Absolutely loved it. The pool was nice! … Rooms were perfect size and always kept clean … new towel when needed. Not crowed. Loved sitting out side. Great view close to Wal-Mart and the dollar tree. Will definitely be back!

Well for starters rooms look nothing like pictures. Definitely needs repainting. Air conditoner worked well but was busted up. Beds were ok comfort wise, linens were worn thin and dingy bedspreads stained and have holes ;also a cigarette butt under sheets and sunflower seeds under bed. Sitting area small and chair had stains. Microwave and fridge clean. The fixtures in room were all dirty and room smelled musky. Bathroom clean and water was hot with good pressure. Sink had huge chunk busted out of it. Phone cord kept falling out of piece you held disconnecting it. Pool was nice but no shade tent. Good and safe location central for attractions of Chattanooga.

Thr hotel was off to its own. It had an ok view of thr mountains. It was pretty quiet until 3am. The room smelled like pot and cigs. There were cig buds laying around in the parking lot. The bed sheets itches and the pillows were flat. The TV only had a hand full of channels, very little kid friendly channels. I did not feel comfortable there. However the beds were very comfortable and the water was powerful. The water was super hot which is a huge plus for me. The hotel was cheap as well. Normally knights inn is better than this one.

Simple but useful. Price of $93 a night (tax included) seemed high due to the lack of amenities, but the room was clean, the water hot, and the room didn't look overly dated. I'd stay here again.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. No frills but the ned was comfortable and the area was very nice. Lots of things in walking distance.

We were late chicken but still treated just as nicely as I'm sure the earlier chick thing is. Not to mention that when check out time came at 11 less than 12 hours after I check in we did not have anyone rush us it all to get out. Very very impressed with the stay. Update the rooms attached and it has a5 star without a doubt.

This is an older place. We did not get new towels in the two days we were there. Overall, good deal.

The owner was very nice and friendly. He noticed my husband's disabled tag and offered us a handicapped room. The room was clean, very nice and spacious. With a beautiful view of lookout mountain right out the door/windows. It was located close to stores, gas station, and a quick run to Chattanooga. Great customer service and welcoming rooms. Definitely will be back!

Housekeeping refused to bring the amount of towels I asked for after we used up the ones they gave us. They were so small we needed two each to get all the way dry. When we asked for four more towels, they brought two. Also room was hot & AC unit was on full blast the whole time.

For a lower end hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, quiet and had a mini fridge. Manager (may have been the owner as well) was polite and attentive. Overall, if in Chattanooga and looking for an inexpensive stay, it's worth giving a try.

This place sucks Back no visitors, it stinks, no air, bathroom door want shut, door is beat in, holes in the wall, says free Wi-Fi its dong even work.

The people are really nice. There is no free breakfast. There were only donuts and coffee in the lobby. But the beds were very comfortable and we could park right at the door. The rooms were clean. It was very conveniently located close to all the attractions and the price was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

The Knights Inn is a nice place to stay, the owners were very welcoming to us, cleaned the room every day. The room was very clean when we checked in.

The management was super friendly! The pool was great, my 3 year old enjoyed playing on the steps in the shallow end.

I didn't expect this place to be nice honestly just cheap. And it was affordable but it was actually pretty nice and the owner is a very nice person and a straight shooter. If Mike helps you he will be very patient and kind and your room will be clean and safe. I think it is the best option based on price versus quality in the group of hotels in this area.

Not a bad place at all. We stopped in because of bad weather and it was fine. The people were very nice and the rooms were clean. I'm picky when it comes to establishments and this was fine for the night. I would stop again if needed.

I made this reservation while still near Port Canaveral FL. I was kind of hesitant because of some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by the place. It is a little difficult to get into, its drive is with the Clarion not the road that appears to be it. Just turn into the Clarion but go on behind and you will find it. The room we got, 119, was clean and did not smell of smoke. It had a refrigerator and microwave. The shower had new hardware, including grab handles and overall the bathroom was very clean. The king bed was comfortable and we slept well. It did have flat screen TV but we did not use it much. I gave this place 5 stars because it delivered. All I ever want on the road is clean, quiet, safe and the facilities work. The staff was friendly, they made check in quick and easy.

Everything is dirty and stained. Mold in shower. Dust everywhere. Very nasty and sunken-in chairs. Dirty footprints on bathroom floor from last guest. Gross toilet. On the upside, it has running water. Wouldn't drink it though. Shouldn't have spent 70 bucks. Sleep deprivation makes you do funny things.

You get what you pay for! This room was awful! The first thing we noticed is that the room, that was supposed to be non smoking, smelled terrible. It smelled of cigarettes and was really musty smelling. The bathroom wasn't clean watsoever. The shower had hair all in it and there were cigarette burns all around the tub. The toilet smelled of urine and there wasn't any toilet paper. The mattresses were like sleeping on top of rocks… no exaggeration there. The decor and furniture were very fatrf and the Wi-Fi was so slow I couldn't connect to any websites or social media. The pool was probably the cleanest part of the trip, but the furniture was mostly broken around the pool and it was only 5 ft. Deep. The management was somewhat friendly, but when asked to clean the room up nothing was done. The manager also said they would provide discount tickets for many attractions, but when asked about them he then said it would take him a few minutes to get the tickets. After that he left and stayed fone for over 2 hours. Needless to say thay was a scam! This was definitely not how I wanted my first Chattanooga experience! Terrible motel!

Disgusting! Rude people at the counter. When I walked in, I walked right out and was told no refunds. I felt like the room I was looking at hadn't been cleaned in months. $60? I wouldn't have paid $6 if I was able to see the room first. They show pictures on the website from their grand opening and probably haven't hired a cleaning crew since then. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

Bed bugs droppings under sheets and mattress. Filthy. Absolutely filthy. Peoples HAIRS all over the place. Grimness around light switches, handles, floor boards, doorstop. And there was toilet paper just shoved in the hole that used to be the peep hole.

The worse place I have ever stayed, very rude personal from the beginning. We came here for a softball tournament regionals and everywhere is in town nearly was booked. They were very rude and price gouging obviously. Because the prices and quality did not match the standards in the advertisements for sure of the rooms the pillows pillows were horrible beds were uncomfortable and the woman was rude at the desk. If you have any option in this town spend 10 more dollars and stay. Somewhere suitable. The maintenance dude was cool though nice guy.

We stayed there and it wasn't the fanciest place to stay but it was clean and the people there was nice. We will stay there again if we are back in the area.

I never write reviews for hotels but this one deserves it. Room was the worst I've ever stayed in. Towels were stained and disgusting. Same with the bedding.

Moldy shower curtain, dusty everything, not too clean overall. Yuck yuck yuck.

Worst motel ever, no AC, small soaps, dirty towels, black and white tv, my friend used the refrigerator instead of AC.

The beds were comfortable and the toilet worked but that's about it. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and we did not even have hot water! The "towels" were about the size of wash clothes. Our desire to get out of there gave us a nice early start the next morning.
