This Holliday Inn was awesome very nice staff more that I can say about the one in Dallas.

The ladies were very accommodating. I had to adjust my original 1 night to a 2 night stay. They not only changed it, they made sure that I was able to stay in the same room. Thank you again.

Great place to hold up nice people.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked REALLY well. The bed was comfortable. There were sufficient towels and bedding. And there was enough breakfast for everyone in my large party. 4 stars because my key card stopped working at 10 AM — as well as two others in my party in separate rooms.

Loved to stay here even if it was just for one day. Room was clean and very spacious, front desk was nice, room service was very fast bringing me things I requested. Breakfast was great for us before we headed out. Definitely would stay again.

Clean room, quiet, decent breakfast options. I would stay again. The staff was kind and unobtrusive. And it's very convenient to the university, as well as dining options. Only critique is the loudness of the air conditioner (had to turn off to hear TV or phone calls) and nearby parking is tight due to several Tesla-only power stations. Not sure why so many but it may make sense in the future. Overall I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is super easy to access, right on the freeway for easy in and out, and near everything you may need. We had reserved a room but needed to upgrade to a suite upon arrival, and they took care of us, no problem. We were also able to check in a half hour early, which worked out great for us. Our room was clean, we had plenty of towels and washcloths, and when we called for more bedding for the couch bed, we got it right away. Breakfast is included with the room and was great. No gourmet obviously, but the full gamut of cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, bagels, and toast. They also had pork and turkey sausage, and some cheese omelettes that were pretty dang good! Again, the dining area was clean and well taken care of. All in all this was a very pleasant, if short, stay. Id be happy to stay here again the next time I am in town.

The rooms are nice. Suites are pretty big. Breakfast in the morning was great! Nice variety of foods… and the hostess kept it stocked. However, the bathroom was dirty… there was hair all over the bathroom floor. I did not get to the room till late so I did not notice it till the next morning. Put a little more time in cleaning the bathroom and the stay would have been golden!

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The house keeping staff, Elena, did a fantastic job. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. It did not contribute to good sleep. Made my chiropractor happy when I got back.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Huntsville always does an amazing job hosting the Autism Awareness event sponsored by Autism Speaks. It is always well organized and a great time!

Tucked away just a bit, this well-decorated and delightfully staffed hotel is minus 1 star only because of limited parking.

Only visited the conference room but clean surroundings with pleasant front desk and nice restroom.

It's a very nice hotel with awesome staff. Only thing I didn't like is the curtains in the room that don't close all the way so it was really bright this morning.

Stayed for 1 night. The property seems new and everything looked very nice. The room also was nice though I found the bed to be a little hard for my tastes. Overall the stay was nice without any disappointments.

Great, clean place to stay with very comfy beds. Location is great; but a little tricky to find right off 45. You must slow down and look for it or you will miss the drive to turn in.

Great hotel. Staff are outstanding and always happy to to help. Hotel is in a convenient location. Exceptionally clean and wonderful amenities. They also have a gluten-free breakfast option which is usually rare to find at hotels that offer complimentary breakfast.

Everything about the hotel was satisfactory, except the front desk clerk. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning just to find out that he had given our room to another guest just minutes before our arrival.

One of the nicer holiday express inns. I happen to be here when hurricane Harvey hit Houston. The hotel was very accommodating and concerned especially the manager Sheryl. I believe they went above and beyond to take care of people's needs and what was obviously a difficult time.

My stay was during the flooding in Houston. It was the closest hotel I could find for the first few days. The staff was great. Especially Chelsea at the front desk. They did their best in what was a difficult situation for a lot of people.

Beautiful rooms. Great employee they kept us high dry and safe and fed. Just wish you would allow Service animals and pets.

I only stopped here to charge my Tesla because they have a set of supercharger in the parking lot. I did go in the lobby to use the bathroom and it seemed very nice. I would absolutely stay here if I needed to.

GREAT location right off 45 in Huntsville TX. Everything was close by, Restaurants & needed to pick/up some things I forgot at Target. Very big rooms. The only disappointment was the loveseat had seen better days & had a BIG DIP Making it hard to get up. Beds were good. Would differently stay there again.

The cleaning staff only managed to refresh sheets and make ONE of the two beds. I AM OUTRAGE by this lack of respect and care for ALL guests. Dude next time just make both the beds please.

I arrived as part of a group late at night. Check in was quick and rooms were clean. We departed early in the morning. Overall very nice.

This hotel is a great place to stay in Huntsville, TX. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is always hot, and the staff is courteous and friendly. The General Manager, Sheryl, is the best part of staying here. She has never met a stranger, and makes her guests feel very important. I highly recommend this hotel to every traveler who comes to Huntsville.

Wonderful Stay! On business and stayed for 3 weeks. Each staff member was helpful and the breakfast was wonderful! My room was always clean when I came home and the express check out is a breeze. If you are needing a quick place to stay or a long-term sleep place, this is it!

I got dehydrated yesterday while at the Huntsville State Park and had gotten sick in My car on the way back home to Fairfield so I stopped in at the Holiday Inn Express in Huntsville and My husband was able to call and get Me a room with His points with in 15 minutes I had a room even though they were booked up they got Me in. They were very nice to Me and when I headed out this morning the lady that was there last night and I believe that She was the manager of the Hotel asked Me if I was feeling better. I am so thankful to them for getting Me in a room for the night. Mildred Tee Hempel.

Great, friendly staff and management. I am an Autism and Behavior Consultant and I frequently travel to schools and agencies across Texas, and the first time I stayed here they were actually celebrating Autism Awareness Month and had the whole hotel lit up blue! Loved that! I have stayed at Holiday Inn in Huntsville twice now with great experiences both times. The second time, my hubby and daughter tagged along. My daughter is allergic to wheat so has to have gluten-free foods. Although there were several items on the breakfast already (cheesy eggs, bacon, yogurt, GF cereal, etc), they actually had Udi's gluten-free packaged bagels available! Great rooms, great staff, great pool & hot tub, great breakfast… that's my regular Huntsville hotel!

Clean room. Very nice. Breakfast was just okay. I would recommend this hotel.

Had a birthday party there, great price, great staff, and great space. Also had mini fridge, and a big screen TV u can use.

It was great! They're very clean and nice. The room has a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and iron. There is a nice pool and hot tub as well. Great place to stay!

I'm just going to preemptively judge my stay here as a single star. I cant wait to see all the fine decorations in the room and have some facon in the morning.

The hot tub was luke-warm, the pool was (not surprisingly) freezing-for a December afternoon — and the clothes that I accidentally left in my room were STOLEN. This seems obvious, and considering that hotel rooms are regularly stripped of… well, EVERYTHING by unscrupulous travelers, I suspect that this act against me is just another point for the other team, though I have never given any consent to play any games of sartorial sabotage. I checked out of my room on Saturday, and realized that my clothes were missing and called on Sunday. A man named Dante assured me that everything would be OK — he said that the maids hadn't even cleaned the rooms yet, and that when they did, and when my garments were found, that he would call. My sister, who lives in Huntsville, went to the hotel on the next day, Monday, and the receptionist (not our Dante) at the front desk would not help her. She told my sister that the rooms hadn't been cleaned and that the manager would be needed to release any garments. Upon calling them a week later, Dante told me that the assistant manager was not in, and that I should call in the next day to resolve the matter. I asked him to see if the clothes were even there. He checked, and said no. I asked instead "do you think it possible that they're still in the room? Is it possible that my room hadn't been touched in over a week? " He thought it possible. "Do you want me to go check? " he asked, and I said "of course".
