Stayed here for the second time recently while on tour in Knoxville again. Was just what I needed after my show. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Super close to downtown and easy access to the highway out the next morning. Comfy bed and quiet rooms.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Beds are firm and they provide both feather and hypoallergenic pillows. Some of the construction was done a little rough, but I looked past that and enjoyed everything they did well. Staff are polite and helpful. For the price in the Knoxville area you can't beat it.

We stayed for one night in a King Size bed suite. I went online and booked room and got a great price. Walked in room and said wow. It was a very big and beautiful looking room. The bed was so comfy. It was very close to the highway and very close to multiple restaurants. I give this hotel 5 stars.

The room was nice and clean. The linens and towels were a bit stiff. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Decent hotel experience overall.

We had a good stay at this hotel. You can tell there has been remodeling done to make it modern. The only negatives are that the rooms do not have the options to select constant fan or temperature options so the fan will kick on and off, there was a bit of an odd smell on 3rd floor and the hot tub jets are very low so no back massage gained. The rooms are big though and very clean so I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. The remodeling looked really nice to. The only issue I had was that the remote to the T. V. Was kind of gross and the bathroom felt a little dated. But in the end it was nothing that would prevent me from staying there again.

Friendly staff. Clean and very nice rooms. Very close drive to downtown Knoxville, and not a bad drive from Pigeon Forge. Hot and cold breakfast items served, with different options daily. Lobby and elevator were under remodel while I was there, but it was not a problem with the stay. Good restaurants and gas stations right in the area. Great location.

The staff are very helpful and patient. Breakfast is a bit too SIMPLE: there is no bacon, sausage or any meat. The hot spa was nice; it was out of order the second night, but they fixed it within an hour. The gym is very tiny. Only one treadmill and one cycle machine. And it is so hot inside. I doubt the air conditioning was working at all, and being inside the pool area with the heat from the pool the temperature in the gym is really kind of rough.

Wonderful experience. The room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator. Usually hotel pillows are too thick for my neck but I loved the pillows at this hotel. They were moldable and thinner making it easier to sleep. All in all I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed staying at the Best Western in Knoxville, Tn. The staff was amazing and courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a comfortable bed to sleep in and an overall great experience.

Touring musician Jeremy Porter recently stayed here for a night while performing in Knoxville and had a fantastic stay! The room was perfect, clean, and quiet, and the living room/sitting area was a great place to relax after the gig. There was a free breakfast in the morning as well as a fitness center and laundry room to make the next morning extra awesome!

Easy to find, big, clean rooms and great staff. Indoor pool. Breakfast eggs weren't bad! Only complaint was that the showerhead was not centered, made showering a little interesting.

I was in town from Indiana for a funeral, and the staff here made sure our stay was perfect, even though we weren't the easiest guests. We arrived earlier than expected and they made sure our room was ready, and it was in excellent, clean condition. They were very sensitive to what we were going through. I cannot stress enough how kind, courteous, and understanding the staff was. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my son and little dog. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were soft with white comfy bedding. I thought the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. They were especially helpful when we went down for breakfast in the morning. You cannot beat the price and small fee for having a dog along. There are chain restaurants nearby including Starbucks. It is a short Uber ride to downtown.

I got this room on a major blind pricing website that sounds a little like Hautwyre. All in it came in 20% less than a c-note. The hotel definitely has some age, and there are a few botched renovation details noted. The big one was the total lack of floor covering in the elevator (photo). Presumably that was a job waiting to get finished in the next day or two. That said, the management clearly cares about keeping it up, and the staff did a terrific job. My room, number 206, was a king mini suite, and well-appointed. A few items were showing age, such as the bath shower combination being some fairly dull fiberglass. There was a second sink area outside the toilet/shower area that would come in handy for busy families. The trendy sink head taking a shot from an unruly guest at some point and displayed ugly cracks. The only real concern I had was the door to the room that had clearly been broken into at some point. It took an extra push to close it well, and was surprising that it was left in that condition with the rest of the property being in pretty good shape. I recommend parking on the west side of the building where there are some extremely bright LED lights over the parking lot. The east side was pretty dark. I also noted that some access doors from the parking lot we're open until 11 p. M. Without having to use a key. A convenience for some, a security concern for others. Of special notes the breakfast service was fairly run-of-the-mill for properties of this quality.

