Clean rooms with reasonable rates. Convenient to Chattanooga. Nice staff on duty, good parking, and a indoor heated pool.

The front desk employee that was working in the late evening of 8/17/18 was very courteous and helpful. I was on a roadtrip and had been driving for 10 hours and he noticed I was looking at food places nearby and suggested pizza from Mr. T's Pizza and told us they will deliver to our room. His suggestion was wonderful, it was really good pizza and I was so tired from traveling plus it was raining outside, it was one less thing I had to worry about. The room itself was okay, was clean and everything was in working order. Basic room for a one night stay, the main lobby is more modern looking than the rooms. The free continental breakfast was good, had a waffle station, cereal, juice, hot coffee, yogurt, and toast. There is also a Waffle House right next door if you want something more than cold items/waffles. Was alright room for the price, the staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond.

Place would have been fine for the price but room 210 has toilet flushing problems. Thank God there wasn't any overflow problems. Room was clean and housekeeping was awesome. Indoor pool was small but sufficient because it was raining during most if my stay. Basic cont. Breakfast which was nice and well stocked. Thank goodness they have cribs available for no extra charge. We didn't have enough space in the car for the pack n play and the crib was heavy duty and a life saver for a rambunctious 1 year old.

I will never forget this place. Staff was extremely nice. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast could've been better but they really didn't have room for too much more. And the best part of all. The view of lookout mountain for the third floor balcony.

This was not the best hotel I have stayed in nor the worst. The building’s exterior has an old feel to it. The rooms are not updated but are efficient in providing a comfortable place to stay. We had no complaints with the refrigerator, shower, sink, or any other amenity we had to use. The breakfast was free and was not great. It lacked options typically offered in a “continental breakfast”. A few jelly packets had mold inside them. If you are just looking for a place to crash for the night, this is a completely viable option. Just do not expect a 5-star experience.

The location was great except it would have been better to have a front room with a view. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Two queen sized beds would have been better then two double. The toilet leaked so the floor was wet on both sides.

Never again! The bathtub had ground-in dirt, and was also dangerously slippery (probably due to attempts to clean it, removing the grip material at the bottom). We booked two nights, but only stayed one. My daughter was not feeling well, and then the power went out in the entire place. When I went to the desk to let them know that I wanted to leave early to take my daughter to her doctor, Nathan at the front desk said that "unfortunately I will still have to charge you for the second night since it is past check in time" — it was only 30 minutes past check in time, and the power was out, so he didn't feel inclined to even provide 1/2 night's rm/tx back as a good business gesture. He did not seem to be the least bit concerned that the place was in the dark and was hot & stuffy due to no AC. Horrible service, lumpy bed, not very clean. I will never again stay here or at any Days Inn establishment. This doesn't even deserve ONE star.

The staff were extremely nice people, but we had a lot of problems. There was bugs in our room, our ac system didn't work (they did have it replaced for us), the where dirty, and our room smelled like cigarette smoke (that one we don't know if someone had smoked outside our room, and it went through the ac system). If I had to rate friendliness, it would be a five. My rating is because of the factors that affected our room specifically. When we had problems, the staff treated us as a priority and did what they could to fix it.

Beds worn. Poor TV programming. Not enough towels. Pool very small I have never seen one this small in a hotel. Beautiful view on the front side of hotel. Lookout mountain to one side raccoon mountain on the other. Less than 10 minutes to Ruby Falls.

It's ok for the price you pay. Rooms are just 'eh'. Beds and pillows are comfy. Staff is nice. Parking lot is slightly dangerous, but the view is nice if you are on the front side. The pool was kinda dirty and had way too much chlorine. I would probably opt for a different place if I wanted to spend more money, but this place is budget friendly. Over all I would say that for the price it is decent place to stay.

Friendly staff, I love how the rooms are set up and they were clean… the pool was the perfect size for the girls to play in… the price was great for my 2 rooms… I would most definitely come back again.

Good hotel near interstate. Older but well kept. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel but a good spot for a overnight stay.

3 floors, with no elevator. Indoor heated pool is really small and they allow it to be way overcrowded. Plumbing problems with toilet. Overflowed in our room with no option to change rooms because they booked them all up. Room smelled like cat urine. At $100 a night I expected a little better. But staff were nice, hotel is very close to food and attractions.

