Booked online thinking that it wasn't going to be a bad hotel and will have a swimming pool. The advertisement was completely false. The pool wasn't filled and was falling apart anyways. Our first room was a dump. The bed tipped over as soon as my 5 year old went on it and someone tried entering after we unloaded our stuff in it. I went back to office and asked for a refund but said that I couldnt get a refund on my room. They said they would move us to a better room. The next room was not much better and we could not get the door open. My wife asked for a refund this time but still was refused and they could of cared less. We had no choice but to stay there because I was out $150 already. It was the worst Hotel experience ever. We got begged for money and hassled by other guests. We aren't from the area and had no idea how bad it was. I will never stay at another Wyndham chain hotel. Thank you for ruining our family vacation.

Me n my girlfriend got the room with the jacuzzi which was hard to work. But nice once we figured it out room was clean bit bathtub was dirty and cold water knob was very hard to turn. Air worked good didnt smell bad. It was an OK room.

Reasonable price for our double-bed room. The place looks cheap and sketchy but our experience was nice. We had full AC, a functioning TV and fridge, a microwave that also worked; everything was fine. Our TV remote.

We payed for 3 night had to stay a 4 the night paid for it and the whole day they kept harrassing us. They knocked one time and just walked in with out us answering the door. The room was clean and decent but the service was crappy.

It's your typical low cost motel. Doors are on the outside and it wasn't that bad. Unfortunately the non-smoking room did smell. Heavy with smoke. However the people who helped us check in were very kind and helpful.

Horrible. Lock was missing on one of the doors, the remote hardly worked on the television (could not even switch inputs), people out at 3-4 am blasting their music, above all else… Pretty sure this place gave me a rash. Take a look at the pic. Don't waste your time. There's plenty of nicer motels and/or hotels around this area in Knoxville. The service of the place was not at all bad though. We received everything we asked for in somewhat a timely manner.

I spent one night, quite clean,, very close to where I wanted to be, plus about I-40.

It's a good place to sleep and relax and that's why I give it 5 stars. And it's also very economical.

Honeymoon stay. Room was upgraded. Staff was really accommodating. Room was clean. Located right off Interstate. Many restaurants nearby.

This was the nastiest hotel I've ever stated at there was vomit on the the bed in the room we stated at and when I arrived I was approached by a crack head asking me if I had any good drugs. I cancelled one night and didn't stay for the night I payed for and the management is very rude and was not offered any compensation for the disgusting room I was given even after showing them pictures of the vomit. Please do not book at this hotel.

It was good to be there, comfortable beds, swimming pool was clean, will be back there on next trip.

This is the most disgusting place I've ever been in my life. I realize that the price is very cheap but It is 100% uninhabitable even if you're just going there to have a place to stay. Heed my advice and PLEASE sleep in your car. It's a cesspool of bacteria, dust, stains, and bugs. I feel like a walking petri dish. This is even after I disinfected every surface we would touch. The CDC should shut this place down. God, whoever was paid to say this was the best hotel they've ever stayed at needs to think about what they're willing to compromise their morals for. I will literally have PTSD from staying in this hotel. (Or should I say HELLtel)

We ended up here after the booking agency mistakenly canceled our reservation at another hotel for the night. Therr had been a convention in town and this was apparently the only hotel they could find with an open room. After 1:00 AM and 10+ hours in the car, we had no energy left to argue. I showed up and gave my ID and credit card (I assumed for incidentals since I'd already paid the agency) to the clerk and was charged again. I was able to get a refund the next morning, but it was a hassle and shouldn't have been an issue to begin with… Our room was disgusting. Cigarette burns in the comforter, brown drip stains over the bathroom door, hair between the sheets… we "slept" in long sleeves and pants on top of the sheets and without blankets. I opted out of a shower in the morning because I didn't have sandals to wear in. In hindsight, I would have rather slept in my car for a night.

This place is not worth five stars, just doing it so people can see my review. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. They are rude people! and not to mention ARE INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! I would not recommend anyone to stay here! not to mention the bedroom floors, & bath tube are dry rotted and falling through! THIS IS NOT A PLACE YOU'D WANT TO STAY! STAFF IS UNBELIEVABLELY RUDE! MY SISTER HAD TO ARGUE WITH THEM TO GET HER MONEY BACK!

BEWARE BOOKING YOUR STAY HERE! I booked through Priceline and had stayed here before as it was advertised as pet friendly. When I checked in I was told they were going to charge me 40 dollars extra for a pet fee. While I was talking to the front desk clerk abot the charges he swiped my card while giving me the impression that it was goig to be taken care of by a manager. I checked on it after returning from work the next day and they changed the Priceline description to include an additional pet charge. I was told basically that since I couldn't afford the pet charge that they would charge me a weekend rate for Sunday and Monday night without the pet fee this time. I emailed Raj Zaveri, the hotel owner/ general manager, and he was no help. They have yet to give me a refund of the charges. I stayed at Red Roof Inn across the street and they were great and ddidn't charge extra for pets. These guys are dishonest and do not care about your business.

Room was nice and clean. Room was hot the lease could have the air conditioner running on low to keep the room cool for your arrival. Refrigerator does not work. No Microwave in room. Just cheap place to stay.

Best hotel I ever stayed. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and nice.

The staff was great! Super friendly and made sure my stay was fantastic. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and extremely clean. Great continental breakfast. One of the best places I have stayed at in along time.

Bad experience. First room checked the first pillow and there was some type of bug on it. Threw the pillow in the bathtub. I pulled the pillow case off the second pillow and low and behold there was the same type of bug moving around on the pillow. I immediately took all my stuff and went back to the front desk to get another room. Guy at the front desk apologized and gave me another room. Second room, first bed had some sort of blood stains on the bottom mattress. I checked the pillows on the first bed and everything was fine. I pulled back the sheets and noticed some dead bugs on the sheet. I was just disgusted at this point. It was late and I was so exhausted, I checked the second bed and it was ok, so I stayed but will never return to this hotel again.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen! filthy! the pictures make it look livable but it is far from it. I walked in the room and in the first 30 senconds I turned around and walked out! I demanded my money back and after about an hour of arguing was granted the refund. The refund did not show up in my account for a few days. Thanks expedia for making this dufficult.

I booked this hotel for a co-worker. He said it was the worse hotel experience in his life. On the first night there were bugs in the room and he had to get moved to another. On the second night, just like the previous reviewer, he said the hotel gave two people his room key, as if it was there room for the night. Fortunately, he was in the room when he came in, otherwise he could have been robbed blind. He also mentioned that there were homeless constantly coming in and out of the hotel, with the room being noisy and not worth the $35 it cost. avoid at all costs.

I was in my room watching TV when a stranger walked in. Apparently this hotel does not keep up with the rooms. I was concerned on many levels that this happened. During the same visit, my door knob fell off and I was locked in my room. It took the staff 10 min. To finally answer the front desk and another 30 min. Before someone came to let me out. The staff has been nothing but rude and unaccommodating. Rooms are dingy and dirty and rude staff! DO NOT STAY HERE.

I didn't expect much when I booked it to be honest. I was pleasantly surprised. There was free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was dated, but functional and CLEAN. The beds were clean and the mattresses looked brand new (yes I pulled back the sheets and checked the mattresses; I am paranoid). There was a fridge in the room. The office let us use the microwave in the breakfast room and was very helpful. No shady people hanging around and the area was quiet.
