Staff were sensational. Very helpful, courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was clean, ok for short notice. Usually stay more budget places that are just as clean and nice for less $$. No time for any swimming, etc. So I can't speak on that. Otherwise, just clean and average with a higher than average price.

Great location. Nice indoor pool… kids loved it!

Very clean! Beautifully decorated with a wonderful staff! Very friendly and attentive! The breakfast was out of this world delicious! The cooks did an outstanding job with our Crepes and omelets to order! The food was all fresh including the fruit that was extremely tasty! The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The room had a Keurig coffee maker which was nice with a variety of coffees and teas. The ice maker made delicious ice that we melted into water, and made very good tasting water, so no need for bottled! the pool and hot tub area was very nice and very well maintained and clean as well as the workout room! A lot of areas to sit around with groups with awesome ambience. This is a great hotel for multi Gathering of family, friends, or work group. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. I recommend Parkside Grill.

We really enjoyed our stay! we love the pool and the hot tub! The breakfast was well worth the price! fresh fruit was very delicious, the Crepes and omelets were extra delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! very quiet and beautifully decorated.

Had a hotel block for my wedding and we stayed here as well. This hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They helped us the confusion of multiple bookings and where to go. Breakfast was delicious. It is so peaceful.

Well I am usually a fan of this place. However the rooms are dated and the bathroom was cleaned but it didn't look like it. Around the tub the grout looks dirty! Our room was hot when we enter and it took all night for it to cool. Nice place but not for the price.

Hotel amenities are very nice and the room was great. One thing that was odd, was breakfast wasn't a cost free. I travel quite a bit and haven't been to a hotel that hasn't had a free continental breakfast before. Not a deal breaker, but odd nonetheless. Still an amazing hotel with a great bed and a good TV.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the room was clean. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because of the pool. It is an indoor pool but the room is kept very hot. So for parents that are there watching their children but choosing not to swim it is miserable!

While I don't usually go for Garden Inn's, this one is nice. The lobby is modern and sleek. The staff are helpful and personable. The water pressure and ability to maintain hot water are on point. If you're aiming for a stay in the Knoxville area and the Embassy isn't available, do stay here.

I'm a driver and my coworker and myself were assigned to stay here by our company. At 11 am we were called by the staff here and told we had to leave immediately. It's DOT policy that drivers have 8 hours rest before returning to work. Our company stresses compliance and driver saftey and would not book us a room that can't adhere to this policy. The staff here which includes the GM was very rude and unwilling to service our needs. I was upset as most people would be given the circumstances. The phone call that the front desk gave me and the way they spoke with me when I came down stairs livid shockingly changed tones when addressing me in front of their GM. I'll admit to having a bad response to what really is a "just don't do business with them in the future situation. " Or a "let our supervision speak with their staff. " Sort of deal. But It's very hard to process right behavior when you're woken up by banging on the door and a phone call telling you in a rude voice that "there's no room in the Inn! "… … but seriously… Terrible experience.

We had a great stay at the Hilton garden inn. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. The bed was really uncomfortable, but the pillows were nice. Breakfast was really good.

Terrific rate, great handicapped rooms and friendly staff-right off interstate 40 in Knoxville.

Great hotel! Rooms are very nice. Very good breakfast (not free). Fitness center has well maintained equipment with free ear buds for watch TV while you work out. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They went the extra mile when I left something behind in my room. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Knoxville, Tennessee.

We just stayed at this hotel. When we arrived I had a sick kid. It was 10:45am, way before the allowed check in time.
Sharon at the front desk was so helpful. She was able to put us in a room right away. I was so grateful for Sharon. Our room was nice and clean. Aside from having a sick kid we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sharon.

This hotel never lets me down. Greatest beds. Greatest deluxe breakfast everything fresh. And the best staff, Stacey, front desk manager has a personality to make any day feel welcomed and exciting. Loved the free bottled water, meant a lot and look forward to always staying here, when in Knoxville.

We stayed here just after Christmas for a family wedding. Our extended family and most of the bridal party and several friends all stayed at the hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family with the receptionist immediately making us feel welcome, accommodating our need to check in a little early, and joking with my daughter about Santa. She made fast friends with my daughter and remembered her name throughout our stay. I noticed this same receptionist address many of the guests by name. She also knew the circumstances around many of the guests stays and enquired about things such as how their mother was doing or how their tournament went. I found our accommodations clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet had many selections. The staff was very pleasant and our family pretty much took over the whole bar area after the wedding and we were allowed to hang out there even though very few of us had bought drinks. Overall, I would have rated the hotel a 4 out of five but the receptionist (whose name I wish I had paid attention to) made it the best hotel experience I have ever had. Making people feel like family makes all the difference. We might not have interacted much, but I knew from watching her with other guests and hearing about her interactions with others in our party, that she would have bent over backwards to help us if we had needed anything.

While I'm not a fan of Knoxville I must say this hotel makes it wonderful. It's beautiful and clean and our stay in a crazy city was wonderful thanks to this gorgeous hotel. It's a bit pricey but worth every dime. Highly recommend if your in the area. You won't regret it.

This is a great hotel to stay at. The team there is nice and they don't discriminate against smokers. You can't smoke in the rooms but there is a second floor patio that you can smoke on with a heated area to sit with nice lawn furniture. Good food and great breakfast.

