Good hotel for an overnight stay. Minimal stock in room, but have what you need. Has a small breakfast, but nothing hot other then waffle maker. Good for a fast breakfast. Hallways smelled funny, but room was good. Only got there to sleep and check out as we were on a road trip. Would recommend for a quick stay, nothing extended amount of time.

PRO: Good place to rest your head. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Hotel is next door and within walking distance to a few restaurants. CON: Paper thin walls. We had a room on the third floor. Fyi there are no elevators. Breakfast is very basic. We didn't stay in the hotel during the day as there is so much to do in the area. I would stay here again but on the first floor only.

The lady at check in was sweet as can be (a blonde). Room was not the cleanest. Soda bottles we're under the bottom of the beds and there was dust. However, the bed was comfortable, the pool was refreshing and breakfast was ok. (Waffles, toast, danishes, cereal). All in all it was a great stay. I would book again if in the area. Thanks.

I give it 1 star cuz there is no 0 stars! This was the SORRIEST excuse of a hotel room I've EVER seen. There was NO water pressure, the room was EXTREMELY cramped. The a/c worked when it wanted to. The whole 1st floor was supposed to be non-smoking yet you could smell smoke coming out of other rooms at all hours. They wouldn't let us check in early (at 12:30) even tho there was no sign of anyone at hotel. No sign of maid service still cleaning. The 2nd day we were there, we left at 11:00 on our sightseeing tours. I specifically requested them to remake our beds & empty trash while we were gone. We got back at 3:30 and they STILL had not made our beds, said they were just fixing to go in there. So needless to say, our beds remained unmade. I wouldn't recommend this place for a dog, much less a human!

Pros… Staff was great, sheets were soft and check in was easy. Price was half of the surrounding hotels and area seemed safe enough. Cons… needs some major attention in the cleaning department. The bathroom mirror still had the previous persons mess and a more than normal amount of dust. The baseboards were coming off the wall and the toilet base hadn't been clean in quite a while. Lamp shades were covered in dust to the point you could see the gray layer. The doors leading into the building were never locked and if you released the handle it would slam shut. It almost caught my daughters hand… It's sufficient if your exhausted and need to sleep. We stayed on a Saturday night and it stayed very quiet. Just be sure to bring your own pillows and some air freshener.

We were on our way home from my sons airborne graduation at the Benning Army Base, Ga. When my son's girlfriend car (thermostat stuck shut). We knew we couldn't make it back to Indiana and had no idea what we were going to do because all the hotels were completely booked. We knew our last resort was to sleep in the car and we'd be cold. We didn't get to spend the night but the manager and all the employees there were so friendly. It was so cold outside so they let us borrow two blankets and use the restroom and get water till our family got there the next day to tow us home. I just wanted to let everyone know what a blessing they were to us and our fur baby. Thank God for watching over us and great people!

NOT CLEAN! There is hair all over the bathroom floor like shaved their beard and no one bothered to cleaned up, yesterday I called for over 2 hours to confirm my reservation and no one ever bothered to answer the phone I had to call headquarters. Went to check out breakfast (not knowing if I even wanted to eat in this FILTHY place) that's a big fat NOPE! Only cereal and waffles offered and there were people standing all over because there are only 3 tables. I highly reccommend that you DO NOT STAY HERE.

People were nice and helpful. When I made my reservation I stated 1 adult and 1 cat, but was still charged extra for the cat. Back exit door does not shut and lock, Back stairway needs a really good cleaning, and the room was a bit shaby (They really need to change the carpet). Linen was clean, bed seemed clean, and water worked great!

Horrible the worst that and visited in years I did my resevacion and entering the room I found the surprise of seeing disgusting the room K Havia reserved the person K was in the office renting the rooms did nothing to help me I was coming back from my holiday C On my 3 children of 3, 7 and 9 years I did not return my money and I had K go continue with my children in the middle of the morning… I hope you do not pass.

Friendly stuff, walls dirty, sheet dirty, room smell funny but they gave me another one. Breakfast. Cereal, coffee, waffle, Apple. Just a snack, not real food. Good location.

Worst place to stay especially with kids… when first came in room the Fridge had old food and opened drinks in it, then my nefew opened a cabinet n found a cut straw with residue in it with a card with same on it, when front desk was informed all they did was come pick it up.

