I want to thank Maria and the staff that was present at the time of my Mary Kay Debute party. They were every polite and helpful!

Comfortable beds, enough towels in the room, all nice and clean which was great. Friendly staff.

Staff was nice and helpful… the pool was not clean. Good breakfast.

The girl that works night shift was very friendly, and made sure my uhaul trailer was visible from my hotel window. The room was clean. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Typical continental free breakfast.

Great location! The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were there for a wedding and had booked a block of rooms. The price for blocked rooms was discounted which was nice.

We got the last room available and it was still a great experience. They were very accommodating to our lack of a/c at home and getting a room last minute to get a good night's rest.

Beds are small and the ac units do not work right. Putting it on 67 turns the heat on. This was after replacing a unit in the original room and the replacement room did the same.

Nice rooms high ceilings. Very clean, nice staff.

The staff there was so nice and the house keepers too if you want a good place to stay go there the breakfast was good I will differently be back there they accepted me service cat and dog friendly ppl, bed are so comfortable too we were in room 316 this week.

Im there for other reasons, I'm sure it's not such a bad place to lay your head for a good night's rest.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly too. They only comment I have is about the parking. First, you could use more parking spots. Second the entrances are steep, so if you have a low sports car, you will scrape on entry and exit.

I have traveled a lot over the years & I must say the staff & management are the most friendly, welcoming group I’ve encountered. The prices are great for how clean & classy the hotel is!

We enjoyed our stay here, very nice rooms. The employees are all personably professional. They make you feel like you’re at home and help you to the best of their ability. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning, we also enjoyed our dip in the pool. Several restaraunts in walking distance, very convenient.

Staff was very friendly. They have free cookies at the front desk which my kids enjoyed. Free breakfast in the morning and they have plenty to choose from. Room was nice and beds very comfortable.

Worst experience my family and have ever had! just checked out today, was I room 212. The room was clean and comfortable however the staff was not. At 2 am someone was knocking on my door asking me what my name was! told them go away. (didn't open my door) they said they work at the hotel, "said then you should know my name! " told them I would call front desk. And the man said ok. And left. Called front desk and they wanted to know my name, apparently they booked another person, I was so upset and freaked! Then at 9 am I get a phone call, they said it's your wake up alarm.? told them I didn't ask for one! they said wrong room! worst experience ever! and lack of sleep thanks to this crazy hotel.

The wirst experience I ever made with a hotel. We booked the hotel in advance and arrived at 11 pm. The booking was cancelled by mistake and instead solving that problem the didnt care and said we should leave because there is no room available.

As always, nice, clean and comfortable room at a great price.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Seguin overnight or for an extended period of time.

My wife and I stayed here December 10 — 12, 2017 and found it to be an excellent experience. The room was great, the bed (s) comfortable, room temperature great, breakfast excellent, etc. From the time we were greeted at the front desk, including any inquiries, to the time we left, we found everything as good as we've ever experienced at any hotel and better than most. We highly recommend this hotel.

While this is a new, clean and nice looking hotel, the beds are uncomfortable and AC units won't cool the room. I passed the lower priced hotels in search of the comforts of an upper end hotel chain. MISTAKE! When I contacted the front desk for a fan to help offset the inadequate AC unit, I was told that the employee was too busy and would get one to the room after 6am.? 6am… really?. In addition, when I opened the shower door I found remnants of the previous guest.

There is only three floors but I had I great time there I was welcomed there I could make my own coffee or hot chocolate in the lobby and in the mornings from 6:00 to 10:00 they serve breakfast in the lobby you can go get what ever you want like waffles egg cereal orange juice apple juice ect its awesome.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and lovely. Great job Hampton!

Maria at the front desk was amazing during the check in process. All the staff are very friendly. Rooms are in good shape and very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

This was an awesome experience, our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredible, especially the front desk staff day and night. Loved the cook, he was very friendly. We will be back. Thanks a lot for putting up with our employee pool get togethers and bbq.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Exactly what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Overall good experience. Rooms could be updated a bit but overall clean and well kept.

The website stated that there was a hot tub at the location. Turns out, no hot tub to be found. Management was less than Stellar about making things up to us.

Nice, clean room. Easy to find from the main interstate. Easy check in and courteous staff. Quiet location even with several businesses all around.

Extremely helpful and sweet staff, newly renovated and clean rooms. I was pleasantly surprised, and would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to or from San Antonio.

Front desk personnel was polite and helpful at check in (don't remember there names) but they have excellent customer service skills. Rooms are clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi could stand upgrading.

Our room was nice and clean. Really liked the amenities: television, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The only issues were that the bed was extremely hard, and the pillows were way too small. We requested a wake up call at 11:00 o'clock. The "recording" was ten minutes late. The walls are too thin.

Requested to stay at a room for non-smoking but the front desk stated she only has one room available left which is the smoking room. It is very hard to believe there is only one room left because the building is four stories high and only seven cars parked outside at 7 p. M. And no way the entire rooms of the building are all taken. I stayed even though it was complete bs because I was too tired driving from 14 hours drive. I recommend looking elsewhere or call this place and see what the front desk say then go inside and request a room and trust me you'll get a different answer. I see discrimination.

Stayed there June 2010 and found it to be just like all of my experiences with Hampton Inn hotels — clean, friendly, modern, etc. — and I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days last week, and by far it exceeded all expectations. The owner personally greeted me after work each day and sat and talked in the lobby, offering free drinks to myself and others. Room was excellent condition, soft bed, LCD TV with TONS of channels, including many HD channels. All the staff was extremely nice. Breakfast in the morning was great and different each day during my stay. Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars! Oh, and the box of chocolates waiting for me in my room when I checked in with a personalized greeting card was a nice touch.
