I’m highly disappointed! This is a very very bad time and I just don’t feel it’s fair to be told that my kids and I can’t stay here When they said that they wanted to clean the room I offered to clean it up myself because I know I have a one year old I even tipped the housekeeper My kids and I are currently homeless and the General manager doesn’t care The claim that a smell is coming from the room and it’s in the hallway. We had seafood a few days ago and put it in the trash in the hallway and he’s saying “no that’s not it” We have done nothing wrong. No noise violations… haven’t broken anything. This is bizarre to me. I’m literally in tears.

We were traveling home from Indiana to SC after a funeral. We made the reservation and arrived at the hotel at 1:30 in the morning. We got in our room and received a phone call that we had to leave because we had a dog. My husband informed the girl at the desk it is a service dog. She stated she didn’t care it is hotel policy. My husband went down stairs to show her the card, which by law he does not have to do. She still stated we had to leave. He told her it was now 2:00 am and we would put the dog in the car for the night. We were still forced to leave. My husband is a diamond member and has been since 2007, we always make a point to use choice hotels because they are usually so accommodating and amazing. When we have had an issue it was always resolved. To be kicked out of a hotel at 2:00 am because you have a service dog… that’s unacceptable!

Great room, had family of 5 with me l, the room is big! Comfortable, clean, easy check in and out. The only reason I'm giving four stars is their front desk employee wasnt that friendly. Overall great :)

Pleasant surprise. Hotel was conveniently located close to the city and near plenty of fuel options and food options nearby. Room was spacious, very spacious, and simply just comfortable. Would stay again!

Typical hotel room, had a nice bed. The sink was cracked, but worked perfectly. The breakfast is good, but not a huge selection. The beds were nicely made and well done.

This was our first stay with this chain. We will definitely use them again when visiting Knoxville. Great value, clean and comfortable rooms. The housekeeping staff was detailed oriented and presented our room extremely creative and unique every time they came to tidy up.

Booked this hotel for 100 with tax. Not a 5 star Hilton but has free breakfast, Wi-Fi, gym pool and is clean. The TV's are a little grainy and lightning in the room is definitely lacking but at the end of the day it is clean affordable and a place to crash on long road trips.

Adequate for the price but attention to minor details would easily earn a fifth star. 6/6/2018: staying at this property for another visit and realized that there are several rooms that have curtains that do not close. It would be helpful given the lights from the parking lot shine into the rooms. I recommend that you bring some type of clip to hold the curtains closed if you're sensitive to light while sleeping.

Me and my husband were traveling to Flordia and needed a place to rest our heads for the night. Debated on spending the hundred buck to just rest for a few hours, but so glad we did the beds and pillows were very comfy. Rooms were clean and even had a little seating area in the room. We were pleasntly suprised and happy with our stay at the comfort suites in Knoxville North. Staff was wonderful! Thanks for the comfy stay.

This is my go to place to stop when I travel through Knoxville. Rooms are clean and a good price. Plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient located off I-75

I made a reservation a month ahead of time through the choice hotels website which sent me an email with a confirmation number. When I got to the hotel they told me I did not have a reservation and they had no rooms available. I showed them my confirmation email and they said they still could not do anything for me. I called choice customer complaints and satisfaction department told them what was going on they took my phone number in case the phone call was dropped for any reason I asked them for a case number which they gave me 45 minutes later I was hung up on waited 15 minutes never got a call back I called them back with the number that the customer service person gave me I was told it was not a valid number they asked me what was going on I told them and ask to speak to a supervisor and the call was disconnected again after a 10-minute wait to speak with the supervisor. I am a Diamond member I've already stayed 23 nights with this chain this year. It has been 5 days and I have not heard anything from them.

My father and I had booked a room for the Orange and White Spring game in Knoxville 1 month ahead of time so we would have a place to stay after our 6 hour drive across the state. Upon arrival we were told that we didn't have a room and that the reservation number that was VERIFIED BY CHOICE HOTELS CUSTOMER SERVICE was not good for the that hotel. We were told we would have to go somewhere else for the night and when we asked if we could get a number for the manager the young guy working the desk said his manager was, "very reclusive" and he didn't have a number for him. The staff did absolutely nothing to help us out and we had to go to another hotel and pay $50 more per night all because of the hotels mistake. We will never stay at this place when we go to any of the games in the years to come.

