Awesome staff! clean rooms.

We usually stay right in downtown for UT games but everything was booked so we decided to stay at this hotel. We were very satisfied with everything. Robin was so sweet when we arrived, left for the game, and greeted us with a big CONGRATS on the game when we got back in. Check In was quick and you couldn’t ask for better customer service. Fresh cookies, lemonade, and coffee at the front was nice. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, but what keeps me going back to the same hotels is always customer service! Barbie was very accommodating and sweet at checkout also. It is 4 miles from downtown and you can’t beat the price for this quality hotel.

When we travel from Florida to Ohio we stop in Knoxville and visit family and always stay here! The rooms are so nice along with the staff.

Great rooms and reasonable pricing, considering it was during the Bass Masters Classic and that brings in crowds … also room was clean and big … will come back for sure …

Wonderful place to stay! Staff were all friendly and accommodating, they really went above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they could possibly need during their stay! We were thoroughly impressed. If we ever travel through Knoxville again we will definitely stay here!

Very good place to stay. Very satisfied with everything except the sales tax at 9.3% plus motel tax. Total around 17% taxes. I won't be moving there anytime soon.

Thank you Ernie for the fantastic customer service! I strolled in late one night from a terrible experience and Ernie was so kind to help me in my grumpy mood. Other hotels could also learn from the housekeepers as they do a great job keeping the hotel and rooms very clean. Keep up the great work!

Was pretty much out of it after 14 hours on the road and being up nearly 30 hours straight. I have found Hampton inns to be clean and comfortable so I always try to find one to stay in. In my opinion they have great rooms for a great price and have recommended them to people for years.

I like the Hampton Inn because the experience is very consistent across all their locations. This one is no different. If you've stayed in a Hampton before you know the drill: clean rooms, free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and really good coffee.

Out of the way hotel but the people are great. From the from desk to the room maids they know how to serve. My two girls brought stuffed animals and every day the maids arranged them in a special way. The best.

This Hampton Inn was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was just what we were looking for while traveling through the area on our way home.

It's a Hampton Inn. Staff were nice enough on check in, and it is a newly updated one. Clean, quick, and good parking. Far enough of the main drag it's quiet, but close to what you need. See my reviews of similar properties in Newport, Loveland, and various other cities if you want to know about amenities. It's exactly the same.

The last two times I've stayed here have been a disappointment. My digital key didn't work both times. The first time it was never corrected. This last time, my room wasn't ready, the digital key didn't work, the card key didn't work both were eventually rectified. Hopefully they will address these issues or I will be staying somewhere else next time.

David, front desk, was informative and very accommodating! He made our stay that much better. Mike, at breakfast, was very friendly and a breath of fresh air in the morning. The breakfast was delicious! We came for a college visit to UT Knox, hung out at the Dogwood Festival and returned to our comfortable bed and fell fast asleep! We'll definitely stay again!

This is a well run Hampton. My family has stayed here several times on the way back home from vacation. Over the course of several years we have gotten to know just a little bit one or two of the employees that have still worked there over the years. They are absolute wonderful people and they run a great hotel. It is always clean and looking nice with a great breakfast, great service, and an overall great experience. The hotel is a standard Hampton and what u should expect from a Hampton, only somehow the people here make this one just a little bit more, special!

Stopped in through making our way north. Room was clean and pool was just what we needed. Morning breakfast was great. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I'd honestly give 0 if I could. WORST night I've ever spent in a hotel EVER. the bed was cheap and atrocious. It has been 10 hours and my body still hurts. Housekeeping is AWEFUL. They started above our heads at 730 am vacuuming and banging the apparatus into every wall they could. No late check out. Pool opens at 10am. Checkout at 11am. Check in not until 3pm. Finally no clean towels in the pool area… yet scolded about using room towels. The only friendly staff that was not completely robotic was the man cleaning pool area… NEVER AGAIN.

I had a very enjoyable 2 nights here. The room was amazing, clean, perfect. Just amazing. The staff was awesome too! Friday and Saturday night the two guys working the front desk were awesome. Had a great time chatting with them and cutting up with them whenever I came through or ran into them in the halls. Give those two guys a raise they definitely deserve it! All around an amazing stay. I WILL be back!

Very clean. Reception area well staffed and quite pleasant. Room was spacious. We are members in their points club and were upgraded to a suite at no charge as a result of many stays. Indoor pool was a bit loud when the door opened and closed our room was right by the pool entrance. After closing it was very quiet.

