A very good stay, great front desk staff. No breakfast bar, but hey it’s Covid. Wife says beds to hard. I found them great. Overall a very nice stay. Miss the hot breakfast but again Covid ugh.

The staff are extremely helpful. There is no restaurant in the motel but several are in walking distance. I think the Cedar Bluff Area is one of the nicest in Knoxville. L hope someday to be back w/o The COVID-19 PANDEMIC rules. L know that cuts down on the amenities.

Thank you for the fantastic stay! We got the best night's sleep. Clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. We got in late and had to leave early the next morning so we didn't get to take full advantage of all the amenities, but did grab some good breakfast on our way out the door. Will definitely return!

This will be the hotel that we stay at every time we’re in Knoxville. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the free breakfast and comfortable rooms. It felt like a very safe area also and close to everything. Good stay!

Love the room but the beds are rock hard! Everything else is awesome. Let bed our room it had a kitchenette in it. And was everything we needed love it! The bathtub was huge. Everything was very nice.

The stay at The Best Western plus cedar bluff inn was wonderful. Friendly front desk service and staff. The lobby was comfortable and homey. The lobby’s lounge was equipped with a beautiful stone fire place that really added to the home like atmosphere. I enjoyed the option of taking the carpeted stairs to the second floor. It made for a unique experience of feeling at home when going from our room on the second floor to the open lobby for coffee and a plethora of breakfast options. The fitness center met all my needs with its treadmill, ellipticals, stationary bike, and a very nice multi gym.
The room had everything you could ask for. Two queen sized beds, an arm chair, work station desk with a relaxing computer chair, a rather large mini fridge, a microwave and a nice tv. I loved that the bathroom’s shower had three separate dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was incredibly convenient and the products were quality. I also enjoyed that the bathroom had a fan vent, which is becoming increasingly rare in hotels these days. All these amenities lead to a very comfortable and joyous stay. I very much look forward to my next visit here.

‪This is absolutely the best hotel breakfast, hands down, by far. I didn’t get pictures because I was too busy eating as mich as I possibly could. After a night of being intertwined in the to say the least, entertains night life that Knoxville has to offer. This place has a unique energy and I suggest it as a vacation destination and the breakfast at The Best Western is alone enough to make it where you want to stay. They also have a very open area with drinks and snacks and just by the fire place was a silent auction of sports memorabilia and Johnny Cash Memoir, very classy. The rooms were very clean too. And my oh my, look at all the food to choose from, they even had an outback steak right there within walking distance. Ten out of ten, we will be back. ‬

This hotel was fantastic! Very comfortable and clean. It had great shampoo, conditioner and body wash that I really enjoyed. Plenty of places to charge your device by the bed. The pillows were just the right firmness and the blankets were a good weight and softness. There was a beautiful pool that I unfortunately didn't get to enjoy (because I didn't have the time). I would surely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay last night and got a great night’s sleep! Our room was clean and spacious and it was so nice to have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in our room. We didn’t get to enjoy it, but they had a great outdoor pool and business center! Awesome hotel! UPDATE
Stayed here again a few nights ago and it was even better than the first time. We were able to check in early and get a much needed nap and our room was great. The bed was so comfy and the room was quiet. They offer a great free breakfast.

I really like this Best Western Plus here in the Cedar Bluffs area of Knoxville. While this brand can resonate differently among seasoned travelers, let me tell ya — this spot is legit. Loved the spacious and refined look of the lobby. Rooms are larger than you’d expect and super clean. I also had a chance to peep into an executive suite — definitely worth the upgrade. Great large outdoor pool. I’ve never seen a property have this much parking for large vehicles; will definitely come back on my next bus tour. The soap and shampoo here were of a boutique brand I had never heard of called Pharmacopia. Natural and Organic, they smelled delightful. The breakfast here is an unheard of amount of variety. Bacon, eggs, potatoes, grits and the usual suspects in addition to a pancake and a waffle maker. Great stay here! Will come back for sure. Thanks.

