This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time! I choose this hotel because it said right here on Google that they have a hot tub. Well, they don't! Filled it in years ago. She offered us a room with a jacuzzi for an extra $10.00 we said ok we will take it. The room smelled bad of mold, the ceiling and walls had bad water damage, the fan in bathroom was obnoxiously loud, there was long black hair on the "fresh towels", the duvet cover was all stained and had hair on it, the floor was so dirty that it turned my socks brown and on top of that the jacuzzi tub didn't work! My husband went to tell them and they just said sorry that's it! Still charged extra for the room! We will never come back here!

Stayed at the one in Seguin, Texas while visiting family. The front desk manager was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I had a problem with my door lock and she gave me a key that worked and waited until we were leaving for the day to have the lock replaced while we were out so we wouldn't be disturbed. I made a joke about taking the awesome bed pillows with me, and she told me that they sell them when extras are in stock. She didnt have any, but I checked with the Comfort Inn where I live in Florida. Breakfast was better than expected. It offered a wide variety of choices. We were there four mornings and were able to have something different each time. The breakfast attendant was amazing. She never slowed down, making sure everything was stocked and all surfaces were clean. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there on next visit.

The man Mike at the front was a real jerk! He did nothing but complain about everything. He was a real butt hole! Ms. Vera was awesome and did everything she could to make sure it was right… Mike came and chewed us out for some kids that weren't even ours for running up and down the halls… and told us we were about to be evacuated because of something that had nothing to do with us… next time ill find somewhere else to stay. Not to mention all the people that didnt even have an air conditoner that worked… never will I stay here again! Poooooor pooooooor customer service!

Male worker is the rudest employee I’ve ever come across! A/c wasn’t working and he told us he’d tell maintenance and there’s nothing else he can do. Made ppl get out of the pool but refused to provide towels like we were told they would do, and not to use our room towels. NOT worth the money paid at all! Will never ever stay again! He’s a complete jerk!

Whether your traveling for business or pleasure this hotel is absolutely the best. Easy off and on access to I-35 anything you need for business or personal is close by. There's plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The Magnolia Table restaurant is across the street from this hotel. Thomas and the hotel staff are the greatest team to work with. A +

I stayed at this hotel earlier in the month and had a great time. The room was neat and clean. The woman at the counter was very courteous and polite. We had good conversation and "Vera" was very accommodating. I would definitely refer this hotel to a friend or co-worker.

Very good but have come down a little precise, if not they will lose more customers, airbnb will steal the customers.

This was an awesome hotel. The staff is incredible! We lost our reservation somewhere else and just walked in looking for a room and Mike who was at the front desk help us out alot. He even matched the price of the room we were going to stay at across the street. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice. Thank you Comfort Inn!

Have stayed here twice within a week's time. Hotel is Clean and appears well kept. Rooms are in good condition. Free breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot is well lit. Restaurants are close by as well as fuel stations.

My Family really Loved it alot and we had a great time there. The breakfast was Amazing❤

The check-in process took longer than expected at 8pm. I waited for nearly twenty minutes before being able to talk to the woman at the front desk. We were in a rush and I was stuck waiting for Vera, the woman at the front desk, to finish a conversation with a couple about various non-hotel related things. Once the couple left I was able to get checked in quickly. Upon arriving in the room later that night (1-2am) we realized that it hadn’t been cleaned too well. The shampoo bottle was already used and the little amount left in it was spilling out on the counter. There was also trash on the floor in the bathroom. We ignored it and went to sleep. When we woke up, we noticed a few roaches crawling around the room. We were planning on eating breakfast, but the roaches changed that plan. Very disappointed on spending a decent amount of money to sleep in such a nasty place. Will not be back.

This hotel is very nice and clean the front desk staff was fantastic and you're out of the hustle and bustle of San Antonio but still close enough to see all the attractions.

Vera At the desk was great She helped me solve a reservation problem I had that hotels website or customer service and 800 choice didn't. Sometimes if your nice the people at ground zero or the location can help more than people on web far away thanks Vera your a All-star n my book, Dave Business and leisure traveler…

Vera was horrible. After driving all day with my 2 year old son behind my husband pulling a uhaul trailer we arrive at the hotel exhausted. I made the reservation 2 months in advance and even called to verify they had my memo stating I would be traveling with one service animal. Once I arrived at 9pm I said I was checking in and stated my name. Vera then said with an extremely pompous attitude "I see your traveling with a service animal, so I can ask you a couple questions" I understand that alot of people lie about their animals being certified but I am not one of those people. I offered my dogs certification number and then she proceeded to say she was going to ask me questions. I already know my rights so I stated the first question and answered it " is my service dog trained to do something? Yes she is" Vera was taken back because judging by her attitude she expected to catch me in a lie. So she quickly asked (I'm assuming without thinking) "what is your disability" I said legally you cannot ask me that. She said she has a service animal and yes she could. My 2 year old son is standing next to me the whole time upset and tired so trying to end the argument I just asked " can you please just check us into our room it's been a long day and we're all exhausted" she refused. So I asked to speak to her manager.

Reasonably clean, comfortable, and quiet. Hotel is old and dated; stained carpet, a door that wouldn't lock, peeling paint, etc. It was okay, but I wouldn't pay full price for a stay here. Other hotels in the area.

Had a great experience working on reserving a room with the staff. I believe her name was Vera. Very courteous and accommodating. Definitely would stay again and send my friends and family to them.

The prices was fair, staff was friendly, beds were super comfy! We would definitely stay there again!

Decent room with some minor issues.

We got the suite and it was big and spacious, however… There were little blood splatters on both of the fluffy white comforters and a noticeable layer of dust on the TV and night stands.

Good breakfast… small room… clean… cool… pricey.

The Wi-Fi is a joke. Just trying to load a basic page takes forever or doesn't work at all. The breakfast is terrible as well. And the place smells like moth balls. On the upside it is cheap, quiet, and the room itself is pretty decent.

The worker Amy has a very nasty attitude with any and everything you ask her for. She lied and said they didn't have any shampoo and couldn't check the lost and found for my blanket the other worker who was just getting off went over here and got me everything I needed and asked for.

I just wanted to say what a nice hotel this is. We had 3 rooms, two of them were kings and then 1 was a room with 2 double. All rooms were very clean and smelled good. The beds were very comfortable just really a good experience over all. We needed to check in a little early and they were more then willing to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
