Thieves. I went back to my room and my supplements and charger went missing and couldn’t be found. Terrible service the person in charge said it was not his responsibility and he didn’t know anything. Just stay Away from this Hotel, your belongings will be misisng.

This hotel is in Desperate need of renovations, maintenance and professional development training for the staff. I encountered so many issues throughout my stay including billing and costs. I will say the housekeeping staff was exceptional, thanks ladies. Jude at the front desk did an great job addressing the many issues I experienced including the pungent odor in my first assigned room. He also took responsibility for a billing oversight. The night auditor sucks at his job, he’s good at sleeping on the job, my husband asked him about the balance on our receipt and my husband was told by the night auditor that’s the way it prints out don’t worry about it, NOT SO. We received a call from Jude informing us of the outstanding balance, this is several hours after we checked out, incompetent staff. If you’re desperate and you have low standards this is the place for you.

It’s the best! So much room and so clean. They serve free water coffe and tea! Don’t hesitate because it is actually free! So much space and actually a good tv. Defeatist recommended!

Worst place ever stayed. Rude staff and ice machine was not available in its marked place but staff mentioned "its not working today". Breakfast was bad! Cockroach in refrigerator in room.

My boyfriend and I reserved a room for this hotel for saturday evening and the pictures are deceiving. We checked in and left to go to a ball game and came back that night about 11pm and there people just hanging around outside made uncomfortable and then there was a police car out front so we decided not to stay. We let the front desk know and he was friendly and understanding and said that he would have manager call us about a refund for our room and concern we had and we have yet to hear back. I def would not recommend this place at all.

My husband enjoyed our stay at the Clarion Inn & Suites. Everything was good from the guy with the long hair who checked us in, the clean rooms, and the free breakfast which turned about to be pretty good! We will be staying again!

Beds are very comfortable and rooms are nice. Have microwave and mini-fridge. Room-darkening cutains. Slept great. Staff ok.

Clean rooms, very comfy beds. It also has a nice breakfast. The staff was courteous. The location is convenient. Only downside is it not having a pool.

Pretty small hotel but the staff is very friendly and the hotel is in a convenient location. IHOP is literally right next to it. (Walking distance)

Decent motel. Really close to the highway with lots of noise. Decent price. Bring earplugs or a nose machine.

Negative: Very outdated and didn't feel really clean. Positive: Beds are comfy. Hot water. Close to a few restaurants that you could walk to.

When I walked in my hotel floor smelt like smoke even though it’s a smoke free hotel. My friends had their stuff tampered with at the hotel staff including tangling up one of their puppets for a competition. Some of my friends had poop and barf all over the room which maintenance didn’t bother to clean up before they got there. I wouldn’t recommend please find another hotel. Only raise reason I get one star is because I had to get one to write a review. I would rather sleep in the car.

Good hotel. Breakfast is below standard, items are not refilled, or not available. Staff is moody or sleeps.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were falling apart. Throughout the hotel and the rooms it smelled like rotten egg and fish. I had 4 people in a room and was given two towels (we stayed for two days) when I asked for more towels, I got an attitude. When I tried to address the issues to the manger Laura she was very rude and raised her voice at me and my family. Save your money and don’t go to this hotel. The manger didn’t take care of the issues and she was unprofessional. 3/20/2018

Staff very friendly clean hotel. Beds very soft. Nice to have mini fridge and Micowave in room. Great hot breakfast every morning. Price is great and location. Pull out sofa in room. Frwe two water bottles in ftidge. Will stay here again. Stayed Feb 21st 2018

Pleasant stay. Easy check in & check out. Employees were nice & very helpful when the TV remote needed new batteries. Nice, clean, comfortable room & clean bathroom & SOFT bedding! Breakfast was good. They have a variety of cereal, juices, yogurts, fruits, bread, muffins, two waffle makers, oatmeal, eggs & sausage. Overall, this stay was very comfortable & pleasant, definitely worth the price!

The rooms are very nice. The beds were comfortable. They had a decent sized fridge, and a microwave in the room. The room size was also bigger than most regular rooms with a little "living room" type area with a one seater couch and a work table. Overall very nice room and I would highly recommend it.

