A great hotel, very neat and quite. Priced right at around, $110 per night. Serve a nice free breakfast consisting of sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. Also have other things for those wanting a lighter fare.

Location is relatively close to all the main attractions in the area. Only took 15 minutes to get to the aquarium, rock city, and the incline train. Decent breakfast, better than I expected. Was nice to have a fenced in area for our dog. The room was clean and comfortable. Dogs from other rooms did bark when you walked by but didnt hear them at night. Guest service was very accommodating with early check in and a crib.

Been here 2X's. Great staff. Upgrades in progress both times, nice area for my 2dogs to, well, you know. When I am needing a room in Chattanooga this is the only place I need look/book a place. I highly recommend. 5 stars to the staff.

I love that La Quinta allows pets with no extra pet fee. The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was awesome. Laundry facilities made my life easier too. Great stay!

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. Best part was the fact that it was pet friendly and no additional fees for the pets. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for animal lovers big and small. They have a doggie park. There were a lot of dogs in all sizes. Stay away from the eggs fake eggs other than that the breakfast was nice. Very clean rooms. New hotel. The pool was great.

The hotel itself was fine, with a friendly staff and a nice room. However, we are a family who has severe allergies to pet dander, and staying here was more like staying at a kennel than a regular hotel. It is conveniently located, right off the highway and had easy access for the sights we wanted to visit, but the ratio of pets to people just made it way too uncomfortable for us to ever consider staying here again.

Great place to stay and friendly staff. Not to far away from the main part of town. Super close to Ruby Falls at Lookout Mountain. Pet friendly, great breakfast. Loved this hotel will stay there again.

This was a great find! Perfect for traveling. Easy on/off access to the interstate. Gas stations close to hotel. Pet friendly and staff is great. New hotel so it's clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are great! Love the little touch of folded washcloths. Place for pets to run in a small dog area with easy waste bins for pet waste removal. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, clean room, clean pool, pet friendly! Right off the interstate and easy to find. I also loved that they had a fenced in area for the dogs! We ate at Hillbilly Willy's down the street and that was amazing and convenient!

Hotel backs up to a parking lot. A popular hangout with the locals. Especially around 2 a. M. Not really their fault, I know, but the element is there. New rooms, contemporary look. Clean enough and they allow pets.

This place has very clean rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast is cheap and eggs are watery. There was just a couple fighting next door to us and the man was slamming the woman all around the room and furniture. And it sounded like gun shots were fired and it woke us up out of our sleep. Keep in mind we have a toddler with us, so we were upset, trying to investigate and get the hotel staff to come and handle it. But they didn’t answer and we were scared for a few minutes until another person intervened in the situation. I’m guessing. Maybe it was hotel staff, I don’t know. Either way, that whole thing messed up my experience.

Worst morning staff I’ve ever seen! The evening and night staff was great though. The lady serving the breakfast (older black lady) was very rude to me and my wife, and the desk clerk (white female) rude also. Other than that the hotel overall was nice and comfy in a nice location. 6-9-18. Oh and people had dogs everywhere! Didn’t know that was permitted, guess I should’ve asked. Not fond of sleeping on beds that dogs been on.

I can’t believe how rude a group of people can be in one hotel. We had plans to stay four nights, but left after one. The room was filthy with mold on the shower door. The air conditioner was so noisy, it could wake up the dead. The shower faucet was broken so it was hard to adjust the temperature of the water. The shower door would not stay closed and when I tried to close it when taking a shower, I wrenched my back. My husband tried to call the useless employee on duty at six in the morning. He never answered even though we rang the phone several times. After going down stairs my husband discovered the employee sitting in the lobby listening to music with sound filtering earphones. At seven, when the owner arrived he was told what happened and that we were checking out. He was also told about my painful back. He showed absolutely no concern and never asked if he could do anything. We overheard him saying when we passed that he was completely booked so it didn’t matter. I could barley walk, he didn’t ever blink an eye. Don’t waste money on a filthy hotel with ignorant owners. I would give it less than one star.

Awesome desk and accommodations staff. Very accommodating. We are disabled and have dogs with us. Wonderful experience. Only issue is they only have people feather pillows and I am highly allergic, but since I find that often I always carry my own pillows.

Everything you want, need or they can find or do. Seamless check in& out, operating room clean/ new & a joy to be, wash & see well! on my a list!

While working for a couple night shifts at a job in Fort Oglethorpe we had called to book a King Suite for 2 nights. Upon arrival, we had noticed there was add-on construction set up to be done on one side of the hotel. We checked in late on a Thurs night with plans to sleep Friday before our shift Friday night, but the construction noise was so loud all day that it inhibited any chace to have a day with restful sleep. We couldn't bare another day of no rest & had asked to be moved to another room, and the only option was to downgrade to a much smaller, standard room with 2 queen beds… Obviously, we obliged, considering it was an improvement from the first night. The room above us apparently had several children who were nearly as loud as the workers the day before. We extended our stay a third night to attempt to catch up on some sleep and was faced with pickup trucks doing burnouts in the parking lot & cops had been called to remove them. The included breakfast was standard hotel food, with waffles, Danish, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, etc. It wasn't too bad compared to most places we've stayed. But one morning the attendant had become very pissy with us stating that we had used the wrong utensils when filling our plates, in turn had "contaminated" the eggs with the pork sausage tongs. The desk staff was mediocre at best, far from the typical personable & eagerly accommodative hosts I would expect from a 3+ star hotel.