Our stay at the Cedar Bluff Inn was wonderful! The hotel is extremely clean & comfortable. Hotel management and staff were very accommodating in our early arrival. Loads of restaurants & shopping nearby, as well as a movie theater which ended up working out nicely since it was a rainy day. Wish it wasn’t raining during our stay, because the pool looked awesome! Will definitely be coming back.

This was our second time staying here. Checked into Cedar Bluff Inn/Best Western Plus late after a show and the staff was wonderful. Our room was warm, in great condition & supplied everything needed for a comfortable stay. They provide hot water for tea and freshly brewed coffee 24 hours a day as well as a full breakfast every morning. The location is very convenient to all things Knoxville. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone starting in or passing through the city.

I recently spent two well-rested nights at the Best Western Plus Cedar Bluff Inn. I had two very exhausting days of work, and could not be more thankful for the peaceful stay waiting for me in Knoxville. With comfortable beds, and an incredibly hospitable staff who got me checked in quickly & was incredibly attentive even though I checked in super late the first night (night staff to me always tells you just how good a hotel is, and this Best Western Plus really earned 5 stars from me in that department! ). I wish I'd had some extra time to check out the pool, it was clean & inviting outside, and the gym was cozy & ready to use inside. The free breakfast was tasty & warm, a perfect way to get my day started. It was nice to be a few miles out of town to avoid the noise of the city. The next time I come through Knoxville, this will definitely be where I stay!

This was a really nice hotel off of I-40 right outside of Knoxville. It was probably about 10 miles outside of downtown. The staff was really polite and got us promptly checked in. Christine was the manager on duty and was very helpful. The rooms we large and clean and perfect after we had been on the road since 6 am that morning. There was a fridge, iron, and hair dryer which were nice amenities. I usually skip out on the free breakfast in the morning but I got up for this one and it was much better than most I have woken up for. There was good coffee and free newspapers and some extra fruit to grab for the road. We'll defintely be staying here again when we're in East Tennessee.

Not a bad little hotel. Reasonably priced, clean and the staff was friendly. Great location for quick access to highway 40. Area had plenty of restaurants and shopping for essential items. Only problem is, the rooms mechanics, specifically the air conditioning is getting old and the room was very humid and didn't really cool off till evening. Next time I stay there… next week, I will bring a fan with me… seriously.

This property is killer and everything you might expect from a Best Western Plus and more. First of all, this property is in the perfect location near the interstate and right in the middle of plenty of dining and shopping options. Plenty of parking was available for larger vehicles. Desk attendant was super friendly and accommodating to a late check-in. The decor and color scheme was friendly and inviting; everything about it made me feel comfortable. The complimentary hot breakfast was exceptionally amazing and featured all of the favorites including biscuits, eggs, sausage and home fries. Other highlights were the optional almond milk and the fact that grits were offered which made me feel at home as I’m from NC. Also — real plates and silverware were offered which is always a treat when you live on the road. Lest I forget, this place had the best premium soap products of all time! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience here and definitely will be back. Thanks team for the great experience.

This is the first time I have come to Tennessee. I was here for a conference. The location of the hotel to the venue was excellent — right across the street. The breakfasts were great and the room was wonderful. I had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable and I will definitely be staying here when I come back for the conference next year.

Stopped through here for 1 night in July 2018. First time at a Best Western and I wasn't disappointed. Room has all the basic amenities, plus a large couch and big, comfortable desk. Staff had hot coffee available in the lobby 24/7 which was a nice treat. Looking forward to coming back here next time I stop in Knoxville!

Great staff — very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very well kept and clean and smelled clean but not like cleaner. I have saved this in my list and will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was excellent and of good quality. Overall experience was wonderful.

The hotel need to make some changes 1 — Should make the breakfast room bigger. No enough room for the size of guests. 2 — Should use different type of pillows. I did not sleep well because of that. 3 — Should offer service all night not limited to specific time and force the guests to pick extra towels from the front desk. Other than that it looks good hotel with fair price.

