This hotel was right in line with why we stay only at Hampton's when traveling. Customer service was beyond excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great.

This hotel was wonderful, they went out of their way to accommodate us and make some of our requests happen. Will definitely be staying here again the room was clean the bed was clean everything was immaculate. I would rate this five out of five.

The staff members are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms, hallways, pool area, bathrooms etc were very clean. It was super easy to make ourselves feel right at room.

Everything here was top notch! We stayed for 3 days to visit Rock City & Ruby Falls. The hotel is gorgeous, nicely decorated & very clean, the rooms were plenty spacious & nice, the outdoor pool area was great & the pool with a slide & a waterfall was awesome plus there’s an indoor pool also & gym, the staff was phenomenal (couldn’t have asked for any better) & the cookies & coffee were oh so YUMMAY! Haha The outdoor sitting area with the fire pit was beyond beautiful & relaxing. Everything was just awesome & We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be staying here from now on! Totally 5 stars & a big.

Great hotel and great location! Minutes from Ruby Falls, Incline Railroad and Rock City! Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff very friendly.

We took a recent trip to Chattanooga with our grandkids age 8 and 5, We had reservations, arrived, the kids were so excited, the place was beautiful, the kids were jumping up and down about the pool. We were going to stay two days. We went to pay and were told that they did not accept Cash and that we had to have a credit card. The closest thing we had was a debit card which it would not accept. When did American Cash money become worthless and why weren't we told of this idiotic policy at the time we made our reservation! The looks on those children's faces as we had to leave broke my heart and infuriated me at the same time. There needs to be some thought put into these policies, your dealing with peoples lives and emotions. I choose not to use credit cards, Cash only, and was refused service because of that. This is not the way to do business!

This Hampton Inn location has the most wonderful group of front desk and administrative staff I have ever met at a hotel in my business travel. Mega, Jade and the rest of the front desk make you feel right at home and are happy to help with any needs you may have.

Quick one night stay. Daughter really enjoyed the pool with the slide. Very clean and nice rooms. Courteous staff. Only downfall was smelling the bug spray in the elevator in the morning.

The hotel is nice, the indoor and outdoor pools are nice along with the beautiful view. But the beds are not very comfortable. The room had trash from previous guest in it. The air conditioning seemed old so it never really got cold and it was very hot outside. Continental breakfast is really good. I didn't use the workout room but it was big and looked nice enough. People that work there are super nice. Chattanooga is a beautiful place and the people there are really nice.

Wonderful family friendly hotel. Emmaculately clean, awesome view of Lookout Mountain from pool, well appointed rooms, great breakfast, two fun pools (indoor and outdoor), and super friendly helpful staff. Hotel is less than 5 minutes from many attractions but it was a challenge to drag kids from hotel. They loved it. We stayed 3 nights and could not ask for nicer hotel. My family has traveled all over the US on family vacations from coast to coast and can honestly say this hotel is a top notch 5 star hotel by every measure. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

We stayed here this past weekend for a destination wedding. I think the service at this Hampton Inn surpassed any other! And we have stayed in many Hampton Inns. The front desk employees day and night were awesome to deal with! We thought we left a pair of shoes in the closet. The front desk person put me on hold and ran upstairs to check real quick for us. That's service.

I can not say enough great things about this place! It’s our anniversary weekend, and the staff left a sweet note addressed to us along with candies! That was the first plus! Super clean hotel, the pools are fantastic, breakfast was wonderful and the staff were exceptionally friendly! I was very pleased with the cleanliness of everything in and around the hotel! The views from the pools are amazing and the small outdoor relaxing area with fire is an added bonus! We will definitely be back!

This is a great Hotel! They have both an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool has a water slide and kids play area. They also have an exercise room and Business Center. The free full hot breakfast was impressive. The free internet is incredibly good with both a strong and fast signal. The rooms are spacious. They are located near attractions and the interstate for convenience. I highly recommend this property.

I spent the night at that Hotel on Saturday, May 19, 2018. I was pleased with the hotel, clean, nice. However, the woman who was at the front desk that was checking people in was very rude. She told my husband the room 169.99. So we went to park the car. My mother booked her room first, also told her it was 169.99. When it came to me checking in, all of a sudden the price went up to 189.99. How can you change prices based on each customer? I guess there was something about me that she didn't like. She, also, didn't tell me about any of the amenities (ex breakfast, Wifi, etc). She was downright rude. And I will never go back to that hotel based on that customer service. I wish I got her name.

