I had an early flight on my arrival day and I was worried about my room being ready, but there were no problems. The daytime front desk staff were super nice and very helpful and checked me in right away.
The room has lots of amenities: a huge eat in kitchen and work area, great bathroom, large living area, pull out couch, super comfy beds and a safe for valuables.
Great location too! The hotel is super close to the airport with a Mall across the highway and numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance. Downtown Chattanooga is just a short ride away and there are tons of things to do in the area.
And of course the requisite complimentary continental breakfast to get my day started.

Great staff from the GM to The housekeeper everyone is there and willing to help, Justin Jess Anna Cortney all fantastic at the front desk. Clean rooms super spacious centrally located, kitchens stocked with lots pans plates. The breakfast was perfect! stayed a month and a half and felt like home really.

These pictures are from THREE separate rooms! Two of the rooms had blood on the comforter and the other had dirt/mud on the sheets! After complaining for the third time about blood on my comforter they’re “management” told me I should go stay somewhere else if I don’t like blood on my linens?! The most disgusting and unsanitary stay of my life! DO NOT STAY HERE!

As a traveling performer, it’s always a bit scary wondering if you’re going to end up at the end of the night when the only thing you want is a comfortable bed in a quiet place. Fortunately, the Mainstay Suites in Chattanooga delivered on this above & beyond! I arrived in to the hotel after a long drive from up north, and was happy to get a quick check-in to my room with ground level access so that I could see my car in close proximity to my room. The room also was great! The mini kitchen with a full refrigerator and dishes made me feel a little bit more at home, even though home is hundreds of miles away. The shower has great pressure and maintains a consistent heat, which is needed for anyone traveling anywhere in the US in January. After I perform, it’s always nice to come back to a quiet hotel with a comfortable bed, and Mainstay delivered on this. I woke up and enjoyed the very nice continental breakfast bar with a plentiful amount of eggs, bagels, and pancakes. The staff, as well, was fantastic and very courteous. Overall this is a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend anyone staying here if you are in the area!

USE CAUTION SCAM ALERT I cancelled my reservation and was still charged full price. They refuse to refund until I provide a cancellation number. I talked to customer service and there is no such thing as a cancelation number. How can I provide them with something that does not exist? they are stealing Christmas presents from my family with this SCAM. Do not rent here!

Had a late check in and the staff was accommodating and friendly. Lobby has replica (? ) championship rings for some reason. It is owned by Peyton Manning? I can only assume it is. Rooms had a cool retro vibe.

The Mainstay Suites in Chattanooga was our safe haven while in town. It was easily accessible to the highway, had tons of places to eat nearby, and the hospitality was second to none. Cortney was delightful when she checked us, and I loved that there was a dry erase board in the lobby with local happenings around town that day, plus the weather report. Being one of the last nights of this tour, we definitely made use of their stocked pantry and bought a few ice creams to take back to the room with us. The room itself was super spacious, with two beds and a pullout couch that had the best mattress on it that i've ever slept on. It was like memory foam or something. We had a good view of our vehicle and the parking lot from our windows and felt really secure there. Breakfast was from 6-10 (YES FOR LATE BREAKFAST) On our way out, the manager stopped us to ask how the stay went, and wanted to make sure it was a good one. I really appreciated that genuine hospitality from start to finish and i'll remember it next time we come back to Chattanooga.

The MainStay Suites in Chattanooga was a lovely home-away-from home experience. The room was MASSIVE. The kitchen and cutlery and bowls/plates/EVEN COLANDER were such welcome amenities after a long stint being kitchen free. All of the staff was delightfully friendly and conversational and available for any need. The hotel itself is smack-dab in the middle of every possible restaurant you could ever hope to have access to. Such a great time!

I loved my stay at MainStay Suites! I was pleasantly surprised that the room came with a full kitchen and full-sized refrigerator. The fitness center was small, but functional. The staff members were super kind and attentive!

The Mainstay Suites Chattanooga was clean comfortable and quiet. The room came with a full kitchen and a large fold out bed that was large enough for a large person like myself to sleep on. Would recommend and stay again.

Recently stayed here for the second time and had an equally enjoyable experience. Anne, who checked me in, was super amazing. She had me taken care of in no time at all which allowed me to get to my room for a nap after a long drive. The rooms are both spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed having a full size fridge to keep all my drinks in. Also liked how the hotel is walking distance from multiple restaurants. Definitely my favorite place to stay in Chattanooga.

We spent the night at Mainstay Suites Chattanooga after playing a show in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk lady was nice and helped with recommendations for restaurants near by. We were also able to get a late check out. The room is equipped with a stove which was very convenient. Thanks.