We recently stayed at this Best Western, and it was great. The hotel is very centrally located to the highway, which was wonderful for us since we'd been traveling all day. The lobby is super clean and nice, and the free breakfast was top notch. Our rooms were very spacious and very clean. The staff was super nice and helpful — there'd been a mix up on our rooms and they did everything they could to accommodate us immediately. I really appreciate them taking the time to quickly resolve our issue! We'll definitely come back to this hotel when we are in the Knoxville area.

Our client, comedian DJ Bukley, recently stayed here after a nearby performance and loved the property! There was plenty of parking, and the room was perfectly clean, and quiet. The gym and free breakfast in the morning were a great start to the day before doing a little shopping and hitting the highway. Thank you for always taking such great care of our clients while staying with you, we can't wait to arrange more stays in the future!

The room was very nice (I had a suite, and there's so much space! ). Everything was perfectly clean. All the staff I've interacted with have been friendly and informative. Check-in was very easy. Breakfast is standard hotel buffet-style food, but it's good quality considering it's your standard scrambled eggs, hash browns, yogurt, etc. I seriously recommend the potatoes. The cook I talked to said he tries to make them like he'd make them at home: a little crispy on the outside, but still soft in the inside, and a great flavor. It definitely shows, and it's nice that he puts such thought into the food for guests. A warning I'd have liked to known earlier: the TVs are locked down to only show live TV channels. You cannot hook up and use any external input (e. G. HDMI to a computer or console).

I had a great stay and time at the Best Western Plus. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Fast Wi-Fi and a great breakfast. Their pool is fairly large as well. I had an extremely pleasant stay, and am certain to come back on my next trip to Knoxville.

Best Means Best Ambience and atmosphere are the name of the game at this establishment. Courteous staff was available for our late night check in. We were even given wonderful tips on the next time we visit town where to go and who to contact for performances (once we let it slip that we were comedians). Immaculate Lobby and clean rooms make this an A Plus Stay. Wifi Fitness Center Breakfast and Bottomless Coffee take it to the next level. If you forget your equipment, Printing and Computer Use are complimentary as well. Just don’t forget to log out before you go. If you’re hungry there’s 24hr oatmeal, grits, and apples and a microwave and a large “mini” fridge to handle the aftermath. That bottomless coffee is always replenished, even at 3am. Hot breakfast is early but has protein, with a few diff types of eggs, bacon, and hash browns/homefries in addition to the Southern Staple Biscuits and Gravy and the cold bar with toasts, buns, donuts and yogurts. Ample parking and perfect location. They even chatted us up after checkout while we sat in the Lobby to write them up. (They didn’t know we were writing them a review at the time. )

The motel was clean and recently renovated. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and very professional-like. The complementary breakfast. Was about the same as many Best Western Inns. A good variety was available. The inn is located near the interstate access, but the room was very quiet and private. I would recommend this inn to my friends.

This was a nice hotel west of Knoxville. We had a long day traveling on the road and didn’t check in until 2 am. I called in advance and the hotel was totally accommodating. We honestly, checked in and were asleep in about thirty minutes. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had free continental breakfast and coffee to get us back on the road early the next morning. No complaints here and we really didn’t get to check out too many of the amenities, but it was perfect what we were looking for — — clean, quiet, and accommodating.

Excellent hotel with great rates compared to other hotels in area. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Very comfy beds, clean room & great water pressure in shower. Was able to move bed against wall to protect my 3 yr old from falling off bed so didn’t have to pack child’s bed rail. And free cookies & coffee in lobby, free delicious hot breakfast with sausage or bacon, gravy & biscuits, waffles, pancakes, bagels, eggs, etc. Will definitely stay here again & consider a Best Western in other areas.

The staff here is wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and kind. The lady that does the breakfast makes you feel welcome and goes out of her way to make your experience a good one. The desk staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The maids cleaned rooms and provided fresh towels daily. Only down fall were the customers running up and down hallway. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very modern interior common areas and the room I had was clean and comfortable as well as being well furnished. Good breakfast each time I ate there. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel. This is the first time I have stayed at a Best Western in my memory, having usually preferred the Courtyard, Fairfield Inn or Holiday Inn. This hotel is equal to the other major chain hotels from my business travel and personal travel experiences over the last 30 years. Thank you for a great experience during my stay.