The hotel was pretty good. It was located close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The room we was in could use a little updating-fresh coat of paint, but served the purpose for our needs. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful.

Nice location, close to a Walmart if you needed to make a quick run. No elevator to use and nothing on the first floor for us. We had our 2 grandsons, 1 & 2 years old, so it would have been nice to been on the ground level. Indoor pool is small and gets crowded easily. Room was nice and clean and the front desk clerk was very helpful and cheerful.

The good parts were that it is a great location close to Lookout Mountain and downtown Chattanooga and there was plenty of food options close by. The beds were also pretty comfortable and the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The not so good is the bathroom was extremely small and the room smelled like bug spray. It wasn't overpowering but you could smell it. We didn't see any bugs though.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Chattanooga. The price was reasonable, we had adjoining rooms for my family of 5. Rooms were small though, but we didn't spend much time in the rooms other than to sleep, so it was ok. Bathrooms were incredibly small… had to squeeze between the toilet and door to be able to shut the door once inside. The reasons for only 3 stars… when checking in, they were unable to run our card because there had been problems with Internet service all day, so card info was saved to run later. Second, the website and office mention free Wi-Fi available. I was not able to pick up a signal at all (including in the office/lobby) while we were here. Lastly, no daily housekeeping? There was no indication of limited or infrequent housekeeping anywhere. It would have been nice to at least have the trash taken out. We probably won't stay here again if ever back in the area.

Cigarette smell is horrible asked to change rooms they gave me another room that smelled of smoke. The other guests sit on their balconies smoking. They have a huge Banner when you enter the property that says 100% smoke free. We specifically chose this due to our daughters allergies. Guests moved the hotel property on the balconies to smoke and drink couldn't get by them to get to my car. Talked to the front desk lady who said she couldn't do anything about it. Now a trip to Walmart to buy Febreeze and Lysol later we are back in the room. We can't cancel due to being booked through Priceline so we are stuck in a bad situation.

The rooms were good, vents in bathrooms a bit dusty. Other than that beds super comfy, and we got rest. Noise from hwy wasn't bad at all. It serves its purpose for when you are traveling and need to rest.

Location was great. Nice view. Morning person at front desk was nice and helpful. Pool wasn't great. Very small. The rooms were exceptional. Clean and roomy. Neighborhood was kinda iffy don't eat at the waffle house worste one yet.

It wasn't all that bad. For us, anyway. A family of 4, beds comfy… and I have a picky wife due to hip issues. We stayed in 119 and although it is loud outside, the only issue we really had is there's no place for dogs to go, unless you feel like trying to climb the 6 ft wall out back. Other then that, it's a hotel, off an exit, that serves it purpose. It's not The Ritz, but it's not motel 6, 8, or 9, either.

The air conditioner rattled and shook when on. Room smelled like smoke bc everyone smoked on the balcony outside of the rooms. Bedding looked awful; staines and holes. Also, not their fault, some kids were in the tiny, super-chlorinated pool and puked all over the place right when we got in. Pool room didn't have a secure lock or towels. Staff was very friendly though.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room had a very bad and very strong smell when we came in, very dirty, most things are old and rusty and haven't been cleaned in a while. Our hair dryer was greesy and the counters were hardly cleaned. At around 10 at night me and my family were sleeping and they started banging at the door, we didn't hear them at first so they started trying to open the door, it was jammed so they started breaking it down. I finally woke up and asked what they wanted and it was the cleaning lady and she said she had our towls, but we had never asked for any. She was very rude but finally left.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Wouldn't give any stars but this cappy site wouldn't let me post until I did. This lady was snotty and very unprofessional! We walked out and refused to buy a room from this location in Chattanooga. I have a corporate discount that is Wyndham approved and she refused honor it. We have been traveling for a week and we were tired. We stopped in thinking we were at a nice place… fooled us! I do not recommend this location for a good nite rest.

I Only Paid $304.84 For 4 — Days! I Will Be Checking Out A Day Early! I Shoukd Have Paid The $600 For 4 — Nights Next Door! Will Not Be Back Or Recommend!
