn't quite as bad as last week, but I am not chancing it again. I canceled all my future reservations at this hotel. But wait there is more. The first floor hallway always has piles of broken air conditioners and furniture in it. (last week and February) The upper floor hallways are unconditioned and swamp-like. They also smell. I have stayed in dozens of Hilton Garden Inns all over the United States and this is by far the worst of all of them. The only redeeming factor is the honesty of the staff who agreed that the parking situation was completely out of hand but said that they couldn't do anything about it. Multiple staff members asked me to complain to the general manager so that something might change. I doubt it will.

Hotel was fine. Very quiet for being so close to the airport. I heard no plane noise at all. Property was clean and well kept.

Really nice hotel. Great swimming pool and hot tub spot area. Beds were very comfortable plenty of bedding and plenty of pillows the pills were very soft and nice. The rooms are nice very well done up to date. Good breakfast good food. Did not hear hardly any airport no noise even though we were so close to the airport.

After our flight was cancelled I was left with the only option to stay in a hotel for the night with my family, they were unable to accept the voucher the airline gave us. As we went to the room I noticed one of the elevators smelt of cigarettes, once we arrived in our room we found pubic hair in our batch tub, a hole in the middle of one of the beds, and there was still coffee left in the coffee maker from the previous residents in our room. Absolutely disgusting. I was expecting much more based on the older reviews.

Clean rooms, nice staff, adjustable firmness beds are nice. Bad Wi-Fi, and no free breakfast.

The room was nice and clean but did not have the extra pillows or the crib that I asked for in the room. There was no crib available even though I requested one 3 weeks prior. Breakfast was very good, but didn't have very much in the gluten free options I would have expected.

Convenient location… Comfortable rooms… Food choices within walking distance of the hotel. However with all airport hotels, not much near by to do.

Working out of the hotel for two weeks, at night and sleeping during the day, the housekeeping staff is very unsupportive. Even after repeated conversations with front desk staff. Housekeepers make loud conversations and noise in adjacent rooms and in the hallway. They also don't clean the room when specifically asked and given a 3 hour window during the lunch hours mid-day. I'm very disappointed with housekeeping management.

Employees were nice, it was affordable and located near some fast food. Easy commute to rental drop off and airport.

My truck got broken in to right under the video cameras. Some security! Nothing stolen, but still a hassle. Vending machines are impossible to find. Laundry room is sad, not even a place to sit. Restaurant is good, but too much food & too slow. I'd rather spend 1/2 the money and get less food and get it faster. Bathroom and bathtub very small. Stupid white bedding. The first time you touch it, it gets dirty. No hot tub. Internet kicked you out at least every day and I kept having to call the front desk to get the magic code. Front desk staff seemed barely capable of doing their job. Charged me more than my coworker and couldn't explain why. I had to fight them to get them to reverse the excess charges. Only stay here if you have to.

Good place to stay if waiting for a flight the next day. Not much else going on in the area and can be noisey if hanging outside. Good staff… ok food.

Front desk can be busy at times but they are always cheerful and courteous. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet and omelette station are great and the waitstaff are attentive and quite humorous. I believe they have a dinner buffet and happy hour, too. There's a small 24 hr sundry shop with snacks and drinks right by the front desk. Spacious area for socializing in the glassed-in fireplace sitting room and also around the outdoor pool area. ATM by the elevators. Parking is always available and the shuttle runs to IAH every half hour. We've stayed here at least a dozen times and I have always left refreshed and recharged.
