I just talked to guy named Adam! He represented himself as a manager! Worst manager ever! Doesn't even know how to communicate with people. 0 patience and — respect to customers!

Rooms are incredibly dirty with bugs all over the place. There were at least two drug dealers working out of this location and the place smelled like a pot farm.

The place it's good for the price. It's definitely a bit run down and everything smells vaguely of old cigarettes. But, despite that, the rooms are clean and I've been pleased with my stay so far.

Ok so this is the second negative review I'm writing on this hotel. This time about the manager I believe. Basically everything in my bathroom didn't work except the toilet and sink, I made a few complaints before asking to be moved because I couldn't even get comfortable. The manager then said this was the only room available. But yet I Walked by several open rooms. It's just disappointing. Needless to say, I'm leaving tomorrow. Also once u have used the one roll of toilet paper they provided ur responsible. As well as washing towels for clean towels. 2 dryers out of 4 are working. Cable was out last night for about 2 hours.

Great price. Room was nice but the bed was a little stiff. Would definitely stay again though!

My stay was alright until the new manager took over and she has a nasty attitude. If you stand up to her, she will put you out. She has no problem lying to you. I was told to get rid ofmy dog while other guests were ableto keep theirs. Then, I was told I HAD to leave because it was one to many people and other guests have thesamenumberofpeople. And they do have roaches.

Checked in here 1/2016. For the first few days it was okay. After that I saw several bugs over the course of the stay (1 month). Mainly in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Not so much as I consider an infestation, but it definitely was an issue. Housekeeping weekly no issues. Linen was very worn holes, stains, etc… Room can go for an upgrade. Furniture old and outdated. Fridge and TV new. Cable and Wifi good. Front desk gentlemen by the name Roni was very nice, courteous, and helpful. I would stay here again only if pressed for funds. Parking plentiful. There is a laundry room, but I never used it.

Was making a delivery to the hotel. Cant say much about the rooms but alot of shady people walking around.

I really enjoy the peace and quit. The manager is very respectful and very caring. The place is assume and comfortable. Would have stayed in no other place… more like home sweet home.

This was a horrible experience the room wasn't clean. I was trying to rent the hotel at a weekly rate but 394 is clearly too much. They only provide with you with one roll of tissue, the microwave didn't work and the rooms was infested with roaches.

Its cool so far so good its as seedy as you would expect pimpin pandering the norm but I aslo see kids and family there suriving.

Maybe this place would be okay but Ravi, the general manager they have is a joke. Rudest guy in customer service. This place won't survive as long as he is there.

If I could put negative I would. My confirmation email said I would stay until 12/10/15. They tried kicking me out on 12/9/15 to the point of deactivating the card. I had to fight tooth and nail to get the key because the room is under my friends name — who was at work and I was moving her stuff to the new apartment as requested. The manager, Ravi, wouldn't explain anything even though I had my roommate on the phone. The housekeeper, bless her, let me in after I explained they confiscated my key. Not only that but when I got inside, the lights were on, indicating they were going to begin the process of cleaning the room for the next guest. I don't know what has or hasn't been touched but I no longer feel safe nor welcome and for any future endeavors, I will go elsewhere.

The room are ok, clean and spacious. Cons? They open at 11 am and closed on Sunday (front desk) don't ask for towels or toilet tissue if you run out, they say only provided at check in. My room floated while I was out, the maintenance guy was trying to solve the "equation" "where the water is coming from. " He left, never hear again from, or anyone who fix the problem, so ended up cleaning the mess myself. For what they charge $297 at werk, almost $300 dollars the service is poor.

Great place to be. I loved every moment of it.

Before I can even get a chance to check in a prostitute came out a room 232 and asked me if I needed some company today 2/13/2015.

Room smelled bad. It smelled of cigar and weed. My room was a non-smoking. They charged me 40 dollars more than their competitor. The bed was really hard and pillows were uncomfortable. There was a hole the size of a fifty cent piece on the comforter due to a burn. And someone kept playing with the fire alarm so I couldn't sleep.

This hotel was much less than impressive. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly in who knows how long. There were hairs all over the shower (inside and out), the sink was filthy, there were what appeared to be blood and urine stains on the door, and the corners where the floor met the wall had all kinds of grungy gunk in it. The hotel itself was a musky, dank, almost inhospitable room. The AC was leaking, and all the maintenance man did was vacuum the water out of it. The floor around the AC unit was disgusting. I put a towel down to try to soak up the excess water, and half an hour later, there was mold on the towel. One of the people staying with me had left some clothes on the floor, and when he picked them up, the clothes smelled as though they had been left sitting in a middle school boy's locker room for a week. They claim that they have "free Wi-Fi" but you can't even connect to it, let alone load anything useful. In short, even though they may be less expensive than alternatives, DO NOT STAY HERE. Really, the only good thing that I have to say is that none of our possessions were stolen.

Me and my wife stay there for a year and 2 months I guess you can it was okay. They said it was could be better but hey what can you expect. anytime they change the bedding the bedding always has a cigarette burns in the mattresses and covers. Very disgusting however we we're blessed to stay there till we got a new place.

I stayed there for one week, from 5/11/12 to 12/12/12. I specifically told them that I wanted non-smoking but the room I got had residual stench of cigarette smoke. Internet speed is a joke — forget about YouTube or any streaming media. I reported this to the office and they gave a number to call. When I did the CSR told me that she would call me in 5 minutes after she had fixed the internet issue. She never called back. Saw one roach scurrying about the bathroom wall. The remote for TV has no back cover — they use tape to hold in the batteries.

Please don't waste your money! My husband checked in to the hotel on Tuesday night he was not happy by the way the hotel was left to begin with. It had dirty dishes in the sink, a pubic hair on one of them so he knew they were dirty. There was no soap to wash dishes or dish rags to wash with. There was constant loud noise and arguing in the parking lot all night all the nights he was there. That is all stuff he chalked up to being in an extended stay hotel he was dealing with it. Then he awoke Thursday morning at 4am to get ready to head to work he was greeted by at least 5 baby roaches running through out the room. He quickly packed his stuff with out getting dressed and left. He tried to stop by the office to let them know what was going on but it was closed. He got to work, checked and found out they opened at 7am so at 7 on the dot he called and told them what was going on asked if someone could come exterminate as we had already paid for 10 days. They said no but he could switch to another room. Which makes no sense if there are babies they are everywhere. He said no that he would like to cancel the rest of his stay and go else where and that he only expected to pay the weekly rate for the two nights he was there as this was not his fault he needed to leave. He was told that would be fine to come by at 6pm when the manager would be there so she could do his refund.
