This is a decent hotel. Very high security is always a plus! Room smelled heavily of Fabuloso but was very clean! The only thing that wasn't convenient was not having a fridge or microwave in the room. I'd recommend to anyone needing something quick and affordable!

It is an OK place. The people working there were nice. The place feels a little old. You can feel the springs in the bed, the water takes a while to get hot, and it is a bit noisy. If you are looking for an inexpensive place with a bed and TV, this should fit the bill. It is not a good place to really relax. There are some decent food options close by.

Hi, my name is Melissa. And, I've always stayed at a Motel 6 whenever I'm traveling. The hotel is about 2 blks away from nice eateries and all sorts of shopping districts. It has a peaceful pleasant feel. The staff are nice and helpful. And their normal checkout is 12 pm. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10. Enjoy Your Stay, Melissa.

I am a patient awaiting a double lung transplant and have not been to a hotel in a very long time because it is hard to find one that meets my needs. I am happy to say that I have found the place. The staff is courteous and professional and the rooms and entire facility are incredibly clean which is essential to someone in my condition. I look forward to returning to this location.

I am so glad I found the Motel 6 Westchase! The rooms are modern and comfortable, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the real winner for is that they're pet-friendly for no additional fee and do not clean the rooms with any cleaners that have toxic ingredients for pets, and do not leave bait or traps that could harm your pets in the room. I'll definitely be coming back here.

The Staff members at check in were helpful and pleasant. With the property saying it is smoke free I was confused. Because it smelled like smoke. That made it very unpleasant. Your price was good for the area, but you need to enforce your no smoking policy.

Great, reasonable prices. They have a nice and quiet atmosphere, very friendly staff, on property security, and it's conveniently located close to shopping, various restaurants and all major highways. I would definitely recommend.

Not exactly sure how I feel about this one in particular. The first time I went wothy husband a roach crawled towards my face on my pillow. We were given back 50% of the cost (before tax). And I wasn't happy to find out he got the same motel 6 again. We were moved to a two bedroom because the first one we got the card lock on the door didn't work.

The hotel itself was ok — has been recently updated. The rooms looked clean until I looked at the bathroom. Looked like tiny spots of blood (? ) on the walls and the plastic trim coming away from the wall. The top on the toilet tank was cracked and didn't belong with this toilet. These are all minor things that could easily be fixed without much cost. Because of this, I didn't feel very comfortable in the bedroom even tho it looked clean. No amenities in the room — no shampoo or hair dryer. The biggest drawback for this property was the people that were staying there… they looked to be on the "seedy" side of life.

I gave this place 5 stars based alone on service. The young lady that checked me in was so nice and caring helping me with a few things that I was having a hard time with. Then Denise, upon check-out, went to the effort of making coffee and getting the set-up out, when it was nearly noon just because I said I would love some coffee (of course not really expecting any, it was just a comment) She was so polite and professional. These two ladies sincerity and kindness made two very difficult days for me personally, just a little bit easier. Thank you so much. — room (still haven't figured out how to change that terrible Google name I somehow got. Lol)

I understand that you offer cheap prices… but not even coffee or shampoo is just not right. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room looked clean but it turns out I got biten by bed bugs on my arms, hands, feet and breast… very painful and I'm still dealing with it… also the shower had a leak from the light fixture on it and obviously didn't work, was leaking from the faucet too I had to put a bunch of towels to lessen the noise because it didn't let me sleep.

Positives: great location, clean rooms. Overall great stay. Denise at the front desk is excellent. Her attitude made it worth staying there. Negative — the signage at this location is horrible. The sign is blocked by another sign and this is a one way road. Passed it the first time.

Ms. Lacherrie gave us great customer service. It's always pleasant to get someone who knows how to please the customer. Will definitely return to this location.

The front desk lady Leticia was very nice and friendly. However the room smelled a little molded and the toilet had backed up on us. But over all quiet hotel and friendly guest services.

It was clean, easy to get to, plenty of parking. We felt safe. We had our little dog. While walking ourside grounds were clean. Just other dog owner didn't pick up after their dogs. That's how we will lose the privilege.

Hotel smelled of marijuana. Worst experience ever. My son had been hospitalized for over a week this was all I could find. If I wasn't hours away from home I would have left. Hotel receptionist was nice but hotel was terrible. Plus I was overcharged. Thankfully I was refunded. But the customer service at motel 6 phone number was terrible.

Great place to stay, very friendly helpful staff and Cleaning ladies. Cleaning ladies always helpful and greet me and my wife with a smile. Best motel 6 around cheap prices couldn't ask for more in a hotel.

I have a couple of things to share with you guys out there, motel 6 have good cleaning procedures, secured, hospitable to people where ever location in any part of the country/world. Without question of doubt I recommend motel 6. It's located in metropolis of Houston. The whole staff are friendly, helpful and caring.

It's serviceable, but like any motel 6 it's the lowest common denominator. It's basically an ugly mess, but the parking lot is well lit and it seems like it's in a pretty safe location. Rooms are nothing special but they're ok.

