This was a very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was pretty good. Usual items but again the staff kept it restocked as soon as items began to get low. I actually liked that the rooms were updated and had the wood laminate on the floor which keeps down stains and smell you have to contend with carpet. Would return if stopping through again. Very close to Ruby Falls which is why we came.

Four stars is the highest I offer for a midrange hotel. We needed something close to Ruby Falls and we are Best Western Reward Members. We checked in at 11:55pm (HWY traffic), the staff were quick and friendly and I had my kids asleep by 12:30pm. Everything was efficient and clean, not fancy, but comfortable. Breakfast was good, not a super huge spread but all the basics well covered.

Room was nice, clean, and cool. If you are in a double room and have to share a bed then you might not sleep great. Our bed sank in the middle so it wasn't very comfortable. I did not try the other bed since we were only there 1 night so I can't say both did that. The only other issue I had was that my kids did not get to use the pool when we got back from Rock City because a large group of guests took it over with loud music and drinking. They also I guess were just letting their kids jump from bed to floor for hours right above us and next door to us because we went to bed listening to it. I didn't complain since it was only one night and my kids passed out and it didn't bother them. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was great and good variety. I would stay again. Made going to rock city easy bc it was so close.

We were just passing through so it served or needs perfectly. Breakfast was included and the staff made sure the coffee never ran out! Bed was comfortable and clean.

We stayed one night and enjoyed the outdoors most of the time we were there, but are satisfied with the hotel experience. The room was clean and non-smoking, like we asked :) The bed was very comfortable. We had a good breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly, both when we got there in the evening and when we checked out the next morning.

Me and my husband and kids came off the road around 10pm tried and with no hotel reservation we needed to rest for the night we found best western figured we try being that every hotel in the area was booked. Not to mention we had a dog with us. They accommodated us in a smoking room which is typically not ideal for us but it’s what we could get. The room was surprisingly super clean and decent for an off the road hotel I was super impressed. And the morning free breakfast was nice and the staff was welcoming and extremely nice! If your on the road and need a place to crash for the night to recharge trust me this place is not bad!

Very awesome hotel with great service! It was very clean, breakfast was good, and everyone was very helpful. As soon as the apple juice ran out in the machine, one of the employees saw and replaced it right away. He then proceeded to bring us a full cup! Awesome stay.

The staff was nice and thoughtful. They made sure we had a room that had parking near it. The rooms were clean and didn't smell. The bed was pleasantly comfy and we slept decent. Breakfast was good as well. This hotel met our expectations for the price.

Great staff and very good breakfast. Better than most hotels we have stayed at. We had read reviews about noise close to the road, so we requested a room as far from the road as comfortable. Staff person was obliging, so it was a quiet stay.

I booked a room on ground level, the hotel has no elevator. I was told when I got there, no more ground level rooms, I was offered a smoking ground-level room which I declined. I checked into the hotel on business and my company uses a Corporate Lodging card and because of that I was treated like a second-class citizen even though I'm diamond select at Best Western Hotels. This Best Western is not business-friendly!

Stayed in room number 306. It was very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The staff was helpful and friendly! I’m tempted to do a four star rating for the toilet which was EXTREMELY loud and ran forever, but I’m so pleased with the rest of my stay that I’ll just mention it and hope that they see this and do something about it. Thank you!

Great pet-friendly hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. They offer a buffet-style breakfast, at no additional charge. We brought our two dogs and, when they know you are bringing pets, they will book you in a room right near their grassy area for easy pet walking! We came to visit the Civil War sites (Chickamauga Battlefield and Lookout Mountain) and this Hotel was near everything! A great hotel when visiting Chattanooga on a budget.

Hotel is just outside but shops and restaurants are nearby.
Relatively expensive for the location.

Our room was just a little bit dusty. My husband has allergies so he wasn't comfortable. But we both found the cafe downstairs really convenient. It's open 24 hours and they serve everything fresh. We didn't realise they serve huge quantities and ended up ordering more. But we really liked the food.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Hotel was great! Rooms were really nice and clean. The breakfast was very good they offered. If we are ever in this area again we will be staying here!

This hotel was nice and clean when I arrived. Room comes with a good sized tv, refrigerator, and microwave. Amazing king size bed that was very comfortable. Parking may get a little crowded if the hotel is close to full but you can fit a truck and trailer in a few spots. Pet friendly.

