All good. Only issue — top of the headboard on the bed, had very thick layer of dust.

Tiny rooms, clean but way too small, plus upfront claimed all rooms were non smoking but as soon as I got to the hallway to head to our room it smelled strongly of marijuana, non smoking yeah right.

Pretty nice room. Nice simple breakfast and fantastic indoor pool. Great staff, great location.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Location isn’t great. Came into my room, it smelled super musty, the ac wasn’t working, windows don’t open… the room was so filthy. It clearly hadn’t been dusted in months, it looked like there was semen on the lamp wall plate. The pictures are not as advertised. The girl Maggie upfront was super rude. She told me there was a double room available that she could move me into, then when she found out I booked through Expedia all the sudden her answer changed and she “didn’t have rooms available” her response…”I can give you a refund” or “I can have housekeeping clean the room” nevermind the fact my room was no joke 85 degrees. When I told her I wanted to speak to her manager she gave me attitude, and the manager was less helpful than her. Overall, save yourself the disappointment & need for an antibiotic after staying here. Filthy, rude, and run down. This is ran by a husband and his wife is the manager, they should be embarrassed how their staff performs and the conditions the hotel is in. There is no “view” like the picture looks and is surrounded by other hotels.

A Nice Place To Drop Your Hat. A very Comfortable Sleeping Night We Had Here.

They except pets and it’s all none smoking now that’s great and senior citizens gets a price break win win.

Stuff doesn't care stuff broke and unclean.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and restaurants are near the hotel. Easy to get on and off the interstate. Stayed at the property a few times and never had any problems. Staff is friendly.

Very clean with spacious rooms. The employees were so helpful and kind. I loved the clean, salt water indoor pool. My only complaint was the bed and pillows were too firm to be comfortable.

I honestly loved the place. Me and my boyfriend stayed here with a couple friend of ours in two separate king sized rooms. Very quiet at night, pet friendly, and has a decent sized inside pool. We only booked one night online and ended up needing to stay two and they were not only helpful but very friendly! I would give it 5, 000 stars if I could :) VERY CLEAN (except pool it was kind of green tented)

Was very nice at first. Nice helping staff. We got into are room and with in 30minutes of being there we see 5 cockroaches and 2 of bugs I have never seen in my life.

The rooms were clean. We were travelling with grandchildren and the location was perfect for the attractions. The desk clerk was very friendly. The full size beds are too small for adults and the mattresses were tired and needed to be replaced. The bathroom was very cramped. Loved the indoor pool. To be able to swim even when the weather was bad was great.

We stayed for 2 nights, the staff was friendly and the room was clean, except for the floor, it was kind of dirty. The beds were okay but the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was scrambled egg patties, sausage patties, 3 different cereals, assorted bread and Danish. The coffee was gross. Over all it was okay for the money, my child stayed for free, and this Red Roof is close enough to local attractions to be considered convenient.

It has very nice employees. It's great especially for the price and in a tourist town. Clean which is a + I plan to stay here on my next trip.

I would like to thank Moe at Red Roof Inn for all her help getting things set up for my daughter's stay. This was her first trip with out me and her kindness made me feel more comfortable knowing she was there for my daughter if she needed someone. Words can't say how greatful I am for her. Thank you, thank you! Moe deserves recognition for the excellent work she does. I would recommend this hotel because of her. Thank you again.

The room was spacious, clean, had a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, "sleep" chair, 2 queen beds, iron and board, blow dryer, and toiletry supplies. A large parking lot afforded me room to turn a15' UHaul pulling a car around. Waffle House was a hop, skip, and jump beside the Inn. Must mention how helpful the hotel clerk was to us, and accepted my dog without raising an eyebrow. MOST OF ALL… The price was under $80.00 dollars!

Room was clean. Mattress firm. Bathroom is tiny as is the tub. A large person will have a hard time getting comfortable in bathroom. Salt water pool was clean and warm. Plenty of good food venues within 3 miles or less. Wal-Mart and CVS near by. Easy access to interstate and very close to ALL Lookout Mountain attractions.

If you are looking for a clean, reliable priced, large (we stayed in the king room) room then you should check them out! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! Nice area and on lookout Mtn. The staff was super friendly and check in and out was fast and easy! We will come back next visit to Chattanooga!

I would definitely stay here again. The room was really nice, it seems the hotel went through some remodeling. The breakfast was not good, though it was included in the price. Price was decent. They have an indoor pool.

Fastest check-in ever. Efficient friendly staff. Spotless room. Great location to access all the major attractions, shopping and dining choices. Highly recommend this motel.

If you think that sleeping on a pull out sofa bed is comfortable — then this may be the PERFECT hotel for you. The beds (which are apparently brand new) are ROCK HARD — which I'd be ok with a firm bed, if I didn't feel every spring in my back. It's clear that this hotel opted for cheap vs. Comfort which I find bizarre as sleeping is the point of a hotel — right? The pillows, which could have been my saving grace for comfort unfortunately were rock hard too, imagine rolling a towel up and stuffing it in a pillow case — that's exactly how these felt. I should also mention that I am 29 with zero back issues and both my husband and I woke up feeling like we had bruised rib cages. We booked this hotel for 3 nights and had to check out after 1 night. The person who greeted us was very friendly — the gal checking us out wasn't so much and questioned how I could say that there BRAND NEW BEDS HURT (I dare her to go take a nap in one) and the location was OK (next to a Cracker Barrel and Waffle House). That was about all the good things. Wouldn't recommend. Won't be back. We've stayed in other Red Roof's and have had great experiences — this one just feel short — or hard.

