Fabulous, caring staff, easy to get to, quiet. I throughly enjoyed it.

This is a new inn, smells new, largest shower I've ever seen in a hotel under$200 a night. Comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, no vending machine, however they have drinks, snacks, it's charged to the room, no need for single bills. Maid service replaced shampoo and soap without asking.

OMGOODNESS! As great as this wonderful NEW facility is, the customer service that you recieve from Ms. Frances H. At the front desk is even more memorable. So much so that we've only been checked in to our room (the king suite, which comes with TWO TVS, a sofa bed, the MOST COMFORTABLE king bed and pillows. My husband and I have stayed in 3 hotels in as many nights and I can tell you that this experience rivals one at which we spent $289.00 (per night) for. If we didn't consider the scenery (the other was waterfront) then I would say that this was the better of the two. You just CAN NOT beat a hostess who actually wants to make her guest feel welcomed. If the lady that she was training turns out to be anything like Ms. Frances, then you guys at this location have a winning team! I had never considered staying at the Fairfield but after this experience (and me signing up for their rewards program, I will start my trip planning from now on by seeing if there is a Fairfield near our destination! This hotel is not bad, the service is great, the rooms are new and clean, the staff is wonderful and very accommodating, the breakfast is fresh and filling, and overall experience is great. The lamps in the room all have 120VAC receptacles and they're also on the desk, wall, and by the microwave (has a USB type A there as well). Breakfast included orange juice, apple juice, cereal (three kinds), fresh cut fruits, waffle iron + batter, scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, sausage (regular and turkey), boiled egg, coffee, and slice nuts and dried banana slices for the cereal. The TV is also high quality video and works well with my firetv. Just make sure that you plug the HDMI into the box hooked up to the TV and not the TV's HDMI port. If you plug it into the TV's port, then you'll be unable to control the TV. The TV is controlled via the remote which communicates with the box. The pool is also clean, but rather small. 4-stars because it's not perfect: Wi-Fi is only 5mbps! this is slow compared to the 2-stars hotels and motels over stayed at. I also prefer connecting my laptop to a lan port, but none were available. The lights in the hallway, lobby, and conference room are BRIGHT. I walked out of my room, on many occasions and different times, and get overwhelmed by the lights. The first sign was entering the lobby at like 9pm and seeing it lit up like a hospital. While eating breakfast and watching TV, the lights overwhelm my eyes in the lobby.

My wife and I were on a 12 hour drive and decided we couldn't keep going after about 9 hours. So, we stopped here. The hotel and the room were immaculant. The lady at the counter was being harrassed by an elderly gentleman. She kept her cool, in spite of the guy belittling her and the hotel. The employee apologized to me. There were a few mistakes, but it is a brand new hotel and they are working the kinks out. I would definitely stay here again, if I'm passing through and need a room.