Do not go here if you can afford to pay a few extra dollars more for something safer, clean & better. This place was like a halfway house for people that just got released from a drug rehab or jail. People hangout on the stairs or out in the back all day. I would leave for work at 11am and return at 8:15pm same people out. Appear to be drug selling. Last night I was there, it was a man getting beat up and screaming from the top of his lungs for help, you heard him running down hall. It was around 3am, police were called. It was very sad and scary. Throughout the hotel smells like cigarettes smoke. I stayed one week and it was a bad experience from day 2 on out. The keypad didn't work without notice. So many times I had to walk around to front lobby or go downstairs to reactivate my room cards for my room and entrance doors. It was a 3 inch cockroach under my bed. BEWARE: beds have bed bugs because every night I would itch like crazy. If you can afford to go elsewhere, you really should. Only positive thing is my car was safe the week I was there. I left Motel 6 and booked at Crowne Plaza River Oaks for a week, it did cost $100 more than Motel 6 but it is much, much, much better than Motel 6.

Good place, close to points of interest. Good price. I didn't like that Wi-Fi out of pay.

The price was okay for how it looked, $70 is a bit much compared to what I’m used too, cable didn’t work wasn’t a big deal because I don’t watch tv. The first room I came to leaked from the ceiling the 2nd room had roaches unfortunately. One slid out the crack of my door when I first got there, & I woke up to one on my ceiling & they were huge I’m guessing water bugs. They need to fix this problem I read reviews that said they had roaches didn’t want to believe it because usually wen ppl say that I don’t see any. The roaches ruined my stay completely front desk was understanding to the situation & gave me half my money back which was cool.

The room was not clean. The bottoms of our socks were black from the floors being so filthy. There were dead bugs smashed onto the walls. I could tell that sheets were obviously unwashed on account of all of the hair from the previous occupant. When we asked for clean sheets, we were told that the maid service had left for the day and so they did not have access to the clean linens. The mattresses were also uncomfortable. There was more hair from the previous occupant in the shower. There was no guide for the t. V. Channels. And this all occurred after our reservation was lost. The first person that checked us in was pleasant and apologetic about our lost reservation. But the second person we dealt with was rude and unhelpful.

There were roaches everwhere. I will never stay here again. I expected more from Motel 6. There's a video in case you think I'm lying. I'd be happy to attach.

He had a great stay at your Westchase location in Houston. It was a very convenient location for our conference with Stream Energy. The rooms were clean and adequate. The place was quiet and had easy access to the highway. The night clerk and the day clerk, Leticia Vargas, were courteous and efficient. When in Houston we will consider this location.

Very pleased with my stay and will be a repeat customer in the future, needed a 1st. Floor room due to my disability and was granted my request. The room was clean and the staff was always polite and helpful.

The receptionist was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the Cucaracho… Insufficient towels. Very quiet during the night and the maids very friendly.

Your room we're clean. Your front desk staff was pathetic. There were guests out front that were laying drunk on the sidewalk out front. There were several rooms around us where people were smoking pot. The elevator was broken and we had to walk up three flights but no sign on the elevator that it was broken. The couple down the hall were fighting. We won't recommend it.

You have to pay $3/day for regular Wi-Fi and there is an option for premium at $5. The bed is horribly uncomfortable. The ice machine is out of order. The only available channels are local. Also, I am posting a picture of the bath here, ugh. $100 down the damn drain. I wish I picked somewhere else.

Room was dirty and smelled of crack cocaine. I asked several times for different items to clean my room only to be told it was in storage with no access. My tub was full of hair. I noticed bites 24 hrs later and found bed bugs. I showed manager and he said he had to file incident report. They wouldn't compensate me at all. No refund, no new room, or anything. I was just put out on curb. I can't believe how I was treated.

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. There was black mold. Cockroaches. The beds only fit one person on them. Would never recommend anyone to stay at that hotel. When I asked for money back they said no. If I would of known there was black mold an cockroaches I would of never booked that nasty room.

Good price but you can't expect too much for this hotel. Really noisy at night people disturbing too much, bathroom wasn't clean enough and the sheets had yellow stains. But if you just want to crash in a bed instead in the street just go there.

My stay was memorable. Front office staff were respectful and quick in attending to my needs. The environment is quite and I had value for money paid.

I love this particular hotel. The staff is wonderful, the beds are comfy and the location is exactly where I need to be in regards of traveling the city. I will definitely stay here again.

The first room was ok, but the bathtub was extremely slippery, the metal tub stopper was over to the side (I nearly stepped on it). No microwave or fridge, and there were a lot of people in-and-out. It was clean and the staff pleasant.

The first night that we stayed our room smelled aweful. Smelled old, mildewed and as if the covers were not clean. The sheets were clean. One pillow case was not. We reported the smell to the front desk and was told we would have to pay $20. More for another room. We paid for another night and switched rooms and everything was fine. The hallway on the first floor really smells.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in my stay there. The only small concern I had was the bath tub in 236? The tub was not totally clean. I found long hair in the tub.

