Over priced and nasty rooms. Roaches everywhere.

Employees from the office are blatantly disrespectful to customers. Place is out of date.

The rooms were very outdated and could use better cleaning.

I would not pay the 55.00 a night again… Js.

Terrible! Was 9pm I walked up to get a room there was prostitutes that tried to get me to share a room. Then another man tried to sell me his room for a discount. Nobody manning front dest. Why does knoxville even allow these places to operate? Knoxville has stopped caring it seems as the city lets this continue to be a druggie and prostitution area. Just an overall bad strip. Do not stay unless you want to do meth and have sex with prostitutes and all smoking rooms.

Clean rooms, nice management.

Bad place to stay. Crack Heads wondering around the parking lot high, trying to get girls to go up to his room. Same person outside bumming for $ cigarettes and drugs. Not a safe place.

It is a place where prostitution is totally forbidden.

Low rent, would not recommend.

I have found some rooms better than others but service is great and the cable channels are ok.

Great place if you enjoy hookers and drug addicts.

They actually still have working clean refrigerators and microwaves! Lol. The beds are clean and bug free… I have no major complaint. Customer service really wasn't friendly but they wasn't extremely rude either but in its location I bet they deal with some real crazies. But over all… if u looking for a cheap place to lay ur head for the night it's perfect… but a family outing I would pass it up. Oh and FREE Wi-Fi … just ask desk for password.

$43 per night, (with an additional $5.00 key deposit-refundable) which is supposed to = $48.00, although an additional $2.00 is rounded to $50.00 unexplained. $210.00 per week (add $5.00 for key deposit-refundable) = $215.00 The outside sign has letters missing/upside-down (Parking) — Open (Food) Little Caesars, McDonald's, Long John Silvers, Wok N Roll, Pilot Gas Station (No Hot Plates Allowed) Go Guests Allowed No Pets Allowed Public Transportation: 31 Magnolia Ave/Downtown out front (KAT BUS) Last bus is 11:15PM from downtown Check out is 11:00AM or phone will ring off the hook/when guests throw their trash away staff take your keys & turn off your program & stand in doorway etc Sleeper sofa or table Wood floors.

They have done a great job at keeping the prostitutions away and great security. The only problem I found are these two thing… 1. The carpert is disgusting! 2. They are badly infested with cockroaches… Please clean it up!

Real nasty dive, on 11-26-10 one was arrested from apt 207 for having kiddie porn.
