A great place for families. While I'm not overly pricey has fantastic and minute he's such as barbecue at the pool. Also has a full kitchenette and full size refrigerator. We really enjoyed our stay.

Arrived to stay overnight. Room was unbearable hot, around 80 degrees. Guess it had been empty for too long. Not much the staff could do about the room, but give 8t time to cool down. They did try to help, and find another room that wasn't as hot. But after a few hours it finally cooled down. Breakfast was great, and we'll cooked.

It's a nice hotel. Great for staying multiple nights and having the kitchenette. My only complaint is they do not clean the high chairs. They were sticky.

Nice, clean hotel. Nothing fancy. Basic continental breakfast. Has a basic small kitchen with a 2 burner electric range, fridge, sink, and pretty much everything you need for an extended stay.

Great frontbdesk service as we arrived. Beautiful new Hotel with awesome new Suites that are being kept up. Very clean rooms! Excellent service from Halley & Monica! We will definitely stay here again.

This makes me just want to start booking through Marriott only. Well worth what I paid for and slept like a baby. Would do it again without a doubt.

Amazing place — super modern and A+ clean. I really liked the vibe here, cool, quiet, lots of parking and close to i45 so very convenient. The staff were very friendly and breakfast tasty!

It was nice and clean but one thing that I didn't see mentioned is that there is not any double queen rooms. They only have King size and a pull out couch in each room. Other than that, it was very accommodating.

Enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. It's right off of i10 with a lot of eating places surrounding it. Staff was extra friendly! The pool was super clean and so was the room. Heads up! No waffles until the weekend, otherwise breakfast was great.

Location is great, right off the highway and close to ihop and several gas stations. The hotel is overall very nice and clean. Our room was a bit small with a sleeper sofa and queen sized bed, but there was five of us. The room includes everything you need to stay for a while like pots and pans, silverware, a regular sized fridge, along with a toaster, oven, and microwave. Hotel was quiet with friendly staff. The breakfast had a quality free breakfast, be sure to try the eggs. We'd stay here again, give it a try.

I'm not going to lie… really surpassed my expectations. Towne Place Suites in Seguin is really a unique Marriott property. It has all the comfort of a typical 4 star hotel fused with the amenities of a extended stay type facility… but with out the extended stay feeling. From the moment of check in you know the property is part of the prideful Marriott family. The staff is courteous and proud to be part of the hotel, the breakfast is super, and again the rooms are ultra comfortable. I spend nearly 200 days a year traveling the US for work, and TPS in Seguin certainly has found it's way in my favorites "group". Thanks for making my stay near perfect.

Comedian Marvin Hunter stayed here recently after a performance on tour and was very glad he did! The room was perfect, clean, and quiet, and the staff was very friendly! There was a free breakfast in the morning as well as an exercise room, and a 24hr convenience store for the late night snacks! Thanks for the great hospitality and we look forward to staying with you again soon!

Right off highway, near my mom's, next door to Starbucks equals perfect location. Clean room. Smelled clean. Laundry facilities clen, and in good working order. Me likey!

This place sucks Erica is the rudest customer service specialist I have ever experienced. Bed was dirty. Just hateful.

I LOVED this place all the way around. The lady who checked me in was very nice and friendly. She was also very helpful. The rooms are awesome and the breakfast is great. The ladies who checked me out were nice and helpful too. I could not ask for any thing more.

Great place to stay! Not only is the staff friendly and helpful but the location is located very close to the freeway. It is quiet and has the basic suite set-up with a full refrigerator and stove. Also fully stocked cupboards and a very nice gym and outdoor pool. It is very quiet, at times I forgot I was at a hotel. There are brand restaurants located within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.

This was by far the worst Marriott experience I've ever had. The front desk clerk was rude and acted like the hotel guests were burdens. Housekeeping was poor, when it was done. I had items in the shower from a previous guest when I checked in. The breakfasts were not good; egg and sausage patties everyday of my stay (4 nights). The rooms are all the same size and are incredibly small if you have more than 2 people in a room which by the looks of the hotel guests was most people. Also the hotel did not have extra pillows for the pull out couch and it was quite tedious getting extra towels or bedding (for the the pull out couch). The only good thing I can say about this hotel is it's location to New Braunfels.

Friendly staff who didn't mind that we checked in late. Great location between San Antonio and Austin. Nice rooms with full kitchens and cooking utensils. Big gym and a great pool too! I'd stay there again!

Great layout and decor. It's like a well staged new home. Rooms come complete with a full kitchen and cookware. The bedding is great quality and they leave an assortment of different pillows, from soft to firm. Hot and cold breakfast, including bacon, is satisfying. Pool area is welcoming with actual outdoor furniture, a TV, and a gas grill. Staff is courteous and professional.

Great hotel at a great value. Our room has a fully stocked kitchenette with refrigerator. When we got back my kids night bear, flower and blanket were laid out like we were on a cruise. Really nice tough.

The best experience of my life! The staff made me feel so welcomed and they took care of me with compassion. This hotel is far from snooty. No matter what it is the staff here took care of me and saw to it that I was indeed taken care of. Its home away from home. My favorite part during the time I stayed here was the smiles. The warm genuine smiles of the staff. Thank you so much for taking care of me and providing such awesome service!
