I asked if they could wake me up at 8 am, since I come from California. Y schedule is different and the person called me 5:20 am. I complained and they said sorry and asked me if they could wake me up next day same time at 8 and again the person called me at 5:20 am.

Whenever I go thru here I always stop at this particular hotel. This is my favorite Baymont hotel. It is clean, comfortable, convenient, and an Outback Steak house is within walking distance (and they deliver).

Great staff and the rooms were so clean. (and I'm a clean freak) will be back for sure.

You get what you pay for, and this hotel is the epitome of that belief. The rooms have a moldy stench unless you blast the loud AC all night long. My elderly father's room didn't even have a working shower. He only realized that in the morning, and brought it to the attention of the front desk upon checkout. The lady at the desk couldn't care less, and kept harping about their procedures. Since we didn't alert them sooner, we were out of luck. My father told her we would never come back to another Baymont, and she said that's fine. Good to know. Also, don't bank on the free breakfast. It's gross, but luckily there are plenty of choices in the area. Lastly, the photos are misleading.

I would put less than 1 star if possible. These people are racist, rude, and very unprofessional. My girlfriend and my self are set to be married in a few months and wanted a quite night away from everything to spend some quality time together. Upon arriving at the front desk she was greeted and promptly ask for her ID. She is minority and as soon as the ID was handed over the attendants attitude quickly changed for the worse. She was told they did not rent to “locals”. Even though they had an empty parking lot, seeing as how it was a Monday evening, I would have imagined they would be more willing to take our money. We had already paid for the room on Expedia, and had to struggle with them to get our money back. I called the manager to discuss this and ask about why they have this policy in place, and was met with a very short, rude voice on the phone that was totally unwilling to answer any of my questions. About the only thing I could get out of him was him angrily repeating the words “its policy” over and over. I would certainly hope that no one after reading this would still willingly give them your hard earned money. God bless.

Great stay. The room is nice and spacious. The bathroom is also nice, along with the beds and the big refrigerator. It's only about 15 or less minutes away from the center of Knoxville which is rather convenient. The staff is super nice and helpful. Overall I would love to stay here again in the future.

Our stay at the Baymont was nice. The breakfast provided was fantastic and the front desk help was kind and friendly. Check in and check out was easy. The only criticism I might give is new carpet is needed. It's not attractive and stained in some spots.

One of the best places I've stayed. The room was real clean, bathroom was clean, the lobby and halls were clean. It was very quiet even tho there was a convention one room away. My husband is in a wheelchair. So we got a wheelchair accessible room. He couldn't get in shower. But everything else was great. All hotels and motels should have a wet room thats wheelchair accessible.

Rooms were clean, and nice enough, but the beds were small. Toilet area was tight and the carpet seriously needed an update. The continental breakfast was restaurant quality. Overall a pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel is great, there are restaurants all around and you can find other types of stores within a reasonable distance no. The rooms are decent, nothing to get too excited for. I'm staying in a two bedroom which includes a microwave and a mini fridge which is very convenient. It also includes all the normal things you would expect such as an alarm clock a lamp a TV with good cable and a desk. The bathroom situation is kind of small, but the shower works well enough. The sink is on the outside of the shower. The beds are pretty comfortable. As for the service of the hotel, my first two initial encounters with the hotel employees weren't very friendly. However, my third encounter with a hotel employee was very energetic and welcoming. The breakfast includes waffles, eggs, sausages, gravy, biscuits, cereal, pastries, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. Overall at a pretty pleasant stay, the pictures online are slightly deceiving of the hotel, but it is still a good hotel.

For the price the room we excellent. My room was next to the pool but it was quiet. There was a seating area in front of my room great for relaxing after enjoying the pool. There was a nice sitting area in the room to read or watch TV. The room was clean. When I checked Loney was very friendly, personable and asked questions about my stay.

We had a brief one night stay here while traveling through Knoxville. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Very nice, going back again next month for a week to reboot a week long motorcycle vacation cut short by the Alberto tropical storm. The Manager Jean and all the crew encountered were quite hospitable. Recommended!

I would like to give this hotel zero stars but it won’t allow it. Here’s the incident my son just experienced today May 25, 2018 while trying to check in. He was visiting his grandparents in Louisiana for a few weeks. On the way down to Louisiana from Virginia he booked a room here and they gladly accepted his money. On the way back home to Virginia they turned him away and cancelled his reservation. The reason they gave is because he is under 21. When I called to speak to the manager first I had to get past Tamika? The receptionist to get to the manager, Keith. He explained it was their hotel policy and basically there was nothing he could do. I asked him if he could make an exception since my son had been driving for nearly 12 hours. No luck. How disappointing. Their website says nothing about this policy.

This will be my place to stay now when visiting Knoxville. Staff was very kind and pleasant. Rooms were nicely cleaned.

Decent place to stay. Best thing about the hotel is the location as it is right beside everything. If you need something quick don’t buy it from their little store it is extremely expensive.

Employees are the most professional that I have encountered in a long time. Although there was a large football gathering on the property the room was suprisingly quite. Water in the shower was lacking on pressure but very clean.

Not a good place to stay, don't let the looks fool you was there with a school group 4/ 7/18, found three bed bugs in my room & I was told there were no more rooms available they were booked up, I ended up going to a hotel at another place at 2 in the morning, had to get back up at 5 in the morning to get back to the hotel & pick up my group for the day because I was the bus driver. The teacher was very upset because she could not find another hotel that night with enough rooms available for the whole group & another teacher & kid found bed bugs in their room, we called & called around till we found another hotel for all of us. Hampton inn was very nice & clean rooms, are stay there was very comfortable, nice breakfast & staff. I would never stay here again, & the billboard out side says rated 1 best Hotels, Don't Believe It The Lies!

