Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet and the fan runs so you have white noise!

The front desk attendant Myra remembered us from past visits. She met us with a big smile and happy greetings. The room was spotless! I always carry Clorox wipes prior to covid due to traveling quite a bit for business. I wiped down every surface and there was no dirt, dust etc on my cloths. I highly recommend this hotel!

Stop here! If you want a cozy, clean and honest place to stay, stay here! My daughter and I were traveling from Ohio to California and made this our resting point for the night. We got up the next morning and headed back out on the road after a great breakfast and forgot my IPad in our room. The nice housekeeping lady turned it in to the front desk and the manager called me to let me know. The iPad was shipped to my home, safe and sound! But let’s not forget the happy lady that checked us in and the sweet lady at breakfast. Two thumbs up guys!

The rooms are clean and you get free breakfast with waffels shaped in the state of texas. All I was missing was my eva bonilla.

Fantastic staff, clean and wonderful rooms and assistance with my luggage etc. They are very friendly and go out of their way for their guests. I got there very very late one night after driving 12 hours and the attendant was very helpful, friendly, and gave me a suite for an excellent price because they weren’t that busy and it was available!

The woman who was working behind the desk on the evening of March 30 2019 was so friendly and welcoming I felt like I was visiting a relative! Breakfast was the only let down. Ran out of hot food before 8:30. Other than that excellent place to stay. Great rooms, comfortable beds and pet friendly.

Driving from NC to CA on military orders, and so far this has been the best hotel yet. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice (even at 1 a. M. When I checked in)! The room was very clean, to include the bathroom. The beds were soft and clean and provided a great night sleep. The price of the hotel was very fair & I would definitely recommend & stay at this hotel if ever passing through the area again!

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at for the price. As soon as you walk in the door there is a Beautiful Grand Stairway. It's so inviting. Everything was so clean. The room we stayed in was nicely upgraded with a huge walking shower. Breakfast was good. Customer Service was wonderful. Great employees. Thanks.

Room was clean and tidy. We only stayed one night on our way home. Pool area was very warm but the kids loved it. Breakfast was good but almost everything was gone. We did come within the last hour but you would expect some food to still be restocked. We would stay again if in the area.

These place rocks wonderful beds, rooms was clean and a great environment. We were coming through because I had surgery in Vegas they accommodated my need to be on the first floor near laundry so we could wash our stuff so nice and the breakfast was amazing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Premises looked clean well maintained. We stayed in room 309. It was a HUGE 2-queen bed suite with a convertible couch. The breakfast was good. The buffet had a wide variety of foods. Sausage links, biscuits and white gravy, scrambled eggs (looked like the reconstituted variety), Belgian waffles, fruit, Activia yogurt (good for travelers. Ha ha! ), boiled eggs, pastries, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Checked in around 11pm. Clean, quiet rooms with AC that works very well. Comfy bed, large bathroom and a decent enough breakfast to get us back on the road before daylight. Conveniently located just off of and with easy access to I40.

We were pleasantly surprised by the clean rooms and friendly service. Great rates! Perfect for our family of five. We were also pleased to enjoy the indoor pool before exploring the local history.

Hotel on the side of the highway? Much better and cleaner than I expected. Only wish the town was a little bigger… I would book a room again.

They allow pets there but there is no where to walk them. It is dark not well lit. However the rooms were clean.

Hotel staff hijacked our card information and charged over 250.00 in charges. Immediately placed a hold on the card and called fraud department for Bank of America. Staff never apologized and never had manager contact us for follow up. Will be contacting ownership directly, as well as the police department to file fraud charges. There should be video footage of front desk area, as well as phone records as to who contacted me to execute the scam. Steer clear. Staff only seemed inconvenienced by our stay. They could care less about anything aside from their personal comfort. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this hotel. Shamrock should do the city a favor and close down the business.

100% satisfied with everything. The price was affordable, even on a holiday night. The bed was comfy! The room was immaculate, lots of space, desk, very nice bathroom, completely with glass shower stall, plenty of room, and a long vanity. The indoor pool was a plus and everything was very clean and fresh. They left coffee and juice out all day and night, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Our room, two queens and a hideabed, was awesome! It was large, clean, and comfortable! The only negative was the breakfast which would be fine if you're a high carb eater, as it was mostly different breads and cereals… but there wasn't many protein sources, which is expected in a cheaper hotel but a bit of a disappointment in such a nice place. All in all though we were VERY pleased and could carry on with our road trip well rested and ready for another day of fun!