Was here for a business event. The conference rooms were very nice and spacious. Only downside are the walls are very thin and I could hear every word of the meeting in the next room over. The lunch they served was average but service was good and they were accommodating to my food allergies.

The walls were a little thin, but the staff more than made up for it. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, even to my two-year-old. The breakfast staff was especially helpful and made my morning (an extra $5 a night on your room but WORTH IT! ). Thanks for making our evacuation easier!

Location is nice because it is of the road a bit but not hard to find. The rooms are nice and clean and the decor was modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and convenient to highway. Very pleasant staff. Very nice breakfast. Took advantage of the pool and hot tub while we were there too.

I went here for a focus group so this is just regarding the lobby and a conference room. The lobby was really hot, like there was barely any air conditioning running. It was very uncomfortable. There was no signage about our meeting so we had to wait for a concierge to come up to the desk to get details of where to go/what to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful overall. Apparently they were in the middle of a renovation but to be honest for a Hilton I was far from impressed. Additionally, the mini fridge in our conference room was super loud when it cycled on and off. I definitely wouldn't pay to stay at this hotel as a guest in the future.

I've stayed here twice. I have a bit of a phobia of hotels but this one dotted all their I's and crossed all their T's … my room both times was super clean and yet not reeking of perfume/fragrances/cleaners. Beds are not too firm, not too soft. Staff is very personable and helpful and friendly. This place has been a good stopping point for me.

It's always a good sign when you walk into a hotel lobby and it just smells clean. The staff was wonderful, even indulging the chatter of my 3 year old. The room was exactly what we were expecting, and was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the beds are firm and I prefer softer beds. My family loved them. As far as location: it is very easy to get here from the freeway, and it is easy to get pretty much anywhere around from here. There are many national stores and restaurants nearby, as well as some local places. If we make it back to Knoxville any time soon, we will definitely stay here again.

We usually have a good experience. But our last stay was less than pleasant. We checked in online and got the digital key. Went to our room and someone was sleeping in it. So they gave us another room, it was a no smoking room but stunk like smoke. So they gave us a third room and it was acceptable. By this time it's 10 pm and we were exhausted. The front desk girl was lovely, the experience, not so much: (

Hilton Garden Inn's are consistently nice. Very nice staff and beautiful lobby area. The rooms could use updating but were still nice. This hotel has some rooms with whirlpool tubs which is a plus.

When I arrived, admittedly late in the night, my reserved king room wasn't​ available. I received a handicap accessible two-queen room at the same rate. I point out the accessibility because while the shower was suitable for someone to sit in and use the wand, the shower head came out at face level on me (5'10"). As warned on the website, the lobby was under renovation, with a few missing tiles on the way to the elevator. In the morning I was surprised to learn that the standard breakfast buffet was not complimentary. Not a significant issue, but I wasn't warned by the desk and hadn't encountered this at a Hilton Garden Inn before. As I wasn't going to pay for a full buffet just to eat a scoop of eggs, I passed. The hotel did have a Blink charging station for my car, to my pleasant surprise. I was disappointed in the morning to find that it took $12+ to charge the full electric range of 53 miles on my Volt. While electric is normally the equivalent of $1 a gallon gas, at 58 MPG, this station was more like the equivalent of $14/gal gas. Other charge station vendors are more reasonable. Overall, despite friendly service, it was at the low end of Hilton Garden Inns that I've stayed at. This still puts it among the best hotels out there, but it was simply less than I've come to expect from the brand.

Near the airport, tidy and clean rooms.

The lobby was really hot and stuffy at the start of happy hour. The bartender seemed more enomoured with the sales guy at the bar than tending to patrons in the dinning area. The bar only has 4 stools and he and his friend took up most of that space.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and quiet. I hadn't stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn in awhile but was pleasantly surprised. This location is surrounded by lots of food choices. My only critique is that they need better pillows.

The room was very nice (minus the diabetic accucheck stick stuck in the table) and the whirlpool was amazing. However, the customer service was awful. Upon arrival, we requested a whirlpool room and the front desk lady said they were sold out of those rooms for the night and sarcastically wished us luck finding one elsewhere. So, we accepted and just called the 1800 number to see if any surrounding areas had one available and to our surprise, the CS representative gave us a confirmation number for this specific hotel. Not only one but two rooms were available! When we went back in with our confirmation number the lady at the desk once again informed us that it wasn't possible for us to have one because they were sold out. Mind you, she didn't even check to see the first time we came in. So we asked her to put in our confirmation number and there it was. After that, we tried to purchase refreshments at the front desk and she basically looked at my fiance like he was stupid, like those weren't items that were supposed to be bought or something. The breakfast was also 11.95 per person so it was kind of a bummer that for the price we paid for the room, there was no free breakfast included. Overall I would have to say that even as nice as the room was, we won't be back to this hotel.

Five star service! Everyone was very courteous and welcoming. Rooms were clean and neat as expected. Breakfast was exemplary and wonderful but does cost some, which is fine. Highly recommend to others.

It was a clean place, staff was friendly. My kids loved the breakfast. The towels were super soft which is not the norm for hotels. Would stay here again.

Location was a little odd driving into. Rooms were clean, and staff friendly. Diner had good food and the morning omelets weren't bad, but the eggs were overcooked for my taste.

From the moment at check in, everyone was great, always making eye contact to offer a smile or a friendly hello. Rooms were also very clean. Very impressed and will stay here again.