Everything was great from the initial check-in to the room. There was nothing I could find wrong with cleanliness. The hot breakfast was better then most I have had that were included. Bravo… would I stay again, yes would I recommend, yes is it well worth the money, definately Gary the traveler.

Pros: Good location, decent price, friendly staff. Cons: Hotel rooms very outdated. We checked into one room, came back down and asked the person at the desk if they had any other rooms. "Yes we do and we'll upgrade your room as you are a Rewards member. " Room went from standard to King Suite. Suite was nicer as we had full kitchen, but the room itself was out of date. Worst part was we did not take a shower due to tub mat in shower — did NOT look clean. Take out the tub mat and clean the shower so guests know the shower is clean! There are a lot of hotels in Cedar Bluff area — next time we definitely will not be staying at this Best Western.

We recently stayed at this Best Western while attending a wedding. The check in process was quick and easy and the room was very clean. Having a refrigerator and microwave were especially helpful with a toddler and baby. We ended up having to extend our stay a few days, and the staff was very accommodating and helped us to stay in the same room. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly, from the front desk, to housekeeping, and especially the woman in charge of breakfast. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Knoxville.

Loved our stay at the Best Western Plus Cedar Bluff Inn Knoxville! After a long day of travel we arrived at the hotel in the evening. The desk clerk was extremely welcoming and helpful. We were checked in quickly and could head right to our room to relax. The fresh cookies in the lobby were a big plus! Breakfast in the morning was very good with lots of choices for any appetite. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Attended a seminar in the conference room upstairs, had an excellent experience. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces for attendees. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The location was centrally located with numerous lunch options nearby, easy to get in and out.

From check in to check out, our stay was a lovely experience. We we're upgraded from a typical room to a deluxe king with kitchenette. It was a really luxurious room, especially for the price. We'd been on a road trip for eight days and were delighted to spend our last exhausted night in such a nice place. We've stayed at this place before but it's been recently renovated and is in great condition.

We had a really good experience at the hotel which was a stopover for us between Washington DC and Memphis. Staff were really helpful and helped us out with dinner options. Breakfast selection was really good.

The front desk/staff was accommodating. I wish the fitness center was 24 hrs though. There's guest laundry up on the third floor, could probably use an update so guests can use card instead of quarters. The dining hall for breakfast was clean and definitely decent variety of breakfast items and beverages. Liked also how shower items — gel/shampoo/condition was mounted on the bathroom wall as a dispenser. Overall, good experience.

After a 525 mile drive across Mississippi, Alabama, northern Georgia, and western North Carolina including some spirited driving on Wold Pen Gap and Tapoco Roads I was ready for some rest and a quiet meal when we reached Knoxville. Best Western Plus Cedar Bluff Inn was exactly what the doctor ordered. The staff here is friendly, helpful, and the room was large with another comfortable bed, and the free breakfast was tasty and appreciated. When I'm back in Knoxville I'll return to this Best Western!

Was 17 minutes from airport of Knoxville. Location right off freeway. Easy to find. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was regular BW breakfast. Good and hot but nothing fancy. Would stay again if in town.

This hotel was fantastic. The gentleman who checked us in was very knowledgeable about the restaurants in the area. I happened to catch the maintenance man (Timmy or Thomas I think) in the hall who immediately helped me without hesitation. The breakfast was hot and fantastic. All around if I could give this hotel a ten, I would.

I rate this hotel a 5 because the room was very well decorated and clean. I loved the pillows. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was extremely helpful and well mannered. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay here. Not very fancy but a great value given the price. Room was clean and water pressure/hot water was perfect. Breakfast was a nice bonus. All in all, it was a great experience.