The cookies were fantastic, and the breakfast was good as well. The room was clean. Wi-Fi signal was good. DirecTV was a tad annoying, but that's hotel tv. The beds were a bit rickety, and the bathroom didn't have a fan. Only two real complaints. Plenty of hot water though!

Have stayed here numerous times over the years while in town visiting family and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The service is absolutely great, breakfast is on point, and the rooms are so comfy and clean!

Very friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Good variety of breakfast. Hot items changed daily which my fiance and I liked. Bed was mostly comfortable but the pillows were WAY too soft. Needed 3 folded over in half just to make through the night.

Hotel was great. Overall, Nice rooms. … one glitch… front desk staff had to come in my room (at 6 in the morning) to "loosen" the shower/tub faucet so it could be used. Said it had been tightened closed to "keep it from leaking". Random front desk dude in your room at 6 in the morning so you can shower. … nothing weird or uncomfortable about that, right?

It was clean and will kept. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were good as well.

Very comfortable beds and nice room. Found it hard to get the room warm since you can't select air or heat. If it thought it should cool down it had air kick on and made the room to cold. The tap water is very chorine tasting so take advantage of the free bottled water in the lobby. The cold breakfast items I had were good and the relaxation area was comfortable in the lobby. Friendly staff.

Very nice hotel, I enjoyed my impromptu stay. The staff was ever so nice and friendly. It was game weekend and they threw a tailgate party out front with grilled hot dogs and such.

We love this hotel, our go-to for visiting family in Knoxville. Our granddaughter adores the pool & loves to stay with us in the spacious king suites, & the breakfast has great selections. Not to mention friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms, & comfy beds!

This Hampton Inn is awesome. Room is spacious. David is such a fantastic greeter. Very professional and friendly. Excellent free breakfast. Such a great team of employees. Love the free snacks and coffee. This place is over the top. Can't wait for my next Hampton stay. It will definitely be at this Hampton. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic! Set up different than other hotels, everything about it we liked. Brkfst was great, the people were all helpful and very nice. I'd stay there again over any others!

Very nice hotel; the bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. The staff was especially helpful and attentive. The front desk clerk was cheerfully went out of her way for us, and Michael, the breakfast host, went above and beyond to make breakfast a pleasant experience. Fresh waffles (with peanut butter) along with a variety of egg dishes, meats, fruit, pastries, cereals, and yogurt were more than adequate to get everyone's day started nicely.

If you are staying in Knoxville, look no further! If I could give it 6 stars, I would. The customer service is outstanding. The staff really do care about making your stay pleasurable. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. This was the first time I actually enjoyed the breakfast selection at a hotel. The selection was delicious! For the price, you will not find anything better. They have won my business now and in the future.

Our stays at Hampton are usually exceptional. We weren't disappointed, but a few things were not up to the usual standard this weekend. First and foremost, we were greeted with excellent customer service. If anything, they were understaffed for the holiday weekend. None the less, the service representative was able to place a crib we requested in the room immediately after we checked in. Our room was clean, if not dated, the king bed was not as comfortable as we were accustomed to, seemingly from use. The pillows too, were flat and not as firm as we normally get. Complimentary breakfast! Our favorite part of the Hampton Experience. Well, it's been better. Again, the holiday weekend brought a lot of people and with that, the selection was not as bountiful. The floors of the buffet area were also very sticky to walk on. However, the staff was attentive and willing to help and even throw our paper plates away for us. Coffee was hot. All in all, decent stay with nitpicking aside.

My husband's job has a yearly mine rescue competition and this was the hotel we stayed at. Room was nice with crisp clean sheets and we had a pull out for our sons use. Staff was excellent and very friendly. They had a great breakfast with lots of choices. Loved the pool also. I highly recommend this place for any overnight visits.

This place was clean. It was spacious and roomy and spotless. The pillows were comfortable the mattress was comfortable, extra plugs on the nightstand for your cell phone, that was nice, normally we are always hunting for a plug and then it's inconvenient because it's far away. This one was perfect We loved the price loved the lighting the corners were clean we felt safe there. This was the sixth hotel we stayed at and it was my second best the first best was another Hampton Inn in Valdosta Georgia on the way-out two weeks ago. Thank you for making my vacation a good memory.

Driving through from Florida and stopped for the night. Although they were under renovations (which look like it'll be Terrific) the staff was awesome and helpful in getting us settled in. Stayed in the king suite with the kids, I love Hampton Inns beds and pillows. Slept awesome. Great early breakfast as well. They even had ice scrapers left out for travellers to take with and water bottles to take on the go. Five Stars! Roger and Devonte were amazing and extremely helpful in the middle of what could have been a crazy situation. They not only helped me with a very frustrating situation but they just made me feel at home and as tho I was going to be ok. Great rooms. Well lit space outside that made me feel safe. Roger and Devonte were on top of their game and had a good eye on everything coming and going. Breakfast was wonderful. Excellent experience.