We stay at many Hamptons. The ģuy working the desk was very welcoming and had some great suggestions as to where we could go — gave us great suggestions for dinner! Great location! Loved it!

This was an excellent example of hotel done right. Booking easy. Check-in hassle-free. Room excellent. Staff great. The next time I'm in Chattanooga TN I will stay here.

In general the hotel was good. Friendly staff. Check in and check out were a breeze. The location is nice but it was very noisy all night. The room was spacious but an awkward layout with the desk placed in the middle of the suite. Next time I would avoid the corner suite.

Nice place, as I expect all Hamptons to be. Bathroom shows a few little signs of aging (grout cracks, stains), but not much. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is kept well stocked and was tasty. Overall well maintained. Coffees/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby 24 hrs. Nice outdoor seating area with a pergola and fire place wall. Indoor and outdoor pools. I'd choose to stay at this one again!

The hotel was super clean. It's located right outside of the city, a little slower-paced area with chain restaurant dining. If you're there for work in Chattanooga it should be a perfect location. It looks like it was recently remodeled and I had no issues with the room or staff.

Great hotel. Stayed there twice within a week. The staff are super friendly and the facility is always clean. Of course the breakfast is amazing and always good. The view from the parking lot is awesome as it overlooks Lookout Mountain. Rooms are comfy and very clean!

Called a week prior to my business stay and asked about the different amenities. Shayla (or something close to that) was really rude and unprofessional. Got to the hotel and everyone was exceptionally upbeat and friendly. They even took 5 extra pillows to my room for me while I was socializing in the lobby. They even asked if I needed a wakeup call (that I respectfully declined).

The location is pretty good. Nothing really directly around the hotel besides a few places to grab a quick bite to eat, but it's a short drive into town. It's kinda oddly placed behind another hotel. The front desk staff was polite but not very friendly. The rooms were clean but a little small. My main gripe was the morning we were leaving, despite the do not disturb we had the hotel cleaners knocking on our door before checkout. For the hour prior to that they were playing music loudly in the hall. On our way out of the room they had they hallway halfway blocked with their carts which blocked us from getting past with our bags. They saw this, did nothing, and just watched as we had to move their carts out of our way. I would understand if, say they were across the hall or actively doing something else but no, they were right next to us literally standing and staring like we were an annoyance. It really spoiled the stay for me.

Check in was uneventful and I was greeted as a gold member and given the perks that come with it. The room was clean and laid out in the newer style. The hot water was not lacking and the heat worked according to the wall mounted thermostat and you can leave the fan on for white noise. I cannot comment on the breakfast other than to say they did not have bacon that morning :)

Great location for site seeing in Chattanooga if you don't want to pay for staying downtown. About 10 minutes from downtown, right next to Ruby Falls/Lookout Mountain. Super clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Didn't use the indoor heated pool or outdoor pool but they looked nice enough. Free cookies! Food delivery options.

Room was small but clean. Bathroom following trend to do away with counters and replace with cabinets. Seems like it is harder to clean under. Complimentary coffee and cookies were appreciated. Front desk very courteous.

Great room, depending on what side of the building you are on, a great view as well. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms look brand new especially the bathroom. Will be staying there again.

We usually stay at Hampton Inn wherever we travel bc it's a consistently clean, friendly brand. That said, this was far and above the best Hampton Inn experience we have ever had. We had some trouble with the heat in our room, and the hotel staff was very helpful and kind to us. (The trouble with the heat was during the first real cold snap of the winter, so I don't think they could have known about the problem beforehand). The room and bathroom were the cleanest I've seen anywhere, and they were generous with the toiletries they placed in the bathroom, which is always a bonus as there are four in our family, and I try to use what the hotel provides during our stay (less for me to remember to pack). Beyond the usual soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and face wipe, they also provided body wash, a shower cap, and mouthwash. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was always hot and fresh. I loved this hotel and will definitely be back when we return to Chattanooga for another family vacation.