Great stay. Very easy access from I-75 North. In the middle of a remodel but no problems were experienced. Staff was friendly. Great access to dining options. Would definitely stay again.

Very cozy place, swimming pool and rooms.

Outside is under renovation. Extremely small lobby with dirty fish tank. The room was great. Clean, comfortable bed, nice size. I was never emailed a receipt and when I called I spoke to a girl named Jennifer who was extremely rude and still has not sent my receipt.

The staff is great. One of the reasons I stay there so often. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Wonderful place to stay. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. They have a nice indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast in the mornings are great too!

Stayed overnight and was satisfied. Easy, quick check in/out. Was able to get an extended check out no problem at no extra charge. Room was very clean, updated and the bed was very comfortable. Wish they had standard sized pillows though. Just order some extras and it's fine. We didn't use the pool or make it for breakfast but I'm sure those would be very satisfactory too. I'd stay again and reco. But do NOT go to the Waffle House right in front. Terrible food and management.

Clean pet friendly hotel. I had a king size bed. The headboard has power outlets on it which is convenient. The complimentary breakfast has waffles. The only elevator is a little slow. Overall a good value.

Great place to stay in Knoxville. Large rooms, and parking lot. Welcoming lobby and staff, plus a dang hot tub. I enjoyed my stay, if I'm ever back in the area I would return to the Best Western Knoxville Suites.

Was on tour and this place was perfect for what we needed. Just a few miles from downtown. Got a clean room, hot shower, and breakfast with the night. Staff were friendly when we arrived and we had a great night's sleep. Would stay again.

I’m a traveling musician and stay in many hotels. Highly recommend it here. Close to everything. The staff was very helpful and check-in was swift, the room was quiet and clean. Hot tub was a life saver. The curtains were dark and the bed was deeeeeep. Thanks for the much needed night’s rest.

Great location, great staff, great room, great stay! We have stayed here 3 different times in the past month now for a couple surgeries and check ups for my son. It is very convienient to both the UT Medical Center and the Children’s Hospital! We stayed in a suite each time and it works great for our family! The room is perfect with the extra seating are that turns into an extra bed and having an extra sink/mirror outside the bathroom is great when we are all trying to get cleaned up at the same time. The pool and hot tub were great as well! Breakfast is hot and ready at 6:00am sharp! The best part of our stay is the friendly girl that works at the front desk! She’s so cheerful and caring and has made each of our stays very welcoming and comfortable!

It was good; just what you would expect from a hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, and the pool was nice. The fish tank in the front was nice too.

We were in town for a UT vs UGA football game so we knew hotel prices would be high, but the price we paid for the product we received was definitely not worth it. All of the pictures they show online are taken with a fisheye lens to make things appear bigger than they really are. The exterior and interior of the hotel is dated, not to mention the wonderful chlorine smell that permeates throughout the entire first floor and lobby. The room was descent, but definitely not worth $200+ per night. The bathroom was a wreck with fixtures falling off the walls and wallpaper pealing from every corner. We did have the pleasure of some impromptu visitors in the middle of the night, visitors of the insect variety. The breakfast is a joke with only about 15 seats for everyone to eat. The staff were at least nice, the ones that would actually look at and talk to you. I've always had good experiences at Best Western, but this trip really has be re-thinking my choice of hotel in the future. I'm attaching a picture of what the pool area really looks like as well as an example of the dated, pealing wallpaper that is all over the hotel.

Very nice stay. Simple, easy, everything we needed. Loved the layout and updated style of the rooms. Lobby was older which didn't reflect the room, so don't be deceived by that. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Price was excellent for what we receiced and breakfast provided everything we needed.

Very nice hotel. Newly remodeled during our stay in Aug 2017. Free breakfast was offered. While it was not the best breakfast I have ever had it was suitable for a quick bite before we got our day started. The area that this hotel is situated in would might make one hesitant to stay here but the accommodations inside were quite nice and updated.

Very clean and nicely updated. AC went out in my room and I was quickly given a new room. The staff was extremely friendly, even though they seemed to be having a rough night. Will definitely be returning. -note: They do, however, suffer from the very sad "small pillow syndrome"

I have to give this hotel a 5/5. I had no problems staying here. The staff is really nice and helpful and the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The only bad thing is that the breakfast area is a little small, but other than that everything was perfect.

