We were welcomed by Desiree who made us feel welcome beyond our expectations. She is a wonderful asset to this hotel. Our room was clean and the bed felt new and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was perfect.
Breakfast was just okay.

Stayed there in room 305. Empty beer cans in trash, scratches on floor and exposed wires. Felt dirty! The only staff I saw was at check in and he was friendly. Walking anywhere was hot and in elevator also. I thought it would be better. I won't be going back. Very disappointing!

Staff is phenomenal. Our first room had a mold issue and we had to be moved to another one, which they immediately approved. Everything is clean and comfortable. Sheets are soft and feel better than other locations we've been at. Breakfast was good.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds are amazingly comfortable. They found out that I was there because my spouse was in the hospital and they made sure my stay was even more comfortable. Also left flowers at my door. I really can't say enough. If you are ever in the area be sure to check in and see how great they are.

It was affordable and they did not trip about me going to the pool at 2 in the morning staff is pretty cool.

Very nice hotel. My tub had no plug which was disappointing as my daughter and I like a bath instead of a shower sometimes. And we stayed 2 nights so we had hoped for and requested a repair but no such luck.

Several of our guests stayed here during our wedding weekend. All had good experiences — clean rooms, easy check-in/check-out and friendly staff. A big thank you to Roberto for all his help before the wedding, and an issue that arose the day of. He was very nice and professional!

Great staff, great room. Military discount was given. Continental breakfast which was ok, it was as expected. But breakfast lady offered to make us fresh omelettes, which was more than expected. Fabulous.

I had a good experience at this holiday inn. Clean room, bathroom was great and they had good breakfast. Will stay again at this location.

The rooms are comfortable and nice, value wise it was a little high price but then again it was the final four in San Antonio which is only about 25 minutes away. It was less than what one star motels were charging that were about 15 minutes closer to the city. The breakfast is pretty good and the location is right by a few restaurants so it's pretty convenient. Overall a good choice for those wanting to visit San Antonio in comfort but not break the bank.

This is definitely a dream hotel! Ceiling fan, hardwood floors, clean bed and bathroom. You never know what's going on in the carpet and if you can't sleep without the slight buzz of a fan, BOOM! One built in.

Definitely had a Texas vibe to the place. The shower tub seemed to have a wee leak, but not bad. Beds were cozy, the lounge/breakfast area was actually a nice hangout spot, and I could use the fitness area all night if I wanted to.

Very clean. Great price! Don't plug your phone into the charger on alarm clock. It burned out my 2 month old phone.

The staff, room and hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast although a good variety could use a little help on the sausage, egg and gravy parts… but that's just me. Biscuits were good. They did have cereals, oatmeal, apples, bananas, cinnamon rolls, pancake maker which left something to be desired according to my beautiful wife and then the juice flavored machine, as well as coffee, skim milk, 2% milk (for me what's the difference, yack! LOL). If none of that sounds good, there is an IHop within walking distance which I will use next time there.

Nice accommodations, great staff, fair prices, breakfast is lack luster.

It was a very clean room and had everything you needed, bed was comfortable … no noise or disturbances. Or by the pool & loved the cows. & staff were really nice… my kids had a great time out at the pool & everyone was nice. Big smiles from all around… thank you Holiday Inn Express!

Overbooked, and we were told that happens frequently, especially on weekends. The receptionist resolved the issue after the manager did nothing. The hotel is very clean and nice. No issues. Breakfast was pretty good, again no complaints. Suggestion: don't oversell your rooms to the point you have to downgrade rooms as early as 6:30 pm.

We came and when I made reservations, I requested 1 king bed. When I got here I asked to switch to a double and without any problem, the ladies up front were very nice and friendly and switched our room. We Walked in and the room was clean and I fell in love with the hard wood floors and the ceiling fan! Thanks again for making our stay so great for our River trip.

The room was fine. The toilet didn't work properly and you had to open the tank to get it to flush — not my favorite. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Staff was friendly, but had not followed my request to put a crib in the room and it took a while for them to bring one.

Nice room's. Quiet comfortable area. I really like the area. My complaints are the water is way too hot no matter what setting you put the faucet on. Not sure if it's just my room or what. They knock on the door way to early in the morning when check out is 12 I really don't like that at all. And that's with the do not disturb sign on the door. In all its a great place.

The hotel is not clean or safe. There is one back door that usually requires a key to enter through that is totally broken and doesn't even latch closed. It is very unsafe and anyone off the street could be entering at any time day or night. They did not give us a suite which we had requested upon making the reservation and when they moved us they put us on the first floor next to the lobby and elevator. When we complained about the noise the next day they refused to move us saying they had no other rooms when according to the online reservations they had many other rooms available. The cable and Internet were out for at least an entire afternoon and evening and when we asked about any sort of discount or some other sort of good faith gesture to make up for the inconvenience, the front desk person rudely stated no because it wasn't her problem. My husband travels very frequently and stays at IHG properties. This is by far the worst accommodations we have stayed at. It is run very unprofessionally and it is unlikely that we will ever stay here again being treated the way we have been treated and with the poor upkeep on the property. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Stayed in a suite that was bigger than most Hilt on Hotels I have stayed in. Very friendly staff. Great stay.

Everything about this Holiday Inn Express is fabulous. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Hardwood floors made the rooms feel clean and pristine. This hotel looks very new and has definitely kept up with renovations. Everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the breakfast in the morning made this stay perfect and quite memorable.

My family and I went to Circuits of the Americas last summer. The traffic in Austin was horrendous. We made better time coming into Seguin (about 40 minutes down the road) and staying here at the Holiday Inn Express. Flexible rates, amazing customer care, and above all else the rooms were neat and comely. I highly recommend.

We were traveling from Dallas TX for the races in Austin for the Circuit of the Americas track day, this hotel was very easy access off 130 toll road about 30 min outside of Austin and it was a great choice for us! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent free breakfast in the morning! A starbucks right down the street to top it off! Will definitely be coming back to this location when we are in the area!

Right off of I-10 near to IHOP and Chilli's, rooms are new with wood laminate and no carpet. Some plugs don't work but breakfast is free and pretty good. Free Wi-Fi and clean rooms.

Plenty of street parking for trucks. Wi-Fi is decent. Cozy place to settle for the night. Food is Walking distance. Not bad at all. Cleaning crew is so loud in the morning. Talking loudly, laughing and slamming doors. Fix that!

Awesome room NO carpet! Pergo floors with tile. My daughter spilled a bucket of ice on the tile, when cleaning it up with a white towel there was no dirt on the towel. Clean room, comfortable, clean bed. Is anything else needed? The only suggestion is that the front desk had one of those flat membrane TV remotes. It would have been nice to have one of those in our room.

My husband and I took a 2 week road trip across the country and this was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at. It was clean, the room was updated, and the neighborhood was not scary. I would stay here again.

Hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. Front staff was excellent. Best gym I have seen in a Holiday Inn Express. Had not only treadmills but also free weights and Nautilus style equipment. Room did have a funky smell but was very clean. Dining area was well maintained and stocked. Although I do recommend this hotel, the price was on the high side.

Clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced for the quality of the stay. We've stayed here twice, and both times were very pleasant.

Beautiful new hotel. Employees were great, very personable and competent. Front Desk was always cheerful and helpful and the housekeepers kept the rooms very clean. Great breakfast. Huge exercise room! I was on a leisure trip but the wireless internet was very fast and I kept in touch with the world. Several good restaurants next door and nearby, from fast food to sit down restaurants. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.