These are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on, wish I could take it home wirh me. The bedding is white with NO stains. Everything in the room looks brand new. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was above and beyond what expected. Hot breakfast foods with many options like waffles, eggs, sausage, breakfast burrito, also fresh fruit and muffins. Would drive out of my way to stay here again. Recommend this place to everyone!

When I arrived at this hotel I was very quickly checked in. This was a quiet and very nice hotel. I stayed in room 405 which was a nice sized room with standard amenities. This was my first time here, but I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Rooms were clean, modern and it was very accommodating. The breakfast had a great variety. We enjoyed their cute signs and the kids loved the giant teddy bear in the entrance way. If we are traveling thru again we plan on booking an overnight stay there. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, non-smoking throughout. The breakfast had a pretty good selection (French toast, breakfast burritos, waffles, bagels). The TV in our room was a little smaller (maybe 32", not sure) but otherwise the experience was good. The room and hotel were both very clean.

The rooms were clean and nice. Our view was directly into a wall but we just happened to pick the one room that faces the rooftop AC units and such above the pool. Breakfast was decent. We stayed for two nights. Overall good stay.

Very nice facilities, with good food and clean rooms. Unfortunately, our room's AC was broken the second night. All rooms were full, and a middle of the night repair couldn't fix it. But the hotel comped our stay, so it made up for it as best they could.

Was not worth what I paid. Hotel itself was nice, but the front desk lady wasn't so much. "Hey" doesn't replace "Good morning" to me. Not at $130+ a night. When I asked if they had a breakfast room, she directed me to a bread and oat lovers feast. I don't really care to eat either one. I prefer food that comes from animals, like eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and vegetables like potatoes, bell peppers, and onions to name a few. I could only find some lousy sausage patties that appeared undercooked. A nice breakfast is usually the deciding factor for me when choosing a cheaper hotel vs a nice one like this one. I just didn't feel welcome at all, and don't plan on staying again.

Staff was friendly, rooms were spacious. The thing that sold me was the bathroom. It was large and luxerious, all amenities like shampoo, conditioner, make up wipes, razors, and more are complimentary. Free complimentary water bottles as well which surprising because the last hotel I stayed at charged a whopping $4.00 a bottle. Wide variety of breakfast items. I would stay there again.

We stayed here when we came up to attend graduation at UT. I chose this hotel based on the online reviews. I have to say they were correct. This was an awesome hotel! This will be my go to place whenever I am in Knoxville. The room was immaculate! The shower in the bathroom looked like it had never been used before. The bed was comfortable as well. This was just over all a very good experience. The staff was just great. They were friendly and took pride in their work, and it showed! So many small details and touches make this a top notch place. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the Knoxville area.

The website says the rate is $75 for 1-2 guests. $85 for 1-4 guests. I called to make reservations for me and my husband, meaning it was a $75 rate. The woman tried to tell me I was booking a room for 5 adults and 2 children. No, 2 adults ONLY. When I wanted the $75 rate, she said it was only for the king rooms and that those were unavailable. The double rooms were $85 and that I could have that. She didn't even ask if I wanted them, just started asking for my info. I explained the the website didn't say anything about king or double, just number of people and that I should get the room for $75. We would be staying three nights and that's 30 dollars less. After she finally stopped talking I told her I wasn't interested. My husband called back 15 minutes later and booked the king room for $75. He also asked if there were more available. She said yes. I don't believe that 2 or more people called to cancel their king room reservations within 15 minutes. She flat out lied to me over and over. Just to get more money.

Upon arriving, we were welcomed with a very friendly staff and given a couple of bottles of ice cold water… very refreshing. There were cookies, chex mix, and lemonade, among other treats. This is a very clean Hampton — one of the best we've ever stayed in. We had a king suite on the first floor which had a fridge and micro, large dressing area, sleeper sofa, desk and plenty of plugs and charging stations. Bed was very comfortable — and clean. Breakfast was excellent and staff was outstanding; keeping plenty of food out and very helpful. In particular, Ms. Brenda went out of her way to give us tips about our travel. She was so precious! Many of our favorite restaurants are in the area; outback, o'charley, red lobster, applebees, chilis, krispy kreme, plenty of gas stations and a grocery store across the street.