Our room was super clean. It looks the interior must have been remodeled recently. The staff members​ were very helpful and kind. This hotel is a good place to stay if you are traveling with children thanks to it's nice heated indoor pool. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

If I could give a negative rating I would. The room was filthy upon arrival. Sheets and towels had to be changed. Thank goodness we had a vacuum. Allergies started acting up as soon as we walked into the room. The house keeping walked in with no regards to the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN more than once in a one day. The FRONT DESK would not change our room even though we had paid in advance for two weeks. They were constantly rude. To top it all off the room had bugs. Would never recommend to anyone.

Unfriendly employees, stinky room, had to pay $20 extra a night for a 2nd small dog at a "dog friendly" hotel (both dogs under 40 lbs combined), like pulling teeth to get some extra room towels, sounded like the room above us was going to fall through. I was just not good.

Very stylish, comfortable, and clean room. Nice breakfast. Perfect for sheltering us from the intense cold marking the start of this New Year! Very knowledgeable and nice front desk staff. Nice to have restaurant next door & others nearby.

They offered a decently priced room, with a large comfy king sized bed. $79 for double occupancy. Room had a nice mini fridge and coffee maker. They had a pool which I didn't use, but still nice to offer. The free continental breakfast was good, and had both hot and cold options. On the downside, room had a bit of a funky odor, and you had to walk down to the end of the building to smoke. The gal behind the counter was pretty rude and insulted my father in law, and I think they charged us for double occupancy for his separate room he had for himself, and it took forever to get us checked in, she kept blaming the computer, but still super annoying after being on the road for 12 hours. Also it wouldn't let me link up to the Wi-Fi. Overall, it was conveniently located near I-24, and it's really close to several restaurants, including a phenominal BBQ about a 1/2 mile up the road. Despite the several nuisances, we'd probably stay there again.

Our stay was absolutely the best. The front desk help were extremely friendly and our room was clean! No funky smell like most places we've stayed! Quiet and perfect for an overnight rest after an 8 hour drive!

Bathroom was newly done but small. Reminded me of a cruise ship. Step in tub to close the door. Room had a king bed, fridge, microwave, table and 2 chairs. Was good enough for a nights sleep.

Front desk was super efficient and friendly. Rooms small but efficient and our two had a funk. Pool ok for quick swim for kids. Inn clientele got sketchier as night went on and people were hanging out outside of rooms. Made me nervous, but didn't hear anything after we went to sleep. Breakfast fine for kids.

EXCELLENT customer service. The employees genuinely seemed appreciative of the business. Room was lovely. King sized bed was so comfortable!

Really enjoyed our time here! The staff was courteous and pleasant, which is something you don't always find these days.

Do not go here! Place is infested with cockroaches. Man at the front desk denied knowing about the cockroaches in the rooms and gave me attitude for trying to address my situation. He did provide me with a new room but it still does not make up for the inconvenience and horrible experience. Rooms also have a funky smell. Go at your own risk!

Room very damp when arrived. Sheets were like they just came out of the washer. After spending all day on the road was to tired to beg from the dummy behind the counter to have the sheets changed. But didn't appear any housekeeping was on duty anyway. Woke up to lumps in the bed and a sore back. Guessing new mattresses aren't on the to do list. Toilet handle and seat broken. Sink plugged. Size of room was very misleading by the title of it, as it was small and barely had room for the king bed and a table with 2chairs. Superior King room was more like a sub-species hole built for small foraging animals. Small TV as well, size coordinated to match the room. The pictures of the property must be OLD. About as old as the holy bedspread. Ice machines worked but NO VENDING MACHINES for a cold drink. Pool is small. Did I mention the pool was SMALL! The only reason for 1 stars because no rating available any lower… location. Was very disappointed. Not recommended. Spend more and get a better room at a better hotel! Other hotels surround it that are better. Wouldn't recommend this torture to anyone!

DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel seemed fairly updated until we opened the door to our room. The room was filled with fruit flies, and when I contacted the front desk, they sent an employee with a bottle of roach spray. We were told that they, "the fruit flies, " come in when customers are unloading their cars and the room door is open. Really? They changed our room to the 2nd floor which had no elevators after I complained. We then encountered roaches and mold on the shower head and towel rack. Not to mention the cloudy, murky, dirty water in the pool and the lukewarm "HOT" breakfast. Although the staff was very nice upon our arrival, the place itself is nasty, and as I complained when we left the lady at the front desk attempted to justify the disgusting place! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Upon entering our two queen-sized bed room, It was impossible to not see the stains on the chair and ottoman. After setting my purse down on the TV stand that was marked up with cigarette burns, I noticed the stains on the bed spread which prompted me to pull it back where I was mortified to see not one, but three short, curly hairs and what looked like fresh stains of some type on the sheets. Turning around to inspect the other bed, which I thought, "there's no way this bed could be that bad, " I was at that point enraged to see blood stains on those sheets. I called to the front desk and told the man I needed two new sets of sheets, changed the sheets and myself and my family proceeded to sleep fully clothed. Find somewhere else to stay.