I was here for a meeting only. There was nothing special in this capacity. It was fine for our purposes. Coffee was available.

Very nice, comfortable room. Breakfast was bigger than expected and staff is very friendly. Fresh coffee in the lobby even at midnight, nice end to a long day. Will certainly stay here again. Maybe next time I will bring a bathing suit, pool looks inviting too.

Great hotel. The property is clean and conveniently located with three restaurants just across the parking lot. I highly recommend for any type of traveler.

One of the more inexpensive hotel that I've stayed in the Knoxville area. Rooms are clean, staff is great, and they offer free breakfast. It would have a 5 star rating from me, but the water pressure in the rooms is not good at all. The rooms are a little outdated looking too. For the price, though, I can't really complain, and will continue to stay here in the future.

Super clean hotel. Much more of a small convention hotel than your typical hotel. Room was fresh and the desk clerk were helpful and attentive. Location of hotel also had a good variety of restaurants. Would Definitely stay again if passing through the area.

Sales meeting for management of wireless company. Well set up banquet room worth water on every table along with table coverings. Warm greeting from staff and front desk attendant.

Great location in relation to restaurants, shopping, and work related places. They do not have a gym or workout room, but do have an outside pool. Larger than continental breakfast offered. Nice mid/large rooms.

Terrible water pressure in the shower, rooms are o. K. Nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. Room didn't match the price we paid though. The door didn't match unless you pulled it close. Breakfast was pretty good.

Rooms (first floor at least) have high ceilings and rooms are immaculate! Jonathan at the front counter is GREAT and one of the friendliest hosts we've encountered yet. Haven't had a chance to try the hot breakfast yet but based on the cleanliness and attention to detail so far, I'm expecting it will be just as great! You MUST stay here. We left the Quality inn on the same exit (across the interstate) because it's horrendous and the Baymont saved us!

Please do not stay here. There is nothing in the vacinity. The area is rundown. The carpet stinks so bad, my sinuses went into high gear. The ice machines did not work. It's as if the top bosses forgot they own this one. Go closer to food venues, even though there are not many.

Nice place overall. The bathrooms could use some work. For some reason every bathroom that I visited has a problem with the toilet. Either it rocks or runs on. Not a fan of the beds but I'm picky because I have a bad back. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool with beautiful outdoor furniture. Lobby has plenty of seating. A really nice hotel.

My stay at the Baymont was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and kind. I was driving a 16 foot truck with a car trailer behind. They found a parking place for me and allowed my dog to stay also. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

I did not stay at the hotel but we did use it as a gathering place for my wife's family reunion. We had access to a conference room to gather and eat meals. They did allow us to take breakfast in there which was nice. The staff was very friendly and we appreciate all they did for us.

Great place, staff was awesome. Stayed there on our way to Florida from Ontario and will be staying again on our way back next week.

Booked through Travelocity for five adults. Room was able to accommodate 4 and roll aways are not offered. After checking out the room for a pull out we came to the realization that one of us would be sleeping on the floor. This was not acceptable and Travelocity gave a refund. In addition the hallway smelled suspiciously like marijuana smoke.

The place is a terrible excuse for a hotel, garbage. The staff and faculty are terrible and rude, nothing about my stay was enjoyable and the breakfast was awful. The room was gross and above all the maids robbed my cash from my wallet after I left it in my room on accident. No love for theives and a place like this. NO ONE stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE, Stole from us! Stole my 18 yr old boyfriends beach money, so sad and pathetic. We called and the housekeepers said they "couldn't find the wallet" until we mentioned we might come back, they suddenly found it, the manager called and there was no money in it ($225) his name was Keith Griganski, didn't apologize ONE time, he was completely silent and his only words were "we can mail you your wallet" awful people working at this place obviously. Do not stay here. (Forgot to mention, the housekeepers asked for our CREDIT CARD info to mail us the wallet back, then we didn't give it to them and they continued to say "oh yeah we can't take your credit card info anyways") and after ROBBING us of $225 atleast they could pay the $2 postal fee. Ridiculous.

Top notch. Staff, excellent. Cleanliness, excellent. Beds and linen, excellent. I will stop to stay here everytime I pass through and am trying to rest for the night.

Not sure why there are so many good reviews. This place is pretty filthy. The breakfast was ok, what is to be expected at a hotel. We had to switch rooms because the first was gross. Stuff dripped all over the walls, the fridge had left over food in it from the prior people. I do have to say the beds were comfortable. We would not go back.

After my first hotel that was a complete bust and many other hotels completely booked, I found this hotel. On scale of 1 to 10, I give this place a 10. Good rates and service.

Arrived late with three small children under 6. Overnight front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and pleasant to work with. Both repeatedly asked to make sure we had everything that we needed. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Would stay again.

Rooms are quaint and pretty standard. We expected queen beds, they were only full size, minor detail. The staff was very nice though.

Clean rooms and pleasant staff! Kristie and Jennifer were very friendly and answered all my questions. Small dog friendly, which I really appreciate because nicer hotels usually don't allow pets and I don't like settling for a dive:) I watched my dog walk around and smell (to see if he picked any "scents") but to my relief he didn't! Will definitely stay again on next road trip.

The hotel was great. Awesome service, great price, good continental breakfast, close to Knoxville. I recommend this to anyone in any circumstance.

Nice hotel — Very friendly staff (man at check in was super sweet to our kiddos) and clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!