Clean and comfortable but couldn’t enjoy it because I had the girl at the front desk calling my room every 5 minutes. She charged my card TWICE and tried To say she didn’t which she did and I obviously had proof. She told me a manager would be in the next day at 7am. Next day comes (Sunday) and guess what NO MANAGER. Overall a terrible stay. Worst experience I had with an unorganized hotel. I should’ve stayed at the motel 6 next door.

First time at this inn. I had a great stay at this location. Everything works and clean. I really like the layout of the room. There's a comfortable bed, a couch, Tv with direct tv, friendly staff, free ice water bottles is a nice touch. This place exceeded my expectation I would come back.

No one at the desk most of the time when you walk in, attendant in the office. Nice size rooms, strange smells in elevator & room. Front door kept jamming, so door was left open. Toilet in 1st room would not flush, moved us to different room.

We were staying at the Clarion hotel through the hurricane Harvey experience and I cannot say enough to express just how professional this team was and is. The hotel manager a Ms. Laura Rodriquez made sure everyone was comfortable and safe while maintaining a demeanor of professionalism at all times. The staff made sure everyone's needs were met and that the hotel kept running at a high level of efficiency. The owner Mr. Daniel Yeh was on site almost every day and showed concern for everyone. After the storm while housing the influx of construction workers for cleaning up after the hotel was challenged to keep up with the demands. Mud, and construction waste (dirt etc) was constantly being tracked in and out of the hotel yet it was constantly being cleaned and remained clean. We have stayed at this hotel prior to the storm as well as after and the same level of professionalism had been displayed each time. I have and will continue to highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay that has good sized rooms, nicely furnished, that is mid priced, clean, comfortable and a safe place to stay. Breakfast was good. Staff are nice. My low rating is due to the unpleasant, pungent odors throughout the hotel. The elevator, first floor, and second floor hallways stunk. The forth floor hallway and the room we were in on the second floor smelled odd but was at least tolerable.

Terrible had reservations and some on else was checked in Our room under our name had to find another place to stay. How does this happen. I had to put one star or it wouldn't let me lost.

They give breakfast FREE and the staff are very very nice people. They have others opcions to eat and have a Bitro rest.

Very Comfortable Beds, Clean Rooms, Great Location, and Very Friendly Staff!

Staying hotel on April trip. The hotel is very clean, bed is very comfortable. After two hours drive, it feel like home. The water shower is wonderful, the pulse of water relax my muscle well. The hotel close to highway, no problem to drive to airport at second day. Don't forget the great breakfast.

Facility is very clean and comfortable. Entire staff is nice and friendly. Everyone gives a at home vibe which is always good. Rooms are nice and cozy beds are soft. I will definitely be staying here again.

Service was nice. Rooms were effiecent and spacious. Breakfast had a great variety and didn't get crowded much which was good. There were a few problems as to the key card not working and getting locked out but in the end were resolved quickly with the help of the front desk. I really enjoyed my stay here, it sure made the trip I was on all the more better. Thanks Quality Inn!

Fine place. Comfortable room. Priceline had it for 60. Called to see if I could get a better rate and they were doing it for 80.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would based on staff alone. I didn't expect much far as cleanliness or decor went (it wasn't THAT bad far as visible filth went, we did see a bug or two). The first night we asked for towels and they said because of the size room we were in we weren't allowed to get more (there were 2 towels for 3 adults and 2 kids) and we would have to bring down the dirty ones to get new ones (the very nice maintenance lady fixed that for us). Then we asked for blankets and pillows (as we were on the sofa bed with nothing, the others on the king bed) they gave us sheets and had no extra pillows at all! The last thing that pushed me to this point was our last night we here getting ready to leave, so of course doing a lot of movement and the two children were not running or jumping around but walking around helping us. But they called us multiple times, from the front desk, to keep it down. So we put the children to bed and continued to pack and clean and still got a phone call to keep things down. Now I can't get a pillow or extra towels but you can continue to call me and ask me for something else?! The staff here is by far the worst part of this stay, quality? Ha! Hospitality? Hardly!

I've had a great experience here. I've stayed several nights at two different times and everything and everyone has been great! Very welcoming and friendly staff, free breakfast buffet at normal hours, and late check out, I just love it!