This hotel was perfect for my family while on vacation in Chattanooga! We stayed 3 nights, the pool was great for my kids after a hot day in TN. The breakfast was as to be expected from a free continental breakfast (hot and cold foods). We had a renovated room, everything looked fresh and clean. Only issue is bathrrom is very small, but is manageable! Will stay here again!

Creepy people hanging around, hair all over the beds & the beds looked like someone slept in it. When I went to the front desk the man denied everything & wouldn't give us a refund. He gave us a new room which wasn't any better. Tiny bathrooms & couldn't figure out how to turn on the weird shower. Never again, never got an apology or refund.

They were able to accommodate us on short notice and had many options to help reduce the price. Wi-Fi was good and the pool was quite nice. Rooms were clean.

The room was clean and the pool was nice. We had problems with the tv, bathsink, and fridge. We called the front desk for a roll of toilet paper and you thought that we were asking for a bar of gold the way they treated us about it. We were practicality accused of keeping a roll and asking for more when there was none in our room in the first place. The pillows on the bed were so tiny and uncomfortable if I wanted to sleep on a throw pillow I would have slept on my couch. Next time we're here we will go else where!

Pool was the reason we chose this hotel and it wa disgusting. The room seems ok when you first walk in but the double beds we needed were very small (full size) and the bathroom is so tiny you can barely turn around. Shady people hanging around and some living in the back rooms on property. The breakfast is just ok. Front clerk asking people if they are ready to check out while they are eating breakfast. Rude! I gave this hotel a shot but was overly dissapointed. Would NOT RECCOMEND to anyone. We will go elsewhere next time.

If I could give it no stars I would. Horrible! Management sucks and the front desk staff is a reflection of poor management. Guest needs are not taken seriously. From smelling marijuana in my room, noisy kids running rampant, pillows were awful, Hot water was a rarity, the bathroom is ridiculously small, and it took us three days to get a working remote for our TV. The manager apparently has an issue with replacing remotes because when I called to tell him that our request for a new remote had not been met he got an attitude and wanted to give me a lesson on how to use a remote. Get real! If I have to hit the remote twenty times, hold it at an angle while standing on my head, Clearly I need need a new remote. Will never stay at another red roof especially not this location.

I've stayed there several times over the past year and a half and have generally enjoyed my stays quite well. I've developed good rapport with the staff and have found the hotel to be cozy, pleasant, warm, and relaxing. Furthermore, it's located at the foot of Lookout Mountain and has quite the pleasant backdrop for that reason, and with its location being several miles south of Chattanooga, I'm close enough to downtown but far away enough not to have all the noise, hustle, and bustle. I plan to return tonight, actually.

Staying at the Red Roof was exactly what we needed after a long 10 hour drive. A stunning view/surrounding area, and a bed and shower. Staff were friendly accommodating. I would stay there again to visit beautiful Chattanooga, TN.

Clean hotel. Hotel was clean and everything worked. My only issue was that the Wi-Fi was sporadic. Also, another plus, there are a lot of places to eat in the immediate area.

Didn't feel the bed was clean — had to get my own supplies from car. Sheets, even if clean, were well worn, thread bare. TV is old, but it worked. Pleasantly surprised at breakfast selection. Limited walking area for pets. Took issue with customer service from man I'm assuming is part of family owners. Ick.

Great hotel, great location, clean room decent size. Prize was alright. Only complaint I have is checked in at 4am they expect me to only be able to sleep for like 5 hours. Asked for extended check out the guy was rude and told me it would be an extra 15 dollars even for an extra hour. Mostly ANY other hotel I stayed at it was free all im asking is an extra hour before I have to drive back to Florida.

Room was very humid even after running the air conditioner for a long time. Pillows were awful. Cold shower.

We stayed here for a night on a Wednesday and actually needed to come back the next night. The receptionist told us it was the same price both nights, and even have us the same room. Checking out we discovered we were charged $10 more. When we asked, the SAME receptionist shrugged it off and said that the price goes up on Thursday. She could have told us that when we originally asked. The rooms are small. Noisy. Beds ok. Lots of parking. Good for a quick overnight if you can't find anything else. We are a Red Roof Redi card member and we travel weekly for a living. We stop at a lot of RRI.

Not commingled back again called months in advance to make sure there were 2 beds and there was only one so had to get a second hotel and the staff was not sympathetic at all just said no just one bed worst experience ever.

Clean place, friendly staff, newly renovated, indoor pool, vending machines, comp breakfast, quiet sweet place. Walmart is one block away. Next to waffle house, cracker barrel, taco bell, wendys, sonic. Lots of fun here.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff. Great place for the money. Put higher dollar hotels I've stayed in to shame.