Haven't stayed at a hotel in a long time however there was nothing special about the stay. The rooms were clean and had more of a modern feel to it. The dresser in the room was annoying, it kept opening up as if it were leaning forward. I did make a trip down to the hot tub. Probably not the greatest experience I've had with a hot tub. It smelled like it was pure chemicals. To the point it was burning my eyes and I only say on the edge of it. The breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of variety. I would stay there again.

It was in a good location, but it was awful place to stay. They had something wrong where we keep smelling something electrical burning. An there was a power outage in my room and THE ENTIRE HOTEL. Just are hotel not even any businesses around us. And WAY to expensive. $159 a night for a king and couch bed, the microwave and the fridge did not work right. Th breakfast buffet was alright but there was no enough seating. But over all very scrappy experience.

We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel! It was so clean and comfortable for a family of six plus our three fur babies. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all of our friends and family!

Nice rooms. Beds was a full size not queens like that said would b in the rooms. Not enough towels but the pool was fun. Breakfast was above nd beyond. Rooms very clean. Bathroom tub was clogged.

The hotel is conveniently located off Interstate 40. We arrived late and left early so we didn't see the area. There are gas stations and an Ingles grocery store next to hotel which was very convenient as we forgot toothpaste and didn't pay convenience store prices. The front desk people were pleasant and efficient. The room was very spacious with sleeper sofa and queen bed. There was a microwave, refridgerator, coffee maker iron and board and hair dryer in room. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I dislike the new small square pillows hotels have now but we travel with our own so it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was a standard hot/cold free breakfast but the food tasted fresh and was the proper temperatures. I'd stay here again and recommend it for a mid range hotel.

The room we were in are average for what you'd expect from a hotel that spends enough to look like they care about their guests. Not to say they're bad, but nothing that goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a Best Western. The room was in the 4th floor, and the rooms are specially accommodating for two. There is a seating area that is reminiscent of a dorm, with another chokepoint halfway through the room where the fridge and microwave sit under the television. The same faux granite is on every counter that attaches to the wall in all parts of the room. The air conditioning unit functions, but I have not needed it much in the early May weather. I must say, the pillows are a little small and the aquarium at the front desk seems more depressing than invigorating. However, I am pleased overall with friendliness of staff, the extras like the pool, and the attempt at modern updates that are seen.

Service was great, room was clean and we'll made. Price was reasonable and the hotel was in a great location for our return trip from Myrtle Beach.

You can't have a giant "FREE Wi-Fi" sign outside and not even have the Wi-Fi work. Using 3G on my phone to type this because the websites won't even load. There weren't any towels in the pool room, and the hot tub is a cold tub. Other than those qualms, the beds and rooms are great.

Very upset that my good friend and her children were staying at your hotel and their computers, iPads and hard drives with all personal photos were stolen out of their room. There was no sign of forced entry so obviously it was a staff member yet no one will say anything except that the security cameras are broken and there is nothing they can do. Not even compensating them for their stay. We travel often for my daughter's gymnastics and we will now look for other options for hotels and will not stay at a Best Western.

We stayed at Best Western and I can firmly say it was the worst stay of my life. We left for the day at about 8:30 and when we came back at about 3:00 in the afternoon and went to our room our laptops were gone as well as an iPod and a hard drive that had 10 years of memories and personal information on it. When we went to the front desk, the woman there was ride and did nothing to help us. I am disgusted by this and the fact that no one tried to help.

I have never left a negative review of a hotel, but I could not ignore the terrible way my family was treated by the staff. Every employee my family met acted absolutely miserable, and they were unforgivably rude to my children. My hotel room was not cleaned for two days. I never placed the Do Not Disturb sign up and even requested a visit from housecleaning. I had to visit the front desk to get my own replacement linens and soap. Ten minutes after breakfast ended, I asked an employee cleaning the dining area if I could still get a small cup of juice for my three-year-old daughter, she told me "no, breakfast is over. " Really? Wow, Best Western. You really have no idea your in the hospitality industry, do you?

The service at this hotel is on point. The hotel clerk went above and beyond. Room was clean with all the amenities needed.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms, nice pool (kids loved it), good breakfast. Due to a mistake on my part, I reserved the room online for the night before we actually arrived. The hotel staff was curteous and gave us a room and only charged us for one night. As they had our room reserved the evening prior, they could have charged us for two. We were thankful. We had a restful time and enjoyed an example of excellent customer service.
