I have stayed at this Fairfield twice and both times the staff and manager were amazingly nice and helpful. The hotel seems to be pretty new so the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and nice. The free breakfast in the morning is a plus. It's off the interstate but far enough away that the rooms are quiet. We stay at Marriott properties all the time and this Fairfield is definitely the best in the area.

Such a great place to stay for any occasion. Great service, clean rooms, indoor heated salt water pool, 24 hour fitness room, hot complimentary breakfast bar, great location near lots of shopping and restaurants.

I travel a lot for work and generally stay in Courtyards… This Fairfield greatly exceeded my expectations! It's a beautiful building, great rooms, very friendly staff and comfortable amenities.

This is our second year in a row staying at this place due to kids competition. Last year was pretty pleasant, but this year's was not. The hotel was clean with good facilities… but no housekeeping. I'm not sure whether it was lack of staff or something else but throughout our entire 4-night stay we could never get housekeeping to get our beds made, supplies restocked, etc. Despite asking several times.

Clean facilities with a VERY friendly staff! Wonderful variety of food for the continental breakfast! Great experience!

Here for an Indian wedding! Fantastic service! Did wonderful work accommodating an unbelievably large party!

Stayed at the Marriott Fairfield for three days to attend a business conference and training seminar. Very pleasant stay close to a multitude of restaurants at all price levels. For the best selections go across the interstate to Parkside Drive. If you can't find the dining experience you are looking for in that area then you are a hard customer to please. Sports bars and other very informal diversions are on both sides of the interstate no need to travel far. I usually choose Marriott hotels in any area I visit.

We stayed two nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was as expected and included. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Updated and pleasant.

Great rooms, no smart tv's however. For the cost of the room you would expect a heated pool, but no it was ice cold. Very modern hotel just missing some creature comforts I expected from a Marriott brand hotel.

They have big room and have ok amenities. A little expensive for what you get though.

I wouldn’t even give this one star. The worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. I am a Marriott reward member. The only hotels I stay in. This hotel felt like a motel 6! Was moved over 3 times for a dirty rooms. Ben was great with dealing with the problem at the front desk, but the worst housekeeping EVER. Waiting in lobby to see if room number 4 will be clean. If not, we are leaving and staying somewhere else. I hope I receive a call from the manager on this issue. Got in at 0330 and it’s 0430 now. Tired of driving, I just need sleep in a clean room. This hotel is UNEXCEPTABLE! Wish I took pictures to post… Hair on counters in bathroom, dirty sheets with hair, not vacuumed, stinky, finger prints all over door and snot…

My family was taking a road trip to Atlanta, and needed to stop, in the middle of the night. The gentlemen at The concierge desk were very gracious in helping us get a room. This hotel was really great. The continental breakfast was excellent as well. I would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and clean. Had to change rooms once because the first room smelled like maybe the carpet got wet and hadn't dried yet, but they switched us right away. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, better than most hotel breakfast!

Easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel is in the perfect location with 20 places to ear close. The staff is friendly and inviting. The rooms are imaculete. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel and the complimentary breakfast is top notch. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The building seemed new and fresh in general but the room preparation was lacking. The presence of body odor was apparent right away but there seemed to be an attempt to cover it with air freshener. The TV was not set to the correct input so we had to call and get a tech to the room with the master remote to change it. There were two rolls of toilet paper in the restroom but both were nearly gone. Our reservation was for 4 people but we only had towels enough in the room for 2.

Very good value! This hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's near a lot of restaurants so a good stop for the tired and the hungry.

Upon arrival, we were checked in by the GM, he was so professional and outstanding. Anytime we passed by an employee either in the lobby or halls, they smiled and greeted us by Good morning/evening, I hope you enjoy your stay, and we did! We felt so welcomed! The room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the attendant was very helpful. We will definitely come back.

Stayed for one night. The room was quiet and very clean. The breakfast provided was wonderful.

I booked through Expedia (paid in full) and I was charged another full amount for our stay there. I am absolutely irritated that I have to spend time to call and get this resolved. I read other reviews for this hotel and this is pretty common. Also, hotel had fans running and it was super loud in the rooms, and the walk in showers had red and black mold build ups. Will not stay at this hotel again.

This is a killer hotel. The best, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in all my 35 years. I even had to take a snapshot of the mattress brand as I’m buying one of those as soon as I get back home. This hotel is super clean and spacious with super modern décor and spacious bathroom. Plenty of friendly staff on deck to assist with any needs and a noon standard check out. Great location around tons of food options and an on point continental breakfast rivaling the best I’ve ever had. We’ll be back for sure. A+.

Quick overnight work trip. Hotel was very nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby, Mellow Mushroom is on other side of interstate. Staff was very nice and offered to bring anything to my room I might need. Two treadmills and a dumbbell set in the workout room. Small pool for families.

This place was wonderful to stay at. Rooms were clean, the staff waited on us promptly. Very pleased and would recommend anyone to stay at this location.

We enjoyed our stay at Fairfield. When we checked in the staff were very accommodating, welcoming, and helpful. We loved the complimentary cookies at the front desk. The rooms were spacious. The hotel has a cozy but modern feel to it. The continental breakfast had a wide array of options, and we love that there are several carafes of coffee available any time of day in the lobby. Great Stay!

The room was clean looking and the sheets were also. The bathroom was clean as well as the refrigerator and microwave. There was extra bedding in the room for the sofa bed. Both televisions in the room are working.

The bed was a bit stiff for my tastes but I'm not going to penalize them for that. The room was extremely nice. It was well-designed and clean. The breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had. The sausage was incredibly dry.

The staff experience was amazing. They were accommodating, responsive, and available. The walk in shower was a great experience. The breakfast bar was the most disappointing experience but I would stay again.

Staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I had an issue with my room the first night and asked for a new room. They were more than happy to help. Breakfast was standard, but good.

Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Shower was huge! Continental breakfast was great. The cookies really sold my fiancé ;-) Guest laundry, which was needed in our case. Would recommend. After checking out, one of our motorcycles would not start. The staff went of their way to stay hospitable and courteous as it took about 4-5 hrs to fix in front of the doors. The maintenance man loaned us some tools that were needed, front staff gave us much needed bottles of water (it was HOT). They allowed us to stay in the lobby for as long as we needed. Julie was exceptionally nice, the manager during the day was accommodating. Southern hospitality at its finest!

Stayed here while passing through. Very clean, new hotel. Rooms with high ceilings, comfortable beds, and great showers. Excellent breakfast… not over the top, but you can find something you like. Will definitely be staying here when we come back through.

Visit was great. Was quick travel stop over for our family. Hotel was clean, quiet and easy to access from I-75. Pool was a bit chilly but other than that, no complaints!

The room was clean, albeit a little smaller than expected. Still nice and didn't feel cramped. Breakfast was good as well. Only downside was the clerk did not know how to process Expedia bookings and ended up double-charging me.

Nice room. Fine location. No bar, but looks like they have beer for sale. They have a gym and a pool, didn't use them. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, etc.

Rooms were very nice. Enjoyed the short stay there. Good bacon at breakfast, although they (understandably) ran out.

I would give it 5 stars if the pool were actually heated or there was a hot tub.