The breakfast felt sparse, but we got there as it ended. Our double Queen room felt a little cramped, and the mini fridge needed a pretty serious defrosting. The A/C was apparently difficult to operate, as I tried putting it on continuous fan, high speed, cool to 65°F and it still only barely managed to make the room comfortable. It apparently gives up overnight no matter the setting. Staff was friendly at least, no complaints there! The hotel did feel dated, a CRT TV, and just dated appearance for most things. The back door of the hotel kept getting propped open, which was disturbing when traveling as a family with three kids under six.

Telephone jack falls out, air conditioning barely works, badly needs renovation. Advertised as down town Chattanooga which is just an out right lie. It is far from downtown. Will never stay here again.

Right off the highway with prompt polite service. The bathrooms were clean but the room could've been cleaner.

This hotel is way out of date and just had a nasty feeling. The carpets were dirty and the bathrooms had not been kept up mold on shower head the walls did not look good either and the fridge didn't work you could not even watch TV because of the static they should be ashamed for charging 70 dollars for these rooms I will never use super 8 again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Some problems that I had though are: There were no empty outlets. I had to keep unplugging things if I wanted to charge something. This was a little annoying… The coffee maker had dirt/grime inside where the water goes, I'm lucky I saw this because it looked nasty. The Wi-Fi was unreliable. I kept switching from data to Wi-Fi while watching a movie. That made me a little upset.

I didn't and do not care much for the staff! I had left a toiletry bag in my room after check out and when I had got to where I was going and found out that it was missing I had placed a call to see if they could hold onto it for me. (Mind you I called the same day I left) they said to me we didn't find anything in the room but we will call you in the morning after we talk to the cleaning staff. Well that call never came… so I called a day later and the staff then said I would half to call in the morning since the cleaning staff wasn't there to unlock the room the bag may have been in. So now I call a third time trying to see if my bag was there… she said nothing was in the lost and found at this poit i'm $40 for a beard trimmer $60 for my cologne $25 for tooth brush $50 for lotion $15 for shave cream $20 for razor $15 for new replacement razors and $7 for deodorant. $30 for a trimmer. $257… So I show up the following sunday morning and ask for my bag and she conveniently walks into a room they told me was locked and says she can't find anything that matches the description. I asked if I could talk to the cleaning staff? She conveniently says oooohhhh we recently changed our cleaning staff… They are lIARS AND THEIVES DON'T EVER STAY THERE!

Very clean place. The necessaries were there and comfortable beds. Room smelled clean with no funny orders.

Love this place. Close to the main attractions and the personal was so nice. The front desk personal were too nice. Thank you Helen to be a very nice person with us. Very clean room.

I asked for a non smoking room and when I walked in the room smelled so terrible. As soon as you walk in even the hallways have a very dirty smell. Disgusting place. The shower leaked, there was hair all over the tub, sink and floor. The room itself was very small. I have stayed at other Super 8 motels but this has just been the worst. Plus the lady at the front desk was rude as soon as I walked in.

It's OK for a nights stay. Clean room at a reasonable price close to cracker barrel wich is good. The breakfast is waffles and cereal. For the price nothing special and nothing wrong.

Had bed bug! Smelled like smoke bad even tho non smoking and pool was nasty would not ever think about getting in it and hall way very drity.

This is best value clean rooms service was excellent service.

Second year we stayed here, clean rooms, near local attractions, always air condition, affordable, if I had to say anything bad, it would be the pool closes too early.

I am currently staying here right now and it has been great! I called in advance to make a reservation and it took less than 3 minutes. Check in was simple too no hassle at all. The room we're staying in is clean. It actually looks nicer than the pictures. It looks like they've updated the rooms with new furnishings and new carpet since they were taken. The room we're staying in has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer. The beds and pillows are comfortable and clean. The cable works fine and has a decent amount of channels. The Wi-Fi has good signal. Also, for those of you with smartphones, Sprint's network has full 4g signal. I haven't eaten the breakfast or swam in the pool so I can't comment on that. The staff is courteous and helpful if you need anything. It's in a good location. There's a Waffle House and Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

Close to the mountain but that's about it. Would only recommend in a have to emergency.

Didn't like it to much noise hallways had smoke smell. Price to high for the room.