Sleep Inn & Suites is possibly the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of being a guest of. The cleanliness and presentation are top notch, along with amazing customer service and a mouthwatering breakfast. If you need somewhere to stay, go with Sleep Inn & Suites.

Price for what we got was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Very quiet, which made for a great experience!

Stayed on 6/4/17 and it was so refreshing after not so good stays at other places. Very modern and clean! Front desk receptionist was friendly and hot breakfast was great! I would stay here anytime and highly recommend it! We had gone to the Grand Canyon and were on our way home.

I have several factors when choosing a room and in this order: Clean, friendly staff, quick check in, price and comfort. Top of the list on all accounts. Throw in a great breakfast! I'll stay here again. Way cheaper than rooms in Amarillo too!

So clean and well kept! The staff was amazing, the breakfast plentiful and delicious. The water pressure strong and hot as it should be. We highly recommend this place.

A very average hotel experience. My bed was never cleaned and it was full of crumbs and hair under the sheets. None of the workers were happy that they or you were there. And the breakfast closed an hour before they said it would. However the rooms and bathrooms were well decorated.

Rooms were clean, Service was good. Shamrock is a quaint little town. Had an excellent time!

Comfortable lodging at a good price. The room is long: room for two beds, a couch and chair, microwave and mini-frig. Free Wi-Fi. Clean, nicely decorated. The breakfast area is well stocked and kept very clean. Outstanding staff — very friendly and genuinely helpful. Will stay here again and recommend to family.

Hotel is lovely even though it sits along side the on ramp to Highway 40. Well decorated. Room was well appointed but lacked plugins for technology. Toilet was caulked several times and was quite unsturdy. Sink drained very, very slowly and should be repaired. Towels are a bit skimpy in size. Bed was great with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was awful… We tried several things and all was unacceptable. Threw it out uneaten and went to McDonald's. Staff was not helpful and not at all friendly.

I've been everywhere man. I've been everywhere. Across the desert sands man. I breathed the mountain air man. But I never had better service than at this sleep inn in. Jenifer at the front desk was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Rooms are good to go.

Comfortable bed, delicious hot breakfast, perfect place to stop after a long drive. Friendly staff, too! My husband and infant son had a great night's stay and are well rested. Only negative thing is that parents of small kids should be aware there is no tub.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have found for the money in the state of Texas. I have to admit I found it by accident on my way to Amarillo very very happy I did. This will be my new stopover traveling between the Midwest and the West Coast the rooms are huge clean the breakfast was better than some restaurants and the staff was helpful in any way they could be this is not your regular sleep in it's above and beyond.

Excellent place to stay. Room was huge, beds what fresh, soft clean feeling sheets and pillows. Bath was nice size and very vlean. We wanted to stay longer even though the town itself is like a ghost town. The hotel room was top notch. Great place to stay over.

After driving 14 hrs I decided to grab this shamrock exit and get some good rest. I found out quickly this is a empty sh*t town with nothing in it, so let's keep our fingers xd this sleep in is ok. It's 7pm on a Sat in september. The parking lot has max 12 cars in it, lobby is dead and one girl working. She was sweet and helpful. 85.00 for the room seems pretty steep considering I'm basically the only customer in existence but hey I need rest. Lobby is nicely decorated and clean. I get to room and all I want is some food and a hot bath since I ache head to toe from the drive. Guess what no room service and no bath tub. Has a huge nice shower though. Overall room is very clean, nicely decorated has the coldest ac I've I've experienced in a hotel, a huge empty mini frige, TV (didn't turn it on) and a really surprisingly comfy bed with more pillows than I could possibly need which is a plus in my book. Didn't use the pool just wanted rest. As far as food in this town, nobody delivers at all. Pizza place closed down so basically grab yourself taco bell, mcds or dairy queen on the way in. If you just want a comfy bed and good night's sleep I recommend it highly. Maybe talk the price down at check in considering it's empty and they are lucky to have any customers walk in the door in this town.

The best sleep inn I have been in a while. U wont be disappointed. Rooms are huge it had a sofa and comfortable clean beds. The only minus is I called and booked for one price and when I showed up to hotel they give me a different rate. Thats what made me mad a bit. Breakfast was amazing. Hot and fresh. Very nice. Overall is a+ I will stop here every time I'm in this area.
