It was the only place that had rooms available and the price was a little high but since we had no other choice we took it. The room wasn't too bad it was clean and the beds were comfy. I would recommend if you're just trying to spend the night somewhere and save money.

Very uncomfortable night. Linens were in need of replacing and the pillows were small, luckily my wife packed a pillow and I had to get up at 4:00 am, and go to my truck to be able to get a full nights rest. Shower handles were flipped and getting the right amount of hot water was more than a challenge for me. (burned myself once and never learned the right combination. Breakfast was just as bad as the place. I asked the clerk about breakfast and he said there was no ham or bacon or even potatoes! Tried the eggs in the morning and they were disgusting and coffee was so strong, I could not finish it. Very dated hotel in need of an American update.

It was a great place. Clean, the pool was nice and at night it lit up and changed different colors. The kids enjoyed it!

Although this is a small hotel with limited staff I give them 5 stars. Staff members were very attentive to our needs the accommodations including very large pool was clean and very fun. Will definitely stay again.

It's in a pretty good location for shopping needs and food. The rooms aren't bad but there's definitely room for improvement. The bathroom in so cramped. But overall it's a good stay.

If you smoke outside and your clothes smell a smoke in your room, they charge you because your room smell a smoke… DING. Ding. Ding. CUCU CUCU CUCU… BINGO… you are the best … YOU WIN 1 TRILLON STARS … and this guy from the desk verry verry low with his intelligence, it's very racist. Bad. Bad. Bad.

1st room; blow dryer threw sparks at me, something sticky on the headboard and blanket smelled like cat pee. Asked for another room, got a smaller room. In this room, a bug crawled on me in the bed. Back to the office again… Can't get a refund until Monday so we got upgraded to a bigger room. So, room The lights don't work in the bed area. Hopefully we don't have to move rooms again tonight because it's after midnight now.

Well, it says that there's an excersize room and there's not. They also serve the same horrible breakfast day after day and I'm spending a week here so it's really unfortunate there's no real options available. Also it says a full kitchen is available in each room but there's only a small fridge and a microwave. One of which wasn't cleaned out properly when I arrived. My first night I found a huge cockroach in the shower room and another smaller one in my bed the next day … this place needs an update and an exterminator.

STAY AWAY… Do not stop, do not waste your time. Bed bugs and dirty sheets. Booked site unseen and when I told them they were Rude and unapologetic about circumstances Refused refund when booking was only 3 hours old and cancelled at 2:00 Claims large hotel that is fully booked Totally empty, smelly and not sure how it stays open.

Well… I don't know what to say. I couldn't sleep. We arrived at the hotel, checked in… The front desk person was great! We went to the room and walking in, we weren't totally turned off. It looked fine to the eye. I started pulling the sheets back to spray Lysol on the bedding (as I do at EVERY hotel, even 5stars). The bed that our kids were sleeping in was fine. The bed that my husband and I were gonna sleep in was FULL of hair. My husband wanted to put our food in the fridge & there was a roach that crawled into the fridge when we opened it. I called the front desk, told them about the hair Issie and asked for roach spray. The front desk person was shocked that I asked for "roach spray". He said they would send someone right up. It took about 2p minutes to get "more sheets" (don't know how clean they really were). Another staff member & what looked to be the maintenance man came up to put on the other bedding. They had no idea how to dress a bed, but I wasn't about to do it. The maint. Man then sprayed the fridge behind it. We thanked them & I went back to Lysol the bedding that they'd just brought up. I was grossed out, but after an entire day at a theme park, tired kids who wanted to shower and go to sleep, we didn't want to wait for another room. I itched all night. There were visible spider webs on the ceiling in multiple places. The inside of the room door was so dirty I didn't want to touch it. The curtain had big brown stains on it.

We booked this hotel a day before and paid for two nights for $55 each night. It was the cheapest around and we settled here to spend time at San Antonio, which is 40 minutes away. The same night we got there, we wanted to watch TV and noticed that the HDMI cable had been pulled out and the connector was jammed into the DVR. We paid for a queen size bed and got a full size instead. Overall we didnt get what we we paid for, and this hotel doesn't meet up to its ratings. Its most definately a 2 star hotel. Pros: Quiet and peaceful, close to a few gas stations and its along a main interstate highway. Easy location to find and has a few restaurants close by if you're ever hungry. Cons: The rooms are musty, humid, and falling apart. The whole building is old and falling apart as well. The beds are uncomfortable, so don't expect much to get a good night's rest. Don't book this hotel unless you're really desperate and have run out of options. This should be your last resort!

