The front desk clerk was very helpful, room is clean, bed is comfortable, pricing is fair for the accommodations.

I love this place it's in town a great location and wonderful service.

Room was clean. A/C was very loud, and struggled to keep the room cool. Tub faucet dripped constantly. Good water pressure, but cheap shower head.

Very clean room and no musty smell. Very nice employees. Would definitely stay here again!

We had intending on staying at another motel but we rejected the room because of the cigarette smell in it and missing drawers. We ended up here at the Econo Lodge and for $6 more in price we got a 10 times nicer room the room was very nice, the beds were very comfortable it was clean. The only problem with the room that I had was in the bathroom, the wallpaper was coming unstuck on the corners a little bit. I notified the clerk's on checkout and they said they had somebody already in the process of repairing those so other than that. The motel is an excellent place at a very reasonable price to stay they have a breakfast that is a cold breakfast hot coffee and cold food.

Stayed here for 1 night and was very pleased with the room for the price. Needs a little updating but was very clean and the most important… NO BEDBUGS! Would definitely stay here again.

I had a good night's rest. I'm not particularly impressed with breakfast option but the juice and bagel were good.

Great little place to stay. Found the accommodations to be exceptionally clean, even the coffee pot, microwave, fridge. No bed bugs and clean mattress covers and other linens. Gloria the maid was hard working and very eager to help. Limited but ample continental breakfast. Morning clerk very friendly and professional. Second shift clerk doesn't have the proper tools for his duties. No elevator, no swimming pool, or fluffy amenities. The Direct TV leaves choices limited. The Wi-Fi works well. Room was equipped with coffee pot, frig, microwave, great desk and chair, plus another chair for sitting. Air conditioning worked very well. Also equipped with extra plug-ins & USB ports for charging your phones or other electronic gadgets! Insulated well to outside, upstairs, and next-door noise for a restful nights sleep. Located conveniently to fast food, sit down dining, gas, grocery stores, shopping, easy access to interstate, downtown area, and thoroughfares to go anywhere in Knoxville. If you're looking for economically priced lodging, without extensive breakfast, swimming pool, bar on site, etc. Highly recommend this Econo Lodge.

I love this hotel. I've stayed twice and the people here are always helpful and accommodating.

A few bugs in the room, breakfast was very small, but overall is good enough for a place to sleep and shower.

Paid for a smoking room with a king size bed. They said they overbooked and gave us a smoking room with two queen beds. I think he lied because there were hardly any cars parked at this motel. I think the rooms were probably dirty and they were just too lazy to clean them. The room is so outdated. I was amazed they have a flat screen TV in here. The bathroom is disgusting. No maid cleaned in there. In the shower surround there are little built in shelves to put your soap/shampoo… well there was a nice collection of shaved beard hairs all over both of them. Gross! The exhaust fan in bathroom was loud and made a horrible squeaky noise. There are cigarette burns all over both comforters. And I'm hearing something behind the little refrigerator… probably mice. The only plus is I haven't seen any cockroaches.

We were traveling in a large group and ended up finding bed bugs at our planned hotel so we had to leave and were in great need of a place to stay. The staff were extremely accommodating and worked hard to fit us in so we could have a roof under our heads for the night!

Only giving a star because it doesn’t give me the option to do so. I’ve never been so disrespected by a gentleman my entire life. Went in asking for a room with two beds for 3 people, the guy at the desk argued with me and said I had 4 people and not 3 in my car? after dealing with the horrible attitude he had I told him to forget it I would go somewhere he said “that sounds like such a great idea” wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Absolutely horrible.

Went to go check in at this store location, the man running the desk was absolutely the Rudest person I could’ve came in contact with. Tried to book a room for 3 people and he refused to let us because he accused us of having another person waiting in our car and told us it would be greatly appreciated if we left. Will NEVER be back and will be speaking with the manager shortly.

We stayed in a 2 double bed room. Clean rooms, friendly staff, all amenities worked fine, housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room while we were away. Good place to stay to relax after a long trip.

Stayed here over weekend would definitely stay again considering NO BUGS! and that's all I cared about! I wanted a cheap place to stay and not worry about getting ate up. Went in guy at the desk was really friendly and went to our room stripped the bed searched everything before laying down. Bed was comfortable could use new pillows but nothing horrible shower was hot not great water pressure but we was also upstairs since I wanted a smoking room. The room wasn't very big but again I wasn't trying to have a dance party just somewhere to sleep.

Exceeded my expectations! You cannot beat this place for the price. The room looked just as pictured. Very happy with my stay.

I reserved my room through an internet site and when I got there, the front desk person attempted to charge me more than what my reservation said it would be. Other than that, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet which was nice. I would stay there again.

This hotel is quite dated, good for a quick overnight stop at best. The rug was dark and old, bathroom not very clean, sheets extremely itchy causing us to think there were bedbugs (which thankfully they were not). Had to pay a higher price because of the eclipse which it most certainly was not worth. Was offered no explanations checking in of Wi-Fi or any amenities available. Have low expectations.

Overall, this is an adequate hotel, although it is noteworthy that the design of their bathrooms lends itself to black mold. There is no fan in my bathroom, and there is black mold on the ceiling. I imagine this will be consistent throughout the rooms, since one hot shower creates a veritable steam bath without proper venting​. Other than that, the management sleeps in the office during the midnight hours. I wanted a wake up call and was assured that someone would be on call all night. However, when I called, there was no answer. I went to the door and it was locked with "no vacancy" posted. When I realized the bell, a man awoke and motioned me over to a side window to take my query. I rated this 3 stars because at this price, the rooms are nice and there is ample infrastructure for me to do my work from a computer. Still, if black mold is a concern to you, I suggest not staying here!

I have stayed here twice now and it is the best budget hotel in the area. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy and the staff was always quick and professional. If you're looking to spend under $75, then this is the right place for you.

The close location to Downtown Knoxville makes this the perfect place to stay for those looking to save money and still enjoy the city. The front desk clerk was very helpful — — And with free parking and a free bowl of cereal to start my day — — They deserve 5 Stars.

The room was very clean and neat. Shower was small and the a/c unit was very touchy but it was very nice.

Bathroom door don't close. Saw a roach crawl into the sink drain. Cigarette burns in the comforter. This hotel is over-rated.

The blanket had cigarette burns all over it had roaches the bathroom door wouldn't shut ppl standing outside ur door at 2 am talking and I got bit while I asleep by something will never stay here again.

We were traveling and checked in at 4am. We were so tried that we only cared about a clean bed. To our great surprise, this place was FANTASTIC! The property, along with our room was extremely clean & modern. It took us longer to get out of the car than to be checked in. Staff gave us a late check-out (due to our late check-in time). Had a nice refrigerator, microwave, TV, multi unit charging station, & hair dryer. The staff were all very nice. We would recommend to anyone!