Well first off there is camras literally every 4-5 feet inside and out the building idk how any illegal activities could go on here when a officer monitor the camras behind the desk all night then 69$ for the motel 6 walked into the room dead roach on wall thought it was just a mark untill I killed another one later im traveling from Florida to la with my elderly grand mother I need rest cause im the one driving but its hard to do that scared roaches are getting into my luggage im praying my room dosnt have a bed bug problem I personally dont do motels but I would never recommend this hotel to no one.

It's not bad for the area, the staff are really nice and there's a couple of places to eat near the hotel. Really it was a little bit more expensive than a few other hotels that are nicer with more accommodations but I knew that before I got a room there.

Location is a bit far out, beds are ok. Asked for no smoking and was put in smoking. Lana at front desk is very sweet.

Disgusting. Turn on your light in the morning and roaches go running. When I brought it up to management they looked at me like they have never heard about any roach problem. All the reviews show a roach problem. When you first walk in your room they have it smelling like soak. Head out to eat and come back and a new less attractive odor shows up. This place is nasty. Stay clear.

Front office staff (Margarita? ) wasn't too friendly when I greeted with a smile. Sent me to a room that smelled like urine and I returned demanding another room. She apologized and 2nd room was okay. I realized that night that I stayed at La Quinta Inn that wasn't too far from here and I could've stayed at LQ instead. I wouldn't return here again.

We had a King size bed and pull out sofa small fridge closet and bathroom. I still can't breathe from the dirty ac They need better maintenance or housekeeping. But it was fresh room.

Hated this place. Johns and hookers all around. Toilet broken I called front desk she told me I had to come down and get a plunger! You mean to tell me no maintenance on site. I'm scared to sleep here tonight. Riff raff. Dope heads. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here.

This place is nothing but infested with bed bugs. I stayed in this place because It was affordable. But for my health. I wouldn't recommend the devil to stay here. I woke up with bug bites all over my body. Never had bed bugs bites in my life. Then when I made a complaint about it. They banned me from staying there after I was told they were going to investigate the situation. They said I caused them problems. Like I brought the bugs there. I even called corporate and they were nasty as well. The lady Lana said to me. I don't even know why you want to stay here. Before I made the complaint. I had no idea they were bed bugs that was biting me. I never caused and problems while I stayed there. When I tried to reserve a room. I was told that I was not allowed to stay on the property because of the report I made about the bites on my skin. Nothing but prostitutes in and out the place. People hanging around outside the place like it's a big park. Until they kill the bed bugs. No. Really. Texas Health Department needs to give this place a visit. I would not be surprised if they closed the roach. Bed bug infested place. Ugh. Motel 6 is a joke. Nasty and bug infested. I even to took pictures of this nasty shit. I only gave this nasty place one star so I could make this comment. Anybody that stay here after reading this. Check your skin. And don't complain about it. If you do. They'll bann you. And I don't even do reviews. But this place deserves it. Texas Health Department.

I was really worried about this Motel 6 after I read some of the reviews. But the price was right and they except pets so I figured I'd try it anyways. Turned out to be one of the nicest Motel 6 that I have ever stayed at. Nice clean rooms and even the bed was comfortable. Those two things are most important to me. Keep in mind if you have never stayed at a Motel 6 the towels are thin, it's nothing fancy, just the bare essentials. One person mentioned that it was in the ghetto. Honestly it wasn't that bad. All of Houston is a ghetto as far as I'm concerned. All in all I enjoyed my stay there.

If you value your life!. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not stay here! I grew up in ghetto/ bad neighborhood TO GET OUT, NOT TO SPEND A NONREFUNDABLE WEEK'S STAY IN HELL! Do not plan on a good night's rest here! 0 Stars of 5 stars, SERIOUSLY.

I read some of the other negative reviews about this Motel 6, but booked it anyway for it's convenient location, and kept my fingers crossed. Good call. The lobby was well-lit and clean; I arrived late, but the after-hours staff accommodated me quickly and courteously. My room was clean and comfortable. The bedspread was thin and had a hole or two in it, but the sheets were fine and the bed itself was nice — — I slept like a rock. Bathroom sparse but serviceable; towels a bit thin, but fine. (This is a Motel 6 after all; I wasn't expecting the Ritz. ) Hotel staff were friendly and attentive, although this was an in and out visit and I didn't interact with them too much. The only real downside was the absolutely miserable Wi-Fi; abysmally slow and spotty. Hopefully that'll improve next time I'm in town. Other than that, though, the convenient location (there's an IHOP next door, and a Waffle House and a new Dunkin' Donuts just a little bit away) and the amenities make this a Motel 6 I'll return to in the future.

Scariest motel 6 to date! A fight broke out in the lobby, people hangout in the parking lot all day and all night. It's loud. People scream at eachother all night, I liked the room (hardwood floors and it doesn't reek of smoke). But I would never stay here again. It's not worth walking to and from the room.
