Really nice Hotel it has a indoor pool with hot water and a fitness room and also has a bussines room with free prints and free Wi-Fi for guest lady in breakfast is really nice front desk staff really friendly… house keepers really friendly and will keep you room clean every day you stay…

We had a great stay. Staff was welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. They had a good variety at breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Literally just walked in. Seems nice enough though. Probably a decent pick from what I saw.

Despire being extremely busy our room was ready quickly and staff were really nice. Checkout was fast and simple.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, as well as efficient and prepared. The rooms were clean, as were the bathrooms. My only complaint is that the sleeper sofas were very springy and uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel. Looks new, clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was standard for a hotel nothing special, but it was good. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

This Holliday inn is awesome, very affordable, exceptionally clean, smells wonderful in our room, spacious, comfortable beds and pillows. Plus their staff here is top notch. The girl at the front desk when we arrived was super sweet and the man tonight really went out of his way to help me out with something. Thank you Holliday inn staff.

Has been under maintenance and Renovations my last three stays there. You may want to consider the Hampton Inn across the street.

They have great service and great rooms they have a pool and a exercise room and free breakfast and also the view is amazing.

Fantastic, smaller scale hotel. Absolutely immaculate, inside and out. Rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. However, the superb staff and management here is what makes the hotel so special!

Nice hotel, no issues, just gave the 4 star rating because no one went 'above and beyond' during our stay to make it a memorable experience. The breakfast was good, room clean, shower hot, yeah — would stay again. I've never had any issues with any hotel we have stayed in the HIE clain.

No issues. Clean and spacious. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good too. I asked to make copies in the business center and it was approved. I asked since it was 72 pages. The staff said it was fine and free. The water was hot and the rate didn't break the bank. I would give it 5 stars but mattress dang near crippled me.

Hotel was nice clean, bright, and overall wonderful. The check in was smooth and friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. Was placed on the first floor and was concerned that it would be noisy but it was very quiet. The breakfast was great with pancakes, omelettes, sausage, cereals, juices, and much more. Would return if in the area again!

I went during the hurricane with my family. It was absolutely comfortable and very nice. The room I was in had no food in the mini-fridge but it had a microwave and some nice amenities overall 4 stars.

Good experience overall. Cons: you can't exit the same road you came in. The exit road is hard to find. No bacon at breakfast. Shower head pressure way too much. The bathtub edge is too narrow to put things on, bad design for the tub, they didnt leave space on the wall side to put things like shampoo bottles on.

Express, just like the name. Nice comfortable place that serves as a great stopping point. Front desk guy was funny and knowledgeable. Many people will find the breakfast useful.

This hotel is located conveniently off the interstate, and near a large collection of restaurants. The rooms were clean, as was the workout room. They had some nice lemon water out at night, which was great after a run. Unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel is located close to I 40 and shopping at Turkey Creek. Our room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express food with eggs and sausage. My daughter enjoyed the pool, but I wish there was a hot tub for adults.

Great place to stay — very friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast! There is a beautiful indoor pool and a suitable weight room. There is fresh water provided in the lobby and the beds are very comfortable as well as the rooms clean. If you forget any of your toiletries this hotel gladly provides at no additional charge. If you arrive late and are hungry there are plenty of places to grab something quick within driving distance.

Awesome stay! Great hot breakfast, extra pillows, comfy bed, clean bathroom, and nice indoor pool. Love the cucumber water in the lobby too!

Stayed here while playing a show with my band in Knoxville. If you're looking to stay near Knoxville itself, be prepared to drive about 20-30 mins to and from, as this Holiday Inn is in the nearby suburb of Farragut. I love the pillows at these hotels. Seriously. Most hotels suck at pillows. The Holiday Inn Express doesn't suck at pillows. They give you options of "Soft" and "Firm. " And there are 4 per bed. Bam. It's brilliant. I wish the high end hotels took a page out of their book. The breakfast was exactly as you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Dig them hot cakes. Dig them Froot Loops. Avoid the meat and eggs. This particular hotel has Chobani yogurt. Most only have Dannon. This was a step up for sure. Need an affordable place to stay near Knoxville? Love a sweet pillow selection, and don't mind a bit of a drive to downtown? Give it a try.

Not a bad hotel, been in better and been in worse. The breakfast was pretty standard. (Starts at 5:30am though! ) The walls seem a little thin, I feel as though I can hear every door on my floor closing. The business center is a tiny closet with a single computer and printer. The water stays nice and hot for a long time. (Took a 2.5 hour shower and still had hot water when I finished) The staff seems nice enough, to be expected in a hotel though. According to my co-workers, the one in Cedar Bluff is definitely the better choice between this Holiday Inn and that one. Good location in relation to i-40. Very convenient. Do not believe the "OMG BEST HOTEL EVARRRR" reviews, it's no special than any other okay hotels. (That, or people have only stayed in utter crap-houses before staying here. )

Only 20 minutes from downtown, this hotel is the perfect place to spend the weekend in Knoxville. The hotel was so quiet, I slept like a baby. The staff was friendly and allowed a late check out with no problem. The indoor pool was perfect for a nice relaxing swim after a hard day at work. The rooms themselves were very clean and the bed super comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

17 OCT 15 — Just stayed here for the second time and it was every bit as good as the first. I was travelling to Knoxville and Oak Ridge, TN on business and the Holiday Inn Express knox-farragut was within a close proximity to both. HIE is already one of my favorite chains which I’m very loyal too, and this one was completely up to the standard that makes me love ‘em. This place is just one exit off of a lot of shopping centers, so I was able to grab a quick bite and hit up a starbucks in the morning, but the best part of HIE is the breakfast. I love that they have biscuits and gravy and the cinnamon rolls that only HIE seems to have are amazing. I always grab a whole tray “I know I shouldn’t be confessing this right? HAHA” and take them back to the room to eat later. This location has a great indoor pool which seems nice and clean as well as a great workout facility. There are some picnic benches out back with tables so I could eat and write outside. The room was nice and clean too. I love the pillows at HIE, and I got a great night sleep. I always like to point out that the locations are nice and quiet. I travel a lot and a lot of hotels are “RIGHT” off the exit. This is right off the exit, but up hill enough you don’t hear trucks all night. In my opinion, HIE are one of the best travel lodging values there are, and I always stay here when I can. If you’re traveling to the Knoxville area, I’d definitely recommend this place.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Knoxville-Farragut is a remarkably clean and well managed hotel. I love the hospitality of management and staff. They were very polite and helpful in answering all our questions. The location is ideal. It sits right off of major roadways which give you easy access to the rest of Knoxville. The rooms are modern and spacious-very quiet room to boot! I would surely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice comfortable hotel to stay at when visiting the region.