By far one of the best experiences for a hotel stay. This is only 1 hour away from Pigeon Forge. Very friendly staff and close to good restaurants and Walmart — that's a must ;) I will definitely stay here again!

This is our 4th stay here. The rooms are clean and attractive. The beds and pillows are good. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a heated pool. The breakfast is ample. The hotel is convenient to everything. We are, once again, very satisfied.

Comfort Inn Suites is my family's first choice when it comes to choice in staying overnight anywhere we travel too. The staff is always accommodating, welcoming, and friendly. The breakfast is always a major for us to choose Comfort Inn, as well as the indoor pools. My only negative thing to say is in room 305 the pull out bed from the sofa is missing Springs at the foot of the bed causing it to sink towards the ground.

This is a nice hotel in terms of amenities and cleanliness it doesn't get much better. Beautiful pool, great business center, decent breakfast, workout center, and laundry is so so. The reason that Comfort Inn Suites North gets only three stars for me is because of their stuff and their unwillingness to makeup for their own wrongdoings and their own mistakes. We checked in, paid for our room, woke up the next day and needed to extend our stay. It wasn't until 1:30 in the afternoon that staff decides to inform me and my husband did the card that we use to pay for the day before is not good enough to pay for today's stay. I decided I would just book through it Expedia and wouldn't have to worry about the situation with a card, and they decided to tell me that they only would rent to me if I pay with $150 deposit. I had to leave work, come to the hotel, try to fix the situation in which staff was COMPLETELY unwilling to work with me, and ended up having to pack up all of our stuff and moved. I lost an entire day at work. Not a nice staff at all.

AMAZING! Been on the road for 2 weeks staying at various places across the east coast, this hotel by far surpasses our other nights. $99 for a cozy clean suite! Beautiful and clean pool with fitness center. Kristen at front desk was very friendly. Just what we needed after a dark drive thru the mountains.

We had booked a trip to Knoxville months in advance and paid additional money for a room for the availability to cancel, simply because life happens and we have learned that the hard way. Unfortunately, I became sick and was to sick to travel, so we had to cancel our trip. We called the hotel, and the (quite rude) front desk employee informed us that we could NOT cancel and would be charged the night anyways. She said we could try calling corporate, so I did. Corporate was pleasant, and informed me that if I called the hotel's front desk, they would be able to cancel my reservation with NO charge or fee. Hearing this, we returned our call to the hotel and relayed corporate information to the front desk employee who was even more rude this time. She even stated, "You ARE aware there is a football game this weekend, right? ". If she had read the requests that were supposed to be viewed the day of check-in, she would have seen that was the reason for our trip — we had to cancel a very special birthday trip to Knoxville for my husband at this last minute, and we were already upset about it. The rudeness, the run around, the refusal to cancel (even though if they had, they could have booked our room to someone coming in to town for the game who otherwise might have struggled to find lodging), and charging us despite knowing we weren't coming. We will never stay here again, and I caution anyone who thinks they may need to change their plans.

Had a nice stay. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of restaurants close by. All of the staff was friendly and made my stay that much better.

The hotel was very nice, and clean, comfortable beds, the only bad thing was the customer service from which I received from Ms. Kay. I understand my debit card was not a bank card, so I had to do a cash deposit, I just wished she would have explain to me the process nicely without any rude remarks, instead I had to hear her ignorant comments along with how the process of how it was going to be. I'm not sure if she had something against Hispanic people but once we entered the hotel she was rude. She asked if I had enough money for the room, like who asks those type of questions?! just because I couldn't swipe my card and ended up paying cash and along with a deposit. On top of that she explained why I needed to leave a deposit, and saying that there have been crazy people at the hotel before, who had damage the property and then she made a rude comment saying: " I don't know what type of people you are, so you have to leave a deposit so we can make sure that when you check out, everything that was in the room like the furniture and stuff are in their exact same place" Like really?! No reason to be ignorant or rude and profile and judge like we were "those" people who have caused the damage. Never again at this hotel. Once we checked out they check the room and gave back our money. I had no problem, I understood the process but the comments that ms. Kay had made was very unnecessary. Bad customer service.