As a comedian who is constantly on the road, I can sleep anywhere. But sometimes, I travel with my family along for the ride and they demand a bit more comfort than the road provides, which is why I am thankful for places like the MainStay. Our suite was like a small apartment and came with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room area, and my partner even cooked a bit in the kitchenette. Our daughter loved the extra space to stretch out in, and the bed was way comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast too. I'll definitely consider them again next time I come through.

Had an awesome stay at the MainStay Suites. We arrived pretty late and the staff was so friendly. Such a quiet location and comfy, clean rooms. Convenient shop with snacks and drinks downstairs, and a great hot breakfast in the morning. I'll be back here my next time in Chatt!

This was my second stay at Mainstay Suites Chattanooga within the last two months. They did a great job again. Cortney handled my super-late arrival in a quick, friendly way. I was really tired, and she didn't miss a beat getting me checked in and set up in a room just a few steps from the lobby. The room was clean, well-organized, and set up with contemporary furniture that was either recently updated or so well-maintained you couldn't tell. I had occasion to use the sofa's pull-out sleeper, and I was pleasantly surprised by a gel foam mattress — — a nice upgrade from the thin, innerspring mattresses you usually find in sleepers. They put out a nice spread for breakfast, which was ready at 6:00 for folks like me who had to get on the road early. I'll probably be in Chattanooga again soon. When I do, I'll be glad to spend the night at Mainstay Suites again.

The staff at this hotel are so sweet. They greeted us each day and asked us if we needed anything even when they saw us in the hallways. The room was great. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked and great for storing leftovers. The beds are really comfortable and far from the door for a quiet night’s sleep. My son enjoyed the breakfast in the lobby (I am a late sleeper) and raved about it. I was quite impressed with this hotel and most importantly their staff.

I had a great stay here at the MainStay Suites! I was in town for a comedy show, and stayed here. The owners and staff were great — they definitely made sure that my stay here was great. They were very pleasant and very helpful with the surrounding areas of Chattanooga. I was having some car trouble, and they even recommended a great mechanic!
The hotel room itself was great — super clean, spacious and comfortable. The room had a kitchenette, as well as a microwave and fridge. There is a "snack shack" downstairs with tons of soft drinks and munchies, so the microwave was perfect. The internet was very quick in the room, and the bed was super comfortable.

MainStay was really clean and surprisingly quiet! My room was on the main floor next to the fitness center so I was expecting to have to use my earplugs but I didn’t hear a thing! I really appreciated how soft the bed was… a nice surprise. The towels were super fluffy too. My room was very clean and I liked that my bed wasn’t close to the door! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Chattanooga.

Checked in on a Friday and got a room that had major issues. It is room 105 and at first the door wouldn't register the keys so I had asked to be moved and no one moved us. Then the repair guy came and installed "new batteries" so the door worked temporarily but when I came back to door I could open door without the key. The door never fully closed from the beginning of our trip. My safety was completely ruined. We stay at all different types of hotels from low end to high end and had never experienced that type of issue. With all the break ends that occur in cars just in lots, that's why we felt so unsafe and I made sure to tell someone but we never were moved not even to a different hotel within choice hotel brand. There was a comfort suited across the street but nothing was arranged. We as a whole no not to stay here again. I just want to be made whole again. We basically paid to stay in a unsafe room.

MainStay Suites is in a terrific location for a busy traveler or small traveling family. Quick and easy access from the Interstate yet quiet and secluded. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't without its downside from check in with a computer glitch that we were told was a "one time" occurrence in which the very flustered hostess put us on the smoking floor when we booked non smoking. We changed rooms and problem solved. The room was two double beds and a pull out sofa. A full kitchen was available in the room including a dishwasher and apartment size refrigerator. My family of 5 fit nicely but for just one night. Smaller families or families with smaller children could probably fit for longer. The hot breakfast was excellent. It included biscuits, sausage, gravy, muffins and pancakes which weren't available on that day. Overall a nice hotel, would stay again thanks to the nice manager.

Recently our client Art Sturtvant stayed here after a performance in downtown Chattanooga and loved it! The room was perfect, and there was plenty of room to relax and re-pack after a crazy week. There's an on-site convenience store which was really nice for late night snacks as well. Thank you for providing such a great hotel to re-charge after a long day!