Perfect stay. Room was clean and modern. Smelled fresh. Breakfast was complete with both hot and cold options — eggs, bacon, potatoes, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, etc. Would gladly stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at this Hampton. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice view and clean rooms. Close to a couple of decent restaurants and a Wal-mart. Also, about 15 minutes to downtown.

I don't usually write reviews, however I was blown away by the staff. After making the reservation, I called the hotel to make sure they could accommodate a 40ft trailer. Javier assured me they would be prepared. As we pulled up into the parking lot, two employees ran out into the rain (during tropical storm Nate) and directed us to a section they closed off for us. Neither one had an umbrella. They were waiting for us to park then walked me to he door to check in. I was blown away by the staff. They were so attentive and down to earth. The room was cleaned and bed was comfy. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice newer hotel. Pool has a waterslide; awesome for kids. Rooms are quiet and nice. Great breakfast. Can't go wrong. It's close to Ruby Falls and Rock City and incline railway.

Front desk help was exceptional. I had a late check in and was tired with 2 kids so they let me on up to room and covered paperwork in the morning. That was a first and I really appreciated there professional demeanor and understanding affection.

At first glance this is a very nice hotel. The view is great and the breakfast is good as well. The fireplace area outside is also nice. But, don't look too close at anything. Our shower had mold in the grout in several places. Our room was suprisingly dusty in several spots. The fireplace area outside had a broken cover on the mechanical part of the fireplace. So any child could have easily been injured. I actually picked the cover up off the ground & did my best to secure it back where it belonged. Hopefully, these things have all been corrected now.

Hotel was clean with the exception of the grout in the bathroom. The hotel appeared to be fairly new and we'll appointed. Cokes (16oz. ) at the vending machines and the front desk are $3 each. Both indoor and outdoor pools looked nice and no overwhelming chlorine smell. Continental breakfast was a little better than average and offered a wider selection than normal. Overall the stay is what you would expect for a Hampton Inn.

Kind of tricky to find and get to, once you get off the highway. But, the hotel itself is great and the staff are very friendly. Pool was NOT warm (the indoor one) and it was June. I didn't even bother with the outside one. My son enjoyed both, though. Food at breakfast was good — typical Hampton fare. Room was very clean, tidy and comfy. I'd totally stay here again. :)

Best stay I've had in a long time! Sammy, at the front desk, was AMAZING! Comfy beds, pillows, and rooms. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is im on a low carb high protein diet and my only two things I could eat were the eggs and sausage… HOWEVER, the eggs came mixed with ham and cheese and the sausage was polish sausage. Ham is cured with sugar therefore it has carbs. The sausage has fillers and has carbs as well.

Exceptional hotel.

We stayed here for a wedding nearby. We asked when we made the reservations for an early check in and our room was ready for us a few minutes after we arrived. The hotel was very clean, staff polite and breakfast good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were great. We were pleasantly surprised to find more than a continental breakfast. Best of all was the bright friendly face that welcomed us from a day on the road.

Left a best western down the road due to cleanliness and came to Hampton inn. Very pleased. It was very clean and updated. Bed slept well. Bathroom was nice. Service was great and the staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful!

Very courteous and friendly staff, check in process was very easy. Rooms are clean and nice. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool had a waterslide, great for kids. Quiet area, very little traffic. Minutes from attractions in downtown Chattanooga.

Nice place to stay for a weekend visiting the Aquarium and other local sites. Clean rooms, good free breakfast, and our son loved the outdoor pool. If you wanna avoid staying downtown, and the parking hassle, this spot is perfect. Still plenty close to everything. Our last night we wanted to stay in, and staff at the front desk recommended a local pizza place that will deliver to your room. It was the best pizza ever!

Great location to stay out of the traffic and hustle and bustle of downtown but still only ten minutes away. And great location for amy thing lookout mountain related. Pristine hotel and great staff. With two pools great for families.

This is a great hotel with excellent service. The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the pool, which has a small but fun water slide. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are free. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good, since it is away from the bustle of downtown Chattanooga, but just a short 10 minute drive from it and most sights in the Lookout Mountain area. Highly recommend.

Our check in was great. The front desk concierge named sam was so helpful and nice. The linens were clean and the bathroom was spotless. The bathroom even had make up remover wipes avaliable! Wonderful stay!