Nice hotel at a good location near the interstate and downtown Chattanooga. All rooms are pet friendly so it's great for those family road trips! Hot breakfast also included with the room.

This hotel changed my revised reservation back to the original date and then cancelled my reservation and charged me for the night prior to me arriving in Chattanooga. To add insult to injury, the night I arrived they tried to charge me $225 a night when my reservation was $120. The two associates at the front desk were very rude and refused to make any attempt to accommodate me. The Hampton Inn had availability the next day so I only stayed one night and I am still in the process of disputing the charges. Total nightmare.

Nice new property. Great breakfast nice pool. Took a nice run through the adjacent neighborhood.

Conveniently located for our travel on I24, this little hotel was quiet and clean. Good hot and cold breakfast selections offered on the self-serve buffet. Not a lot of dining/entertainment choices nearby, but if you are looking for a nice option for a stopover or business, this fits the bill nicely. Tip: Call ahead if you can pinpoint your arrival to have them adjust your room's climate control. Our 85 degree room was tough, but cooled relatively quickly. We will stay at LaQuinta properties again, based on this experience.

Rewriting this review because it was taken down. The hotel was fine but my complaint is with the staff. I understand freedom of speech especially being a college professor who has taught law courses in the past. The Receptionist "Ruth" had no reservation in openly discussion her feeling regarding white hate group with her coworker during breakfast form her work station. This is unacceptable in the work place especially in the service business. My concerns are for the image and feelings those nonwhite patrons who heard her conversation. Filled a compliment with the headquarters and they told me the would contact me. Nothing yet and she is still employed and working the front desk. Maybe a lawsuit might get their attention. This was the Thursday morning after the Charlottesville incident.

Nice place. There was a little mold in the shower but nothing they couldn't fix. Also internet on the second floor did not work. Had to go to the lobby to get connected before it would work in the room.

This was the cleanest hotel I've been to in a long time. Service was great. I love that they are pet friendly. Would definitely go back here and recommend to anyone.

This hotel has a much more modern appearance than other La Quinta hotels I've stayed. Fast Wi-Fi and a small yet comfortable pool. Rooms are clean and spacious. Will be staying here again.

It's a nice little hotel about 7 minutes from downtown. Wonderful free breakfast. Other than the hot water taking forever to get to the shower, it's perfect.

Great room prices and free breakfast (especially the waffles)! Staff is very nice. Would recommend this place to anyone (particularly pet owners). Hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown and 15 from Ruby Falls so it is great for tourists because it is located just outside the main city. My only issue was that it took the shower water about 5 minutes to get hot and that this occurred on multiple nights. However, I'm going to assume this was due to the high volume of guests. If this didn't occur I would've given 5 stars.

Very clean and decently priced. 20 minutes from downtown. Safe area. Big rooms. Comfy beds. Smelled clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Staff was nice and pleasant. Only problem was hot water took about twenty or so minutes to actually heat up. Complimentary breakfast was really good.

Awesome hotel but, the toilet seat would not stay up. The woman sweeping talked to me like a child because I poured cold water from the hot coffee maker into the drain at the bottom. I guess it was not a drain. Could have been avoided by having hot coffee ready at 5:53am. Then The long hair front desk guy gets mad I bothered him and tells me "just" sit down and he will fix it. I will "just" stay somewhere else next time. Rude two people in 5 minutes. Nice hotel ruined by how they talk to people.

Do not stay here unless you are bringing you are traveling with your unruly dogs! We spent $312 on two rooms they were nice and the area was OK. However the people in the room next to us had two small dogs that barked all night! I called and complained to the front desk they said they would handle it. After the constant barking from 4am-630am we decided to speak to the front desk when we checked out. When we did they stated that la quinta provides them a 1-800 # to call and report barking dogs to in the middle of the night and that she apologized for the inconvenience but she refused to answer in there was a manager or get one. I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel ever!

Great hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful after a peaceful night's rest. This is a perfect place to stop for the night if you're traveling with pets or just want to stay somewhere clean, pleasant and budget friendly!

First room they gave us wasn't remotely clean. Turd in the toilet, and hairs in the beds. Second room has a broken ironing board, broken power outlet, and a shower without hot water. Dumpiest nice hotel I've ever stayed in.

Was newly renovated hotel everything was very clean but there was no vending or ice machines on the floors. Also my room smelled very strongly of cigarettes so I asked for a new room and the only ones available was a double queen but I had paid for a king suit and the person in the lobby said the only thing they could do to accommodate me was offer a lesser room then just looked at me. Seeing that I was clearly dissatisfied he didn't even offer a air freshener or disinfectant spray or anything then I said I would have to go to walmart and pick some up and he just sit there speachless… didn't even offer directions to a local walmart.

Watch for the land mines. If you step out, you might very well step in something inconsiderate pet owners are above tending to. Pet friendly… uh, yeah. Especially when their owners aren't. Otherwise, it's good.