Easy check-in, pleasant staff. Room wasn't air-conditioned yet upon arrival so it was quite warm, and it took 14 hours to cool it down, but the room was very satisfactory. I love that the vanity area is outside the main bathroom, making it easier for several people to share a room (makeup and hair while someone else showers). Very clean room. Had an issue with tub not draining well, and told them on my out for an outing, and it was taken care of before I returned — great service. Breakfast staff helpful and friendly, checkout staff very friendly. Would stay again. Also, in great location near many restaurants and shopping options.

I give it 3 stars but I'm not sure it it's worth of Priceline 3 star rating. A bit dated and breakfast was so so. Not bad for the price though. Very comfy beds.

The room was clean spacious. Bathroom tile was missing aome grout near the tub and the faucet needs replaced but still in good condition. Staff was friendly and the provided breakfast was of the standard fair. Waffless, biacuts and gravy, cereal, fruits and little pastries.

Needs allot of updating carpet, tubs etc but service and people are absolutely wonderful! Breakfast bar was awesome!

Free breakfast was good and all. But the night of our stay we found and killed a roach in the room we stayed in. They didn't give us a different room to stay in or a reasonable discount on our room. Our discount was 10$ off. Dissatisfied. Wasn't worth 200$ a night with a roach.

We stayed here for one night and was so surprised by how nice the hotel was. Everything was super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and they even had omelets and yummy Pumpkin spice waffles (yum)! I would definitely stay here again!

We found only reasons to agree with the best reviews on this page. Good competitive rates. Staff very courteous. Rooms very spacious and well kept. Several good restaurants close by and several of those will deliver to the hotel. The only possible critique was that I thought the continental breakfast could have had sausage or bacon as a choice. They had a fair egg/ham scramble that was o. K. — but I was surprised at no bacon / sausage on the side. There was mostly everything else you could ask for — waffles, cereal, cold milk, juices, good coffee, etc. However continental was over at 9am on Sunday. A little early for my experience on weekend travels, but overall a very very good experience and likely our standard hotel now on our annual visits.

Staff was very helpful and gave many tips for sight seeing in the area and great places to eat. Entire hotel was very clean and the service was amazing. Breakfast was free in the morning and had a good selection to choose from. Would stay here in the future if I was in the area. Haven't been to alot of Best Westerns due to bad experiences but this place has renewed my passion in this hotel chain. Great rewards program as well. And you cant beat fresh cookies at the counter every time you walk through the door.

We had a great experience here! My boyfriend and I were traveling from Virginia to Dallas and needed a place to stay overnight. The price of $94/night was appealing but I was hesitant due to it being a Best Western but after reading all of the reviews and seeing the pictures, we decided to take the chance (and I'm glad we did)! The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and updated, we had free breakfast in the morning and the location was in a nice, safe area. We left happy. A few days later, I received a call from the hotel asking if I had left my glasses in the room (which I had but had not realized it! ) and they were so nice and shipped them to me and I received them in perfect condition. Great hotel, great customer service. I would highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and located just a few miles from The University of Tennessee Knoxville. The Staff went out of their way to be helpful. My wife and I were attending my daughter's graduation ceremony at The University of Tennessee and chose to stay at this hotel. At the last minute we had decided to host a small lunch gathering of her friends to celebrate her accomplishments. Since this was last minute we had no place to gather. The hotel offered us the use of their breakfast room at no additional charge. They staff helped us setup the room and made sure we had everything we needed. It would not have been any nicer had we planned the event. One other event happened that made our visit most enjoyable. We had checked in rather late and were very tired. Inadvertently I had put my cell phone down and left it on the front desk counter. Unbeknownst to me or any of the staff, the supervisor saw my phone, picked it up, and placed it in her office right before she left for the evening. When I realized my phone was not on my person, I went to the front desk and began to look for it. The young lady who was working the desk, helped me look everywhere in the lobby and any other place it might be. She turned the place upside down in her attempt to find my phone. When the night auditor came in she communicated the issue and asked him to keep looking in his spare time.

HD channels!. With nice flat screen. Finally, a Best Western that isn't stuck in the 80's. Don't let the cheap price fool you. I have stayed in much more expensive Best Westerns that are not as nice as this one. Everything else was great.