Evening staff was very helpful when we checked. However the morning staff refused to help 3 elderly women with physical difficulties. The manager came out of his office several times while I waited for a baggage cart and again when I finally got one and things fell off it in the library. If you are able bodied it's a decent place but if you need help, then look elsewhere!

Newer 3 yr old hotel. Very modern and quiet. Upgraded linens and amenities. Normal but extensive breakfast offerings, stayed open 20 min late instead of closing up early as others do. Regular checkout at 12 noon, good for later night arrivals from Florida avoiding Atlanta traffic.

Excellent hotel on the west side of Chattanooga off I-24. Spotless clean n well maintained building n grounds. Tons of restaurants n shopping near by. Wide parking spots n plenty of spaces to park a nice vehicle away from the regular guests vehicles. Highly recommended and will be returning in the future.

Great new property. Room was perfect, fitness center was the best I've seen in a Hampton and the gentleman at the front desk was professional and friendly. Worth an extra drive to come here.

Stayed here the past two nights. Amazing hotel. The staff was so friendly. I loved the King bed. Wish they had bathtubs in King rooms but the shower was so nice that it made up for it. Breakfast area was very nice. I overslept and missed breakfast on the second day, but I loved the options my first morning. I spent some time talking with Christina at the front desk. Very sweet, personable lady. The GM came out and he was friendly. Not the fake friendly that you use when dealing with the public but sincere friendly. The room was amazing. I had a 4th floor room that faced the city. Incredible view of the mountains. The fitness center was excellent. I loved all the different options available to use. I had planned to use the indoor pool but plans changed suddenly and I left early. I loved having the convenience of so many restaurants and shopping close by. Plus the staff were able to direct me to nearby attractions. I am planning to visit this hotel again. Maybe even make it a Christmas time tradition.

Stopped in for a night while driving from Florida and loved it. Clean, modern room. Breakfast in the morning and close to everything. Rock City was great! Recommended to friends and family. Defenitly going back there!

Awesome rooms with comfy beds, clean updated rooms with large TV, mini fridge, microwave. Plenty of towels. Staff was amazing and breakfast was so much more than anyone would expect. Indoor and outdoor pool… not huge but plenty big enough with outside really geared towards kids. Close to Ruby Falls, Rock City and Incline plus Walmart, Logan's, Crackle Barrel, and others located just across street. The only thing I didn't like was lighting in bathroom is not very good for women and woken up on check out day @ about 5 am with someone walking heel heavy up and down the hall I assume it was an employee sliding our bills under the door for those of us checking out. But loved the rest and will stay again if in that area again.

Very clean breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly the indoor pool was smaller than the picture and the mountains was breath taking overlooking it.

Very nice. Very clean. Had no fear of bed bugs and didn't feel as though I needed to spray my room down with Lysol. Only thing is I could hear a heavy foot person someone near my room. Staff was great also.

Driving back from spring break we reserved a room here. Upon arriving there was a problem with the reservations. Some how we were booked for the wrong night. That being said, the young lady at the deck contacted the manager and even though the hotel was full they found us a room at another Hampton property. They also compt the our stay there. After returning home we received a complimentary stay at a Hampton of our choice. Great to see costumer service is still number 1 in their book. Thanks Mr. Hoyle.

Great New Hotel with a beautiful property. It's a steal for $120 per night.

This is one of the nicest, most modern Hampton inns we have ever seen. We stay in many Hilton properties. Great location close to highway and this made a perfect stopping point for our trip to and from Florida or Atlanta. Friendly staff went out of their way to save the running shoes I left behind so we could grab them on our way back through. The town could use better sidewalks and trails but that's not on Hampton.

We only stayed for two nights but the hotels is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Very good location in lookout mounting Ruby Falls and Rock city.

We stayed for three nights in July while visiting Chattanooga. When we checked in the front desk clerk was very nice and the facilities were clean and well maintained. During our first night we asked to be moved because our neighbors were completely rude with their loud noise and banging around. The clerk on duty moved us promptly without a problem and then notified the uncivilized people that they needed to settle down. The remainder of our stay was fine. There is a nice breakfast served each morning and the indoor and outdoor pool were nice. Overall, it was a good stay and we would definitely come back.
