Clean and comfortable. Easy to get in and out of airport.

Bottled water available at reception was in fridge but all drinks were hot, vending machine had no bottled water and ice machine had no ice. Concierge offered no assistance. International travelers need cold bottled water. Wouldn’t stay here again for that reason alone.

Staff is very friendly. The room was very nice and very clean. The price was VERY reasonable and I will definitely come back whenever I’m in Houston again.

Excellent stay here. Don’t usually opt for a hotel near the airport but it was a late flight and rather than risk driving while tired I decided to stay… glad I did. Aside from being very clean and equally as comfortable the staff was superb. Brytavious was the night clerk and even at 1am he provided courteous, efficient service. Makes a big difference. Bernice was at the front desk at checkout and was delightful. Been a while since I’ve had such a warm experience at a hotel of any level. 5-star or pension… customer service matters and they’re doing it right.

It was a short stay because we missed our flight and needed a place to stay, but if I plan to come back to visit Houston, I will definitely book at this hotel. The staff are polite, our bedroom was super clean, soft and new pillows, towels, very quiet. We loved it! The price was very cheap, and a plus was free shuttle to the airport.

Conveniently close to the airport. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and decent breakfast.

It might be my 5th stay. If the rate is good, that’s the property I want to stay always. Room’s carpet is becoming old, at least in the 1st floor rooms. Other than that it’s perfect place before or after the flight. Few good option nearby to eat.

Very suitable for a stop over, is very close to the airport and has its own shuttle.

It ok pool is not very nice we had some small ants in our room breakfast is very good for usa therfore 4 stars.

Very good facility, I liked the breakfast options, and the building is spacious and clean. The rooms are quite large. This facility perfectly served my needs. One word of caution — the complimentary shuttle from the airport took 45 minutes to arrive after I called, so if you're in a hurry, you may find it worthwhile to arrange your own transportation.

For a two star hotel it's too bad, they do offer a small but nice continental breakfast, there is also a small room with a computer and printer. Also there is a small fitness room. The room size over all is spacious and open. The king size bed is comfortable but there could be TV service. There is a computer and chair, and also a couch with a small sectional giving extra seating. The bathroom is a exceptional size with a shower and tub though the water pressure could be better. Due to the close proximity of the airport airplanes do fly over the hotel so some noise is made from it but nothing to loud.

The Comfort Suites is in a good location for catching a shuttle to the airport. A decent value for hotels in the area. Had some trouble getting the room temperature to a desirable comfort level.

I have stayed here several times and it's always decent. Always have had a nice nights rest…

Excellent comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast could have a better choice for diabetics or vegans. Otherwise supercomfortable place to stay.

The hotel itself is well-kept and clean. But most notable is the Marianne, the employee I booked the room with and the one who helped us throughout our stay (and after when I had questions! ). She is super helpful and accommodating and sweet!

Pros: 1. Convenience to the airport. 2. Room size — huge with coffee machine. 3. Decent internet speed. 4. Friendly reception staff and quick response. Cons: 1. Breakfast — major improvement required. 2. Bathrooms — new fittings required. They are a bit dated.

It's a hotel in transition "Dated". I congratulate this hotel for the service it's offering Hurricane victims. The hotel needs to have some updates added to the inside and it will very easily be a 5 star hotel. New carpet in (hallways and rooms) will set this hotel apart from the rest in the very close area. Hands down with the airport so close.

What it lacks in quality accommodations, it makes up for by providing a decent selection of ammenities… The fitness center is minimal, with dumbells but not bench to use them. But at least there is a fitness center… The so-called "continental breakfast" is adequate, but by no means truly continental. But at least there is free breakfast… Coffee is bad, but at least there is free coffee… There is no room service, contrary to the perception given by the little menus placed in every room (third party delivery service). The TV in my room is too small for comfort, but at least it's there… The faucet in the bathtub leaks, eliminating any attempt at a tranquil bath. It's nice to have a bath though. All in all, you can't complain too much. It's about right for the price, and at least they're trying.

Not enough sunshades at the pool…

Comfy beds in a positively gigantic room. In-room coffee. Decent quality soaps and shampoo. Convenience to the airport is a huge plus especially for the price.

I found a really good price on this hotel, so it was definitely worth it for me. The bed was comfortable and the room had a sectional couch in it, which was nice. Standard free hotel breakfast. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that my A/C was not giving out cold air, and my room got hot. I didn't contact the desk to have them send maintenance, though, so I suppose that's on me.

Had a great experience. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable, price unbelievably low and people very friendly so, do that I will put this particular hotel to stay at in Houston, TX in the future.

Nice clean rooms. Good choices on free breakfast. Good coffee. Quiet, no problem sleeping. Very close to airport.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend. The hotel was decent. The issues we encountered were some of the"clean" tissues that were given for our room had stains on them, the a/c at one point started turning on and off, and at one point the elevator was inoperable. Thank goodness, we were on the 2nd floor. Overall our stay was okay.

The rooms are big and clean and the bath too. Breakfast was good. Only problem: The Shuttle wasn't to reach because of telephone problems of the hotel. So we had to take a taxi from airport to the hotel.

Excellent shuttle service, late flight which turned into a short night at the hotel, it is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff was able to suggest a place to eat, which gave me options. Only place to stay when flying in or out of Houston.

The outdoor pool is completely covered like a garage.

This is the worst Comfort Suites that I've ever stayed in. It was dirty and run down. The furniture was about as out dated as it gets. The gym basically consisted of 2 broken treadmills. I stay at Comfort Suites all around the country and this is by far the worst.