It was pretty good. (pool was closed and we wanted to swim) Rooms were really clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. I guess they change up the menu sometimes because on our last stay breakfast was awesome, but mostly grains and cereal this time. Still I would give them a thumbs up. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet… tucked around restaurants… very reserved and peaceful… clean and comes with all you may need to enjoy some downtime…

This place is a good place if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in Seguin. The rooms are clean and will maintain. The beds need a little updated but other than that it's a good place to lay down to sleep.

It's good for one night or maybe two, but wouldn't recommend it for three or more nights. The rooms are small, but they do have the basics. Has a great TV, and the beds are soft and very comfortable. The breakfast and coffee were very good.

Given we showed up early. They didn't have our room available but did have a lesser room ready. The rub is that they wanted to charge us to down grade our room, so we went to La Quinta.

Arrived at the hotel and was greeted appropriately. I was given a room that had some electrical issues. The lights in the bed space would turn off and on randomly. The problem was not a light bulb going bad because normally the bulb would flicker when they are going out. In this case, the lights would go out for several minutes before coming back on. The bed had hair from the previous guest and the room smelled. I went to the front desk to request another room. The man at the front desk rolled his eyes at my concern and called a maintenance person and explained the situation to the person who he was speaking to. When he stated my concern to the maintenance person, he rolled his eyes again. I immediately checked out. They can keep the money for the night. I am not staying in a place where my concerns are addressed with eye rolls.

Made a reservation for September 3. Never got a confirmation number through an email like they said when I called back on August 31. The number said it wasn't right. So I called to help desk to see if my reservation was still good they said they don't have a reservation for us. Upset I made a different reservation with a different motel. Today my fiance gets a charge on his card from days inn when we didn't even stay. Very upset.

Nice place, affordable, got in late at about 10:30. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pool was still open! 11pm I was in the pool, very relaxing. Room was not the Ritz, but clean and quiet. Great place for a quick stay near the comel river and schlitterban.

Very nice and friendly staff close to restaurants rooms were clean lady came by asked if we needed anything had coffee maker, coffee cream and sugar, ironing board & iron, microwave, and mini fridge, a flat screen TV with cable. We had a great stay.

Great service and friendly. Room nice and cozy. Very clean. Has a big swimming pool. Good astomerphere. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect! The room was amazing and confortable but I just give them 1 star cause I found a roach in my room. It was a medium one and was flying. When I went to the front desk they told me it is probably cause the weather had been super hot : (

I booked through hotwire but after I read the bad reviews (bed bugs) I decided to cancel. I called to let them know my concerns and the person that answered the phone admitted to having bed bugs! How professional is that? And he obviously didn't care for my business! That is horrible! And disgusting! Beware!

Great price with a good room. King bed was super soft. Can't beat it. It's a no thrills place but would definitely recommend.

If I could not give this place 0 stars I would! Problem with bed bugs and cameras in the rooms! Checked in Thursday evening, the room was stuffy. Went to bed and woke up at 2:30 in the morning with bites all over my arms and hands, moved the bed and there were bed bugs! Disgusting! So we moved rooms because the part time worker said that the manager would take care of it in the morning. Got to the second room and there was a camera pointed straight at the bed from the TV! And on top of that there was a roach on the air conditioning unit! Went to get a refund for the room and the inconvenience and the manager called the police and told us to get the f*** out of her hotel, we wanted a room with no bugs then the leave. I'm so livid right now, if I can post pictures I will!

Dirty and stained. Blood stains in bed and shower and on carpet. Smells horrible.

Booked through Hotwire. Building needs work, smells moldy, was given a room card by manager when I checked in, went to my room and the room was not even cleaned from the prior person staying there. Immediately checked out, and was told no refunds would be made for the 2 nights that I had paid for even though I was there for 5 minutes. Don't book through hotwire, don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was Comfortable and cheap.

My card was charged $100 deposit in case of any damages on top of the $67 night charge. I didn't need to stay the night but I just needed it for 2 hours in the AM to shower and get ready. I was told the deposit would stay pending and put back into my account in a few days. Again, just showered and got ready and thats it! Didn't even mess the bed up or have any trash. Just 2 dirty towels that I hung on the shower curtain bar instead of just tossing them in a pile on the floor. Never received my $100 back and when I called to enquire, they just took my info and I was told that I would receive a call back. Nope! Never did! I wonder how many others they made an easy $100 out of…

If you value your possessions then don't stay at the Days Inn in Seguin Texas. My medication was stolen by housekeeping. Management doesnt want to do anything about it. I filled a police report with the local police department.