I spent the night at Chattanooga's Mainstay Suites when I was in town for a show, and it was perfect for my needs. The office folks were pleasant and helpful. I hadn't specified a smoking preference, and — — even though I didn't make a big deal about it — — they insisted on finding me a non-smoking room when they found out I didn't smoke. The room was either new or recently remodeled. The layout of my room was open with a big, stone-top counter separating a kitchen from the living area. The island had a huge surface that could serve as office or kitchen work space, or it could be a dining area. Everything was clean, well-organized, and easy to use. No hassle signing into the Wi-Fi — — just click "accept;" no sign in our special codes. The were extra power outlets on the island, the lamps on either side of the sofa, and on the wall-mount lamp between the beds. This may seem like a silly thing to include in a review, but hotel window treatments are generally so complicated that I was thrilled to find the room’s two windows covered by simple, heavy, room-darkening panels that easily opened and closed with a side-to-side pull. The hot breakfast bar had everything I needed — — I had biscuit, gravy, eggs, and pancakes with orange juice and coffee. Next time I'm in Chattanooga, I'll be sure to get a room at Mainstay Suites.

Location was great, within half — mile drive to every shopping or dining location you can possibly want. The price was very reasonable as well. The bed was memory foam so I slept like a rock. I will stay here again when I visit Chattanooga.

Really nice hotel! We loved having a kitchen in our room, with a pot, a pan and complete set of plates, bowls, silverware, glasses and mugs. Like a home away from home! Appliances are a little outdated, but work well. Clean room, comfy mattresses, very nice staff (Miles is wonderful and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a comfortable stay! ) and they even offer an abundant breakfast every day! Close to highways, supermarkets and stores, 20 min from downtown Chattanooga. Definitely recommend!

Presently, the facility is undergoing construction rennovation. However, the rooms are spacious. The room circulating fan is a little noisy. No other issues or nuisances noticed during my visit.

Horrible hotel! — very racist and unprofessional place. Deannne which is thee owner. Is very uninformed read carefully! without a doubt before you cast judgement off of assdumptions without facts shows ignorance. To make discriminatory remarks shows. How trashy and uncoth you are. Obviously it rubs off. On the front desk employees/management as well. BE YOUR RESPONSE to a guest complaint should not be to slander WITHout thought. Obvious absence thinking on you're behalf deanne and randy. Negative unprofessional feedback to a guest complaint should not be misled as doing a good job. No substance at all. Maybe if you focus more on your front desk employees actions your thoughts of professionalism wont be jammed in a can justification should be rendered from you to allow snorting of crack cocaine usauge in lobby, smoking weed behind building on the clock, sleeping with other men on the clock. FIX WHATS BROKEN WITH YOU and your Hotel BEFORE YOU COME attack a guest OFF ASSumptions with no weight. Management is poor. The MainStay Suites in Chattanooga, TN is EZ as ABC — Access, Bargin, and Comfort
The hotel is located right off of the interstate. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean and quiet, even with construction going on outside. Very friendly staff at the front desk, called after I checked in to make sure everything was ok. Finding food is never a problem. There are several choices in walking distance of hotel for dinner and the hotel has a good breakfast layout. I had a King, NS room that was clean, spacious, with a comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room.
The breakfast buffet had more options than just a carb overload and the staff kept it filled.
The Wi-Fi worked. There is a small fitness room downstairs with all the basics.
Seriously, what else do you want for a reasonable price?

Just a place to sleep. Rooms were borderline dirty. Woken up by housekeeping HOURS before checkout BEATING on our door yelling ‘HOUSEKEEPING! ’ when I opened the door all I got was a half ass “ah sarry I thought yous ahredy gone” Was afraid to try the breakfast. Will NOT be staying at this or any other mainstay again.

Worst stay in a hotel, ever. I made a reservation a day prior to checking in. I was not notified about roof work being done during my stay. And I was placed on the top floor. I mentioned to the staff twice that I was unhappy about this, and was offered nothing. The roof work began at 8 am every morning, and ended around 6 pm, so no chance of sleeping in, or an afternoon nap. I emailed the hotel after checking out, got no response. Days later I called choice hotels, they spoke with hotel, management LIED to them stating that they had emailed me back, and also that I was offered another room and refused. I was offered points, but declined. I then received an email from hotel "apologizing", I responded requesting some of my money back, got NO response. CRAPPY customer service. Just know if you stay here and something goes wrong, there is no chance of getting a penny back. Very unfortunate. Will never stay here again.

They are fantastic! The staff here are what makes the stay the best! The greeting right in the door, the sense of humor as you come dragging in late at night and don't think you can even bare another step, they listen even when they don't have to, they are great. The facility is well kept and breakfast is great! I commend everything & everyone for a job well done at Main Stay Suites!