This hotel offers an excellent value and location for the price. It is clean, comfortable and modern. They have a nice pool and hot tub, as well as a great breakfast. A really nice place when passing through town and looking for a nice hotel for the evening.

I wish I could take this hotel with me as we Travel! It was the best we have been in. Very large suite with doors between bedroom and couch. Clean everywhere. Great staff. Great Wi-Fi service. Great breakfast.

We have stayed here several times. It’s close to the UT campus. Love the suit style room set up with 2 separate rooms. (I think all rooms at this hotel are set up this way. ) My husband is an early riser and this gives him an area to drink his coffee and enjoy his morning without waking me. Room and beds are clean and comfy. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

Our studio recently performed at the Knoxville Civic Center. We stay at the Comfort Suites North in Knoxville, TN. This hotel was very clean as well as our rooms, the staff were friendly and professional, the service was excellent, the rate was affordable, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel as well as stay there again.

The deluxe suite is a good choice to take. The sleeping area is separated from the sitting area. Both areas have flat screens, so one can view while leaving others undisturbed. It was also nice the AC was on before entering the room so that we didn't have to wait for comfort.

Very nice rooms. Clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Only issue was lack of parking the night we were there. They did make a more than acceptable arrangement, so very happy overall.

The pool has the warmest water I've ever been in for an indoor or outdoor pool. The hot tub is tiny and hard to get into or out of and only fits about 2 adults before it overflows. Breakfast was amazing with many items to choose from. Rooms need some updating but well worth the stay. Very friendly staff.

Great overnight. We're a family of 6. The Queen suite was lovely, and fit everyone. Having 2 separate rooms in the suite helped with sound dampening. It was clean, comfy and cool on a hot summer day. The staff was super nice.

Really nice hotel. We had the Deluxe Suite which included a small sleeper sofa, extra TV and doors separating the area from the beds. All was great until about 11pm when a constant "beeping" like an alarm clock started. I looked around thinking it was a watch alarm or something. Couldn't find anything & determined it was the AC unit. I "thought" it would stop. It didn't. Luckily I had ear plugs with me because my husband snores so I did get to sleep. I didn't call the front desk because it was so late & I didn't want someone to have to come from home. This morning I told the front desk at checkout what happened & all I got was a "knowing" type of nod as if this had happened before and a "sorry". So future reference I would stay here again but I would call & report it. Would have been nice for her to add some additional points or something to my account. Sigh …

Great room and service. Very clean. Only downfall was there was a drug deal that transpired the checkout day in tge back parking lot.

This hotel double charged me for my stay. I have contacted their corporate HQ. HQ said that I was due a refund and the Hotel would issue it. Nothing happened. This Hotel refuses to do even what their headquarters has directed them to do. Do not stay here they will rip you off. I have invested 3 hours of my time and gotten no where. They are completely incompetent.

I stayed 10 hours. Quiet room, breakfast was nice.

Our stay here was mediocre. The layout and style of the rooms was great. It was nice to have a separate room that we could close off when the kids went to sleep. However the furniture and decor was pretty beat up. There was at least one significant tear in the shower curtain just to mention one issue. The breakfast was pretty bad too. Other than that, the room was somewhat noisy with exterior sound levels and noise from adjacent rooms both above and next to.

My job has me traveling all the time. I always look forward to staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites North Knoxville. This is one of my favorites stays. The entire staff is always friendly the rooms are clean and always comfortable. Kay at the front desk calls me my name and knows my preferences. She is always a pleasure to deal with and I'm always happy to see her when I walk in the door. If you make this your choice for hotels you will not be disappointed.

I stayed here Thursday Jan 14th only was planned for one night. My daughter had competition at the Ozone conventional center. Last minute I had to book another night for Fri as well and I was so pleased with this hotel we stayed another night here vs a different hotel. Prices are affordable. It smelled wonderful. Very clean. Great staff. Nice big rooms! Will definitely be looking in more comfort suites. Hope there all this nice!

Very upset with this company. Made a reservation for $66 and their system I guess did not take it and THEY REFUSED to take care of a PLATINUM CUSTOMER. What is the reason of becoming PLATINUM then? For CRAPPY SERVICE! WILL NEVER STAY HERE! Hilton it is! That is why they are way better!