The rooms were clean but were stuffy so needed some febreeze or something to freshen it up. We needed multiple rooms since we were here for work but we had to use multiple id's because you couldn't get more than one room per id. Even thou all rooms were the same when someone came later their room was 20$ more. The pool was very nice and big but the maintenance worker is going to stare at you when you go swimming. Your Wifi password will only work for one day. And I was here for 3 days before I finally housekeeping next door. She walked right past my door so I stepped outside to ask her to clean my room and she said she had to do the rooms at the other end of the walkway. This was a 1:00pm. I told management the day before we she wasn't cleaning my room or bringing me towels and all he could say is that she marked it clean. While my trashcans are overly full, I've had to get towels from office everyday and the other rooms have had the sheets changed everyday while nobody will even knock on my door to ask. The charge for pets is ridiculous and nonrefundable. So if u don't mind high random prices, no housekeeping and only swimming while being stared at go ahead and come here.

Very poor! Swimming pool is extremely dirty and yellowish, found cricket and crochoches in my room two days in a row. Bed sheet is so dirty and smell. Breakfast wasn't satisfied also because I found they served bread that has mold on it. Terrible! It was nightmare with me and my husband while we were staying there. Hallway is extremely dirty. Definitely never come back to this hotel.

Booked here for 4th of July (2015) at the last minute because every other place was full. We ended paying $179 for one night! Staff was nice. This is a very basic hotel. Old. Nothing special but our room was clean and it had iron, board, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer. Bathroom was clean with clean towels. Covers had cigarettes burn holes when the room was non smoking. There was food leftovers in the fridge from the prior guests I guess. Pool water was very cloudy and we didn't used it. The one thing that really bother me was a damn cricket performing a concert all night long near my bed. We thought it was on the floor underneath the bed and we looked and looked but it was late and we were very tired so I decided to let it go. In the morning we woke up to a loud sound we dont even know what it was and it kept going on and on. The cricket was still performing like nothing so I looked and the darn thing was right at my head between the bed mattress and the box spring. Too late to kill it. We noticed that the room door was missing the floor rubber piece that keep pests outside. We didn't venture to try the continental breakfast and went to Ihop.

I coach a travel fast pitch softball team. Our team got several rooms the night of 6/13. We were awaking to a thunder storm very early in the morning. The bath tub started to back wash sewage and was nearly half full in just a few hours. We of course could not take showers and the smell became unbearable. By 7am it became unbearable and water starter to flood up and come under the door into the room. We attempted to complain, even check out but the only one desk person was running around crazy and could not reach the manager at all. We play several tournaments in the Seguin area a year but have no plans to come back to this hotel and in fact are probably going to stay away from Days Inn all together due to this incident.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room Wi-Fi good cable TV and great breakfast for the price you can't beat it! I've paid a lot more for a lot worse.

First the key card wouldn't work, after getting keys a second time it took several minutes to get the doors to unlock. Yes I said doors we had adjoining rooms and both key readers were difficult to get to work and the people in the room next to us were having problems with theirs. Then we got in the rooms, they were filthy, there were crickets and some type of beetles roaming the rooms, spiders in the corners and to top it all off in the morning we find bed bugs in one of the beds. Wouldn't even try the breakfast. This place sucks! If you have a choice between this place and a cardboard box under the overpass take the box.

My room was dirty and had a really funny and bad smell in it. The be was so hard I would have been better off sleeping on the floor but the bugs nasty have got me then. Luckily my company paid for the room because I wouldn't have. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Honest review so this hotel out of all the hotels was not the cheapest but not the most expensive. We stayed on labor day here and the price for the hotel was $79 including tax when everywhere else the rate was $130+ tax! Forget that! The breakfast wasn't bad they had everything everyone else had. A lot of variety to eat. Just like they say goes. You pay what you get for. When I pay for a hotel I don't expect a 5 star hotel with quality put into the rooms. The rooms smelled kinda weird but that soon went away. Free Wi-Fi. Pool access. Ice machine. All my necessities were met. So I'm rating this how it should be rated. The staff was welcoming and had us booked in under minutes. So my stay wasn't bad and I really enjoyed. It my only thing that kinda threw me off was the loud noise the shower makes when you turn it on. But other then that. My stay was great.

We had family comming for spring break and needed 2 rooms. We were sceptical about the way hotel looked old but it came out that it was best stay. Rooms were nice and clean, surprised. To see full hot breakfast and very reasonable compare to very overpriced hotels in town. Lived here in town for 4 years and will always prefer our family stays there.