Do not stay here. Filthy. No service. No clean towels. Under bed: enpty beer cans, dirty towels, knife. Blood on toilet. Food stuck to cabinets. Only 2 out if 5 vacuums in the hotel work. Breakfast terrible. Dryers in laundry room do not work. Hallway never vacuumed while we were there. Entire family sick after staying here. Family member with asthma put in smoking room. Mgr Randy doesnt care. He will not help, he is not concerned. But what could you expect from someone who parks in a handicapped parking space with no permit. Hotel will have you carrying your own garbage out. And bringing your own dirty linens into their washing machines. Felt like a hotel employee. Do not stay here!

While on tour, entertainers don't get much down time to get caught up on sleep, laundry, and cooking good food. Very lucky to enjoy this hotel's amenities like the kitchen, laundry room, living room, free breakfast, and free Wi-Fi while in between gigs. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and took great care of their guests!

This hotel is like an in-between-er. It's not a full-fledged 5 star suite in terms of the space you have inside the room, but you have all the same accommodations. A sitting area, a nice lazy boy to work at, a table in the kitchenette to work or eat at, a nice full-size fridge, and a great comfortable bed. Everything was clean and nice and the thermostat worked extremely well and the pocket door in the bathroom was a nice touch to make the bathroom that much bigger with the door open. The water pressure was great and the facility was clean and nice. As usual, my late check in was accommodated for wonderfully. I would stay here every time I come through chattanooga.

Stayed at main stay on south side of Chattanooga ugh Room size was good. Staff very friendly but A/C didn't work in room NO A/C in hallways or elevator. Only ice machine in hotel didn't work Pillows the size of travel pillows. Plug to tub didn't work. Beds only double beds and hard.

Great family suite. Kitchenette had everything we needed just bring your food. Plenty of room to move around and clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel is close to highway, mall and everything you need. Breakfast was good but could have had more selection. Would stay again.

Had a nice stay here, decent place for the price, but the poor girl at the front desk on Saturday morning (March 25, 2017) was being run ragged! There was a massive crowd (20 people or more) at the breakfast bar, and she had to tend to all of that mess plus answering the phones and checking folks in and out. You guys should hire some extra help for her in the mornings! She was very professional and courteous throughout, though. Kudos to her!

Deanne and her staff took incredible care of our client during his stay at the Mainstay Chattanooga. The hospitality was truly 5 stars. Room was clean and the location was safe. It was kind of last choice but I can say I don't regret it! My family and I was in town to visit other family and this was the only hotel available. With it being an extended stay naturally I was iffy. However, as soon as we walked in I automatically felt good vibes and it smelt pretty pleasant. I would more than likely reconsider staying here in the future! The staff was very prompt and polite as well witch is ALWAYS a bonus. The hallway was pretty muggy but Overall, I'd give it 4 stars!

MainStay Suites are there when you have a disaster at home and need a place to stay or family coming into town and you need some place for them to stay for a few days… Give them a call, very professional and accommodating to their guest. I rented out a conference room when needed and it too was great;

Nice… very friendly staff, comfortable bed, good location close to shopping and restaurants. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the room smells aweful! Previous guests must have fried something in the room. We opened the windows and turned the fan on plus bought some room freshener but still wasn't enough for our 3 day stay.

MainStay has very nice rooms at an affordable rate, and good business discounts. I often have breakfast with coworkers who are staying there on visits to Chattanooga, and they always are very nice to us and have really good coffee.

Only hotel available at the last minute. In town for a funeral and the room was horrible! None of the locks worked, paint peeling, the handicapped shower had an old shower chair thay was supposed to be either white or off white, but it was brown. Not to mention, there was a drawer handle in the garbage disposal. As if that wasn't enough, the tiny suite had a sofa bed where my parents were eaten up by bed bugs! Room 103 to be exact. Had we not been already grieving and there for the funeral, we definitely wouldn't have stayed under those circumstances! We'll NEVER stay there again. If it was up to me, I would've made a big deal about the accommodations and demanded my money back for BOTH rooms especially since we were refused any type of discount and we had to pay $154 for one and $124 for the other.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 months when my mother was airlifted after an auto accident 3 hours away from our home in North Carolina. I could not have received better service if I had stayed at the Ritz Carlton. The staff is top notch and always ready to please. The management is as professional as any hotel, regardless of the price point. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel for one night or 5 months!

When I work in Chattanooga, I enjoy staying at this location of Mainstay Suites. The rooms/amenities, quality of service, and customer service (particularly Deanne) are all most definitely the best value in Chattanooga. I highly recommend for a home away from home, when you work as hard as I do, you just want a cozy place. Traveling is hard. And its hard to work and travel but enjoyable at the same time. Bittersweet. But The staff here makes it possible to feel the comfort of home when home is miles and miles away.