Wonderful hospitality! Everyone is so nice. Our view is outstanding! We came to check out Look Out Mountain, Ruby Falls and Rock City, little did we know we were looking right at the mountain that we were about to explore! Wonderful experience.

This was a great place to stay. The free hot breakfast was really good. They offered eggs, sausage, biscuits with sausage gravy, bagels, cereal, yogurt, donuts, and you can even make yourself waffles. But it does end at 9:30 am. The staff was nice and the housekeepers did a nice job. The beds were comfortable and had good pillows. Had a nice size TV, mini fridge and microwave. Clean bathrooms and the Wi-Fi worked well. The location was also great. My mom and I didn't have to drive more than 10-15 minutes to get where we wanted to go. Perfect location if you're wanting to go to Ruby Falls, Rock City or the Incline Railway. They also offer very reasonable rates and there are also good places to eat in the area. The main downfalls of the room we stayed in (305) was that the air conditioning had to be turned down to 60 — 62 degrees for the room to get cold and in order to flush the toilet you have to hold down the handle.

This was a very nice place to stay and highly recommend! The Best Western Royal Inn is very clean and friendly, professional staff! The room was very clean and comfortable. The décor was nice. We were very pleased with this hotel being so close to Lookout Mountain, etc. Walmart, and several restaurants near also. This is an older hotel and does not have elevators, however I do not mind stairs. Reasonably priced. I did request a smoking room. If you do not smoke make certain to let them know and I believe they would be most accommodating. Ms. Pickett, and Natalie thank you for making our stay so very pleasant! See you again! My mom, daughter, and I stayed here for 3 nights as a last vacation of the summer for my 9 year old. We LOVED it! The location was fabulous! Close to downtown, as well as to Rock City and Ruby Falls. Every day after our adventures in Chattanooga, we came back to a clean room, with beds made and freshly stocked towels and shower amenities. We swam in the pool a couple of times and my daughter met a couple of friends in the process! Everyone was very friendly, the noise level was great, even though we were right next to the main road, and the breakfast was GREAT! Biscuits and gravy, homemade waffle station, and fresh coffee to name just a few items. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. For the price, it was AMAZING!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean, comfortable, small grass area for pets they supply bags which is a nice touch. There is a pool, I did not use it but it was being enjoyed by many. Close to restaurants and local attractions. Breakfast had limited but decent choices. I would stay again.

Small outdoor pool. Well maintained just not a lot of space. Nothing over the top at this particular location. Breakfast served is average and runs til 930. Rooms themselves are clean and come with a fridge and microwave.

Comfortable nice staff very friendly grandkids enjoyed the pool breakfast was good would stay here again.

The entrance was hard to see, so we passed it every time we came back to the hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms were nice. Very clean. The hotel itself is a older, so there is some noticeable settling in the room. The beds are on the firmer side but the pillows are super fluffy and comfy. Relatively quiet. Overall a good hotel for the price; we would stay there again.

Bedding was thin. Blow dryer overheated immediately so I had to go down to my daughter's room to use hers which didn't have a lot of power. Shower head didn't work properly. Toilet handle would get stuck so it would keep running. There was a buzzing coming from the cable box in my daughter's room. Pet friendly was a plus. Clean rooms. Hot water. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

We went to Pasiar by Racoon Mountain.

Good value and rooms are reasonably clean and updated. Some minor neglected maintenance issues. Parking is an issue and the lack of an elevator is a HUGE detractor. The staff seems kind and attentive. Overall not bad for a couple nights but I would not plan a long stay here.

This is an older style hotel. No elevators. The rooms were updated and the beds were COMFORTABLE! The best beds I ever slept in a hotel. Good breakfast selection. Right off the highway.

Staff was extremely friendly and the beds were amazing. Breakfast was the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. The only complaint I had was the room was not cleaned thoroughly. We found a pill beside the bed and since we had our 18 month old daughter with us you can see my concern. I was just happy that we found it and not her.

Very clean room. I was very hesitant at first because of looks of the lobby but the room was new and clean. Minor maintenance issues (stain on ceiling) but other than that everything was above expected. Highly recommend for $79 king suite. Just eat breakfast somewhere else!

The rooms are nice and clean. It's next to a lot of stores and close to nearby attractions. The things that disappointed me was when I grabbed a towel it had an obvious long nasty stain on it; the tub drained very slowly and the chester drawers were rather raggedy and did not open properly. I did expect better since I have been to a lot of BW that were much better than this.

The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. We could easily hear outside. There was very little variety for breakfast.
